滑移装载机动臂装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种滑移装载机, 特别是涉及一种滑移装载机 的新型动臂。
背景技术
目前, 一般的装载机动臂后端直接与车架铰接, 工作时动 臂被驱动做以车架铰接点为圆点的圆弧运动。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是: 提供一种能够实现物料垂 直提升、 举升能力大、 卸载距离远、 操作方便、 成本低廉、 使 用安全的滑移装载机新型动臂。
本发明所采用的技术方案: 本发明包括动臂和车架, 在动 臂和车架之间连接有长摇杆和短摇杆。 动臂、 车架、 长摇杆、 短摇杆一起形成四连杆机构。 在动臂和车架之间还连接有动臂 驱动装置。
上述方案各部分的具体结构是: 短摇杆一端与车架铰接于 车架, 其位置在车架的后上方的铰接轴处, 另一端铰接于动臂 尾端。 长摇杆一端与车架铰接, 其铰接的位置位于短摇杆铰接 轴的左下方, 另一端与动臂铰接。 动臂驱动装置一端铰接于车 架, 铰接点位于车架后方下部并在短摇杆铰接轴的左侧, 另一 端与动臂铰接; 动臂驱动装置在动臂上的铰点位于短摇杆和长 摇杆在动臂上铰点的前方。 提升过程中动臂驱动装置在长摇杆 的两个铰点之间运动。
上述技术方案的滑移装载机新型动臂, 采用四杆机构连杆 曲线特性, 实现物料近似垂直提升和合理力学性能。 在动臂和 车架间通过长摇杆和短摇杆连接形成四连杆机构, 这种工作装 置能够实现装载物料的近似垂直提升。 相对动臂直接固定在车 架上的做圆弧运动的装载机工作装置, 在相同举升力的情况下 本工作装置使装载机获得更大的举升能力、 举升高度和卸载距 离。 提高了工作效率和装载能力。 提升过程中, 在动臂驱动装 置的驱动下, 长摇杆向上向前运动, 短摇杆先向后再向前转动, 提升过程中驱动装置在长摇杆的两个铰点之间运动既避开干涉 又不影响长摇杆的强度。 所以, 采用上述技术方案的本发明, 既能实现物料垂直提升、 获得大的举升能力和较远卸载距离, 又能够保证工作装置的机械强度和稳定性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
参见图 1和图 2, 动臂 3头部装有铲斗 1及其铲斗油缸 2。 短摇杆 7—端与车架 6铰接, 其铰接位置在车架 6 的后上方的 铰接轴 8处; 另一端与动臂 3尾端铰接。 长摇杆 5—端铰接在 车架 6上, 长摇杆 5另一端与动臂 3铰接, 动臂驱动装置 4一 端铰接在车架 6上, 动臂驱动装置 4另一端与动臂 3铰接。
