当前, "统一通信(Unif ied Communica t ion) " 技术已经应用到了通信领 域中。 统一通信是指把计算机技术与传统通信技术融合为一体的新通信模式, 即把计算机网络与传统通信网络融合在同一个网络平台上, 实现电话、 传真、 数据传输、 音视频会议、 呼叫中心、 即时通信等多种应用服务。 现有的统一 通信技术已经实现了点击拨号业务, 即通过在计算机软件(客户端)上输入主 叫号码和被叫号码, 然后向服务器发起点击呼叫请求。 服务器收到请求后指 示软交换呼叫主叫和被叫, 然后由软交换接续双方通话。 在呼叫中, 软交换 会把呼叫状态通知服务器, 由服务器通知客户端显示呼叫状态信息。
在实现上述统一通信的过程中, 发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问 题: 客户端只能发起呼叫而不能对后续的呼叫进行控制。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供一种实现统一通信的方法、 装置、 系统, 使客户端 可以对呼叫进行控制。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的实施例釆用如下技术方案:
一种呼叫控制的方法, 包括:
将号码绑定后的客户端参与的呼叫的呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送给客户 端;
接收客户端根据呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送的包含所述呼叫标识及控制指 令的控制请求;
将所述包含呼叫标识及控制指令的控制请求发送给软交换设备, 以便软 交换设备根据所述控制命令对所述呼叫标识对应的呼叫进行控制。
一种呼叫控制的方法, 包括:
将客户端参与的呼叫的呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送给应用服务器, 以便应 用服务器将所述呼叫的呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送给客户端;
接收应用服务器发送的包含呼叫标识及控制指令的控制请求;
根据所述控制请求中的控制命令对呼叫标识对应的呼叫进行控制。
一种呼叫控制的方法, 包括:
接收应用服务器发送的呼叫标识和呼叫状态, 所述呼叫标识为该客户端 进行号码绑定后参与的呼叫所对应的呼叫标识;
在呼叫状态显示呼叫正在进行时, 向应用服务器发送包含所述呼叫标识 及控制指令的控制请求, 以便应用服务器通知软交换设备对呼叫标识对应的 呼叫进行控制。
一种应用服务器, 包括:
第一信息交互模块: 用于将号码绑定后的客户端参与的呼叫的呼叫标识 和呼叫状态发送给客户端;
第一控制请求接收模块: 用于接收客户端根据呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送 的包含所述呼叫标识及控制指令的控制请求;
第一控制模块: 用于将所述包含呼叫标识及控制指令的控制请求发送给 软交换设备, 以便软交换设备根据所述控制命令对所述呼叫标识对应的呼叫 进行控制。

一种呼叫控制的系统, 包括: 应用服务器和软交换设备, 其中, 应用服务器: 用于将来自软交换设备的号码绑定后的客户端参与的呼叫 的呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送给客户端; 以及将来自客户端的根据呼叫标识和 呼叫状态发送的包含所述呼叫标识及控制指令的控制请求发送给软交换设 备;
软交换设备: 用于建立呼叫, 发送呼叫标识和呼叫状态, 并按照客户端 的控制请求对呼叫进行控制。
本发明实施例提供的呼叫控制的方法、 装置和系统, 将号码绑定后的客 户端参与的呼叫的呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送给客户端, 所述客户端可以向网 络侧发送包含呼叫标识的控制请求, 网络侧根据所述呼叫标识识别出客户端 的控制请求所针对的呼叫, 并对所述呼叫进行控制。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明实施例实现统一通信的方法、 装置和系统进行详 细描述。 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是全部的 实施例。 基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳 动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例的一种呼叫控制的方法如图 1所示, 包括:
S 1 0 客户端向应用服务器发送号码绑定请求。
所述号码绑定请求中携带客户端号码和与该客户端绑定的终端号码。 S 1 02、 应用服务器根据客户端号码绑定请求, 将客户端与终端进行号码 绑定,即将需要绑定的客户端号码及终端号码进行映射存储。
本实施例中所提到的客户端指通过功能软件实现与通信网络上其它终端 进行通信的计算机, 或者具有类似功能的其它智能终端。 客户端会首先向网 络侧的应用服务器发送一个号码绑定请求, 所述号码绑定请求中包括客户端 号码和与该客户端绑定的终端号码, 应用服务器将客户端与终端进行号码绑 定, 由于普通终端对自身不参加的呼叫是不具有控制能力的, 但本发明实施 例的客户端具有呼叫控制能力, 即通过将客户端与其它终端进行号码绑定, 由客户端对绑定的终端进行呼叫控制。
S 1 03、 应用服务器将号码绑定后的客户端参与的呼叫所对应的呼叫标识 发送给客户端。
号码绑定后的客户端参与的呼叫主要有两种情况, 第一种情况为: 在该 客户端上选择某一个绑定的终端作为主叫, 向网络侧的应用服务器发起呼叫, 被叫为其它终端; 第二种情况为: 客户端号码作为被叫, 接收网络侧的应用 服务器发来的呼叫。
51 04、 客户端向应用服务器发送包含呼叫标识的控制请求, 应用服务器 将所述包含呼叫标识及控制指令的控制请求发送给软交换设备, 以便软交换 设备根据所述控制命令对呼叫标识对应的呼叫进行控制。
本实施例中, 网络侧将客户端参与的呼叫所对应的呼叫标识发送给客户 端, 客户端知道呼叫所对应的呼叫标识后, 可以针对该呼叫进行控制。
51 05、 软交换设备接收客户端包含呼叫标识的控制请求, 对呼叫标识对 应的呼叫进行控制。
软交换设备先从接收的控制请求中解析出控制命令和呼叫标识; 然后在 本设备建立的呼叫中查找与呼叫标识对应的呼叫; 查找到该呼叫后, 对所述 呼叫执行控制命令。
本实施例在客户端发送的控制请求中包含呼叫标识, 网络侧根据所述呼 叫标识判断出控制命令所针对的呼叫, 对该呼叫执行所述控制命令。
本实施例将客户端与终端进行绑定, 当客户端参与呼叫时, 网络侧根据 客户端与终端的绑定关系, 向该客户端发送本次呼叫对应的呼叫标识, 这样, 便建立了呼叫与呼叫标识的对应关系, 当客户端需要对某个呼叫进行控制时, 所述客户端可以向网络侧发送包含呼叫标识的控制请求, 网络侧根据所述呼 叫标识识别出客户端的控制请求所针对的呼叫, 并对所述呼叫进行控制。 避 免了现有技术一旦起呼就无法中止呼叫等问题, 简化了整个系统流程, 节省 了系统和网络资源, 也节省了用户的时间。 本发明实施例的一种呼叫控制的方法如图 2 所示, 本发明实施例为: 客 户端向网络侧发起主叫为与该客户端绑定的某一个终端, 被叫为任意一个终 端的呼叫。 具体包括:
S20 应用服务器为客户端分配一个登录号码。 客户端按照应用服务器 分配的登录号码登录应用服务器。
在客户端登录应用服务器之前, 应用服务器需要先为客户端分配一个登 录号码, 该登录号码作为客户端对外公布的统一号码。 该过程相当于给客户 端开户的过程。 进一步的, 应用服务器在为客户端分配登录号码的同时, 还 为其分配登录密码。
步骤 S201如图 2a所示, 可以进一步包括以下步骤:
S201 a、 在客户端上输入开户时分配的登录号码和登录密码, 向应用服务 器发起登录请求。 登录请求中携带登录号码和经过加密的密码信息。
S201 b、 应用服务器解析登录请求, 判断登录号码是否存在, 如果登录号 码不存在, 则向客户端响应登录失败, 响应信息中携带失败的原因码。
S201 c、 如果登录号码存在, 应用服务器还需要检验登录号码和登录密码 与本端存储的登录号码和登录密码是否一致。
S201 d、 如果登录号码和登录密码与本端存储的登录号码和登录密码不一 致, 鉴权认证失败, 则应用服务器向客户端响应登录失败, 响应信息中携带 失败的原因码。
S201e、 如果登录号码和登录密码与本端存储的登录号码和登录密码一 致, 鉴权认证成功, 则应用服务器向客户端响应登录成功。 客户端登录成功 后, 可以进行步骤 S202的操作。
S202 , 客户端向应用服务器发送号码绑定请求, 所述号码绑定请求中携 带客户端号码以及待绑定的一个或一个以上终端号码。 应用服务器接收号码 绑定请求, 并将所述号码绑定请求中的终端号码与所述客户端号码映射存储。 一个客户端可以同时绑定多个终端号码。
步骤 S202如图 2b所示, 可以进一步包括以下步骤:
