Abstract
Die Vorrichtung ist derart ausgebildet, dass eine räumliche Trennung zwischen Patient und rotierbar gelagerten Röntgenstrahlkopf während eines Aufnahmezyklus bestehen bleibt.

Beschreibung
Diagnoseeinheit mit einer Schutzvorrichtung
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Diagnoseeinheit mit einer Schutzvorrichtung für Patienten und/oder Bedienpersonal.
Eine Diagnoseeinheit, insbesondere ein Mammographiegerät oder Tomosynthesegerät, umfasst unter anderem einen Objekttisch, auf dem ein zu untersuchendes Objekt positionierbar ist, sowie einen Röntgenstrahlkopf, der mindestens eine Röntgen- strahlquelle aufweist. Der Röntgenstrahlkopf ist rotierbar in einem Stativ gelagert. Der Röntgendetektor befindet sich innerhalb oder unterhalb des Objekttisches. Während der Rönt- genaufnahme wird der Röntgenstrahlerkopf gegenüber des Objekttisches positioniert. Zur Röntgenaufnahme wird der Patient sehr nahe an den Objekttisch herangeführt. Während einer Röntgenbilderfassung steht oder sitzt der Patient in der unmittelbaren Nähe der bewegten Röntgenröhre. Um einen Kontakt zwischen dem Patienten und dem Strahlungskegel des Röntgenstrahlungskopfes und des Röntgenkopfes zu vermeiden, können zum Einen Kontaktleisten an dem Gehäuse des C-förmigen Röntgenarmes oder zum Anderen ein Schutzschild direkt am Ausgang des Röntgenstrahlkopfes vorgesehen werden. Kommt es zu einer Berührung zwischen Patientin und Kontaktleiste, wird dies durch die Kontaktleiste registriert und die Bewegung des C- förmigen Röntgenarmes wird gestoppt. Der Nachteil dieser Schutzvorrichtung liegt darin, dass zwar die Aufnahme gestoppt aber der Patient im ungünstigsten Fall mit dem Rönt- genstrahl in Berührung kommt. In der Offenbarungsschrift DE
10 2006 038 063 Al ist ein Mammographiegerät mit einem an einem Röntgengerätangeordneten Gesichtsschutz offenbart.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine weitere Schutzvorrichtung für eine Diagnoseeinheit anzugeben.
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung wird durch die im Patentanspruch 1 angegebenen Merkmale gelöst.
Die Diagnostikeinheit weist einen Röntgenstrahlkopf, einen Objekttisch, ein Schutzelement und ein Stativ an dem der Röntgenstrahlkopf über eine rotierbare Aufnahmeeinheit dreh- bar gelagert ist, auf. Das Schutzelement verbleibt dann stationär zu einem auf dem Objekttisch angeordneten Objekt während sich der Röntgenstrahlkopf relativ zu Objekt bewegt. Das Schutzelement ist dazu derart ausgebildet, dass es beispielsweise auf der Oberseite mindestens eine Führungsnut aufweist. Der Röhrenkopf (R) weist eine Halterung mit einer Motorsteuerung auf, wobei diese mindestens ein Antriebselement ansteuert, das über eine Wirkverbindung mit zumindest einer Seitenwand der Führungsnut des Gesichtsschildes in Verbindung steht. Die Halterung kann auch beispielsweise an der Vorder- seite des Röntgenkopfes angeordnet sein. Die Ansteuerung des Motors ist derart ausgebildet ist, dass diese das Gesichtsschild in einer stationären Position gegenüber einem Patienten bei gleichzeitiger Bewegung des Röntgenkopfes hält.
Die Diagnoseeinheit weist hierzu ein zu einem auf einem Objekttisch fixierten Objekt ortsfest angeordnetes Schutzelement auf, welches den Vorteil mit sich bringt, dass neben einer sicheren einschränkungsfreien Positionierung des Patienten, unabhängig vom Aufnahmemodus, beliebige Positionswechsel des Röntgenstrahlkopfes zwischen Soll- und Ruheposition erfolgen können ohne das der Patient weder mit dem Röntgenkopf noch mit dem Röntgenstrahl in Berührung kommt.
Die Erfindung bringt den Vorteil mit sich, dass sowohl eine Fixierung des zu untersuchenden Objektes als auch eine räumliche Trennung zwischen dem Patienten und dem Röntgenstrahl- kopf erreicht wird.
