2002年 8月 7日中国公告了一份自动售货机的取货仓的专利, 公告号为 CN2504697Y, 该取货仓的挡 板通过挡板轴铰装在仓体后部, 并与仓门对应, 挡板轴伸出仓体外侧的两个轴端各固装一个短杆, 仓门的 两端各固装一个与所述的短杆对应的长干, 连杆的一端分别与所述的长干铰接, 另一端分别与所述的短杆 铰接, 仓门带动挡板上翻能实现自锁。 该取货仓的仓门是通过自身的重力保持竖直状态并封闭住取货仓的 出口, 在取货仓旋转打开的时候,始终受到重力的作用保持下旋, 取货仓的重量一般较大, 在打开的时候, 需要较大的力气才能打开, 使用时不太方便。
自动售货机内部分上下两部分, 上部分为储藏区, 售货机箱体内设有可以上下升降的接货箱, 接货箱 的驱动机构设置在售货机箱体的侧壁上, 售货机面板上设有选择按钮和控制按钮用来选择货物和拿取货 物, 与旋转按钮相连接的电路元器件和与控制按钮相连接的控制机构都设置在箱体的其中一侧, 占据了箱 体上部较多的空间, 从而减小了储藏区放置货物的空间, 减少了自动售货机每一次的货物储藏量, 这样就 增加了送货工作人员的工作量, 对自动售货机的货物供应更换时间间隔缩短。
发明内容
本发明解决了现有技术中取货仓的重量大, 打开时需要较大的力, 使用不方便的缺点, 提供一种取货 时能对翻转门板进行减力, 减弱打开翻转门板时需要的力, 使用比较便利的带减力翻转门板的售货机。
本发明解决了现有技术中售货机的升降接货系统设置在储藏箱体的侧壁上, 占据较多的储藏空间, 缩 小储藏箱体货物的储藏容积, 更换物品的频率增加, 给员工带来不便的缺点, 提供一种将升降接货系统设 置在储藏箱体的前侧, 增大储藏箱体的物品储藏容积, 延长更换物品的间隔时间, 降低员工劳动强度的带 减力翻转门板的售货机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是: 一种带减力翻转门板的售货机, 包括储藏箱体、 储藏门 及售货控制系统, 储藏门的下侧部位设置有带翻转门板的取货箱, 售货控制系统包括选货操作系统和升降 接货系统,其特征在于选货操作系统设置在储藏门上,升降接货系统设置在储藏箱体靠近储藏门的一侧处; 取货箱包括主体板和铰接在主体板上属于翻转门板之一的翻转外门板, 主体板上设置有翻转轮, 翻转轮上 具有弹簧连接支点, 主体板上具有弹簧固定支点, 弹簧连接支点与弹簧固定支点之间连接有弹簧, 翻转轮 的中心与弹簧固定支点之间的连线与弹簧连接支点的旋转轨迹相交叉, 翻转轮与翻转外门板之间通过联动 支架连接, 翻转轮上连接联动支架的支点与旋转轨迹的起点分置在所述连线的两侧。普通售货机的储藏门 上没有选货操作系统, 普通售货机的选货操作系统设置在储藏箱体的侧壁处, 这样储藏箱体内的容积就被 选货操作系统的电子元器件占据, 使得储藏箱体内货物使用的容积减小, 本发明将选货操作系统设置在储 藏门上, 释放原先选货操作系统布置需要占据的空间, 扩大了储藏箱体内货物储藏的容积, 升降接货系统 布置在储藏箱体靠近储藏门一侧的空间处, 这样可以释放原先储藏箱体侧边布置升降接货系统需要占据的 空间, 因为售货机下面有个取货口, 一般的取货口都是往储藏箱体内凸出, 本身就占据了一定的空间, 由 于售货时需要观察清楚货物的储藏情况, 货物一般都是从里边往外边移动, 这样在储藏箱体前侧的位置处 都预留有空间, 