S202a、 在客户端上输入待绑定的终端号码, 向应用服务器发起号码绑定 请求。 号码绑定请求中携带客户端号码和待绑定的终端号码。
S202b、 应用服务器收到号码绑定请求后, 检查待绑定的终端号码格式是 否为合法的电话号码格式。
S202c、 如果待绑定的终端号码格式不是合法的电话号码格式, 则应用服 务器向客户端响应号码绑定失败, 响应信息中携带失败的原因码, 流程结束。
S202d、 如果待绑定的终端号码格式是合法的电话号码格式, 应用服务器 检查客户端号码是否已经绑定了相同的终端号码。
S202e、 如果已经绑定, 则应用服务器直接向客户端响应号码绑定成功, 然后执行步骤 203。
S202f、 如果尚未绑定, 则应用服务器需要保存客户端号码和终端号码之 间的映射关系,进行号码绑定,并向客户端返回绑定结果。然后执行步骤 203。

5213、 挂断后, 软交换设备将通话结束的呼叫状态通过应用服务器发送 给客户端, 客户端显示呼叫状态为通话结束。

5215、 客户端向网络侧发送解绑定请求, 应用服务器将客户端与号码绑 定的终端解绑定。
本实施例将客户端与终端进行绑定, 当所述客户端向网络侧发起主叫为 与该客户端绑定的某一个终端, 被叫为任意一个终端的呼叫时, 网络侧根据 客户端与终端的绑定关系, 向该客户端发送本次呼叫对应的呼叫标识, 同时 向主叫终端发起呼叫, 主叫终端摘机后, 再向被叫终端发起呼叫。 这样, 便 建立了呼叫与呼叫标识的对应关系, 当客户端需要对该呼叫进行控制时, 所 述客户端可以向网络侧发送包含呼叫标识的控制请求, 网络侧根据所述呼叫 标识识别出客户端的控制请求所针对的呼叫, 并对所述呼叫进行控制。
另外, 本实施例通过应用服务器将呼叫状态发送给客户端, 可以使客户 端更好地监控呼叫状态。
再有, 本实施例中, 由于客户端全程监控了呼叫状态, 所以使得客户端 可以凭此保存通话记录, 便于今后的查找。
最后, 为了方便用户的使用, 可以对绑定的客户端与终端进行解绑定。 本发明实施例的一种呼叫控制的方法如图 3 所示, 本实施例为: 任意一 个终端为主叫, 被叫为客户端号码的呼叫。 具体包括:
S301-302 , 同步骤 201至 202 , 在此不再详述。
5303、 软交换设备接收主叫终端发起的呼叫请求, 所述呼叫请求中携带 主叫终端号码和作为被叫的客户端号码。
5304、 软交换设备向应用服务器查询与作为被叫的客户端绑定的终端号 码, 应用服务器向软交换设备返回与作为被叫的客户端绑定的所有的终端号 码。
5305、 软交换设备同时向客户端和所述的客户端绑定的所有的被叫号码 发起呼叫, 所述呼叫中包括本次呼叫所对应的呼叫标识。
5306、 一个与客户端绑定的被叫终端摘机后, 客户端和其它被叫终端停 止振铃, 软交换设备建立主叫终端与摘机被叫终端之间的通话。
在软交换设备同时向客户端和所述的客户端绑定的所有的被叫号码发起 呼叫后, 无论是客户端摘机, 还是某个与客户端绑定的终端摘机, 实际上等 于主被叫之间开始通话, 软交换设备检测到被叫终端摘机后, 终止其它被叫 终端的振铃, 之后, 软交换设备将主被叫通话的呼叫状态发送给客户端, 由 客户端显示。
步骤 S307- S 311与步骤 S211-S215相同, 在此不作赘述。
本实施例将客户端与终端进行绑定, 当任意一个终端为主叫, 被叫为客 户端号码时, 网络侧根据客户端与终端的绑定关系, 向该客户端发送本次呼 叫对应的呼叫标识, 这样, 便建立了呼叫与呼叫标识的对应关系, 当客户端 需要对该呼叫进行控制时, 所述客户端可以向网络侧发送包含呼叫标识和控 制命令的控制请求, 网络侧根据所述呼叫标识识别出客户端的控制请求所针 对的呼叫, 并对所述呼叫进行控制。
此外, 本实施例中, 当客户端为被叫时, 软交换设备同时向客户端和所 有与客户端绑定的终端发起呼叫, 这样当某个用户要查找被叫用户, 又不能 确定被叫用户能够接听的位置时, 只要拨打客户端号码, 就可以使各个终端 同时振铃, 从而迅速地找到要找的人, 提高办事效率, 也不用记忆各个终端 号码。
另外, 本实施例通过应用服务器将呼叫状态发送给客户端, 可以使客户 端更好地了解呼叫目前的进行状态, 进而可以监控呼叫状态。
再有, 本实施例中, 由于客户端全程监控了呼叫状态, 所以使得客户端 可以凭此保存通话记录, 便于今后的查找。 最后, 为了方便用户的使用, 可以对绑定的客户端与终端进行解绑定。 本发明实施例的一种呼叫控制的方法, 如图 4所示, 包括:
S40 将号码绑定后的客户端参与的呼叫的呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送给 客户端。
