Abstract
Eine lichtdurchlässige Kochplatte weist mindestens einen leuchtmittelbefüllten Hohlraum auf, welcher mit mindestens einem Leuchtmittel gefüllt ist, wobei das mindestens eine Leuchtmittel mittels eines elektromagnetischen Anregungsfelds zum Leuchten anregbar ist. Das Induktionskochfeld weist mindestens eine solche Kochplatte auf. Das Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Kochplatte weist mindestens die folgenden Schritte auf: (a) Entlüften des Hohlraums; (b) Befüllen des Hohlraums mit dem mindestens einen Leuchtmittel; und (c) Versiegeln des Hohlraums.

Beschreibung
Beleuchtete Kochplatte
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kochplatte, insbesondere eine glasartige Kochplatte, für ein Induktionskochfeld und ein Induktionskochfeld mit einer solchen Kochplatte.
Bei herkömmlichen geschwärzten Glaskeramik-Kochplatten sind optische Informationen, z.B. Bedienerinformationen, an der Oberfläche des verwendeten Materials nur eingeschränkt darstellbar. Lediglich Bedruckungen und Metall- oder
Kunststoffteile werden bisher als Unterscheidungselemente verwendet, während eine Bedienerinformation in der Praxis von einer zusätzlichen Benutzerschnittstelle, z.B. einer Anzeigeeinheit, stammt. Zur optischen Markierung der Kochplatte sind Leuchtringe bekannt, welche um die Kochzonen einer Kochplatte herum angeordnet sind. Diese Ringe sind üblicherweise als Lichtleiter (optische Lichtwellenleiter, röhrenförmige Wellenleiter usw.) ausgeführt, die an der Rückseite der Glaskeramik- Kochplatte angeklebt sind und mit Licht (z.B. mittels Dioden oder anderer Lichtquellen) gespeist werden.
Insbesondere Induktionskochfelder, die nicht von einem Heizelement angeleuchtet werden, sind so für einen Benutzer nur schwer erkennbar.
US 2008/0099449 A1 offenbart ein Kochfeld, bei dem unterhalb einer Kochplatte eines Induktionsherds zur Beleuchtung einer Oberseite der Kochplatte eine Plasmalampe angeordnet ist, welche über Elektroden und eine jeweilige Leistungsquelle zum Leuchten angeregt wird. Die Plasmalampe kann dadurch zum Leuchten angeregt werden, dass ein mit einem Xenon-Gas gefüllter Hohlraum durch ein zwischen den Elektroden angelegtes Wechselfeld gespeist wird. Die Plasmalampe kann als konzentrischer Kreis ausgestaltet sein.
Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht darin, eine flexibel ausgestaltbare, einfach realisierbare und zuverlässige Möglichkeit zur optischen Ausgestaltung von Kochplatten zu schaffen.
Diese Aufgabe wird gemäß den Merkmalen der unabhängigen Patentansprüche gelöst. Weiterbildungen der Erfindung ergeben sich auch aus den abhängigen Ansprüchen.
Zur Lösung der Aufgabe wird eine Kochplatte angegeben, aufweisend mindestens einen Hohlraum, welcher mit mindestens einem Leuchtmittel gefüllt ist, wobei das mindestens eine Leuchtmittel mittels eines elektromagnetischen Anregungsfelds zum Leuchten anregbar ist.
Dadurch, dass der Hohlraum insbesondere unmittelbar an der Kochplatte angeordnet ist, kann er erstens vergleichsweise ungehindert von anderen Bauelementen ausgestaltet und positioniert werden, was eine hohe Designflexibilität ermöglicht. Zweitens ermöglicht die unmittelbare Anordnung an der Kochplatte eine deutliche optische Kennzeichnung an einer Oberseite der Kochplatte auch oder gerade bei gefärbten oder geschwärzten Kochplatten.
Eine Kochplatte kann lichtdurchlässig, insbesondere transparent oder opak ausgeführt sein. Außerdem kann die Kochplatte unabhängig von Art und/oder Form des zugehörigen Kochfelds ausgestaltet sein.
