本发明提供的彩铃业务的实现方法和系统, 将博客业务和彩铃业务相结 合, 将个人博客或与博客相关的信息转换为个性化彩铃进行播放, 提供更好 的服务, 从而对这两种业务起到更好的推广作用。

本发明的较佳实施方式
彩铃是 "个性化多彩回铃音业务"( Coloring Ring Back Tone ) 的简称, 它 是一项由被叫客户为呼叫自己移动电话的其他主叫客户设定特殊音效(音乐、 歌曲、 故事情节、 人物对话) 的回铃音的业务。 随着彩铃业务的发展, 个性 化彩铃业务的需求愈加显著。
如果能够将个性化彩铃和博客联系在一起, 必将使得个人博客推广更为 有利, 彩铃个性化更加显著。 本文提出一种彩铃业务的实现方法和系统, 使 博客和彩铃业务相互结合、 相辅相成, 获得更好的发展, 满足用户的需求。 如图 1所示, 本发明的实施方式所提供的彩铃业务实现方法包括以下步 骤:
步骤 101 : 博客中心向彩铃中心发送与博客相关的彩铃配置信息; 步骤 102: 所述彩铃中心根据彩铃配置信息生成彩铃文件并保存所述彩 铃文件;
步骤 103 : 终端发生呼叫且判断所述终端已签订与博客相关的彩铃业务 时, 所述彩铃中心播放所述彩铃文件。
彩铃中心根据签约信息可以向主叫或被叫播放与博客有关的彩铃文件, 优选地, 根据被叫的博客相关的彩铃业务签约信息向主叫播放彩铃文件。
所述彩铃配置信息可以包括但不限于以下与博客发布有关的内容, 可以 是以下内容中的一项或多项: 博文的网址、 发布时间、 博文的标题、 博文的 部分内容、 博文的全部内容、 提示博文发布的文字或提示博文发布的语音, 所述彩铃中心生成彩铃文件包括: 将文字转换为语音, 和 /或将所述提示博文 发布的语音作为彩铃文件的部分或全部。
彩铃文件的具体内容, 可以由用户根据个人需要进行灵活设置, 如语音 文件和部分待转换文字结合后生成完整的彩铃文件, 从而实现用户的个性化 需求。
提示博文发布的语音, 可以是用户自己录制的博文发布提示语音, 也可 以是系统预置的不同风格的提示语音。
所述彩铃中心可以釆用以下两种方式播放所述彩铃文件:
方式一: 所述博客中心保存用户签约绑定的终端信息及该终端当前有效 的彩铃文件的路径信息; 所述博客中心发送所述彩铃配置信息时, 同时发送 所述彩铃文件在所述彩铃中心的路径信息; 所述彩铃中心根据所述路径信息 保存所述彩铃文件, 这种情况下, 彩铃中心可以针对一个终端保存多个备用 的彩铃文件, 用户通过在博客中心的设置, 灵活改变当前有效的彩铃文件, 所述彩铃中心播放所述彩铃文件包括: 所述彩铃中心根据所述终端信息向所 述博客中心获取所述终端当前有效的彩铃文件的路径信息, 并播放所述路径 信息对应的彩铃文件。
方式二、 所述博客中心发送所述彩铃配置信息时, 同时发送用户签约绑 定的终端信息; 所述彩铃中心保存所述彩铃文件时, 同时保存对应的终端信 息, 当新的彩铃文件生成时, 用新的彩铃文件替换当前保存的彩铃文件, 这 种情况下, 针对一个终端信息 (如手机号码) , 彩铃中心仅保存一个当前有 效的彩铃文件, 相比于方式一, 终端接入呼叫后, 彩铃中心不需要再与博客 中心进行交互, 所述彩铃中心直接播放终端信息对应的彩铃文件。
为了实现以上方法, 本发明的实施例还提供了一种彩铃业务实现系统, 该实现系统包括:
博客中心, 设置成向彩铃中心发送与博客相关的彩铃配置信息; 彩铃中心, 设置成接收所述彩铃配置信息, 根据所述彩铃配置信息生成 并保存彩铃文件, 还设置成在终端发生呼叫且判断所述终端已签订与博客相 关的彩铃业务时播放所述彩铃文件。