Die Erfindung bringt den Vorteil mit sich, dass bei einer stereotaktischen Biopsie, bei der zwei Aufnahmen aus zwei unterschiedlichen Positionen des Röntgenstrahlkopfes durchgeführt werden oder eine RöntgenkopfStellung bei einer Tomo- Syntheseaufnahme, bei der ein ganzer Scan von einem Objekt über einen großen Winkelbereich mit mehreren Projektionen aufgenommen wird, der Patient nicht in Berührung mit dem rotierenden Strahlkopf kommt.
Die Erfindung soll im Folgenden mittels des in Zeichnungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert werden.
Dabei zeigt:
Figur 1 eine schematische Darstellung eines Mammographiegerä- tes mit einem Gesichtsschutz,
Figur 2 eine weitere Ansicht auf das Mammographiegerät, Figur 3 eine Detailansicht,
Figur 4 einen Querschnitt durch das Schutzelement und Figur 5 eine weitere Detailansicht.
Die Vorrichtung ist derart ausgebildet, dass eine räumliche Trennung zwischen Patient und rotierbar gelagerten Röntgenstrahlkopf während eines Aufnahmezyklus bestehen bleibt.
In Figur 1 ist ein Mammographiegerät schematisch abgebildet. Die in dieser Schemazeichnung dargestellten Elemente sind ein Stativ S, ein rotierbarer Röntgenkopf R, ein über eine Halte- rung an dem rotierbaren Röntgenkopf R angeordnetes Gesichts-
schild FS, eine Detektoreinheit D, eine Kompressionsplatte KP sowie ein zwischen Detektorplatte D und Kompressionsplatte KP angeordnetes Objekt O. Der Röntgenkopf R ist an einer an dem Stativ S auf einer um eine horizontal ausgerichteten Drehach- se rotierbaren Aufnahmeeinheit befestigt. In dem rotierbaren Röntgenkopf R ist eine nicht näher dargestellte Röntgen- strahlquelle samt Blende und Filter angeordnet. Ein von der Röntgenstrahlquelle erzeugter Röntgenstrahl verlässt nach Durchlaufen von Blende und Filter den Strahlkopf und trifft nach einem Durchdringen des zu untersuchenden Objektes O auf die beispielsweise in einem Objekttisch integrierte Detektoreinheit D. In dieser Ansicht ist das Objekt O zwischen einer Pressplatte KP und einer auch als Pressplatte wirkende Detektoreinheit D fixiert. Bewegt sich nun der Röntgenkopf R für eine Aufnahme aus seiner Ruhelage, verbleibt das Gesichtsschild FS an seiner Position. Durch eine Kopplung der Steuereinheit für die Bewegung des Röntgenkopfes R mit einer Steuereinheit zur Positionierung des Gesichtsschildes FS kann dessen Positionierung derart erfolgen, dass bei einer Bewe- gung des Röntgenkopfes R die Positionierung des Gesichtsschildes FS stationär verbleibt. Das Gesichtsschild FS weist auf seiner Oberkante eine Führungsschiene FUE auf. Auf der Verschalungseinheit der Röntgenröhre R ist eine Halteeinheit HM mit einem Motor M angeordnet. Der Motor M ist über eine Antriebsmittel aufweisende Welle mit der Führungsschiene FUE verbunden .
Figur 2 gibt eine weitere Ansicht des Mammomaten wieder. An dem drehbar gelagerten Röntgenkopf R ist das entlang eines Führungselementes FUE parallel zum Stativ S verstellbare
Schutzschild FS gezeigt. Bewegt sich der Röntgenkopf R entsprechend der eingezeichneten Bewegungsrichtungen KBR nach links oder rechts, so wird der in der Halteeinheit HM ange-
ordnete Motor M jeweils über die hier nicht gesondert dargestellte Steuereinheit entgegengesetzt angesteuert. Als Folge der entgegengesetzten Ansteuerung des Motors M in der Halteeinrichtung HM, verbleibt das Schutzschild FS stationär vor dem Patienten. Der Objekttisch kann dabei gekoppelt oder entkoppelt von der Bewegung des Röntgenkopfes sein.
