スプレー容器とともに供給する必要のある長尺状のノズル継ぎ足し用チューブや使用説明書を、スプレー容器と別体とせずに、あらかじめ一体的な状態でユーザーに供給するために工夫された、中央部を膨出状に形成し、底面部にノズル取り付け穴を有するスプレー容器用キャップにおいて、膨出部（２）の外側面（３）とキャップ本体（１）内側面との間のスペース（５）に復元性材料からなるコイル状に巻成したノズル継ぎ足し用チューブ（６）及び紙片を細長く折り畳み、筒状にした使用説明書（７）をいずれも取り出し可能に収納し、かつ上記膨出部上方にノズルホルダーを付設した構造を有するスプレー容器用キャップである。

Description

スプレー容器用キャップ
　本発明は、スプレー容器、特に自動車の車室内に設置したエアコンディショナーを洗浄するための洗浄剤を収容したスプレー容器のキャップであって、使用時にスプレー容器のノズルに連結する長尺状細管、使用説明書及び場合により車室内に配置するための消臭材料板を散逸しないように１個所に収納したキャップに関するものである。
　洗浄剤を噴出して汚染部分を洗浄するためのスプレー容器において、洗浄液を被洗物の細部にまで到達させるために、ノズルにチューブを継ぎ足すことが行われている。
　このチューブは、通常スプレー容器とは別に数１０本の束として販売店に送られ、販売店において１本ずつスプレー容器と組み合わせて売られているため、輸送時や販売時に手間が掛かり、不便であった。
　このような煩わしさを改善する方法の１つとして、あらかじめスプレー容器に付設させて一体的に販売することが行われているが、この方法では付設するチューブの長さがスプレー容器本体の長さに制約されるのを免れない（特許文献１参照）。
　他方において、スプレー容器に付属する使用説明書についても、通常別体として配布されているため、それが散逸して、必要時に利用できない場合を生じる。
ＪＰ２００４－２６２７８Ａ(特許請求の範囲その他)
　本発明は、このような事情のもとで、スプレー容器とともに供給する必要のある長尺状のノズル継ぎ足し用チューブ及び使用説明書を、スプレー容器と別体とせずに、あらかじめ一体的な状態でユーザーに供給するように工夫されたキャップを提供することを目的としてなされたものである。
　本発明者らは、スプレー容器のキャップの構造について種々検討を重ねた結果、中央を膨出部に形成したキャップにおける膨出部外側面とキャップの内側面の間のスペースに着目し、このスペースを利用して長尺状のノズル継ぎ足し用チューブ及び使用説明書を収納すれば、製造作業の一環としてこれらをスプレー容器に組み込むことができ、従来のように運搬時や販売時における煩雑さを取り除くことができることを見出し、この知見に基づいて本発明をなすに至った。
　すなわち、本発明は、中央部を膨出状に形成し、底面部にノズル取り付け穴を有するスプレー容器用キャップにおいて、膨出部外側面とキャップ本体内側面との間のスペースに復元性材料からなるコイル状に巻成したノズル継ぎ足し用チューブ及び紙片を細長く折り畳み、筒状にした使用説明書をいずれも取り出し可能に収納し、かつ上記膨出部上方にノズルホルダーを付設した構造を有することを特徴とするスプレー容器用キャップを提供するものである。
　本発明によれば、必要なノズル継ぎ足し用チューブ及び使用説明書を、製品製造時においてスプレー容器と一体に組み合わせて出荷するために、運搬時に別体として取り扱わなければならない不便がなく、また販売店で１個ずつ組み合わせてユーザーに配布する煩雑さや、チューブや使用説明書が別体に供給されることにより逸失するおそれもないという利点がある。