Grundsätzlich können ein Hohlraum oder mehrere Hohlräume an und/oder in einer Kochplatte bzw. an und/oder in einer Kochzone der Kochplatte angeordnet sein.
Es wird zur einfachen Einbringung oder Anbringung des Hohlraums bei guter
Verarbeitbarkeit der Kochplatte und damit geringen Herstellungskosten sowie zur Anwendung bei vielen bereits bestehenden Kochplattentypen eine glasartige Kochplatte bevorzugt. Insbesondere kann die Kochplatte Glas, Glaskeramik, einer Mischung aus Glas und Glaskeramik oder eine sonstige lichtdurchlässige Keramik als Grundmaterial aufweisen.
Eine Ausgestaltung besteht darin, dass die Kochplatte zur Verwendung mit einem Induktionskochfeld vorgesehen ist.
Das Induktionskochfeld kann beispielsweise ein für eine Wirbelstromheizung oder zur Energieübertragung über ein magnetisches Wechselfeld auf ein mit einer Spule zum Abgriff des magnetischen Wechselfelds ausgestattetes Haushaltsgerät, zum Beispiel ein Haushaltskleingerät (Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle usw.) oder Gargeschirr sein.
Der Hohlraum kann in einem Vorsprung der Kochplatte angeordnet sein, wobei dieser Vorsprung auch als ein separat gefertigtes und unlösbar dann mit der Glasplatte verbundenes Element vorliegen kann.
Insbesondere kann ein leuchtmittelbefüllter Hohlraum zumindest teilweise (oder auch vollständig) in der Kochplatte ausgebildet ist. Bei nur teilweiser Einbringung bildet die Kochplatte vorzugsweise eine Teilwand des Hohlraums.
Insbesondere zur Markierung und Zuordnung von runden Kochzonen kann ein leuchtmittelbefüllter Hohlraum zumindest sektorweise ringförmig ausgestaltet sein, d.h. einen Ringabschnitt aufweisen. Die Form des Hohlraums ist dabei nicht auf eine offene, eine geschlossene oder eine ringförmige Grundform beschränkt. So mag der Hohlraum auch oval oder eckig ausgestaltet sein. Auch können ein oder mehrere Hohlräume kugel-, tropfen- oder strichförmig ausgestaltet sein.
Zur präzisen Kennzeichnung einer Kochzone und zur effektiven Anregung mittels eines elektromagnetischen Anregungsfelds, insbesondere eines magnetischen Wechselfelds, wird mindestens ein leuchtmittelbefüllter Hohlraum in oder an (insbesondere konzentrisch zu) einer Kochzone der Kochplatte (z.B. eines Induktionskochfelds) angeordnet.
Eine Ausgestaltung ist es, dass bei schonender Bearbeitung einer bereits bestehenden Glasplatte der Hohlraum elektrodenlos ausgeführt ist. Dann wird das in dem Hohlraum vorhandene mindestens eine Leuchtmittel mittels eines externen Anregungsfelds ähnlich dem Wirkprinzip einer Nullode angeregt. Eine solche Ausführungsform ist zudem besonders langlebig und zuverlässig.
Es kann auch mindestens eine Elektrode zum Aufbau des elektromagnetischen, insbesondere magnetischen, Anregungsfelds in den mit dem einen Leuchtmittel befüllten Hohlraum eingeführt sein.
Zur zuverlässigen Anregung des Leuchtmittels ist es von Vorteil, dass in den leuchtmittelbefüllten Hohlraum mindestens zwei Elektroden zum Aufbau des elektromagnetischen Anregungsfelds eingeführt sind. Dies kann insbesondere vorteilhaft sein, wenn ein externes elektromagnetisches Anregungsfeld entweder nicht vorhanden oder zu schwach ist, zum Beispiel bei einem außerhalb einer Kochzone eines Induktionskochfelds angeordneten Hohlraum.