S402、 接收客户端根据呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送的包含所述呼叫标识及 控制指令的控制请求。

以上应用服务器侧呼叫控制方法的实施例, 将客户端与终端进行绑定, 建立了呼叫与呼叫标识的对应关系, 网络侧根据所述呼叫标识识别出客户端 的控制请求所针对的呼叫, 并对所述呼叫进行控制。 当客户端为被叫时, 软 交换设备同时向客户端和所有与客户端绑定的终端发起呼叫, 这样当某个用 户要查找被叫用户, 又不能确定被叫用户能够接听的位置时, 只要拨打客户 端号码, 就可以使各个终端同时振铃, 从而迅速地找到要找的人, 提高办事 效率, 也不用记忆各个终端号码。 本发明实施例的一种呼叫控制的方法, 如图 5所示, 包括:
S 501、 将客户端参与的呼叫的呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送给应用服务器, 以便应用服务器将所述呼叫的呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送给客户端。
5502、 接收应用服务器发送的包含呼叫标识及控制指令的控制请求。

以上客户端侧呼叫控制方法的实施例将呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送给客户 端, 所述客户端可以向网络侧发送包含呼叫标识的控制请求, 网络侧根据所 述呼叫标识识别出客户端的控制请求所针对的呼叫, 并对所述呼叫进行控制。 避免了现有技术一旦起呼就无法中止呼叫等问题, 简化了整个系统流程, 节 省了系统和网络资源, 也节省了用户的时间。 本发明实施例的一种应用服务器呼叫控制装置, 如图 7所示, 包括: 第一信息交互模块 12: 用于将号码绑定后的客户端参与的呼叫的呼叫标 识和呼叫状态发送给客户端。
第一控制请求接收模块 13: 用于接收客户端根据呼叫标识和呼叫状态发 送的包含所述呼叫标识及控制指令的控制请求。
第一控制模块 14 : 用于将所述包含呼叫标识及控制指令的控制请求发送 给软交换设备, 以便软交换设备根据所述控制命令对所述呼叫标识对应的呼 叫进行控制。
其中, 本实施例所涉及的呼叫标识、 呼叫状态、 控制请求以及所涉及的 具体工作过程, 可以参考上述图 1和图 2所涉及的实施例揭露的相关内容, 在此不再赘述。
以上实施例, 将客户端与终端进行绑定, 建立了呼叫与呼叫标识的对应 关系, 网络侧根据所述呼叫标识识别出客户端的控制请求所针对的呼叫, 并 对所述呼叫进行控制。 当客户端为被叫时, 软交换设备同时向客户端和所有 与客户端绑定的终端发起呼叫, 这样当某个用户要查找被叫用户, 又不能确 定被叫用户能够接听的位置时, 只要拨打客户端号码, 就可以使各个终端同 时振铃, 从而迅速地找到要找的人, 提高办事效率, 也不用记忆各个终端号 码。 本发明实施例的一种应用服务器呼叫控制装置, 如图 8所示, 包括: 号码绑定模块 11 : 用于根据客户端的号码绑定请求, 将客户端与终端进 行号码绑定。
第一信息交互模块 12: 用于将号码绑定后的客户端参与的呼叫的呼叫标 识和呼叫状态发送给客户端。

本实施例将客户端与终端进行绑定, 建立呼叫与呼叫标识的对应关系, 当客户端需要对某个呼叫进行控制时, 所述客户端可以发送包含呼叫标识的 控制请求, 网络侧根据所述呼叫标识识别出客户端的控制请求所针对的呼叫, 并对所述呼叫进行控制。 避免了现有技术一旦起呼就无法中止呼叫等问题, 简化了整个系统流程, 节省了系统和网络资源, 也节省了用户的时间。 本发明实施例的一种软交换设备呼叫控制装置, 如图 1 1所示, 包括: 第二信息交互模块 21 : 用于将客户端参与的呼叫的呼叫标识和呼叫状态 发送给应用服务器, 以便应用服务器将所述呼叫的呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送 给客户端。
第二控制请求接收模块 22 : 用于接收应用服务器发送的包含呼叫标识及 控制指令的控制请求。
第二控制模块 23 : 用于根据所述控制请求中的控制命令对呼叫标识对应 的呼叫进行控制。
其中, 第二控制模块 23包括:
解析子模块 2 31: 用于从接收的控制请求中解析出控制命令和呼叫标识。 查找子模块 2 32: 用于查找到呼叫标识对应的呼叫。
执行子模块 2 33 : 用于对所述呼叫执行控制命令。
另外, 所述第二信息交互模块 21包括:
第二呼叫请求接收子模块 21 1 : 用于接收应用服务器发送的呼叫请求, 所 述呼叫请求中携带客户端号码、 与该客户端绑定的其中一个主叫终端号码、 被叫终端号码。