所述彩铃配置信息可以包括但不限于以下与博客发布有关的内容, 可以 是以下内容中的一项或多项: 博文的网址、 发布时间、 博文的标题、 博文的 部分内容、 博文的全部内容、 提示博文发布的文字或提示博文发布的语音, 所述彩铃中心生成彩铃文件包括: 将文字转换为语音, 和 /或将所述提示博文 发布的语音作为彩铃文件的部分或全部。
对应于方式一, 所述博客中心发送所述彩铃配置信息时, 还设置成同时 发送所述彩铃文件在所述彩铃中心的路径信息, 以及保存用户签约绑定的终 端信息及该终端当前有效的彩铃文件的路径信息; 所述彩铃中心根据接收的 所述路径信息保存对应的彩铃文件; 所述彩铃中心还设置成根据所述终端信 息向所述博客中心获取所述终端当前有效的彩铃文件的路径信息播放所述路 径信息对应的彩铃文件。
对应于方式二: 所述博客中心发送所述彩铃配置信息时, 还设置成同时 发送所述彩铃配置信息绑定的终端信息;所述彩铃中心保存所述彩铃文件时, 同时保存对应的终端信息, 当新的彩铃文件生成时, 用新的彩铃文件替换当 前保存的彩铃文件, 所述彩铃中心播放终端信息对应的彩铃文件。 下面结合附图具体说明本发明的实施例所提供的系统结构和业务流程: 如图 3所示, 本发明的实施例所提供的彩铃业务实现系统包括博客中心 及彩铃中心。
博客中心包括博客系统业务服务器、 博客系统接口机、 博客系统 WEB 服务器, 其中:
博客系统业务服务器: 负责博客数据的存储, 并保存彩铃文件(本发明 的实施例中也将其称为博客彩铃) 的路径信息, 与博客系统接口机、 博客系 统 WEB服务器进行交互; 与本发明的实施例特别相关地, 包括: 向彩铃中心 发送用于生成彩铃的博文, 及对应的彩铃文件在所述彩铃中心 (具体的, 指 媒体服务器) 的路径信息; 还设置成保存用户签约绑定的手机号码及当前有 效的彩铃文件的路径信息, 以及保存博客彩铃签约信息, 通过彩铃业务接口 机通知彩铃业务服务器签订该彩铃业务的手机号码; 博客系统接口机: 负责与彩铃业务接口机进行交互。
博客系统 WEB服务器: 以 WEB方式提供与博客用户的接口。
彩铃中心包括彩铃业务服务器、 彩铃生成服务器、 媒体服务器、 彩铃业 务接口机, 其中:
彩铃业务服务器: 负责彩铃业务的业务逻辑控制、 业务数据的保存和查 询、 对媒体服务器的控制等, 与本发明的实施例相关地, 包括在终端发生呼 叫且判断所述终端已签订与博客相关的彩铃业务时, 控制媒体服务器播放所 述彩铃文件。
媒体服务器: 负责与彩铃业务服务器控制信令交互, 对彩铃文件的播放, 其带有的 NFS(Network File System, 网络文件系统)完成对上载的彩铃资源文 件的存储。
彩铃业务接口机: 主要包括彩铃核心接口机、 彩铃文件上传接口机等部 分。 彩铃核心接口机将用户进行的试听、 定购、 设置等操作发送给彩铃业务 服务器进行处理, 还负责通过博客系统接口机与博客系统业务服务器进行交 互。 彩铃文件上传接口机与彩铃生成服务器及媒体服务器的交互。 彩铃生成服务器, 负责将文字转换为语音, 与彩铃文件上传接口机交互, 与本发明的实施例相关地, 还包括设置成接收用于生成彩铃的博文和路径信 息, 将博文文字转换为语音生成彩铃文件具体由 TTS ( Text To Speech, 文字 转换为语音)服务器实现。
另外, 图中还示出了 UE和核心网, 其中:
UE为主 /被叫终端。 其中, UE— A为主叫终端 , UE— B为被叫终端。
核心网: 完成基本接续功能、 用户签约功能以及建立与彩铃业务服务器 的呼叫链路。
