目前市场上的电器产品, 有的电器产品具有很多功能, 现以日常电话为例, 日常电话间通讯中, 实际上只是利用一台日常电话的发送部功能与另一台日常 电话的接收部功能收发信息流, 而一台日常电话往往就具有很多功能, 如具有 提醒发送功能, 具有通话中的声图信息发送功能、 具有提醒接收功能、 具有通 话中的声图信息接收功能、 有的电话其附加功能部上还具有电视功能、 电脑功 能、 导航 GPS功能、 MP3功能、 照相功能等其它附加功能, 也即是当人们在只 需要该电器产品或电话上的某一功能或某些功能便已经足够时, 该电产品或电 话上其它多余的功能、 结构实属浪费, 所以有必要在由日常多种方式的提醒来 控制某电器产品其电开关开或关功能方面进行研究和开发。 发明内容
为了克服现有的电器产品其电开关开或关功能不能由日常的多种提醒来控 制, 以及所述电器产品在开机时所产生的信息部, 在有必要灵活配置的, 却不 能进行灵活配置, 本发明提供一种由提醒控制某电器产品其电幵关开或关功能 的装置, 该装置能通过日常生活的意外作用力式提醒或电话间来电式提醒也或 其它日常方式提醒进行控制某电器产品其电开关开或关功能, 以及所述电器产 品在开机时所产生的信息部, 在有必要时, 还能进行分向配置或能与其它相关 信息部组合配置, 才能使电话上的功能和其它日常电器产品上的功能进行互联 网功能。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是: 在日常电器产品中, 将电器 产品某一功能其拨键功能的单键改成感应开关电连接, 或将电器产品某一功能 其拨键功能的多键设成单键拨键功能, 再将该单键改成感应开关电连接, 也或 是在按键电连接的电器产品上设置拨键控制器, 控制器包括拨杆、 杆键盘、 杆 键、 杆键的作用力传递给所述按键, 并由感应开关电连接减速电机的转轴或弹 簧减速器的转轴带动拨杆在杆键盘上拨动按键功能, 尤其是再利用来电提醒并 将提醒电连接至所述感应开关进行控制所述电幵关开 /关功能, 所述电器产品在 开启功能时所产生的信息部, 或再进行分向配置, 也或再与其它相关信息部组 合配置, 尤其是利用 GPS导航仪或电脑、 电视、 其它电器产品功能上的声图信 息、 日常信息与一电话发送部的声图信息付出部作预置对接, 并将预置信息向 另一电话接收部发送信息流。 所述来电提醒, 可在日常电话或新款电话的接收 部进行如下设置:
①设置电话的限定来电功能后, 电话接收部可以只限定接收一向或一向以 上的其它电话来电功能。
②设置电话的限定来电区域功能后, 电话接收部的每个区域可以只限定接 收一向或一向以上的其它电话来电功能, 且每区域的来电可以只限定开启一种 或一种以上的提醒方式。
③设置分向的电话未接来电提醒部, 如一、 二向可以是声音提醒, 三向可 以是振动提醒, 四向可以是灯光提醒, 五向可以是号码显示提醒, 还可进一步 包括由电连接其它电产品所产生的其它日常提醒, 如温度提醒, 风力提醒, 压 力提醒等。
④每向来电提醒都可以单独设置一个按键电连接, 每向提醒的按键用来控 制每向的来电提醒部。
拨键控制器中的拨杆以减速电机的转轴带动的, 该电机在作自动拨键功能 时, 电机与感应幵关电连接, 感应开关设有延时功能或电机、 感应开关再与定 时开关电连接, 所述感应开关在接收到电话间未接来电提醒或其它日常提醒的 动作信号时, 电机自动接通电源, 带动所述拨杆拨动杆键功能。 拨杆与所述键 之间的拨动面, 以及活动物体与杆键盘之间的拨动面都是滑动面, 活动物体与 所述转轴同步转动, 并带动拨杆沿杆键盘上位移, 拨杆在定时开关或所述转轴 的控制下一次行程内可拨动杆键或按键功能至少一次。