本发明正好占据这个原先存在的空间, 更加扩大了储藏箱体储藏货物的空间, 从而扩大了 储藏箱体整体的容积, 可以延长售货机单次开启储藏门的时间间隔, 降低工作人员更换的频率, 减轻工作 人员的劳动强度; 翻转外门板通过联动支架连接到翻转轮上' 主体板通过弹簧与翻转轮相连, 这两个连接 的位置保证翻转轮旋转时, 弹簧的弹力方向会越过翻转轮轴线与主体板上弹簧固定支点之间的连线, 使得 弹簧对翻转轮施加的作用力发生变向,这样在打开翻转外门板的时候先会感到有点阻力,防止轻松被打开, 打开到一定角度后, 弹簧作用力变向, 弹力辅助翻转外门板旋转, 此时比较省力, 实现翻转门板减力, 翻 转门板回复的时候, 在重力作用下, 回到初始位置, 在关闭状态时, 拉簧对翻转轮产生的拉力的方向与联 动支架驱动翻转内门板旋转的力相反,这样给翻转外门施加了额外的阻力,增加翻转外门板旋转所需的力。
作为优选, 储藏门下侧设置有一个取货口, 主体板呈槽形固定在取货口的两侧, 翻转外门板竖直设置 盖住取货口, 弹簧连接支点和翻转轮上连接联动支架的支点都是偏心设置在翻转轮上, 弹簧连接支点设置 在下侧,翻转轮上连接联动支架的支点设置在上侧。主体板呈槽形,结合翻转外门板形成一个货兜的形状, 接物比较方便, 货物由升降接货系统取下, 并放入到取货箱, 一开始的时候翻转外门板盖住口, 不能直接 取货, 推动翻转外门板往里旋转, 可以取出物品, 翻转轮上的弹簧连接支点和连接联动支架的支点偏心固 定使得翻转轮呈凸轮机构, 翻转轮旋转能带动各支点往复运动, 各支点的位置根据翻转轮与翻转外门板之 间的相互位置关系呈上下布置, 使得联动支架和弹簧的尺寸最小, 从而节省使用的材料, 翻转外门板的铰 接位置一般高于翻转轮的轴线位置, 因此连接联动支架的支点在上侧, 而弹簧连接支点的位置在下侧。
作为优选, 翻转门板还包括一个铰接在主体板上的翻转内门板, 翻转内门板固定在翻转轮的轴线上, 翻转内门板的长度与翻转外门板的长度之和大于主体板的宽度。长度关系使得翻转内门与翻转外门板旋转 后有一部分重叠, 这样在取货推开翻转外门板后能封住取货箱的顶部, 翻转内门板可以在翻转外门板的下 边, 也可以在翻转外门板的上边,一般翻转外门板的长度较大, 翻转内门板用来盖住翻转外门板边缘与主 体板之间的间隙。
作为优选, 翻转轮只有一个, 翻转轮设置在主体板的一个侧边上, 主体板的另一个侧边上开设有接货 缺口, 接货缺口外固定有货物导入板, 货物导入板呈三角形, 货物导入板的两恻为立板, 货物导入板的底 部为接货的斜板。 售货机选定货物后由货物接货箱接住并送到下部, 不是直接投入到取货箱内, 而是被投 入到取货箱的一侧, 从货物侧导入板穿过接货缺口进入到取货箱, 从而使得取货箱的顶部可以封闭, 提高 了安全性; 在翻转内门板和翻转外门板相互重叠的情况下, 翻转轮可以使用两个, 货物从取货箱的顶部进 入。
作为优选, 主体板的顶部为平面, 平面上封有缓冲垫, 平面靠向主体板前侧的位置处为向上伸出的尖 部, 尖部上封有上挡板, 主体板下侧部固定有底板, 主体板侧边朝向取货口一侧的下部封有下挡板。 主体 板可以自带底板, 也可以使用其他底板与主体板拼接形成, 尖部延长了主体板与储藏门之间的连接部位的 长度, 固定更加稳定。