签订了博客彩铃业务的用户在撰写完成一篇博客文章后, 系统自动将其 转换为彩铃文件, 在呼叫的时候进行播放。 具体流程如以下图 3和图 4所示。
博客彩铃生成流程示意图如图 4所示, 主要有以下步骤:
步骤 301 : 博客用户撰写博文, 并签订彩铃业务(本发明的实施例中也 称为博客彩铃业务) ;
该步骤进一步包括:
al )用户在博客的信息栏中填写绑定的手机号码;
a2 )用户在博客网页上登记博客彩铃业务;
a3 )博客系统业务服务器给彩铃业务服务器发消息, 要求进行确认; a4 )彩铃业务服务器下发短信给用户手机, 要求进行确认;
a5 )用户回复确认消息;
a6 )彩铃业务服务器和博客系统业务服务器记录该用户签订了博客彩铃 业务。
签订博客彩铃业务还包括填写与博客相关的彩铃配置信息, 如用于生成 彩铃的博文部分(如博文或正文) 、 彩铃的生成方式(如用户选择或系统自 动将新博文生成博客彩铃) ;
步骤 302: 博客系统业务服务器将用户博文保存到数据库, 并执行存储 过程, 获取该篇博文路径信息, 之后发送消息给博客系统接口机, 消息中带 有博文以及路径信息;
为了便于管理, 将该路径信息作为对应博文彩铃在媒体服务器的路径信 息, 比如文件夹、 文件名等。
步骤 303 : 博客系统接口机发送消息给彩铃业务接口机, 要求生成彩铃 文件, 消息中带有博文以及路径信息;
步骤 304: 彩铃业务接口机发送消息给彩铃生成服务器, 要求将文字转 换为语音; 消息中带有博文以及转换好的指定文件名和 ftp位置;
步骤 305 : 彩铃生成服务器转换完毕, 将转换好的彩铃文件 ftp(File Transfer Protocol , 文件传输协议)到指定位置;
步骤 306: 彩铃业务接口机用博客系统接口机发送的路径信息将彩铃文 件上传到媒体服务器附带的 NFS上;
步骤 307: 铃音文件上传完毕, NFS 回复上传成功消息给彩铃业务接口 机;
步骤 308: 彩铃业务接口机发送处理成功信息给博客系统接口机; 步骤 309: 博客系统接口机发送处理成功信息给博客系统业务服务器; 步骤 310:博客系统业务服务器发送处理成功信息给博客系统 WEB服务 器, 博客系统 WEB服务器在页面显示处理成功;
博客彩铃呼叫处理流程示意图如图 4所示,因为并不限定于呼叫的方式, 这里以宽带呼叫 (媒体服务器放音)为例。 主要有以下步骤:
步骤 401 : 主叫 UE— A呼叫签订了博客彩铃的被叫 UE— B, 呼叫接续到核 心网;
主叫和被叫终端可以为各种类型, 比如 PSTN用户、 GSM用户、 3G用 户等
步骤 402: 核心网呼叫被叫 UE— B;
步骤 403: UE B空闲, 回振铃消息;
步骤 404: 核心网查询被叫签约信息, 判断 UE— B签订了彩铃业务, 发 起到彩铃业务服务器的呼叫, 消息中带有彩铃业务接入码;
步骤 405: 彩铃业务服务器上触发彩铃业务, 在数据库查询到被叫用户 签订了博客彩铃, 发送消息给博客系统业务服务器, 要求查询博客彩铃的路 径信息, 消息中携带被叫号码;
步骤 406: 彩铃业务接口机发送消息给博客系统接口机, 查询被叫用户 博客彩铃的路径信息, 消息中带有被叫号码;
步骤 407: 博客系统接口机发送消息给博客系统业务服务器, 查询被叫 用户博客彩铃的路径信息, 消息中带有被叫号码;
步骤 408: 博客系统业务服务器执行查询过程, 查询到该被叫用户博客 彩铃的路径信息, 将其返回给彩铃业务服务器;
