复合金属蜂窝地板 技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合地板, 特别涉及一种实木复合蜂窝地板。
背景技术
现有的实木复合地板多数是采用多层实木或有机人造板做基材, 该种产品 浪费了大量的木材资源。
现有的实木复合地板采用层压结构原理形成产品, 遇到潮湿、干燥等气候, 地板会出现不同程度的质量下降, 直接影响地板的平整度。
而且这种地板的导热速度慢, 地板在经受地热后会产生不同程度的翘曲, 应用在地暖领域上会消耗大量的能源。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是要提供一种节省木材资源的实木复合蜂窝地 板。
另有本发明所要解决的技术问题是要提供一种传暖速度快、 降低能源消耗 的实木复合蜂窝地板。
为了解决第一个技术问题,本发明提供了一种实木复合蜂窝地板, 包括金属 蜂窝、 实木薄片、 粘合剂, 所述金属蜂窝的正、 反面最少有一个面通过粘合剂与 实木薄片合在一起, 在金属蜂窝的四周填有填充物。
所述金属蜂窝四周空隙中填有填充物,填充物干固后经精加工, 能制成拼装 凹槽和拼装凸榫, 用于拼装地板。上述的填充物干固后经精加工, 能制成锁口状 凹槽和锁口状凸榫, 用于拼装地板。 为了解决第二个技术问题,本发明提供了一种实木复合蜂窝地板, 包括金属 蜂窝、 实木薄片、 粘合剂, 所述金属蜂窝的正、 反面最少有一个面通过粘合剂与 实木薄片合在一起, 在金属蜂窝的四周镶嵌埋入封边条。
所述金属蜂窝四周采用粘合剂镶嵌埋入封边条, 经精加工后, 该封边条能制 成拼装凹槽和拼装凸榫,用于拼装地板。上述封边条经精加工后制成锁口状凹槽 和锁口状凸榫, 用于拼装地板。
本发明的优越功效在于:
1 ) 能大幅度减少木材用量, 节省木材达 50%, 金属蜂窝芯材还能循环利用;
2 ) 采用金属蜂窝芯材, 传暖速度比一般木地板要快 60%、 能源节省 30%;
3 ) 金属蜂窝芯材自身重量轻, 运输方便, 成本低。 附图说明

请参阅附图所示, 对本发明作进一步的描述。
如图 1所示, 本发明提供了一种实木复合蜂窝地板, 包括金属蜂窝 1、 实木 薄片 2、 粘合剂 3, 将两件实木薄片 2各一个面涂上粘合剂 3, 把金属蜂窝 1夹 在两件已涂上粘合剂 3的实木薄片 2中间,通过压力让粘合剂 3固化后使金属蜂 窝 1与实木薄片 2合成在一起,金属蜂窝 1四周空隙中填有填充物 4,经精加后, 如图 3所示, 该填充物 4能制成拼装凹槽 5和拼装凸榫 6, 或如图 4所示, 制成 锁扣状凹槽 9和锁扣状凸榫 10, 方便地板组装。 上述位于底部的实木薄片 2能 用其他材料的薄片 8替换,其他材料的薄片 8是高密度纤维板薄片, 或是防火板 薄片, 或是金属薄片。
采用本发明制造出来的产品, 能大量节省资源、 节省木材达 50%。
如图 2所示, 本发明提供了一种实木复合蜂窝地板, 包括金属蜂窝 1、 实木 薄片 2、 粘合剂 3, 将两件实木薄片 2各一个面涂上粘合剂 3, 把金属蜂窝 1夹 在两件已涂上粘合剂 3的实木薄片 2中间, 通过压力让金属蜂窝 1与实木薄片 2 合成在一起, 然后在金属蜂窝 1四周镶嵌粘结埋入封边条 7, 通过精加工后, 如 图 3所示, 封边条 7能加工成产品的拼装凹槽 5和拼装凸榫 6, 或如图 4所示, 制成锁扣状凹槽 9和锁扣状凸榫 10, 用于拼装地板。 上述的实木薄片 2之一能 用其他材料 8替换。
采用本发明制造出来的产品, 金属蜂窝 1传暖快, 传暖速度比一般木地板要 快 60%、 能源消耗节省 40%, 能广泛适用于地暖地板。

1、 一种实木复合蜂窝地板, 包括金属蜂窝、 实木薄片、 粘合剂, 其特征在 于:
所述金属蜂窝的正、反面最少有一个面通过粘合剂与实木薄片合在一起, 在 金属蜂窝的四周填有填充物或镶嵌埋入封边条。
2、 按权利要求 1所述的实木复合蜂窝地板, 其特征在于:
所述四周的填充物或封边条制成拼装凹槽和拼装凸榫。
3、 按权利要求 1所述的实木复合蜂窝地板, 其特征在于:
所述四周的填充物或封边条制成锁口状凹槽和锁口状凸榫。
4、 按权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的实木复合蜂窝地板, 其特征在于: 所述的封边条是采用粘合剂镶嵌埋入金属蜂窝的四周。