呼叫建立子模块 212 :用于根据所述呼叫请求建立主叫终端到被叫终端的 呼叫。
第二转发子模块 21 3 :用于将所述呼叫的呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送给应用 服务器, 以便应用服务器将所述呼叫的呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送给客户端。

控制请求发送模块 33: 用于在呼叫状态显示呼叫正在进行时, 向应用服 务器发送包含所述呼叫标识及控制指令的控制请求, 以便应用服务器通知软 交换设备对呼叫标识对应的呼叫进行控制。
其中, 本实施例所涉及的呼叫标识、 呼叫状态、 控制请求以及所涉及的 具体工作过程, 可以参考上述图 1和图 2所涉及的实施例揭露的相关内容, 在此不再赘述。 本发明实施例的一种客户端呼叫控制装置, 如图 14所示, 包括: 号码绑定请求发送模块 31 : 用于向应用服务器发送号码绑定请求, 所述 号码绑定请求中携带所述客户端号码以及待绑定的至少一个终端号码。
接收模块 32 : 用于接收应用服务器发送的呼叫标识和呼叫状态, 所述呼 叫标识为该客户端进行号码绑定后参与的呼叫所对应的呼叫标识。
控制请求发送模块 33 : 用于在呼叫状态显示呼叫正在进行时, 向应用服 务器发送包含所述呼叫标识及控制指令的控制请求, 以便应用服务器通知软 交换设备对呼叫标识对应的呼叫进行控制。
解绑定请求发送模块 34 : 用于向应用服务器发送解绑定请求, 将客户端 与号码绑定的终端解绑定。
存储模块 35 : 用于客户端保存通话记录。
其中, 本实施例所涉及的呼叫标识、 呼叫状态、 控制请求以及所涉及的 具体工作过程, 可以参考上述图 1和图 2所涉及的实施例揭露的相关内容, 在此不再赘述。
以上装置实施例将客户端与终端进行绑定, 当客户端参与呼叫时, 网络 侧根据客户端与终端的绑定关系, 向该客户端发送本次呼叫对应的呼叫标识, 这样, 便建立了呼叫与呼叫标识的对应关系, 当客户端需要对某个呼叫进行 控制时, 所述客户端可以向网络侧发送包含呼叫标识的控制请求, 网络侧根 据所述呼叫标识识别出客户端的控制请求所针对的呼叫, 并对所述呼叫进行 控制。 本发明实施例的一种呼叫控制的系统如图 15所示, 包括: 应用服务器 8 和软交换设备 9 , 其中, 应用服务器 8 :用于将来自软交换设备的号码绑定后的客户端参与的呼叫 的呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送给客户端; 以及将来自客户端的根据呼叫标识和 呼叫状态发送的包含所述呼叫标识及控制指令的控制请求发送给软交换设 备。
软交换设备 9 : 用于建立呼叫, 发送呼叫标识和呼叫状态, 并按照客户端 的控制请求对呼叫进行控制。
其中, 本实施例所涉及的呼叫标识、 呼叫状态、 控制请求以及所涉及的 具体工作过程, 可以参考上述图 1和图 2所涉及的实施例揭露的相关内容, 在此不再赘述。
以上实施例将呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送给客户端, 所述客户端可以向网 络侧发送包含呼叫标识的控制请求, 网络侧根据所述呼叫标识识别出客户端 的控制请求所针对的呼叫, 并对所述呼叫进行控制。 避免了现有技术一旦起 呼就无法中止呼叫等问题, 简化了整个系统流程, 节省了系统和网络资源, 也节省了用户的时间。
本发明实施例的一种呼叫控制的系统如图 16所示, 包括: 客户端 7、 应 用服务器 8和软交换设备 9和终端 6 , 其中,
客户端 7: 用于发送号码绑定请求, 接收应用服务器发送的, 与号码绑定 后的客户端参与的呼叫所对应的呼叫标识, 并根据所述呼叫标识发送对呼叫 的控制请求。
应用服务器 8 : 用于将客户端与号码绑定请求中的终端进行号码绑定, 并 将来自软交换设备的呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送给客户端。
软交换设备 9 : 用于建立呼叫, 发送呼叫标识和呼叫状态, 并按照客户端 的控制请求对呼叫进行控制。
终端 6: 用于按照软交换设备的控制发起或者接收呼叫。
所述终端包括: 模拟电话、 数字电话、 软电话、 传真机、 手机。
其中, 本实施例所涉及的呼叫标识、 呼叫状态、 控制请求以及所涉及的 具体工作过程, 可以参考上述图 1和图 2所涉及的实施例揭露的相关内容, 在此不再赘述。