作为优选, 主体板上连接有横跨主体板的翻转轴, 翻转外门板两侧边上端通过翻转轴与主体板铰接, 翻转外门板侧边中间偏上位置固定有超出侧边的连接轴, 主体板安装翻转轮的一侧边对应连接轴的位置开 设有弧形缺口, 连接轴伸出到弧形缺口外, 连接轴与联动支架的一端相连接。 由于翻转外门板旋转带动翻 转内门板旋转只有一侧受力, 为了防止出现变形, 通过翻转轴将翻转外门板两侧连接成一体, 使得受力更 加合理, 翻转外门板相对主体板做旋转运动, 弧形缺口的圆心正好在翻转外门板旋转的中心, 连接轴从主 体板内部伸出到弧形缺口外, 联动支架连接连接轴同时驱动翻转外门板旋转的时候, 弧形缺口可以起到导 向的作用, 同时还能限定翻转门板旋转的角度。
作为优选, 联动支架为角钢, 联动支架的两端都设置有连接孔, 一端与翻转轮连接, 另一端与连接轴 连接; 翻转轮上的弹簧连接支点上连接有拉簧挂板, 拉簧挂板与弹簧的一端连接, 弹簧固定支点为主体板 的侧边上设置的翻边,翻边的边缘设置有半圆口,弹簧的另一端固定到半圆口上。角钢能承受的外力较大, 在相同受力的情况下, 可以减小尺寸, 角钢的一个边为竖向, 另一个边为水平, 这样水平的边能对翻转轮 的旋转产生限位作用; 为防止弹簧与翻转轮发生干涉, 弹簧连接拉簧挂板再和翻转轮上的弹簧连接支点连 接。
作为优选, 储藏箱体分为上部的货物摆放区和下部的制冷机组区, 货物摆放区的长度为储藏箱体的内 宽且等于储藏箱体内壁之间的距离, 货物摆放区包括多层平行的摆放架, 升降接货系统包括升降接货箱和 驱动机构,升降接货箱与取货箱处于同一竖向位置,驱动机构布置在储藏箱体货物摆放区前面的内侧壁上。 货物摆放区从储藏箱体内壁的一侧到另一侧, 使得货物摆放区的长度为储藏箱体的内宽, 充分利用储藏箱 体内部的空间, 此处的同一竖向位置指储藏门关上时, 升降接货箱与取货箱在同一竖直面内, 取货箱的正 上方为升降接货箱上下运动的空间, 合理利用售货机内部的空余空间, 给货物摆放留出更多的空间, 驱动 机构驱动升降接货箱, 驱动机构可以随着升降接货箱同步上行下降, 或者驱动机构固定, 只有升降接货箱 上行下降, 驱动机构可以采用多种形式, 比如釆用齿条与齿轮, 采用滑轮或者采用皮带。
作为优选, 驱动机构包括驱动电机和驱动带, 驱动电机固定在储藏箱体内壁上与驱动带连接, 升降接 货箱的端部与驱动带连接, 升降接货箱的长度等于货物摆放区的长度。 驱动电机带动驱动带行走, 驱动带 带动升降接货箱上下运行, 升降接货箱的长度要能接住整个货物摆放区的物品。
作为优选, 所述的驱动电机与一根横轴的一端相连, 横轴的另一端固定有齿轮, 所述的驱动带为同步 齿带, 同步齿带与横轴上的齿轮相连接,横轴的两端分别架在储藏箱体的两内壁上。同步齿带能精确定位, 准确找到物品所在的高度; 通过横轴与驱动电机相连, 可以将电机的输出传递到储藏箱两侧壁上的驱动带 上, 这样减小了安装空间, 扩大了货物摆放区的空间; 使用横轴还可以省略一个驱动电机, 只使用一个驱 动电机, 简化了驱动机构和控制系统, 同时还能提高升降接货箱两侧的同步性。
作为优选, 储藏箱体内壁上分别固定有上限位装置和下限位装置, 上限位装置在货物摆放区的最上一 层摆放架处, 下限位装置在在货物摆放区最下一层摆放架处, 升降接货系统中的升降接货箱分固定部和活 动部, 固定部与活动部通过转轴相连, 储藏箱体内壁上固定有碰触就能将升降接货箱的活动部与固定部分 开的控制块, 控制块固定在升降接货箱上下运行的轨迹的下端。 升降接货箱上行的时候, 其底部为封闭状 态, 货物进入不会从底部漏出, 升降接货箱下行到底的时候, 转轴与控制块接触, 使得活动部与固定部之 间产生相对转动形成一个空隙, 货物从空隙中掉出并落到取货箱内; 上限位装置限定升降接货箱运行的的 最髙位置, 下限位装置限定升降接货箱运行的最低位置。