步骤 409: 博客系统接口机将被叫用户博客彩铃的路径信息返回给彩铃 业务接口机;
步骤 410: 彩铃业务接口机将被叫用户博客彩铃的路径信息返回给彩铃 业务服务器;
步骤 411 : 彩铃业务服务器呼叫媒体服务器, 开始进行媒体协商; 步骤 412: 媒体服务器回应呼叫, 带回媒体服务器的媒体信息; 步骤 413 : 彩铃业务服务器回应核心网的呼叫, 带回媒体服务器的媒体 信息;
步骤 414: 核心网回应 UE— A的呼叫, 带回媒体服务器的媒体信息, 媒 体协商结束;
步骤 415: 彩铃业务服务器根据博客彩铃的路径信息, 指示媒体服务器 播放博客彩铃;
步骤 416: 媒体服务器给主叫播放博客彩铃, 并回复播放成功消息; 步骤 417: UE— B接听, 发送应答消息给核心网;
步骤 418: 核心网发消息给彩铃业务服务器, 要求停止播放彩铃并释放 呼叫;
步骤 419: 彩铃业务服务器发消息给媒体服务器, 要求停止播放彩铃并 释放呼叫;
步骤 420: 媒体服务器回应释放呼叫请求, 停止播放彩铃并释放资源; 步骤 421 : 彩铃业务服务器回应释放呼叫请求, 并释放资源;
步骤 422: 核心网发送应答消息给 UE— A, 主被叫开始通话;
步骤 423: UE— B挂机, UE— B发送挂机消息给核心网。
步骤 424: 核心网发送挂机消息给 UE— A, 双方通话结束。
以上为被叫博客彩铃呼叫实现流程, 主叫博客彩铃呼叫流程与此类似, 不再赘述。
本发明的实施例提供的彩铃业务的实现方法和系统, 将博客业务和彩铃 业务相结合, 将个人博客或与博客相关的信息转换为个性化彩铃进行播放, 提供更好的服务, 从而对这两种业务起到更好的推广作用。
工业实用性
本发明提供一种彩铃业务实现方法及系统, 以通过彩铃业务播放博客信 息, 通过博客中心向彩铃中心发送与博客相关的彩铃配置信息、 所述彩铃中 心根据彩铃配置信息生成并保存彩铃文件以及在终端发生呼叫且判断所述终 端已签订与博客相关的彩铃业务时, 所述彩铃中心播放所述彩铃文件, 实现 彩铃播放博客信息的功能。 本发明的实施例所提供的彩铃业务实现方法和系 统可基于现有的软件和硬件实施, 易于实现。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种彩铃业务实现方法, 包括:
博客中心向彩铃中心发送与博客相关的彩铃配置信息; 所述彩铃中心根据所述彩铃配置信息生成并保存彩铃文件;
终端发生呼叫且判断所述终端已签订与所述博客相关的所述彩铃业务 时, 所述彩铃中心播放所述彩铃文件。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述彩铃配置信息包括以下内容中 的一项或多项: 博文的网址、 发布时间、 博文的标题、 博文的部分内容、 博 文的全部内容、 提示博文发布的文字、 提示博文发布的语音; 所述彩铃中心 生成所述彩铃文件的步骤包括: 将文字转换为语音, 和 /或将所述提示博文发 布的语音作为所述彩铃文件的部分或全部。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其还包括: 所述博客中心保存用户签约绑 定的终端信息及该终端当前有效的彩铃文件的路径信息; 所述博客中心发送 所述彩铃配置信息时, 同时发送所述彩铃文件在所述彩铃中心的路径信息; 在所述彩铃中心保存彩铃文件的步骤中, 所述彩铃中心是根据接收的所 述路径信息保存对应的彩铃文件;