　次に、添付図面に従って、本発明を実施するための最良の形態を説明する。
　図１は、本発明のスプレー容器用キャップの１例を示す側方断面図であって、キャップ本体１は、中央に膨出部２を有し、その膨出部２の外側面３とキャップ本体内側面４との間のスペース５のキャップ本体側にノズル継ぎ足し用チューブ６がコイル状に巻成して収納され、また膨出部側に使用説明書７が筒状に折り畳まれて収納されている。
　上記のノズル継ぎ足し用チューブ６は、復元性材料、例えばポリ塩化ビニル、ポリプロピレン、ポリエステルなどのプラスチックで作られた、外径０．５～４．０ｍｍのチューブであり、その内径はスプレー容器のノズルの径と同じにする必要がある。長さは、スプレー容器内の洗浄剤を到達させる被洗物により左右されるが、通常２００～６００ｍｍである。このチューブ６は、キャップ内に３～５巻きに巻成されて、嵌め込まれているが、取り出されると復元して直線状になる。
　使用説明書は、普通の使用説明書として使用されている紙質の細長い紙片からなり、スプレーについての使用説明や注意書きが印刷されており、これは通常折り畳んで筒状にして収容されている。
　キャップ中央の膨出部２の上方には、支持部材８，８によりノズルホルダー９が付設されている。このノズルホルダー９は長方形状の板であり、例えばプラスチック、金属により作られている。このノズルホルダー９には、スプレー容器本体のノズルとノズル継ぎ足し用チューブ６を連結するための孔１０が穿設されている。
　上記のノズル継ぎ足し用チューブ６は、キャップ内への取り付けを容易にするために、あらかじめ巻成して図２に示すようなキャップ内壁に嵌装可能なサイズで作成した紙筒１１内に収納しておくこともできる。そして、この紙筒１１には、所望に応じ横方向に少なくとも１本のミシン目１２を設け、使用時にこのミシン目１２を破ってノズル継ぎ足し用チューブ６を展開させるようにしてもよいし、また展開した紙筒１１の表面にあらかじめ説明事項を印刷しておき使用説明書と兼用させることもできる。
　次に、図３は、スプレー容器を自動車の車室内の洗浄や除臭に用いる場合、消臭材料板１３をキャップ内に一緒に収納する例を示す斜視図であり、キャップ内側面の、ノズルホルダー９よりも上方の位置に設けた支持部材１４，１４により、ノズルホルダー９上方に位置して消臭材料板１３が着脱可能に取り付けられている。
　この消臭材料板１３は、必要に応じケースに入れて取り付けることもできる。
　次に、本発明のキャップの構成を分解した斜視図によって説明する。
　図４は、ノズル継ぎ足し用チューブ６を巻成して所定のスペースに収納した状態を示す斜視図、図５はノズルホルダー９を設置したときの斜視図である。
　本発明のスプレー容器用キャップは、自動車の車室内、特にエアコンディショナーを設置した車室内における洗浄用、消臭用スプレー容器のキャップとして好適である。

Claims (3)

  1. 　中央部を膨出状に形成し、底面部にノズル取り付け穴を有するスプレー容器用キャップにおいて、膨出部（２）の外側面（３）とキャップ本体（１）内側面との間のスペース（５）に復元性材料からなるコイル状に巻成したノズル継ぎ足し用チューブ（６）及び紙片を細長く折り畳み、筒状にした使用説明書（７）をいずれも取り出し可能に収納し、かつ上記膨出部上方にノズルホルダーを付設した構造を有することを特徴とするスプレー容器用キャップ。
  2. 　当該ノズル継ぎ足し用チューブ（６）をあらかじめ巻成して、キャップ本体（１）内壁に嵌装可能なサイズで作成した紙筒(１１)内に収納する請求項１記載のスプレー容器用キャップ。
  3. 　キャップ本体（１）内側面にノズルホルダー（９）よりも上方に設けた支持部材（８）により、ノズルホルダー（９）の上方に位置して、消臭材料板（１３）を着脱可能に取り付けた請求項１及び２記載のスプレー容器用キャップ。