上述系统实施例, 将客户端与终端进行绑定, 当所述客户端参与呼叫时, 网络侧向该客户端发送本次呼叫对应的呼叫标识, 所述客户端可以向网络侧 发送包含呼叫标识的控制请求, 网络侧根据所述呼叫标识识别出客户端的控 制请求所针对的呼叫, 并对所述呼叫进行控制。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流 程, 是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成, 所述的程序可存储于 一计算机可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 可包括如上述各方法的实施 例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体( Read-Only Memory, ROM )或随机存 己忆体 ( Random Access Memory, RAM )等。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局限 于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易 想到变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护 范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims

权 利 要求 书
1、 一种呼叫控制的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
将号码绑定后的客户端参与的呼叫的呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送给客户端; 接收客户端根据呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送的包含所述呼叫标识及控制指令 的控制请求;
将所述包含呼叫标识及控制指令的控制请求发送给软交换设备, 以便软交 换设备根据所述控制命令对所述呼叫标识对应的呼叫进行控制。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包括:
接收客户端的号码绑定请求, 所述号码绑定请求中携带客户端号码以及至 少一个待绑定的终端号码;
将所述至少一个终端号码与所述客户端号码绑定。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 将号码绑定后的客户端参与 的呼叫所对应的呼叫标识发送给客户端包括:
接收客户端的呼叫请求, 所述呼叫请求中携带客户端号码、 与该客户端绑 定的其中一个主叫终端号码、 被叫终端号码;
向软交换设备发送所述呼叫请求; 以便软交换设备根据所述呼叫请求接续 呼叫;
接收软交换设备发送的呼叫标识和呼叫状态;
并将所述呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送给所述客户端。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将号码绑定后的客户端 参与的呼叫所对应的呼叫标识发送给客户端包括:
接收软交换设备发送的查询终端号码请求, 所述查询终端号码请求中携带 作为被叫的客户端号码;
根据所述作为被叫的客户端号码向软交换设备返回与所述作为被叫的客户 端绑定的终端号码; 以便所述软交换设备根据所述作为被叫的客户端号码和所 述作为被叫的客户端绑定的终端号码接续呼叫; 接收软交换设备发送的呼叫标识和呼叫状态;
并将所述呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送给所述客户端。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
接收客户端发送的解绑定请求;
将客户端号码与绑定的终端号码解绑定。
6、 一种呼叫控制的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
将客户端参与的呼叫的呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送给应用服务器, 以便应用 服务器将所述呼叫的呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送给客户端;