作为优选, 储藏箱体两侧内壁设置有多组水平的轨道, 轨道的数量与摆放架的数量相对应, 轨道的外 端向下倾斜并固定有偏心旋转锁柄, 摆放架为抽拉式结构, 摆放架的两侧固定有滚轮, 摆放架的上平面固 定有若干列分隔开的螺旋放置区, 每一螺旋放置区内穿有货物滑板。 抽拉式摆放架推入到储藏箱体内后, 旋转偏心旋转锁柄就能对抽拉摆放架进行锁定, 放置从滑出, 而且轨道的外端向下倾斜, 使得货物摆放架 抽出来后也向下倾斜, 摆放货物时更加方便, 能方便看清货物摆放架的货物, 不会挡住视线, 而且端部的 偏心旋转锁柄还能防止摆放架整个脱出。
作为优选, 摆放架的两侧设置有滚轮, 滚轮与对应位置的轨道相配, 螺旋放置区由一根圆钢螺旋弯曲 而成, 且每一根圆钢由一个步进电机驱动, 步进电机由售货控制系统控制。 滚轮可以减轻摆放架移动时的 阻力, 步进电机控制圆钢旋转一周, 圆钢推动物品往外行走一个固定距离, 从而逐渐将内部的物品运行到 外部, 保证摆放架的最外端始终有物品; 为保证货物滑板不与圆钢发生干涉, 可以在圆钢端部设置一个齿 环, 货物滑板穿过齿环的中心, 步进电机与齿环相连接。
本发明的有益效果是: 货物摆放区占据储藏箱体内整个的宽度, 将选货操作系统设置在储藏门上, 升 降接货箱的驱动电机设置在货物摆放区的下部并由横轴和同步齿带传递动力, 减小了这些设备占据的空 间, 扩大了售货机的容积, 延长了更换人员更换货物间隔的时间; 翻转外门板与翻转轮之间通过联动支架 和弹簧连接, 弹簧对翻转轮产生的力的方向相对联动支架对翻转轮产生的力的方向会发生改变, 从而可以 改变驱动翻转外门板所需的力, 在一开始需要施加较大的力, 打开后又只需小的力, 这样可以防止需要用 持续的较大的力来打开取货门, 又能防止非法的使用者靠速度偷取, 同时翻转内门和翻转外门板的结合能 提髙安全性。

下面通过具体实施例, 并结合附图, 对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例: 一种售货机(参见附图 1附图 2附图 3), 长方形的储藏箱体 1的左侧通过铰链固定有储藏门 2, 储藏门带有透明面板 3, 面板由高强度玻璃制成, 透明面板的下部设有取货口, 取货口内固定有取货箱 5, 面板的右侧设有选货操作系统 16, 选货操作系统具有投币口、 退币按钮和数字按钮, 储藏门内侧与选 货操作系统相对应的位置设有售货控制系统的控制电路 6, 储藏门的右侧设有储藏门锁定装置, 储藏箱体 分上部和下部, 上部为货物摆放区 17, 货物摆放区从储藏箱体 1内壁的左侧到储藏箱体 1内壁的右侧, 货 物摆放区的宽度等于储藏箱体内部的整个宽度,货物摆放区包括 6层抽拉式结构的摆放架 10,储藏箱体的 内侧壁上设有 6对平行布置的轨道,每层摆放架的两侧设有滚轮 13, 滚轮放置在轨道内, 轨道的外端向下 倾斜并固定有偏心旋转锁柄 14,偏心旋转锁柄下旋的时候锁住摆放架,每层摆放架的两侧边设有高的护板 18, 摆放架上面设有 