Abstract

본 발명은 신규한 유기 광전 소자용 화합물 및 이를 포함하는 유기 광전 소자에 관한 것으로, 상기 유기 광전 소자용 재료는 화학식 1 로 표시되는 화합물을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 유기 광전 소자용 화합물은 유기발광소자를 비롯한 유기 광전 소자에서 정공주입, 정공수송, 발광, 또는 전자주입 및/또는 전자수송의 역할을 할 수 있으며, 적절한 도펀트와 함께 발광 호스트로서의 역할도 할 수 있다. 상기 재료는 열적 안정성이 우수하여 유기발광소자를 비롯한 유기 광전 소자에 적용할 경우 유기 광전 소자의 구동전압을 낮추고, 수명과 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