所述拨杆以弹簧减速器的转轴带动的, 该减速器内设有弹簧, 连接减速齿 轮组, 减速器外设有弹簧旋转键, 后松开即可启动自动拨键功能, 旋转键旁边 或设有至少一个的暂停键作为待拨键, 在作自动拨键控制前只要用力扭转旋转 键, 使该减速器内的弹簧预先储蓄有动力, 再将一预置的暂停键锁住旋转键, 当暂停键一旦受到日常生活中的意外作用力拨动暂停键并松开旋转键, 弹簧调 速器的转轴即开始带动所述拨杆拨动杆键功能。 所述拨键控制器可分为活动式 和固定式两种, 活动式的控制器设有活动区, 活动夹板上或夹板中间可放置至 少一种的某电器产品, 该电器产品的某一功能预置自动功能相关的按键与控制 器的预置杆键作力对接, 再将活动板向上移位至杆键作用力的水平线后固定螺 母, 拨杆拨动杆键功能时, 即拨动该电器产品的按键功能, 该电器产品在不需 要进行上述控制其某一功能或某些功能的自动执行时, 也可以通过活动夹板的 活动螺母, 很方便的从拨键控制器的活动区的出入口取出作为日常的电器产品 的功能利用; 固定式的控制器是将控制器固定于某按键式的电器产品上, 该电 器产品的键盘及按键是根据预置该电器产品其某一自动功能的控制器的杆键盘 及杆键互相对应配置的。
所述杆键盘上的预置包括拨杆、 杆键、 拨杆的待拨位与停拨位, 键位间隔, 杆键盘上预置两个或两个以上不同功能的杆键 (按键) 时, 还包括杆键的预置 顺序, 键位间隔的预置包括: 1、 拨杆在待拨位拨动至停拨位之间的间隔; 2、 杆键位与待拨位、 停拨位之间的间隔; 3、 杆键位与杆键位之间的间隔, 在杆键 位与杆键位之间的间隔中: 如在杆键盘上预置拨杆一次行程内必须拨动多个杆 键才能执行某电器产品的某一功能时,该多个杆键之间的键位间隔可按拨杆每 3 秒时间拨完一个键位间隔即可, 如果在杆键盘上预置拨杆一次行程内拨动多个 杆键时, 并能执行某电器产品的多个功能, 或能执行多个某电器产品的某一功 能时, 该杆键之间的键位间隔, 拨杆在拨完该间隔所需的时间即为预设某个功 能所需的时间。
所述减速电机或弹簧减速器的外壳与某电器产品的机体固定, 或是与活动 式拨键器的外围支架固定, 所述拨杆的传动机构包括主动齿轮和从动齿轮, 所 述主动齿轮与电机或弹簧减速器的输出轴上相连接, 所述从动齿轮设在绕杆键 盘拨动的活动物体外边上, 杆键盘为凸位键盘, 活动物体设有杆键盘的凸位孔, 也作相吻合和松动传动功能, 活动物体内的杆键盘凸位孔套于固定的 键盘上 后, 活动物体绕杆键盘可自由转动并具有上下自由活动功能, 但不具有橫向宽 动功能, 即拨杆按预定方向在杆键盘上转动, 当拨杆在拨动高位杆键时, 杆键 受到所述活动物体的重力向下施力并完成拨动某电器产品的按键功能, 拨杆在 完成拨键功能后继续转动, 在受到杆键或按键的高位阻力影响后, 拨杆连同活 动物体随杆键顶部的圆滑高位一边拨动一边向上活动避让高位并在短时通过已 拨动的杆键, 拨杆通过已拨动的杆键后受到外环转盘的重力向下复位并恢复原 来转动状态, 准备下次拨键功能或停拨功能, 所述杆键在拨杆短时通过其高位 后受到复位力的作用自动向上恢复原高位杆键状态, 所述杆键盘及杆键上的手 键盘设有键位孔, 杆键设于杆键位孔中, 按键设于手键位孔中, 键可以是一个 圆柱形物体, 使键置于所述键位孔后只具有上下自由活动功能, 但不具有横向 宽动功能, 所述键设有复位机构, 利用弹簧或回力胶体装置。 电机拨键控制器 中, 电机控制机包括启动按键, 控制电机的开启和关闭, 电机控制机构还包括 定时器和调速控制器, 定时器用于设定所述拨杆拨动到某一杆键或停拨位的时 间, 电机或弹簧减速器其转轴的转速或减速, 主要是以能控制拨杆在拨动杆键 功能时的拨动速度大致等同人们在利用电器某一功能时, 用手去拨动该功能相 关按键的拨动速度, 如将减速电机或弹簧减速器其转轴的预置转速, 以转轴带 动拨杆每 1-2秒时间拨动杆键功能一次的拨键速度即可。