接收应用服务器发送的包含所述呼叫标识及控制指令的控制请求; 根据所述控制命令对呼叫标识对应的呼叫进行控制。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将客户端参与的呼叫的 呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送给应用服务器包括:
接收应用服务器发送的呼叫请求, 所述呼叫请求中携带客户端号码、 与该 客户端绑定的其中一个主叫终端号码、 被叫终端号码;
根据所述呼叫请求建立主叫终端到被叫终端的呼叫;
将所述呼叫的呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送给应用服务器, 以便应用服务器将 所述呼叫的呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送给客户端。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将客户端参与的呼叫的 呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送给应用服务器包括:
向应用服务器发送查询终端号码请求, 所述查询终端号码请求中携带作为 被叫的客户端号码;
接收应用服务器返回的与所述作为被叫的客户端绑定的终端号码; 建立主叫到客户端和与客户端绑定的终端的呼叫;
将所述呼叫的呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送给应用服务器, 以便应用服务器将 所述呼叫的呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送给客户端。
9、 一种呼叫控制的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收应用服务器发送的呼叫标识和呼叫状态, 所述呼叫标识为该客户端进 行号码绑定后参与的呼叫所对应的呼叫标识;
在呼叫状态显示呼叫正在进行时, 向应用服务器发送包含所述呼叫标识及 控制指令的控制请求, 以便应用服务器通知软交换设备根据所述控制指令对所 述呼叫标识对应的呼叫进行控制。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
向应用服务器发送号码绑定请求, 所述号码绑定请求中携带所述客户端号 码以及待绑定的至少一个终端号码;
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
向应用服务器发送解绑定请求, 以便于应用服务器将客户端与号码绑定的 终端解绑定。
12、 一种应用服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一信息交互模块: 用于将号码绑定后的客户端参与的呼叫的呼叫标识和 呼叫状态发送给客户端;
第一控制请求接收模块: 用于接收客户端根据呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送的 包含所述呼叫标识及控制指令的控制请求;
第一控制模块: 用于将所述包含呼叫标识及控制指令的控制请求发送给软 交换设备, 以便软交换设备根据所述控制命令对所述呼叫标识对应的呼叫进行 控制。
1 3、 根据权利要求 12所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
号码绑定请求接收子模块: 用于接收客户端的号码绑定请求, 所述号码绑 定请求中携带客户端号码以及至少一个待绑定的终端号码;
绑定子模块: 用于将所述至少一个终端号码与所述客户端号码绑定。
14、 根据权利要求 12所述的装置, 其特征在于, 第一信息交互模块包括: 第一呼叫请求接收子模块: 用于接收客户端的呼叫请求, 所述呼叫请求中 携带客户端号码、 与该客户端绑定的其中一个主叫终端号码、 被叫终端号码; 第一呼叫请求发送子模块: 用于向软交换设备发送所述呼叫请求; 以便软 交换设备根据所述呼叫请求接续呼叫;
第一转发子模块: 用于接收软交换设备发送的呼叫标识和呼叫状态, 并将 所述呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送给所述客户端。
15、 根据权利要求 1 3所述的装置, 其特征在于, 第一信息交互模块包括: 第一查询请求接收子模块: 用于接收软交换设备发送的查询终端号码请求, 所述查询终端号码请求中携带作为被叫的客户端号码;
第一绑定号码发送子模块: 用于根据所述作为被叫的客户端号码向软交换 设备返回与所述作为被叫的客户端绑定的终端号码; 以便所述软交换设备根据 所述作为被叫的客户端号码和所述作为被叫的客户端绑定的终端号码接续呼 叫;
