在目前市面上的类似豆浆机产品, 其结构都是由一带有导线、 控制电路、 电机所组成的机头、 中心刀轴、 中心刀轴上设有刀片、 滤网、 加热器、 容器 组成。 此类产品的不足之处在于滤网的空间有限,且滤网网孔设计较小, 滤网 外容器内的水是静止的, 在打碎黄豆过程中豆浆与网外容器内的水不能充分 溶合,蛋白质的提取不高,渣汁不能分离,黄豆的营养物得不到很好提取利用。 如果网孔设计太大, 豆浆饮用口感不好。 发明公开
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术的不足之处而提供的一种滤网旋转的豆 浆机。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是: 一种滤网旋转的豆浆机, 包括 有机头、 控制装置、 电机、 滤网、 中心刀轴、 刀片和加热容器, 机头装设在 加热容器的上部, 装设在机头内的电机输出端连接中心刀轴的一端, 中心刀 轴另一端装有刀片, 滤网装设在机头的底部并容纳中心刀轴带有刀片的一端, 在所述中心刀轴上依次套设有上转动轴套、 下转动轴套及滤网座, 其中, 上 转动轴套与中心刀轴紧密配合, 而下转动轴套和滤网座与中心刀轴间隙配合, 确认本
滤网与滤网座的下部相互扣接, 滤网座的上部和下转动轴套固定连接; 在上 转动轴套和下转动轴套之间还设有一使上转动轴套和下转动轴套啮合或分离 的离合装置。 所述的离合装置包括有: 弹性离合器、 离合器驱动杆和驱动装置, 弹性 离合器装设在上转动轴套和下转动轴套的圆周外侧, 驱动装置通过离合器驱 动杆连接到弹性离合器; 当打浆时, 控制装置通过驱动装置使弹性离合器处 于送开状态, 当滤渣时, 控制装置通过驱动装置使弹性离合器处于啮合状态。 所述的驱动装置同步电机或电磁铁组成。 所述的下转动轴套外圆侧面与机头之间还装有轴承。 所述的下转动轴套外圆侧面与机头开口边缘之间还装有密封圈。 所述的滤网座与中心刀轴之间装有密封硅胶。 所述的加热容器内装有发热器。 采用上述结构后, 本发明针对现有实际问题而提出的一种能让滤网在打 碎过程中或打碎后可以高速旋转, 利用滤网高速旋转产生的离心力可以很好 的使得豆浆与渣的分离, 且有助于打浆, 使得豆浆的利用率更高, 效果更好。 附图说明

最佳实施例
如图 2所示的本发明的豆浆机, 包括有机头 1、 控制装置 2、 电机 3、 滤 网 6、 中心刀轴 7、刀片 8和加热容器 16, 机头 1装设在加热容器 16的上部,
装设在机头 1内的电机 3输出端连接中心刀轴 7的一端, 中心刀轴 7另一端 装有刀片 8,滤网 6装设在机头 1的底部并容纳中心刀轴 7带有刀片 8的一端, 在所述中心刀轴 7上依次套设有上转动轴套 10、下转动轴套 12及滤网座 15, 其中, 上转动轴套 10与中心刀轴 7紧密配合, 而下转动轴套 12和滤网座 15 与中心刀轴 7间隙配合, 滤网 6与滤网座 15的下部相互扣接, 可拆取, 很方 便清洗, 滤网座 15的上部和下转动轴套 12连接; 在上转动轴套 10和下转动 轴套 12之间还设有一使上转动轴套 10和下转动轴套 12啮合或分离的离合装 置。 所述的离合装置包括有: 弹性离合器 11、 离合器驱动杆 4和驱动装置 5, 弹性离合器 11装设在上转动轴套 10和下转动轴套 12的圆周外侧, 驱动装置 5通过离合器驱动杆 4连接到弹性离合器 11; 当打浆时, 控制装置 2通过驱 动装置 5使弹性离合器 11处于送开状态, 当滤渣时, 控制装置 2通过驱动装 置 5使弹性离合器 11处于啮合状态。 所述的驱动装置 5同步电机或电磁铁组 成。所述的下转动轴套 12外圆侧面与机头 1之间还装有轴承 13。所述的下转 动轴套 12外圆侧面与机头 1开口边缘之间还装有密封圈 14, 可以使用 O型 密封圈, 防止加热容器 16内的水渗入机头 1内。 所述的滤网座 15与中心刀 轴 7之间装有密封硅胶 17。 所述的加热容器 16内装有发热器 18。
使用时, 将豆子放在滤网 6中扣接在滤网座 5上, 打浆时, 弹性离合器 11处于送开状态, 电机 3带动中心刀轴 7转动, 使刀片 8打碎滤网 6中的豆 子, 当需要滤渣时, 控制装置 2发出指令使驱动装置 5动作, 驱动装置 5通 过离合器驱动杆 4使弹性离合器 11处于啮合状态, 使上转动轴套 10与下转 动轴套 12连接在一起, 当电机 3转动时, 一方面, 中心刀轴 7的刀片 8在转
动, 同时, 另一方面, 上转动轴套 10带动下转动轴套 12转动, 下转动轴套 12相应带动滤网座 5转动, 从而最终使滤网 6和刀片 8同时转动, 利用滤网 6高速旋转产生的离心力可以很好的使得豆浆与渣的分离,且有助于打浆,使 得豆浆的利用率更高, 效果更好。 工业上的应用
Claims
1、 一种滤网旋转的豆浆机, 包括有机头、 控制装置、 电机、 滤网、 中心 刀轴、 刀片和加热容器, 机头装设在加热容器的上部, 装设在机头内的电机 输出端连接中心刀轴的一端, 中心刀轴另一端装有刀片, 滤网装设在机头的 底部并容纳中心刀轴带有刀片的一端, 其特征在于: 在所述中心刀轴上依次 套设有上转动轴套、 下转动轴套及滤网座, 其中, 上转动轴套与中心刀轴紧 密配合, 而下转动轴套和滤网座与中心刀轴间隙配合, 滤网与滤网座的下部 相互扣接, 滤网座的上部和下转动轴套固定连接; 在上转动轴套和下转动轴 套之间还设有一使上转动轴套和下转动轴套啮合或分离的离合装置。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种滤网旋转的豆浆机, 其特征在于: 所述的 离合装置包括有: 弹性离合器、 离合器驱动杆和驱动装置, 弹性离合器装设 在上转动轴套和下转动轴套的圆周外侧, 驱动装置通过离合器驱动杆连接到 弹性离合器; 当打浆时, 控制装置通过驱动装置使弹性离合器处于送开状态, 当滤渣时, 控制装置通过驱动装置使弹性离合器处于啮合状态。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的一种滤网旋转的豆桨机, 其特征在于: 所述的 驱动装置同步电机或电磁铁组成。
4、 根据权利要求 1-3之任一项所述的一种滤网旋转的豆浆机, 其特征在 于: 所述的下转动轴套外圆侧面与机头之间还装有轴承。
5、 根据权利要求 1-3之任一项所述的一种滤网旋转的豆浆机, 其特征在 于: 所述的下转动轴套外圆侧面与机头开口边缘之间还装有密封圈。
6、 根据权利要求 1-3之任一项所述的一种滤网旋转的豆浆机, 其特征在
于: 所述的滤网座与中心刀轴之间装有密封硅胶。
7、 根据权利要求 1-3之任一项所述的一种滤网旋转的豆浆机 其特征在 于- 所述的加热容器内装有发热器。
