相比联网的机器, 通过互联网联络起来的数亿人脑, 更能满足用户的求 知需求, 人脑对于自然语言的理解毫无问题, 而且数亿人的经验和记忆所组 成的知识库的规模更是无法衡量的。 这就是为什么在互联网上互助问答业务 受到广泛欢迎的原因。 人们可以对医疗、 科技、 娱乐和情感等任何问题向网 络另一端的任何人提问, 而且通常能够得到中肯的回答。
但是, 目前互联网上的互助问答系统也存在很多不足。 首先, 能够解答 问题的用户不一定总是在线, 因此, 问题很难得到及时的回答; 其次, 提问 者和解答者都需要不断浏览某个网页, 才能知道问题是否已解答, 或者是否 有问题需要解答; 另外, 解答者仅能通过有限的几种方式来描述自己的答案, 文字或图片, 而无法进行直接的交流。 发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种实现在线互助问答业务的方法及系 统, 能够及时、 便捷地实现问题的解答。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明一种实现在线互助问答业务的方法, 包括: 提问用户将所编辑的问题上传至可扩展标记语言文档管理 XDM服务器; 解答用户向 XDM服务器订阅问题, XDM服务器将其订阅的问题发送给 解答用户;
解答用户接收到问题后, 对问题进行解答, 并将问题的答案通知问题的 提问用户。

本发明通过 IMS ( IP Multimedia Subsystem, IP多媒体子系统)实现在线 互助问答业务, 具有如下有益效果:
1、 由于 IMS具有与接入无关性, 用户可使用各种终端, 如电脑、 手机 和 PDA (掌上电脑)等, 通过各种 IP接入方式, 如 ADSL (数字用户线路)、 WLAN (无线局域网)和 GPRS (通用无线分组业务)等使用互助问答业务, 并长时间保持在线, 从而大大增加了在线用户群的规模, 加快问题解答的速 度。
2、 相对于互助问答网站, 本发明对所提问题按照领域进行划分, 解答用 户仅需对感兴趣的领域进行订阅, 问题会主动下发给已订阅的解答用户, 解 答用户不需要主动查看问题, 同样, 一旦问题有了答案, 也会自动将答案下 发给提问用户。
3、提问用户与解答用户之间还可以通过语音、 白板和视频共享等方式进 行交流; 此外, 通过对提问进行计费, 对解答用户奖励分值, 用于支付提问 或其他业务的费用, 可以吸引更多用户, 推动业务发展。 附图概述

IMS是建立在第三代无线通信技术(3G )基础上的一种基于标准互联网 协议且与接入无关的业务发布平台。 IMS成功整合了互联网和移动通信网两 大通信网络。 IMS支持多种终端访问互联网, 使得在线用户的数量大大增加, 同时, 支持语音、 文字、 视频、 短信、 即时消息和电子邮件等多种通信方式。 因此,基于 IMS和互助问答业务的特点, 本发明通过 IMS实现在线互助问答 业务。
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行说明: 图 1为本发明实现在线互助问答业务的系统, 包括, 提问用户、 解答用 户、 IMS核心网、 XDM服务器、 呈现服务器和问答业务服务器; 其中,
提问用户将所编辑的问题上传至 XDM服务器; 接收解答用户发送的通 信请求, 若选择接受通信请求后, 则与解答用户进行交流, 完成问题的解答。
解答用户向 XDM服务器订阅问题, 在接收到问题后, 对问题进行解答, 并将问题的答案通知提问用户; 解答用户可以将问题的答案上传至 XDM服 务器, 由 XDM服务器将问题的答案发送给问题的提问用户; 或解答用户也 可以获取问题的提问用户的呈现信息, 根据呈现信息选择问题的提问用户允 许的同步通信方式, 并发送通信请求, 如果解答用户接受通信请求, 则与解 答用户进行交流, 完成问题的解答。
XDM服务器用于接收提问用户编辑的问题, 接收解答用户的问题订阅, 将解答用户订阅的问题发送给该解答用户; 并将接收到解答用户发送的问题 的答案下发给问题的提问用户。
IMS核心网负责终端的注册和信令路由。
呈现服务器用于记录提问用户的呈现信息,并向解答用户提供呈现信息。 问答业务服务器用于存储用户的信息, 并控制整个业务的逻辑。
在使用互助问答业务前, 用户需要开通此项业务, 开通业务时, 为用户 分配一个全局惟一的用户 ID, 在互助问答业务中通过用户 ID识别不同用户, 所有开通互助问答业务的用户的用户 ID都是相互公开的。并且,每个用户 ID 对应一个用户标识(URI ) , 用户标识也称为公共用户标识(PUI ) 。 互助问 答业务的用户标识可以釆用 tel:<用户 ID>的形式表示, 也可以釆用 sip:<用户 ID>@<运营商域名 >的形式表示, 用户之间可通过用户标识进行通信。
