Abstract
本发明公布一种滑移装载机垂直举升装置,属于工程机械技术领域。包括车架5、动臂1、摇臂2、动臂油缸3和连杆4;动臂1后段,由后至前依次设有铰接点B点、E点和C点;摇臂2一端铰接在车架5后上方的A点,另一端铰接在动臂1的B点;动臂油缸3一端铰接在车架5后下方的F点,另一端铰接在动臂1的E点;连杆4一端铰接在车架5前方的D点,另一端铰接在动臂1的C点;动臂1前端的运动轨迹的末端是一段向前弯曲的弧线。本发明中:动臂前端的运动轨迹末端有个迅速前伸动作,使得动臂前端的铲斗在举升至高位后自动前伸至物料容器上方来直接完成卸载,避免了整机高举负载的前移,作业效率高,操作更加简便,简化了滑移装载机工作流程。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及滑移装载机技术领域,特别涉及一种滑移装载机垂直举升装置,属于工程机械技术领域。
背景技术
滑移装载机是一种利用两侧车轮线速度差而实现车辆转向的轮式专用底盘设备,其主要用于作业场地狭小、地面起伏不平以及作业内容变换频繁的场合。
传统滑移装载机的举升装置一般为径向举升,具体为动臂后端与车架铰接连接,在驱动机构的作用下,动臂可以实现绕以动臂和车架间的铰接点为圆心的圆弧运动,该举升机构具有举升能力低、举升高度矮的缺点。同时,动臂在举升过程中,动臂前端水平方向会先前伸接着发生向后运动。在滑移装载机装载物料举升至高位后,由于动臂前端的后行,使得动臂在高位时,其前端距物料储存容器(货车车厢等)有较远的水平距离,需高举物料的情况下整机前移较大距离至动臂前端的铲斗深入储物容器的上方才能完成卸载,而高举物料的情况下移动整机对驾驶的安全性有较大影响。
为了增加卸载高度和提升举升能力,现今滑移装载机设计出了垂直举升工作装置,采用四连杆结构,配合驱动机构,该装置能够实现动臂前端在举升中近似直线的运动轨迹,很大程度上提升了滑移装载机的举升能力和高度,减小了举升过程中动臂前端水平方向的变化范围。虽然垂直举升装置中动臂前端水平运动范围减小,但为避免物料撒落,滑移装载机举升物料后仍需前移较小的距离,使得动臂前端的铲斗能伸入储物容器上方,完成卸载。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种新型滑移装载垂直举升装置。该举升装置中动臂前端能在举升过程中有近似直线的运动轨迹,减小了动臂前端的水平运动范围,而到接近举升最高点时,动臂前端的运动轨迹迅速前伸至储物容器上方,避免了整机带负载情况下再次前移,只需一次举升就可以完成卸载操作,工作效率高,操作更加简便。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种新型滑移装载垂直举升装置,包括车架5、动臂1、摇臂2、动臂油缸3和连杆4;所述动臂1后段,由后至前依次设有铰接点B点、E点和C点;所述摇臂2一端铰接在车架5后上方的A点,摇臂2另一端铰接在动臂1的B点;所述动臂油缸3一端铰接在车架5后下方的F点,动臂油缸3另一端铰接在动臂1的E点;所述连杆4一端铰接在车架5前方的D点,连杆4另一端铰接在动臂1的C点;所述动臂1前端的运动轨迹的末端是一段向前弯曲的弧线。
其进一步是:所述动臂1包括中部的直线段,直线段两端分别有一段向下弯曲的弧形段。
在所述动臂1处于最低位置处;所述A点高于E点,E点高于C点,C点高于B点,B点高于F点。
所述C点高度与D点高度一致。
所述A点和B点之间的距离为AB,C点和D点之间的距离为CD,B点和C点之间的距离为BC,A点和D点之间的距离为AD;令基准长度为L,则AB=L,1.438≤BC≤1.716L,1.99L≤CD≤2.28L,2.84L≤AD≤3.46L。
本发明通过动臂油缸的伸缩来驱动动臂的举升和降落,通过动臂油缸的伸缩长度控制动臂的提升高度。通过合理的选取举升装置四连杆机构中各杆件的长度及铰点布置,来实现在举升过程中,动臂前端近似直线的上升,运动末端迅速前伸的运动轨迹。