所述彩铃中心播放所述彩铃文件的步骤包括: 所述彩铃中心根据所述终 端信息向所述博客中心获取所述终端当前有效的彩铃文件的路径信息, 并播 放所述路径信息对应的彩铃文件。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其还包括: 所述博客中心发送所述彩铃配 置信息时, 同时发送用户签约绑定的终端信息; 所述彩铃中心保存所述彩铃 文件时, 同时保存对应的终端信息, 当新的彩铃文件生成时, 用新的彩铃文 件替换当前保存的彩铃文件, 所述彩铃中心播放所述终端信息对应的彩铃文 件。
5、 一种彩铃业务实现系统, 包括:
博客中心, 设置成向彩铃中心发送与博客相关的彩铃配置信息; 所述彩铃中心, 设置成接收所述彩铃配置信息, 根据所述彩铃配置信息 生成并保存彩铃文件, 以及在终端发生呼叫且判断所述终端已签订与博客相 关的彩铃业务时, 播放所述彩铃文件。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的系统, 其中,
所述博客中心是设置成向彩铃中心发送包括以下内容中的一项或多项的 所述彩铃配置信息: 博文的网址、 发布时间、 博文的标题、 博文的部分内容、 博文的全部内容、 提示博文发布的文字、 提示博文发布的语音;
所述彩铃中心是设置成按以下内容生成所述彩铃文件: 将文字转换为语 音, 和 /或将所述提示博文发布的语音作为所述彩铃文件的部分或全部。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的系统, 其中:
所述博客中心还设置成: 在发送所述彩铃配置信息时同时发送所述彩铃 文件在所述彩铃中心的路径信息, 以及保存用户签约绑定的终端信息及该终 端当前有效的彩铃文件的路径信息;
所述彩铃中心是设置成根据接收的所述路径信息保存对应的彩铃文件; 所述彩铃中心是设置成根据所述终端信息向所述博客中心获取所述终端 当前有效的彩铃文件的路径信息, 再播放所述路径信息对应的彩铃文件。
8、 如权利要求 5所述的系统, 其中:
所述博客中心还设置成在发送所述彩铃配置信息时同时发送所述彩铃配 置信息绑定的终端信息;
所述彩铃中心还设置成在保存所述彩铃文件时同时保存对应的终端信 息, 当新的彩铃文件生成时, 用新的彩铃文件替换当前保存的彩铃文件, 所 述彩铃中心播放所述终端信息对应的彩铃文件。
9、 一种实现彩铃业务的装置, 包括:
彩铃配置信息获取模块, 其设置成向博客中心获取与博客相关的彩铃配 置信息, 并将所获取到的所述彩铃配置信息发送给彩铃文件生成模块;
所述彩铃文件生成模块, 其设置成接收彩铃配置信息获取模块发送的所 述彩铃配置信息,并根据所接收到的所述彩铃配置信息生成并保存彩铃文件; 彩铃播放模块, 其设置成当终端发生呼叫且判断所述终端已签订与所述 博客相关的所述彩铃业务时, 播放所述彩铃文件。
10、 权利要求 9所述的装置, 其中,
所述彩铃配置信息获取模块是设置成向所述博客中心获取包括以下内容 中的一项或多项的所述彩铃配置信息: 博文的网址、 发布时间、 博文的标题、 博文的部分内容、 博文的全部内容、 提示博文发布的文字、 提示博文发布的 语音;
所述彩铃文件生成模块是设置成按以下内容生成所述彩铃文件: 将文字 转换为语音, 和 /或将所述提示博文发布的语音作为所述彩铃文件的部分或全 部。

所述彩铃文件生成模块是设置成: 根据接收的所述路径信息保存对应的 彩铃文件; 根据接收的所述终端信息向所述博客中心获取所述终端当前有效 的彩铃文件的路径信息, 再播放所述路径信息对应的彩铃文件。