Als Leuchtmittel können sämtliche Leuchtmittel verwendet werden, die mittels eines elektromagnetischen Anregungsfelds zum Leuchten anregbar sind, und zwar einzeln oder in Kombinationen miteinander. Insbesondere kann das Leuchtmittel ein Edelgas oder eine Kombination von Edelgasen aufweisen, da diese ungiftig und inert sind. Auch sind als Leuchtmittel einsetzbar: Quecksilber oder Quecksilberverbindungen, Halogene, Kohlendioxid, feste Leuchtmittel wie phosphorbasierte Leuchtmittel, usw.
Das Induktionskochfeld weist mindestens eine Induktionskochplatte auf.
Es wird insbesondere ein Induktionskochfeld vorgeschlagen, bei dem sich zumindest ein mit mindestens einem Leuchtmittel gefüllter Hohlraum so im Bereich eines von dem Anregungsfeld durchstrahlten Bereich, insbesondere einer Kochzone, befindet, dass das mindestens eine Leuchtmittel mittels des elektromagnetischen Anregungsfelds (einschließlich eines magnetischen Wechselfelds) zum Leuchten anregbar ist, wobei das elektromagnetische Anregungsfeld vorzugsweise zum Energieeintrag in ein an der Kochzone angeordnetes Haushaltsgerät, insbesondere Gargeschirr, vorgesehen ist.
Entsprechend kann ein Hohlraum vorzugsweise in oder an einer Kochzone eines Induktionskochfelds so angeordnet sein, dass es mittels des auch zum Betreiben des Haushaltsgeräts erzeugten Anregungsfelds angeregt wird. Es kann vorteilhaft sein, eine zur Erzeugung des elektromagnetischen Anregungsfelds verwendete Spule oder eine Gruppe von Spulen so vorzusehen oder zu modifizieren, dass sie bei Anregungsfrequenzen für das mindestens eine Leuchtmittel mit einer erhöhten Leistung betrieben werden. Insbesondere kann die mindestens eine Spule mit unterschiedlichen Frequenzen und/oder Leistungen betrieben werden, so dass einerseits das Induktionskochfeld und andererseits das Leuchtmittel in dem Hohlraum geeignet angeregt werden.
Zur Kennzeichnung einer Kochzone kann ein Hohlraum in Aufsicht an einem Außenrand einer Kochzone angeordnet sein.
Das Verfahren zum Herstellen einer solchen Kochplatte weist mindestens die folgenden Schritte auf: (a) Entlüften des Hohlraums, vorzugsweise mittels einer Vakuumpumpe bis in einen Druckbereich zwischen 10"1 atm und 10"5 atm, (b) Befüllen des Hohlraums mit dem mindestens einen Leuchtmittel und (c) (hermetisches) Versiegeln des Hohlraums.
Vorzugsweise kann zuvor der Hohlraum in die Kochplatte eingebracht werden, insbesondere durch Laserbearbeitung mit einem Brennpunkt innerhalb der Kochplatte, da so ein Fügevorgang mit Fügeflächen vermeidbar ist.
Es kann zur einfachen Bearbeitung der Kochplatte auch ein Verfahren eingesetzt werden, das den Schritt eines Einbringens mindestens einer Aussparung in eine Unterseite der Kochplatte und ein (insbesondere hermetisches) Abdecken der Öffnung der Aussparung, insbesondere mittels Verklebens der offenen Fläche mit einer Glasplatte, zur Bildung des Hohlraums aufweist.
Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung werden nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnungen dargestellt und erläutert. Dabei können zur gleiche oder gleichwirkende Elemente mit gleichen Bezugszeichen versehen sein.