某电器产品在某一功能部或某些功能部上设置所述固定式拨键控制器时, 为使该某一功能部或某些功能部不需用自动拨键功能时, 兼具有日常电器产品 的手动按键功能时, 可在杆拨键的顶部增设置手动按键功能的按键及键盘, 杆 键功能的控制键可设置在本电器产品拨键控制器以外的手动拨键部的键盘上, 如手机的号码 1键设有杆键盘上, 控制号码 1键功能为单键拨号功能键的功能 控制键设在拨键控制器外面手动拨键功能部的手动键盘上。
所述电器产品其某一按键或某些按键部上, 可设置至少两组的按键及键盘, 是以所述某一按键部或某些按键部作为总按键部进行分向作用力的设置, 分向 作用力的方法是将所述某按键部增大或将某一按键的作用力进行分向作用力设 置, 该作用力的传递可用硬质物体作为按键, 其中每向作用力的分按键及分键 盘可设在本电器产品机体的键盘上, 或设在本电器产品机体以外某一物体的固 定点上, 该固定点如所述活动式控制器的外固支架的杆键盘上。
本发明在电话方面的应用, 根据一般移动话机的特性, 如 A话机拨打 B话 机时, B话机会接收到未接电话的来电提醒, B在接收来电后一直没有人接听电 话,约超过其 1分钟时间的来电提醒后, A、 B两话机都会自动恢复原待机状态, 以及 B话机在接收来电提醒后进行接听电话, 可以接收 A话机附近环境的图像 或声音, A话机也可以接收 B话机附近环境的图像或声音, 而且某一话机在通 讯中主动挂机, 另一台话机也会在短时间内自动恢复原待机状态, 现在只要在 一电话发送部进行感应配置即可进行提醒自动发送功能或通话中的声图信息自 动发送功能, 又及只要在另一电话接收部的未接提醒进行配置即可进行提醒受 控功能。 再根据话机的单键拨打电话功能、 单键接听电话功能, 单键开 /关机等 基本功能上是将所述单键改成感应开关电连接或增设自动拨键功能, 自动拨键 功能如下: 在话机其某一功能部上设置上述拨键控制器, 控制器杆键盘上的储 存电话的按键的个数, 可根据预设电话功能的实际需要而定一个或一个以上, 再根据杆键盘的按键个数或按键预设功能进行自动拨键功能或自动停止拨键功 能的设置, 按键控制器的减速电机的一种设置:
如只需 (未接通) 盗警来电检测的功能, 先确定杆键盘内每个预设单键的 拨号时间, 可以按照来是提醒时间 +暂停时间 (暂停作用: 是让对方话机有足够 的时间自动恢复原待机状态, 同时也以达到让作监测话机同样有足够时间恢复 原待机状态, 好在为下一监测拨键前提供准备), 如按原话机 9个单键, 来电提 醒 1分钟 +暂停 5秒。 单键键拨号时间即为 1分 5秒, 活动物体转动速度即为 1 周 /9分 45秒,小电机也即是按以带动活动物体 1周 360° 19分 45秒转速设置调 速, 转动或停止时间可按转圆 1周所需的 9分 45秒(或几周时间)。 由此可见, 如需接听通话监测可视听盗境功能的只需在以上单键拨号时间 (基础时间) 加 上所需接听通话时间来设置调速电机即可。 为达下一 (视听) 盗境监测功能, 前一电话接收部在接通监测的时间, 务必主动挂机, 不得超过该话机拨键监测 器所预先设置的接通时间。
该受控原理具体实施方式: 主要是在话机接收部上设置限定来电区域, 以 及各限区的某一特定来电提醒方式, 再增加各其相应感应开关, 由感应开关自 动接通所述减速电机或其它电器产品电源的设置。
