そして、かかるタンポンの使用者が当該押出部材を操作することにより、タンポン本体が前記開口から外に押し出され、タンポン本体が膣腔内に挿入される。
本発明は、かかる課題に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、タンポン本体が適切に外に押し出されるタンポンを実現することにある。
タンポン本体と、
先端に開口を備え、該タンポン本体を収納するための収納筒と、
該収納筒内において移動して、前記タンポン本体を前記開口から前記収納筒の外に押し出すための押出部材と、
を有するタンポンであって、
前記収納筒は、その内面に該収納筒の長手方向に沿うリブを備えることを特徴とするタンポンである。
本発明の他の特徴については、本明細書及び添付図面の記載により明らかにする。
先端に開口を備え、該タンポン本体を収納するための収納筒と、
該収納筒内において移動して、前記タンポン本体を前記開口から前記収納筒の外に押し出すための押出部材と、
を有するタンポンであって、
前記収納筒は、その内面に該収納筒の長手方向に沿うリブを備えることを特徴とするタンポン。
かかる場合には、タンポン本体が適切に外に押し出されるタンポンが実現されることとなる。
前記収納筒は、前記内面の内周方向において等間隔に並ぶように配置された3つ以上の前記リブを備えることが望ましい。
かかる場合には、タンポン本体がより適切に外に押し出されることとなる。
前記タンポン本体は、前記内面及び前記リブのうちの前記リブのみに接触していることが望ましい。
かかる場合には、タンポン本体がより適切に外に押し出されることとなる。
前記収納筒は、少なくとも該収納筒の前記長手方向における中央よりも前記先端側に、前記リブを備えることが望ましい。
かかる場合には、タンポン本体がより適切に外に押し出されることとなる。
前記収納筒は、前記開口を囲む複数の花弁状部分を有し、該花弁状部分に前記リブを備えないことが望ましい。
かかる場合には、開口が開きにくくなる問題が生じず、タンポン本体がより適切に外に押し出されることとなる。
前記収納筒は、
前記開口が形成され、前記先端側に位置する大径部と、
該大径部の内径よりも小さな内径を有し、前記先端側とは反対側の後端側に位置する小径部と、を有し、
前記大径部及び前記小径部のうちの前記大径部のみに前記タンポン本体が収納されており、
前記押出部材は、前記収納筒の前記大径部内及び前記小径部内において移動して、前記タンポン本体を前記開口から前記収納筒の外に押し出し、
前記収納筒は、前記大径部及び前記小径部のうちの大径部のみに前記リブを備えることが望ましい。
かかる場合には、タンポン本体の適切な押し出しが効率的に行われることとなる。
前記大径部の径方向における前記リブの突出高さは、前記大径部と前記小径部の内径差よりも小さいことが望ましい。
かかる場合には、大径部に収納されたタンポン本体が小径部の方へ入ってしまうという問題の発生が防止されることとなる。
前記収納筒は、
前記開口が形成され、前記先端側に位置する大径部と、
該大径部の内径よりも小さな内径を有し、前記先端側とは反対側の後端側に位置する小径部と、を有し、
前記大径部及び前記小径部のうちの前記大径部のみに前記タンポン本体が収納されており、
前記押出部材は、前記収納筒の前記大径部内及び前記小径部内において移動して、前記タンポン本体を前記開口から前記収納筒の外に押し出し、
前記収納筒は、前記大径部及び前記小径部の双方に前記リブを備えることが望ましい。
かかる場合には、押出部材を適切に移動させることが可能となる。
前記タンポン本体の外表面には、製剤が付着していることが望ましい。
かかる場合には、膣腔内に投与される製剤の量が少なくなってしまう問題が回避されるという効果が生ずる。
先ず、タンポン10の構成について、図1乃至図6を参照しながら説明する。
図1及び図2は、タンポン10の構成要素を示す断面図である。図1は、内筒50を収縮させた状態のタンポン10を、図2は、内筒50を伸張させた状態のタンポン10を、それぞれ示している。図3は、外筒40の外観図である。図4は、図3に示す外筒40を先端側から見た図である。図5は、図1又は図2のA-A断面図である。図6は、図2の部分拡大図である。なお、以降の説明において、タンポン10の長手方向において、膣腔内に挿入される側を先端と呼び、反対側を後端と呼ぶ。
タンポン本体20は、膣腔を閉塞して経血等の液体を吸収する吸収体である。このタンポン本体20は、レーヨン繊維からなる吸収体本体(綿体)をポリエステルスパンボンド不織布からなるカバー体で覆ったものであり、略弾丸状の形状を有している。
以上、上記実施の形態に基づき本発明に係るタンポンを説明したが、上記した発明の実施の形態は、本発明の理解を容易にするためのものであり、本発明を限定するものではない。本発明は、その趣旨を逸脱することなく、変更、改良され得ると共に、本発明にはその等価物が含まれることはもちろんである。
Claims (9)
- タンポン本体と、
先端に開口を備え、該タンポン本体を収納するための収納筒と、
該収納筒内において移動して、前記タンポン本体を前記開口から前記収納筒の外に押し出すための押出部材と、
を有するタンポンであって、
前記収納筒は、その内面に該収納筒の長手方向に沿うリブを備えることを特徴とするタンポン。 - 請求項1に記載のタンポンであって、
前記収納筒は、前記内面の内周方向において等間隔に並ぶように配置された3つ以上の前記リブを備えることを特徴とするタンポン。 - 請求項2に記載のタンポンであって、
前記タンポン本体は、前記内面及び前記リブのうちの前記リブのみに接触していることを特徴とするタンポン。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載のタンポンであって、
前記収納筒は、少なくとも該収納筒の前記長手方向における中央よりも前記先端側に、前記リブを備えることを特徴とするタンポン。 - 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載のタンポンであって、
前記収納筒は、前記開口を囲む複数の花弁状部分を有し、該花弁状部分に前記リブを備えないことを特徴とするタンポン。 - 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載のタンポンであって、
前記収納筒は、
前記開口が形成され、前記先端側に位置する大径部と、
該大径部の内径よりも小さな内径を有し、前記先端側とは反対側の後端側に位置する小径部と、を有し、
前記大径部及び前記小径部のうちの前記大径部のみに前記タンポン本体が収納されており、
前記押出部材は、前記収納筒の前記大径部内及び前記小径部内において移動して、前記タンポン本体を前記開口から前記収納筒の外に押し出し、
前記収納筒は、前記大径部及び前記小径部のうちの大径部のみに前記リブを備えることを特徴とするタンポン。 - 請求項6に記載のタンポンであって、
前記大径部の径方向における前記リブの突出高さは、前記大径部と前記小径部の内径差よりも小さいことを特徴とするタンポン。 - 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載のタンポンであって、
前記収納筒は、
前記開口が形成され、前記先端側に位置する大径部と、
該大径部の内径よりも小さな内径を有し、前記先端側とは反対側の後端側に位置する小径部と、を有し、
前記大径部及び前記小径部のうちの前記大径部のみに前記タンポン本体が収納されており、
前記押出部材は、前記収納筒の前記大径部内及び前記小径部内において移動して、前記タンポン本体を前記開口から前記収納筒の外に押し出し、
前記収納筒は、前記大径部及び前記小径部の双方に前記リブを備えることを特徴とするタンポン。 - 請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれかに記載のタンポンであって、
前記タンポン本体の外表面には、製剤が付着していることを特徴とするタンポン。