In Figur 3 ist ein Antriebsmittel M, A, Z näher dargestellt. Über eine Achse A, die durch den Motor M angetrieben wird, wird ein Abtriebsmittel Z in eine Drehbewegung versetzt. Das Abtriebsmittel Z kann beispielsweise als Zahnrad oder als ein Zylinder aus gebildet sein. Die Oberfläche des Zylinders ist dann beispielsweise mit einer Oberfläche versehen, dass einen hohen Reibkoeffizienten auf weist.
Mit Figur 4 ist ein Teil eines Querschnittes des Gesichtsschildes gezeigt. Das Führungselement FUE ist dabei nutförmig in die Oberkante des Gesichtsschildes eingebracht. Dieses Führungselement FUE kann dabei direkt in das Gesichtsschild FS integriert sein oder mit als Einzelelement mit diesem Verbinden sein. Zur Führung des Gesichtsschildes FS sind zu beiden Seiten der Führungsnut Stege SG ausgeprägt. Eine Seite W des unteren Teils der Führungsnut FUE ist derart ausgebildet, dass das Antriebsmittel Z in Wirkverbindung mit dieser steht. Die Seite W der Führungsnut FUE kann beispielsweise mit einer Verzahnung versehen sein und mit dem Antriebsmittel in Wirkverbindung stehen.
In Figur 5 ist eine weitere Detailansicht des Gesichtsschil- des FS mit Führungsschiene FUE gezeigt. Angedeutet sind hier auch die Achsen A, A' von möglichen Antriebsmitteln M, M' . Das Antriebsmittel kann entweder einzeln oder mehrfach vorhanden sein und auf zumindest einer Seite W über eine Wirk-
Verbindung WF der Führungsnut FUE die Bewegung des Schutzschildes FS bewirken. Wird nun die Röntgenröhre R für eine Aufnahme aus ihrer Ruheposition gelenkt, so wird gleichzeitig der auf dem Röntgenkopf R in der Halterung HM angeordnete Mo- tor M synchron angesteuert, wobei die Position des Schutzschildes FS in der ursprünglichen Position verbleibt.
Gemäß der vorliegenden Vorrichtung bewegt sich die Röntgenröhre während der Aufnahme auf einer Kreisbahn KBR mit einem definierten Radius. Würde man ein Gesichtsschild FS fest an der Röntgenröhre R befestigen, würde sich das Gesichtsschild FS ebenfalls auf einer Kreisbahn mit der Röntgenröhre bewegen. Die angegebene Vorrichtung zeigt hier, dass das Gesichtsschild FS über eine Führungsschiene FUE, die mit einer Halterung an einer Röntgenröhre beweglich verbunden ist, auf. Die Führungsschiene FUE am Gesichtsschild FS ist entsprechend der Kreisbahn der Röntgenröhre ausgebildet, damit die Bewegung der Röhre ausgeglichen werden kann. Durch einen Motor M in der Halterung HM, dessen Ansteuereinheit mit der Steuer- einheit der Bewegungseinheit der Röntgenröhre funktional gekoppelt ist, erfolgt die Ausgleichsbewegung des Gesichtsschildes .

Claims
1. Diagnostikeinheit mit einem Röntgenstrahlkopf (R), einem Objekttisch (D), einem Schutzelement (FS) und einem Stativ (S) , in dem der Röntgenstrahlkopf (R) über eine rotierbare
Aufnahmeeinheit drehbar gelagert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schutzelement (FS) stationär zu einem auf dem Objekttisch (D) angeordneten Objekt (O) verbleibt, während dessen sich der Röntgenstrahlkopf (R) relativ zu Objekt (0) be- wegt .
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schutzelement (FS) derart ausgebildet ist, dass es mindestens eine Führungsnut (FUE) aufweist.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Röhrenkopf (R) eine Halterung (HM) mit einer Motorsteuerung angeordnet ist.
4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Motorsteuerung mindestens ein Antriebselement ansteuert, das über eine Wirkverbindung mit zumindest einer Seitenwand der Führungsschiene (FUE) des Gesichtsschildes (FS) in Verbindung steht.
5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Ansteuerung des Motors (M) derart ausgebildet ist, dass diese das Gesichtsschild (FS) in einer stationären Position gegenüber einem Patienten bei gleichzeitiger Bewegung des Röntgenkopfes hält.