Fig.1a zeigt in Draufsicht von oben eine Kochplatte eines Induktionskochfelds, bei der eine Kochzone von einem ringförmigen Hohlraum begrenzt wird;
Fig.1 b zeigt als Schnittdarstellung in Seitenansicht die Kochplatte aus Fig.1a mit einer Anregungsquelle;
Fig.2a zeigt als Schnittdarstellung in Seitenansicht eine mit einem anderen Verfahren hergestellte Kochplatte in einem ersten Herstellungsschritt;
Fig.2b zeigt als Schnittdarstellung in Seitenansicht die Kochplatte aus Fig.2a in einem zweiten Herstellungsschritt;
Fig.2c zeigt als Schnittdarstellung in Seitenansicht eine mit einem weiteren Verfahren hergestellte Kochplatte.
Fig.1a zeigt in Draufsicht von oben eine Kochplatte 1 eines Induktionskochfelds aus geschwärzter Glaskeramik, bei der eine runde Kochzone 2 mit einem Durchmesser d1 optisch von einem in der Kochplatte 1 vorhandenen, ringförmigen und mit mindestens einem Leuchtmittel gefüllten Hohlraum 3 der Dicke d2 begrenzt wird.
Fig.1 b zeigt als Schnittdarstellung entlang der Schnittlinie A-A aus Fig.1a in Seitenansicht die Kochplatte 1. Der Hohlraum 3 ist vollständig vom Material der
Kochplatte 1 umgeben, was beispielsweise durch eine Laserbearbeitung der Kochplatte 1 erreicht werden kann. Unterhalb der Kochzone 2 und des Hohlraums 3 befindet sich eine Spule (Induktorspule) 4 zum Erzeugen eines nach oben (in z- Richtung) gerichteten magnetischen Wechselfelds. Das magnetische Wechselfeld durchsetzt die Kochzone 2 und versorgt dort ein entsprechendes Haushaltsgerät (nicht dargestellt) mit Energie. Das Haushaltsgerät kann beispielsweise ein im Wirbelstrombetrieb betreibbares Gargeschirr oder ein mit einer Sekundärspule zum Leistungsabgriff aus dem Wechselfeld ausgerüstetes Haushaltsgerät, z.B. ein Gargeschirr oder ein Haushaltskleingerät, sein.
Die Induktorspule 4 ist unterhalb des Hohlraums 3 angeordnet, so dass der Hohlraum 3 auch von dem magnetischen Wechselfeld gespeist bzw. zumindest teilweise von diesem durchsetzt wird. Dadurch wird das Leuchtmittel ionisiert und gibt bei Rekombination sichtbares Licht ab, welches zumindest teilweise durch die Kochplatte 1 dringt. Zur Erhöhung der Lichtstärke kann der Hohlraum 3 unterseitig mit einem für das magnetische Wechselfeld durchlässigen optischen Reflektor (nicht dargestellt) versehen sein.
Das Leuchtmittel kann ein Edelgas oder eine Mischung aus Edelgasen umfassen. Die Farbe des abgestrahlten Lichts ist abhängig von der Art des eingefüllten Gases, z.B. bei Neon orangerot, bei Helium weißrosa, bei Krypton weiß, bei Argon blau usw., als auch von der Frequenz des eingestrahlten Feldes. Der Hohlraum 3 kann ähnlich einer Nulloden-Leuchtröhre ausgestaltet sein.
Bei der Kochplatte 1 ist es von Vorteil, dass der (hier beispielhaft ringförmige)
Leuchtbereich (realisiert durch den Hohlraum 3) keine gesonderte Stromversorgung, Ansteuerung bzw. Verdrahtung benötigt und wegen der Nähe zur oberen Oberfläche der Kochplatte 1 auch bei getönter Kochplatte 1 für den Benutzer gut sichtbar ist. Zusätzlich zu der Begrenzung der Kochzone 2 kann das von dem Hohlraum 3 emittierte Licht dem Benutzer einen Eindruck der von dem Induktor 4 abgegebenen Leistung vermitteln, da die Leuchtstärke von der Stärke des magnetischen Wechselfeldes abhängt und somit der Hohlraum 3 bei geringer Primärleistung nur schwach leuchtet, bei hoher Primärleistung jedoch entsprechend hell leuchtet.