10列分隔开的由圆钢 11螺旋弯曲而成的螺旋放置区, 每一根圆钢的尾部连接有步进 电机 15, 每一根圆钢形成的螺旋内穿有货物滑板 12, 货物滑板的两端向下倾斜, 摆放架的正面与每一根 圆钢对应的位置固定有标签(参见附图 4), 货物摆放区的下部为制冷机组区 7, 制冷机组区的侧边为主电 源区 8, 储藏门关上后, 取货箱卡入到制冷机组区与储藏门之间形成空隙内, 货物摆放区的下部设有升降 接货箱 9, 降接货箱由驱动机构驱动, 驱动机构包括驱动电机和驱动带, 驱动电机设置在货物摆放区和制 冷机组区之间, 驱动带布置在储藏箱体内侧壁上, 驱动带为同步齿带, 驱动电机与一根横轴的一端相连, 横轴的另一端固定有齿轮, 同步齿带与横轴上的齿轮相连接, 横轴的两端分别架在储藏箱体的两侧, 储藏 箱体侧壁上货物摆放区上部和下部分别固定有上限位装置和下限位装置, 侧壁上货物摆放区的下部还固定 有一个控制块 4, 升降接货箱分固定部和活动部, 活动部与固定部之间通过转轴相连, 升降接货箱运行到 下限位装置时, 活动部与控制块相接触后, 活动部与固定部之间产生相对转动形成一个空隙, 驱动电机和 步进电机都由储藏门上的售货控制系统控制。
取货箱 5 (参见附图 5)包括主体板 19、 底板 22、 翻转外门板 24和翻转内门板 30, 主体板为槽形, 包括两侧边和后边, 侧边底下的角部位置为斜边, 两侧边的斜边之间用下裆板 20封住, 底板与主体板的 下侧边缘用抽芯铆钉 23连接固定, 翻转外门板的两侧用翻转轴 26连接在主体板上, 翻转轴的端部设有弹 性挡圈 27并固定在主体板的两侧边的上部靠向外侧的位置, 翻转内门板固定在主体板两侧边的靠向里侧 的位置, 翻转内门板的两端设有伸出的短轴, 短轴搁置在主体板的侧边, 并在外部固定连接有翻转轮 33, 翻转轮的内侧轮缘上设有连接联动支架的支点, 外侧轮缘上设有弹簧连接支点, 期中连接联动支架的支点 在上侧, 弹簧连接支点在下侧, 翻转外门板的一侧中部偏上的位置设有连接轴 41, 主体板侧边相对于连接 轴的位置设有弧形缺口 43, 连接轴伸出到弧形缺口外, 连接联动支架的支点与连接轴之间设有联动支架 32, 联动支架为角钢, 联动支架两端设置有连接孔, 联动支架一端的连接孔与连接轴之间用螺钉 28和平 垫圈 29固定, 联动支架另一端的连接孔用内六角螺钉 34固定在翻转轮内侧, 主体板侧边外侧的中部设有 翻边形成弹簧固定支点 42, 弹簧固定支点上设有一个半圆口, 弹簧连接支点上用锁扣套管 36和螺钉固定 有拉簧挂板 35的一端, 拉簧挂板的另一端与弹簧固定支点上的半圆口之间设有弹簧 37, 拉黉挂板整体呈 Z字形, 翻转外门板与主体板之间的连接位置设有塑料隔离垫片 25, 主体板的顶部为平面, 平面靠向侧边 竖向的位置处为向上伸出的尖部 44, 两尖部之间用上档板 21封住, 平面位置用缓冲垫 38封住, 主体板的 另一个侧边设有接货缺口, 并在接货缺口外固定有货物导入板 31, 货物导入板呈倾斜状, 两恻为立板 38, 立板的下底边连接有斜板 40。