由于采用了以上技术方案,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、动臂前端的运动轨迹末端有个迅速前伸动作,使得动臂前端的铲斗在举升至高位后自动前伸至物料容器上方来直接完成卸载,避免了整机高举负载的前移,作业效率高,操作更加简便,简化了滑移装载机工作流程;
2、滑移装载机举升装置设计高度普遍较高,对司机后方视野有遮挡,视野存在盲区。本发明的举升装置设计,装置布置高度都低于驾驶室司机视线,极大的提升了操作视野范围,避免车辆在退后或者转向时碰撞情况的发生,提高了安全性;
3、本发明中部件突出车架后部,能够对整机后机罩起到保护作用。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的一个具体实施例,现结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1和图2所示,一种新型滑移装载垂直举升装置,包括车架5、动臂1、摇臂2、动臂油缸3和连杆4。动臂1包括中部的直线段,直线段两端分别有一段向下弯曲的弧形段,动臂1后段由后至前依次设有铰接点B点、E点和C点。摇臂2一端铰接在车架5后上方的A点,摇臂2另一端铰接在动臂1的B点;动臂油缸3一端铰接在车架5后下方的F点,动臂油缸3另一端铰接在动臂1的E点;连杆4一端铰接在车架5前方的D点,连杆4另一端铰接在动臂1的C点。
工作时:动臂1前端的运动轨迹由下至上包括三段,第一阶段为启动阶段:动臂前端随着升高缓慢前伸。第二阶段:动臂前端作近似直线的垂直运动,轨迹线最长。第三阶段:动臂前端迅速前伸,在高度略微升高的情况下,动臂前端有较快的前伸,轨迹线最短。
如图2所示,在动臂1处于最低位置处;A点高于E点,E点高于C点,C点高于B点,B点高于F点;C点高度与D点高度一致。优选的,设:A点和B点之间的距离为AB,C点和D点之间的距离为CD,B点和C点之间的距离为BC,A点和D点之间的距离为AD;令基准长度为L,则AB=L,1.438≤BC≤1.716L,1.99L≤CD≤2.28L,2.84L≤AD≤3.46L。

Claims (5)
1.一种新型滑移装载垂直举升装置,包括车架(5)、动臂(1)、摇臂(2)、动臂油缸(3)和连杆(4);其特征在于:
所述动臂(1)后段,由后至前依次设有铰接点B点、E点和C点;
所述摇臂(2)一端铰接在车架(5)后上方的A点,摇臂(2)另一端铰接在动臂(1)的B点;
所述动臂油缸(3)一端铰接在车架(5)后下方的F点,动臂油缸(3)另一端铰接在动臂(1)的E点;
所述连杆(4)一端铰接在车架(5)前方的D点,连杆(4)另一端铰接在动臂(1)的C点;
所述动臂(1)前端的运动轨迹的末端是一段向前弯曲的弧线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型滑移装载垂直举升装置,其特征在于:所述动臂(1)包括中部的直线段,直线段两端分别有一段向下弯曲的弧形段。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的新型滑移装载垂直举升装置,其特征在于:在所述动臂(1)处于最低位置处;所述A点高于E点,E点高于C点,C点高于B点,B点高于F点。
4.根据权利要求3所述的新型滑移装载垂直举升装置,其特征在于:所述C点高度与D点高度一致。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型滑移装载垂直举升装置,其特征在于:所述A点和B点之间的距离为AB,C点和D点之间的距离为CD,B点和C点之间的距离为BC,A点和D点之间的距离为AD;令基准长度为L,则AB=L,1.438≤BC≤1.716L,1.99L≤CD≤2.28L,2.84L≤AD≤3.46L。