Zur Herstellung der Kochplatte 1 wird zunächst eine Glaskeramikplatte ohne Hohlraum mittels eines Laserbearbeitungsverfahren bearbeitet, bei dem der Laser in das Innere der Glaskeramikplatte fokussiert wird und dort den Hohlraum 3 erzeugt. Hierzu kann
ein Durchgangsloch (nicht dargestellt) zwischen dem Hohlraum 3 und der Außenseite erzeugt werden, durch das der Hohlraum 3 entlüftet wird, z.B. durch Erzeugen eines Unterdrucks im Bereich zwischen 10"1 atm und 10"5 atm mittels einer herkömmlichen Vakuumpumpe. Dann kann ein Leuchtmittel, z.B. ein Edelgas, durch das Durchgangsloch in den Hohlraum 3 eingelassen werden, insbesondere bis im Hohlraum 3 ein nurmehr leichter Unterdruck herrscht. Anschließend kann das Durchgangsloch insbesondere z.B. mittels eines Glasklebers insbesondere hermetisch versiegelt werden.
Fig.2a zeigt als Schnittdarstellung in Seitenansicht eine mit einem anderen Verfahren hergestellte Kochplatte 5 in einem ersten Herstellungsschritt.
In diesem ersten Herstellungsschritt ist die Kochplatte 5 noch in einen oberen Teil 6 und eine untere dünne Abdeckplatte 7 zweigeteilt. In die der Abdeckplatte 7 gegenüberliegende Seite des oberen Teils 6 ist eine ringförmige Aussparung 8 mittels eines oberflächenabtragenden Bearbeitungsverfahrens eingebracht worden, z.B. mittels Laserablation, Sandstrahlbearbeitung, Wasserstrahlbearbeitung, Mikrozerspanens usw. Nach Einbringung der Aussparung 8 wird die Abdeckplatte 7, wie in Fig.2b gezeigt, in einem folgenden Herstellungsschritt in der in Fig.2a angedeuteten Pfeilrichtung auf die Unterseite des oberen Teils 6 aufgesetzt und damit fest verbunden, so dass sich mit den Aussparungen 8 ein unterdruckfester Hohlraum bildet.
Fig.2c zeigt als Schnittdarstellung in Seitenansicht eine gemäß einem weiteren Verfahren hergestellte Kochplatte 9, bei der auf die Unterseite eine separat hergestellte, ringförmige leuchtstoffbefüllte Glasröhre 10 aufgeklebt ist.
Die gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiele weisen unter anderem die Vorteile auf, dass sie ein sehr effizientes Beleuchtungssystem bereitstellen. Zudem sind eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Farben einsetzbar, die ggf. sogar über die Frequenz des eingestrahlten Anregungsfelds veränderbar sind. Auch ist es möglich, dass die Farben von einem Druck auf die Oberfläche der Kochplatte, z.B. durch Aufstellen eines Geschirrs, abhängen. Die Anordnung mit der Kochplatte ermöglicht einen einfachen Aufbau. Insbesondere sind keine externen oder separaten Lichtquellen oder Leistungsquellen außer des von der Spule erzeugten Feldes nötig.
Der hier vorgestellte Ansatz ist nicht auf die gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiele beschränkt. So kann das Leuchtmittel auch Quecksilber, Phosphor oder andere nichtgasförmige Stoffe enthalten. Auch ist das Leuchtmittel nicht auf Edelgase als Leuchtgase beschränkt. Beispielsweise sind auch Halogene, Halogenmischungen oder Kohlenstoffdioxid einsetzbar.
Alternativ oder zusätzlich zur Anregung des Leuchtmittels mittels einer Einstrahlung des elektromagnetischen Feldes, insbesondere des magnetischen Feldes, können auch Elektroden in den Hohlraum eingebracht sein. Zwischen den Elektroden kann ein Anregungsfeld erzeugt werden. Dies ist eine Alternative zu der Nulloden-ähnlichen Ausführungsform ohne Elektroden und unabhängig von einer Lage oder Stärke einer externen Anregungsquelle. Weiterhin sind mittels der Elektroden Blinkeffekte, Helligkeits- oder Farbübergänge o.a. ohne Störung des normalen Betriebs möglich.