利用一电话发送部与另一电话接收部可以作为一套专用型话机监测器的检 测方与监控方, 也由于其发送、 受控原理与现已有网络技术都有密切关系。 由 此可见, 该话机监测器, 其单或双方感应功能与现已相关技术配置都可以成为 高新技术或普及功能产品, 如平时通话收费的, 盗车运行实时实地信息和固定 地点盗境图像发送功能产品以及免通话费的, 盗警发送和受控功能产品, 如下 举例:
如下需要监测盗境实况, 事主或连同事主许可的家人、 朋友都可利用移动 电话待机状态进行实时监测。
①普通通讯网络区域发送原理: 本话机监测器其感应自动拨通设置的传出 器配以现已有 GPS导航声或屏显图面技术进行连接设置即可实现盗车运行实时 实地导航声音发送器。
②可视通讯网络区域发送原理同上, 可增加将视频对准导航仪显示屏, 即 可以实现实时实地导航声音、 路线图面等信息发送器。
③固定地点如家居盗境信息图像发送器是可视通讯网络区域, 只要将家居 可视电话, 该电话视频移于或外接置对准需测位的适当位置即可。
④受控器: 在本监测器或日常移动、 固定话机上主要是增加设置限定来电 区域, 再在限区某一提醒方式配以各相关的感应开关, 由感应开关自动接通电 控器电源的设置, 功能产品如: a、 受控型监测器; b、 受控型电话; c、 声图等 信息受控储存器等。
⑤车载电话设置本发明装置后, 当车辆在被盗的第一时间, 车主通过普通 移动电话, 即时可以远距离知道自己的车辆正有安全异常情况; 当车辆已经被 盗, 其车内相关信息或其正在运行的确切地点, 车主也可利用移动电话接听电 话, 即时可以获知; 车主还可以利用普通移动电话对车间进行运程摇控开门, 盗车团伙其解码器作案摇控开门, 相对于本话机监测器的摇控开门功能毫无作 用; 车上该监测器在未设置防盗的情况下, 还可以当普通电话利用; 当车主在 多辆汽车或多个家居地点都安装该感应监测功能产品时, 车主只需利用 1 或 2 台移动电话进行多点检测与摇控, 车主以外的家人或朋友电话, 经车主许可, 如车辆被盗, 车主收到被盗车辆正在进行的确切地点信息之后三二分钟之后, 其车主许可的一个或一个以上个家人或朋友都可以用自己各自的移动电话同车 主一样 (连续) 获知被盗车辆信息。 附图说明:

实施例 1 单向的提醒自动发送器:在日常电话上将需要拨打电话的一组号码键 设置成为单键拨打电话功能后, 是将日常电话放置拨键控制器的活 动区, 并将杆键力作用于该单键上, 且把日常电话固定于所述活动 区内即可, 该日常电话上虽然还有其它很多功能, 此时只具有单向 提醒自动发送功能, 该提醒发送器或新款电话也可由日常电话发送 部的拨打电话功能部与电话信号部构成即可。
实施例 2 多向的提醒自动发送器: 在日常电话上将需要拨打电话的多组号码 键, 每组号码键各都设置成为单键拨打电话功能后, 或连同在拨打 单键间都设置有一个挂机键, 再将电话放置于控制器的活动区, 并 将控制器的杆键力依次作用于拨打单键、 挂机键, 且把电话固定于 所述活动区内即可, 该日常电话上虽然还有其它很多功能, 此时只 具有多向或单向的提醒自动发送功能, 该提醒发送器或新款电话也 可由日常电话发送部的拨打电话功能部与电话信号部构成即可。 实施例 3 单向或多向的提醒及信息自动发送器:在上述 1或 2的基础上利用该 日常电话发送部的声图信息传出部, 或并在该日常电话发送部增设 内置或外置的声图信息传出部, 所述信息传出部设置预置的信息部 或将所述信息传出部移置相对于日常上的某一声图信息作准备信息 传送功能。 如在传真机上的传真传出部预置有传真资料, 日常固定 电话或移动电话外置有可灵活移动的声图信息传出部, 该信息传出 部与预置信息部作靠近对接, 预置信息部可以是 GPS导航仪的声图 信息播放部, 监控电脑的声图信息播放部、 电视的声图信息播放部、 防盗地点、 车辆等日常有必要监测的信息或财物, 该日常电话上虽 然还有其它很多功能, 此时只具有单向或多向的提醒及信息自动发 送功能, 该提醒、 信息发送器或新款电话也可由日常电话发送部的 拨打电话功能部、 声图信息传出部与电话信号部构成即可。