向投币口投入硬币,选定需要的货物,售货控制系统控制驱动电机,驱动电机通过横轴带动同步齿带, 同步齿带带动升降接货箱到达指定高度, 同时相应位置处的步进电机旋转带动螺旋圆钢, 从而使货物掉落 到升降接货箱内, 升降接货箱下行到下限位装置处, 活动部碰触到控制块旋转与固定部形成一个空隙, 使 得货物掉落到取货箱, 推开取货门, 取走货物, 翻转外门板关闭时, 弹簧对翻转轮施加的力矩为顺时针方 向, 与联动支架对翻转轮施加的力矩方向相同, 翻转外门板与翻转内门板通过联动支架连接成联动状态, 要推开翻转外门板时增加了弹簧对翻转轮施加的力矩, 使得推门动作需要额外的力, 翻转外门板的打开角 度逐渐增大, 弹簧对翻转轮施加的力矩逐渐减小, 当翻转外门板打开大约 30° 后, 弹簧的拉力经过翻转轮 的旋转中心, 翻转外门板继续打开, 弹簧的拉力的方向越过翻转轮的中心, 此时弹簧对翻转轮的力矩的方 向为逆时针方向, 与联动支架对翻转轮的力矩方向相反, 从而使得推开翻转外门板的力变小, 起到省力的 作用 (参见附图 6); 释放对翻转外门板的力, 在重力的作用下, 翻转外门板旋转回复到初始位置, 弹簧对 翻转轮施加的力越过翻转轮与弹簧固定支点之间的连线, 产生的力矩变成辅助翻转外门板关闭(参见附图 7)。
以上所述的实施例只是本发明的一种较佳方案, 并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制, 在不超出权利要 求所记载的技术方案的前提下还有其它的变体及改型。

1、 一种带减力翻转门板的售货机, 包括储藏箱体、 储藏门及售货控制系统, 储藏门的下侧部位设置有带 翻转门板的取货箱, 售货控制系统包括选货操作系统和升降接货系统, 其特征在于选货操作系统设置在储 藏门上, 升降接货系统设置在储藏箱体靠近储藏门的一侧处; 取货箱包括主体板和铰接在主体板上属于翻 转门板之一的翻转外门板, 主体板上设置有翻转轮, 翻转轮上具有弹簧连接支点, 主体板上具有弹簧固定 支点, 弹簧连接支点与弹簧固定支点之间连接有弹簧, 翻转轮的中心与弹簧固定支点之间的连线与弹簧连 接支点的旋转轨迹相交叉, 翻转轮与翻转外门板之间通过联动支架连接, 翻转轮上连接联动支架的支点与 旋转轨迹的起点分置在所述连线的两侧。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的带减力翻转门板的售货机, 其特征在于储藏门下侧设置有一个取货口, 主体板 呈槽形固定在取货口的两侧, 翻转外门板竖直设置盖住取货口, 弹簧连接支点和翻转轮上连接联动支架的 支点都是偏心设置在翻转轮上, 弹簧连接支点设置在下侧, 翻转轮上连接联动支架的支点设置在上侧。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的带减力翻转门板的售货机, 其特征在于翻转门板还包括一个铰接在主体扳上的 翻转内门板, 翻转内门板固定在翻转轮的轴线上, 翻转内门板的长度与翻转外门板的长度之和大于主体板 的宽度。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的带减力翻转门板的售货机, 其特征在于翻转轮只有一个, 翻转轮设置 在主体板的一个侧边上, 主体板的另一个侧边上开设有接货缺口, 接货缺口外固定有货物导入板, 货物导 入板呈三角形, 货物导入板的两侧为立板, 货物导入板的底部为接货的斜板。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的带减力翻转门板的售货机, 其特征在于主体板的顶部为平面, 平面上 封有缓冲垫, 平面靠向主体板前侧的位置处为向上伸出的尖部, 尖部上封有上挡板, 主体板下侧部固定有 底板, 主体板侧边朝向取货口一侧的下部封有下挡板。