Claims
IN ARTIKEL 1 9 (1 ) GENANNTE ERKLÄRUNG
Zu der im Betreff genannten PCT-Anmeldung wird ein neuer Satz Patentansprüche gemäß Art. 19 PCT vorgelegt.
Der neue Anspruch 1 kombiniert die ursprünglichen Ansprüche 1 und 2.
Die Begriffe„äußerste" und„inneren" in Anspruch 1 wurden durch die Begriffe„radial äußerste" und„radial inneren" ersetzt. Dass es sich bei der äußersten Lamelle um die radial äußerste Lamelle, und bei den inneren Lamellen um die radial inneren Lamellen handelt, ist aus den Zeichnungen, beispielsweise Fig. 5, klar ersichtlich.
Weiters wurde der ursprüngliche Anspruch 10 derart angepasst, dass das Bezugszeichen (a) aus dem Anspruch entfernt wurde.
Der neue Anspruchsatz erfüllt somit sowohl das Kriterium der Klarheit, als auch das Kriterium der Neuheit und erfinderischen Tätigkeit.
Es wird um Berücksichtigung dieses neuen Anspruchsatzes gebeten.