实施例 4 单向的提醒自动发送器:在日常电话上将需要拨打电话的一组号码键 设置成为单键拨打电话功能后, 将该单键的按键直接改用感应开关 电连接即可, 该提醒发送器或新款电话也可由日常电话发送部的拨 打电话功能与电话信号部构成。
实施例 5 单向的提醒及信息自动发送器:在上述 4的基础上利用日常电话发送 部的声图信息传出部 (同上实施例 3), 该提醒及信息发送器也可由 曰常电话发送部的拨打电话功能部, 声图信息传出部与电话信号部 构成。
实施例 6 自动接听电话的声图信息储存器:在日常手机的附加功能部设有声图 信息储录部, 将手机的接听键及储录开关键都直接改用同种的感应 开关电连接, 手机接收部的来电提醒为感应开关相关的来电提醒, 并将手机接收部的来电提醒进行分向配置于接听功能部的感应开关 和储录功能部的感应开关的感应区即可, 所述感应开关是普通日常 提醒式的感应幵关时, 该日常手机上虽然还有其它很多功能, 此时 只具有自动接听电话的声图信息储存功能, 该信息储存器或新款电 话也可以由日常手机接收部的未接来电提醒部、 接听来电部、 电话 附加功能部的声图信息储录部与电话信号部构成。
实施例 7 提醒接收器, 在日常电话接收到另一电话的来电时, 该日常电话接收 部的来电提醒其有声音、 灯光、 振动、 号码显示等提醒方式, 当只 利用该日常电话的未接来电提醒功能便已足够时, 该日常电话上虽 然还有很多功能, 此时只具有未接来电的提醒接收功能, 该提醒接 收器或新款电话也可由电话接收部的未接来电提醒部与电话信号部 构成, 本提醒接收器的作用:
①是作为简单的提醒接收功能, 即是日常电话间的未接来电提醒功能;
②是作为某电器产品的受控功能, 即利用该提醒接收器的某一或某些方式的未 接提醒并电连接至感应开关的感应区域, 该感应开关与某电器产品电连接。 实施例 8 单向提醒自动发送功能的电话,利用电话上的按键 1及按键 1的键盘 作为电话上的拨键控制器杆键及杆键盘, 杆键(1 )上设有杆键 1的 手动按键及手动键盘, 拨键控制器的电机设有手动按键电连接。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种由提醒控制某电器产品其电开关开 /关功能的装置, 其特征是: 将 电器产品某一功能其拨键功能的单键改成感应开关电连接, 或将电器产品某一 功能其拨键功能的多键先预设成单键拨键功能, 再将该单键改成感应开关电连 接, 也或是在按键电连接的电器产品上设置拨键控制器, 控制器包括拨杆、 杆 键盘、 杆键、 杆键的作用力传递给所述按键, 并由感应开关电连接减速电机的 转轴或弹簧减速器的转轴带动拨杆在杆键盘上拨动按键功能, 尤其是再利用来 电提醒并将提醒电连接至所述感应开关进行控制所述电开关开 /关功能; 所述电 器产品在开启功能时所产生的信息部, 或再进行分向配置, 也或再与其它相关 信息部组合配置, 尤其是利用 GPS导航仪或电脑、 电视、 其它电器产品功能上 的声图信息、 日常信息与一电话发送部的声图信息发送部作预置对接, 并将预 置信息向另一电话接收部发送信息流。