第一转送子模块: 用于接收软交换设备发送的呼叫标识和呼叫状态; 并将 所述呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送给所述客户端。
16、 根据权利要求 12所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
解绑定请求接收模块: 用于接收客户端发送的解绑定请求;
解绑定模块: 用于将客户端号码与绑定的终端号码解绑定。
17、 一种软交换设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
第二信息交互模块: 用于将客户端参与的呼叫的呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送 给应用服务器, 以便应用服务器将所述呼叫的呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送给客户 端;
第二控制请求接收模块: 用于接收应用服务器发送的包含呼叫标识及控制 指令的控制请求; 第二控制模块: 用于根据所述控制请求中的控制命令对呼叫标识对应的呼 叫进行控制。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二信息交互模块包 括:
第二呼叫请求接收子模块: 用于接收应用服务器发送的呼叫请求, 所述呼 叫请求中携带客户端号码、 与该客户端绑定的其中一个主叫终端号码、 被叫终 端号码;
呼叫建立子模块: 用于根据所述呼叫请求建立主叫终端到被叫终端的呼叫; 第二转发子模块: 用于将所述呼叫的呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送给应用服务 器, 以便应用服务器将所述呼叫的呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送给客户端。
19、 根据权利要求 17所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二信息交互模块包 括:
查询子模块: 用于向应用服务器发送查询终端号码请求, 所述查询终端号 码请求中携带作为被叫的客户端号码;
绑定号码接收子模块: 用于接收应用服务器返回的与所述作为被叫的客户 端绑定的终端号码;
呼叫建立子模块: 用于建立主叫到客户端和与客户端绑定的终端的呼叫; 第二转送子模块: 用于将所述呼叫的呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送给应用服务 器, 以便应用服务器将所述呼叫的呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送给客户端。
20、 一种客户端, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块: 用于接收应用服务器发送的呼叫标识和呼叫状态, 所述呼叫标 识为该客户端进行号码绑定后参与的呼叫所对应的呼叫标识;
控制请求发送模块: 用于在呼叫状态显示呼叫正在进行时, 向应用服务器 发送包含所述呼叫标识及控制指令的控制请求, 以便应用服务器通知软交换设 备对呼叫标识对应的呼叫进行控制。
21、 根据权利要求 20所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
号码绑定请求发送模块: 用于向应用服务器发送号码绑定请求, 所述号码 绑定请求中携带所述客户端号码以及待绑定的至少一个终端号码。

解绑定请求发送模块: 用于向应用服务器发送解绑定请求, 以便于应用服 务器将客户端与号码绑定的终端解绑定。
23、 一种呼叫控制的系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 应用服务器和软交换设备, 其中,
应用服务器: 用于将来自软交换设备的号码绑定后的客户端参与的呼叫的 呼叫标识和呼叫状态发送给客户端; 以及将来自客户端的根据呼叫标识和呼叫 状态发送的包含所述呼叫标识及控制指令的控制请求发送给软交换设备;
软交换设备: 用于建立呼叫, 发送呼叫标识和呼叫状态, 并按照客户端的 控制请求对呼叫进行控制。
24、 根据权利要求 23所述的系统, 其特征在于, 还包括:
客户端: 用于发送号码绑定请求, 接收应用服务器发送的, 与号码绑定后 的客户端参与的呼叫所对应的呼叫标识, 并根据所述呼叫标识发送对呼叫的控 制请求;
终端: 用于按照软交换设备的控制发起或者接收呼叫。