Auch kann mindestens ein Hohlraum pro Kochzone oder pro Kochfeld vorgesehen sein, ggf. können mehrere Hohlräume in unterschiedlichen Farben strahlend ausgeführt sein. Auch sind elektrodenlose Hohlräume und mit Elektroden ausgerüstete Hohlräume gemeinsam an oder in einer Kochplatte bzw. einer Kochzone einsetzbar. Der hier vorgestellte Ansatz ist nicht auf Induktionskochplatten beschränkt.

Claims
1. Lichtdurchlässige Kochplatte (1 ; 5; 9), aufweisend mindestens einen leuchtmittelbefüllten Hohlraum (3; 8), welcher mit mindestens einem Leuchtmittel gefüllt ist, wobei das mindestens eine Leuchtmittel mittels eines elektromagnetischen Anregungsfelds zum Leuchten anregbar ist.
2. Kochplatte (1 ; 5; 9) nach Anspruch 1 , die als eine glasartige Kochplatte, insbesondere geschwärzte Glaskeramik-Kochplatte, ausgebildet ist.
3. Kochplatte (1 ; 5; 9) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, die zur Verwendung mit einem Induktionskochfeld vorgesehen ist.
4. Kochplatte (1 ; 5; 9) nach Anspruch 3, bei der der mindestens eine leuchtmittelbefüllte Hohlraum an einer Kochzone (2) eines Kochfelds, insbesondere eines Induktionskochfelds, angeordnet ist.
5. Kochplatte (1 ; 5) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der mindestens eine leuchtmittelbefüllte Hohlraum (3; 8) zumindest teilweise, insbesondere vollständig, in der Kochplatte (1 ; 5) ausgebildet ist.
6. Kochplatte (1 ; 5) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der mindestens eine leuchtmittelbefüllte Hohlraum (3; 8) zumindest sektorweise ringförmig ausgeführt ist.
7. Kochplatte (1 ; 5) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der in mindestens einem leuchtmittelbefüllten Hohlraum (3; 8) keine Elektrode eingeführt ist.
8. Kochplatte (1 ; 5) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der in mindestens einen leuchtmittelbefüllten Hohlraum (3; 8) mindestens eine Elektrode eingeführt ist.
9. Kochplatte (1 ; 5; 9) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher das mindestens eine Leuchtmittel ein Edelgas umfasst.
10. Induktionskochfeld, aufweisend mindestens eine Kochplatte (1 ; 5; 9) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
11. Induktionskochfeld nach Anspruch 10, bei dem mindestens ein leuchtmittelbefüllter Hohlraum (3; 8) im Bereich einer Kochzone (2) angeordnet ist, so dass das mindestens eine Leuchtmittel mittels eines elektromagnetischen Anregungsfelds zum Leuchten anregbar ist, wobei das elektromagnetische Anregungsfeld auch zum Energieeintrag in ein an der Kochzone angeordnetes Haushaltsgerät, insbesondere ein Gargeschirr, vorgesehen ist.
12. Induktionskochfeld nach einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11 , bei dem mindestens ein leuchtmittelbefüllter Hohlraum (3; 8) im wesentlichen an einem Außenrand einer Kochzone (2) verläuft.
13. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Kochplatte (1 ; 5) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, umfassend die Schritte:
- Entlüften des Hohlraums (3; 8);
- Befüllen des Hohlraums (3; 8) mit dem mindestens einen Leuchtmittel; - Versiegeln des Hohlraums (3; 8).
14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, bei dem zuvor der mindestens eine Hohlraum (3) in die Kochplatte (1 ) eingebracht wird.
15. Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, umfassend die Schritte:
- Herstellen eines Hohlraums (5) mittels Einbringens einer Aussparung (8) in eine Unterseite der Kochplatte (2) und
- Abdecken der Aussparung (8).