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的带减力翻转门板的售货机, 其特征在于主体板上连接有横跨主体板的翻转轴, 翻转外门板两侧边上端通过翻转轴与主体板铰接, 翻转外门板侧边中间偏上位置固定有超出侧边的连接 轴, 主体板安装翻转轮的一侧边对应连接轴的位置开设有弧形缺口, 连接轴伸出到弧形缺口外, 连接轴与 联动支架的一端相连接。
7、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3或 6所述的带减力翻转门板的售货机, 其特征在于联动支架为角钢, 联动支 架的两端都设置有连接孔, 一端与翻转轮连接, 另一端与连接轴连接; 翻转轮上的弹簧连接支点上连接有 拉簧挂板, 拉簧挂板与弹簧的一端连接, 弹簧固定支点为主体板的侧边上设置的翻边, 翻边的边缘设置有 半圆口, 弹簧的另一端固定到半圆口上。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的带减力翻转门板的售货机, 其特征在于储藏箱体分为上部的货物摆放区和下部 的制冷机组区, 货物摆放区的长度为储藏箱体的内宽且等于储藏箱体内壁之间的距离, 货物摆放区包括多 层平行的摆放架, 升降接货系统包括升降接货箱和驱动机构, 升降接货箱与取货箱处于同一竖向位置, 驱 动机构布置在储藏箱体货物摆放区前面的内侧壁上。
9、 根据权利要求 S所述的带减力翻转门板的售货机, 其特征在于驱动机构包括驱动电机和驱动带, 驱动 电机固定在储藏箱体内壁上与驱动带连接, 升降接货箱的端部与驱动带连接, 升降接货箱的长度等于货物 摆放区的长度。
10、根据权利要求 9所述的带减力翻转门板的售货机,其特征在于所述的驱动电机与一根横轴的一端相连, 横轴的另一端固定有齿轮, 所述的驱动带为同步齿带, 同步齿带与横轴上的齿轮相连接, 横轴的两端分别 架在储藏箱体的两内壁上。
11、根据权利要求 1或 2或 3或 8或 9所述的带减力翻转门板的售货机, 其特征在于储藏箱体内壁上分别 固定有上限位装置和下限位装置, 上限位装置在货物摆放区的最上一层摆放架处, 下限位装置在在货物摆 放区最下一层摆放架处,升降接货系统中的升降接货箱分固定部和活动部,固定部与活动部通过转轴相连, 储藏箱体内壁上固定有碰触就能将升降接货箱的活动部与固定部分开的控制块,控制块固定在升降接货箱 上下运行的轨迹的下端。
12、根据权利要求 1或 8所述的带减力翻转门板的售货机, 其特征在于储藏箱体两侧内壁设置有多组水平 的轨道, 轨道的数量与摆放架的数量相对应, 轨道的外端向下倾斜并固定有偏心旋转锁柄, 摆放架为抽拉 式结构, 摆放架的两侧固定有滚轮, 摆放架的上平面固定有若干列分隔开的螺旋放置区, 每一螺旋放置区 内穿有货物滑板。 '
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的带减力翻转门板的售货机, 其特征在于摆放架的两侧设置有滚轮, 滚轮与对 应位置的轨道相配, 螺旋放置区由一根圆钢螺旋弯曲而成, 且每一根圆钢由一个步进电机驱动, 步进电机 由售货控制系统控制。