并且, 开通业务时, 还需要在呈现服务器中保存提问用户的呈现信息, 呈现信息包括: 是否允许解答用户与其进行同步通信, 如果允许同步通信, 记录所允许的同步通信的方式, 如即时消息、 VoIP (网络电话)、 视频共享、 白板等。 呈现服务器还随时记录提问用户的离、 在线状态, 写入提问用户的 呈现信息中, 并随时更新。 图 2所示为本发明中提问用户使用互助问题业务提出问题的方法,包括: 步骤 S201: 提问用户使用用户标识登录 IMS;

提问用户也可以通知 XDM服务器当其所提问题的解答到达一指定数量 后, 向其发送问题的解答, 如 XDM服务器每收到 5条问题的解答, 向提问 用户发送一次。
XDM服务器默认提问用户对其所提问题的所有解答均订阅。

解答用户也可以通知 XDM服务器当其所选领域的问题到达一指定数量 后, 向其发送问题, 如 XDM服务器每收到 5条该领域的问题, 向解答用户 发送一次。 步骤 S303: XDM服务器向解答用户发送问题通知, 将解答用户订阅领 域的问题通知解答用户, 问题通知中携带问题的问题记录;
问题通知按照解答用户设置的通知频度进行发送。
上述的问题通知也可以是一个简要的信息列表, 例如只包含问题的标题 和提问用户的用户 ID, 解答用户可选中某一项下载并查看其详细信息。
步骤 S304: 解答用户收到 XDM服务器发送的问题通知后, 浏览接收到 的问题, 对问题进行解答;
如果问题通知釆用信息列表的形式, 解答用户可进一步通过问题 ID从 XDM服务器下载问题的详细内容等。
步骤 S305: 解答用户向 XDM服务器发送问题解答, 问题解答包括: 问 题答案、 问题 ID及其自身的用户 ID;
步骤 S306: XDM服务器接收到问题解答后, 根据问题 ID为该问题生成 解答记录, 解答记录中包含解答用户的用户 ID和问题答案;
步骤 S307: XDM服务器向提问用户发送答案通知, 答案通知中包含问 题的标题、 ID, 问题答案和解答用户的用户 ID;
答案通知按照提问用户设置的通知频度进行发送。
答案通知可以是一个简要的信息列表, 例如只包含答案的标题和解答用 户的用户 ID, 提问用户可选中某一项下载并查看其详细信息。
步骤 S308: 提问用户接收到答案通知后, 如果判断问题已解决, 则向 XDM服务器发出提问结束请求, 在该提问结束请求中携带问题的 ID和做出 最佳答案的解答用户的用户 ID;
步骤 S309: XDM服务器接收到提问结束请求后, 根据问题的 ID将该问 题的结束标志置为有效, 标识该问题已被解答;
步骤 S310: XDM服务器向问答业务服务器发送问题结束通知, 通知问 答业务服务器问题已关闭, 在问题结束通知中包含提问用户的用户 ID、 解答 用户的用户 ID, 以及奖励分值;
步骤 S311 : 问答业务服务器接收到问题结束通知后, 从提问用户的账户 上扣除奖励分值, 累加到解答用户的账户中。
如图 4所示, 提问用户与解答用户之间还可以通过同步通信方式进行问 题解答, 包括:
步骤 S401 : 解答用户浏览问题后, 如果认为需要与提问用户进行同步通 信, 则向问答业务服务器发送呈现信息订阅请求, 在该呈现信息订阅请求中 携带提问用户的用户 ID和其自身的用户 ID;
步骤 S402: 问答业务服务器根据提问用户的用户 ID查询提问用户的隐 私保护设置, 若提问用户允许公开呈现信息, 则问答业务服务器向呈现服务 器发送下发呈现信息请求, 在下发呈现信息请求中携带提问用户和解答用户 的用户 ID;
提问用户可以在开通业务时选择隐私保护的设置, 也可以通过向问答业 务服务器发送更改消息, 更改隐私保护的设置。
步骤 S403: 呈现服务器接收到下发呈现信息请求后, 根据提问用户的用 户 ID查找提问用户的呈现信息, 根据解答用户的用户 ID向解答用户发送呈 现信息通知消息, 将查找到的提问用户的呈现信息下发给解答用户;
步骤 S404: 解答用户根据呈现信息, 判断提问用户是否允许同步通信, 如果允许, 则选择一种提问用户允许的同步通信方式, 通过提问用户的公共 用户标识向提问用户发出通信请求;
解答用户可以根据提问用户的用户 ID获知其公共用户标识。提问用户的 公共用户标识可以是 1 <提问用户的用户:©>或 sip:<>|^、。"]用户的用户 ID>@< 运营商域名 >。
同步通信方式包括: 语音、 即时消息、 VoIP、 白板和视频共享等。
步骤 S405: 通信请求经 IMS核心网路由到问答业务服务器, 问答业务服 务器将通信请求下发给提问用户;