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的提醒控制某电器产品其电开关开 /关功能的装置, 其特征是: 所述来电提醒是在具有未接来电提醒功能的电话接收部上增设有控 制提醒的按键或限定来电的功能, 电话接收部设限定来电后, 可以只限定接收 一向或一向以上的其它电话来电, 而且电话接收部设有多种提醒方式的, 每种 提醒单独设有按键电连接, 所述提醒以有线电或无线电触动其它电器产品所电 连接的感应开关的感应功能。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的提醒控制某电器产品其电开关幵 /关功能的装置, 其特征是: 在具有拨打电话功能的电话发送部上, 将要拨打电话的一组号码先 预置成为单键拨打键功能, 再将该单键开关改成感应开关电连接, 所述感应开 关的感应功能或是再由电话接收部的未接来电提醒触动。
4、根据权利要求 1所述的提醒控制某电器产品其电开关 /开关功能的装置, 其特征是: 在具有拨打电话功能的电话发送部上设置拨键控制器, 首先将需要 拨打电话的多组电话号码预置成为多组的单键拨打功能, 或再在该单键间增设 有挂机分键, 挂机分键的总键设在圆形杆键盘下居中, 杆键的作用力按预设顺 序分别置于各单键及挂机键。
5、根据权利要求 1所述的提醒控制某电器产品其电开关开 /关功能的装置, 其特征是: 在具有接听电话功能的电话接收部上, 将接听键连同声图信息储录 部的开关键各都改成感应开关电连接, 所述感应开关的感应功能由电话接收部 的未接提醒同时触动, 且电话接收部的声图信息接收部与声图信息储录部作预 置对接。
6、 根据权利要求 3或 6所述的提醒控制某电器产品其电开关开 /关功能的 将置, 其特征是: 在具有通话中的声图信息发送功能的电话发送部上, 增设有 内置或外置的声图信息发送部, 并以该电话发送部的声图信息发送部与日常 GPS导航仪或电脑、 照相机、 其它电器产品功能上的声图信息播放部或其它日 常的某一声图信息部作预置对接。
7、 根据权利要求书 1所述的提醒控制某电器产品其电开关开 /关功能的装 置, 其特征是: 拨键控制器是在电器产品或活动架的机体上设有主动齿轮转轴 孔与凸位杆键盘, 活动物体上设有拨杆和空位, 其套于凸位后的从动齿轮与主 动齿轮作松动传动, 杆键盘设有至少一个的杆键及键孔, 且设有两个或两个以 上不同功能的杆键功能时还包括杆键顺序, 杆键设于键孔内并设有弹性复位机 构, 杆键顶部还可增设相应功能的按键及键盘, 电机或弹簧减速器的外体与所 述机体固定, 其转轴带动拨杆 "^次行程内可拨动按键功能至少一次。
8、根据权利要求 7所述的提醒控制某电器产品其电开关开 /关功能的装置, 其特征是: 按键控制器: 由电机带动的, 按键、 减速电 ^1、 感应开关电连接, 该感应开关的感应功能或由所述来电提醒触动; 由弹簧减速器带动的, 减速器 内设有弹簧。 连接减速齿轮组, 齿轮组设有弹簧旋转键, 或再在旋转键旁设有 至一个的暂停键作为待拨键。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的提醒控制某电器产品其幵关开 /关功能的装置, 其特征是: 在 GPS导航功能产品上设置拨键控制器, 杆键盘上设有 GPS航仪功 能的一组开机键或一组挂机键也或一个开关键, GPS 导航功能的声图信息播放 部或与电话发送部的声图信息发送部作预置对接。
10、根据权利要求 6与 9所述的提醒控制某电器产品其电开关开 /关功能的 装置, 其特征是: 在手机上设有多向拨打电话功能的拨键控制器, 在手机上单 独设有 GPS自动功能的控制器,手机发送部的声图信息发送部与 GPS的声图信 息播放部对接, 所述两控制器所电连接的感应开关为同种的感应开关, 并同时 启动感应功能, 所述感应开关或设特定的感应开关, 其感应功能由手机的来电 提醒触动。