步骤 S406: 提问用户接受通信请求, 与解答用户进行交流, 完成问题的 解答。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种实现在线互助问答业务的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
提问用户将所编辑的问题上传至可扩展标记语言文档管理 XDM服务器; 解答用户向所述 XDM服务器订阅问题,所述 XDM服务器将其订阅的问 题发送给所述解答用户;
所述解答用户接收到问题后, 对问题进行解答, 并将问题的答案通知所 述问题的提问用户。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述提问用户上传至所述 XDM服务器的所述问题中包含该问题的所属 领域, 所述解答用户向所述 XDM服务器订阅一个或多个领域的问题, 所述 XDM服务器将所述解答用户订阅领域的问题发送给所述解答用户。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述解答用户对所述问题进行解答后, 将问题的答案上传至所述 XDM 服务器, 所述 XDM服务器将接收到的问题的答案通过答案通知下发给所述 问题的提问用户。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述提问用户将所编辑的问题上传至所述 XDM服务器后, 还选择所述 答案通知的发送频度和每个答案通知中包含的答案的数目, 并上传至所述 XDM服务器;
所述 XDM服务器根据所述提问用户选择的答案通知的发送频度和每个 答案通知中包含的答案的数目, 向所述提问用户下发所述答案通知。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述解答用户对所述问题进行解答后, 获取所述问题的提问用户的呈现 信息, 根据所述呈现信息选择所述问题的提问用户允许的同步通信方式, 并 发送通信请求; 所述问题的提问用户接收所述通信请求, 并选择接受通信请求后, 与所 述解答用户进行交流, 完成所述问题的解答。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的方法,其特征在于, 所述解答用户通过如下方法 获取所述问题的提问用户的呈现信息:
所述解答用户向问答业务服务器发送呈现信息订阅请求;
所述问答业务服务器接收到所述呈现信息订阅请求后, 向呈现服务器发 送下发呈现信息请求;
所述呈现服务器接收到所述下发呈现信息请求后, 向所述解答用户下发 所述问题的提问用户的呈现信息。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述提问用户上传至所述 XDM服务器的所述问题中包含该问题的奖励 分值, 所述问题的提问用户接收到所述问题的答案后, 如果判断该问题已解 决, 则向所述 XDM服务器发送提问结束请求;
所述 XDM服务器接收到所述提问结束请求后, 向问答业务服务器发送 问题结束通知, 在所述问题结束通知中携带所述问题的提问用户的用户 ID、 所述解答用户的用户 ID和所述奖励分值;
所述问答业务服务器接收到所述问题结束通知后, 根据所述提问用户的 用户 ID和所述解答用户的用户 ID, 从所述提问用户的账户上扣除奖励分值, 累加到所述解答用户的账户中。
8、 一种实现在线互助问答业务的系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 提问用户、 解答用户和 XDM服务器; 其中:
所述提问用户将所编辑的问题上传至所述 XDM服务器;
所述解答用户向所述 XDM服务器订阅问题, 在接收到问题后, 对问题 进行解答, 并将所述问题的答案通知所述提问用户;
所述 XDM服务器用于接收所述提问用户编辑的问题, 接收所述解答用 户的问题订阅, 将所述解答用户订阅的问题发送给该解答用户。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述解答用户将所述问题的答案通知所述提问用户时, 将所述问题的答 案上传至所述 XDM服务器;
所述 XDM服务器将接收到所述解答用户发送的所述问题的答案下发给 所述问题的提问用户。
10、 如权利要求 8所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述解答用户将所述问题的答案通知所述提问用户时, 获取所述问题的 提问用户的呈现信息, 根据所述呈现信息选择所述问题的提问用户允许的同 步通信方式, 并发送通信请求;
所述问题的提问用户接收所述通信请求, 并选择接受通信请求后, 与所 述解答用户进行交流, 完成所述问题的解答。
