"彩铃" 是一种个性化回铃音业务, 是一项由被叫用户定制, 为主叫 用户提供一段悦耳的音乐或一句问候语来替代普通回铃音的业务。 用户开 通彩铃业务后, 对方在拨打该用户手机等待接通的时候, 听到的就不再是 单调的 "嘟 ... ...嘟 ... ... " 的回铃音, 而是该被叫用户所设置的音乐或音效 等, 随着彩铃内容的日渐丰富, 彩铃业务受到了越来越多的用户的喜爱。 但传统的彩铃业务产品, 用户订购铃音只能自己使用, 不能为他人使用。 随着手机的越来越普及, 很多儿童和老人也成为彩铃业务的潜在用户, 但 鉴于用户自身的认知或能力限制, 用户不能自如的掌握彩铃业务的开通、 取消尤其是更换彩铃的方法, 这就给用户带来了一些不必要的麻烦和烦恼。 发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种彩铃系统及彩铃业务实现方法, 以使彩铃业务更方便、 更人性化。

用户通过彩铃操作平台发送群组彩铃开户申请;
彩铃系统平台接收所述申请, 并判断所述用户是否已开通普通彩铃, 若没有, 则开通普通彩铃, 并创建群组彩铃初始化记录, 同时默认请求开 户的用户为群组彩铃管理员;
彩铃系统平台通过彩铃操作平台通知用户群组彩铃开户成功。
进一步地, 所述群组彩铃管理员邀请其他用户加入的流程包括: 群组彩铃管理员通过所述彩铃操作平台向所述彩铃系统平台发送请 求, 邀请其他用户加入已开户的群组彩铃;
所述彩铃系统平台接收所述请求, 并向所述用户发送加入群组彩铃确 认请求, 待所述用户确认加入后, 判断所述用户是否已开通普通彩铃, 若 没有, 则开通普通彩铃, 并在所述群组彩铃记录中增加所述用户为群组彩 铃成员。

与现有技术相比较, 本发明彩铃系统平台、 彩铃系统及彩铃业务实现 方法所实现的群组彩铃业务是对现有彩铃业务的补充, 使彩铃系统更加方 便用户使用, 更加人性化。 釆用本发明所述群组彩铃开户技术, 无论是彩 铃用户还是非彩铃用户通过 SMS等多种方式都可以加入群组彩铃, 对非彩 铃用户来说, 彩铃开户和群组彩铃开户一气呵成, 大大方便了用户。 尤其 是对于儿童和老人来说, 可以艮方便地加入到群组彩铃中, 去体验群组彩 铃优美的旋律。 附图说明

本发明彩铃系统及彩铃业务实现方法主要针对群组彩铃, 所说的群组 彩铃是在传统彩铃的基础上增加的一种新的特性而成, 具体的, 这种新型 的彩铃由一个单独的用户申请开通群组彩铃, 并默认这个用户为这个 "群 组" 的管理员, 群组彩铃管理员拥有邀请其他成员、 为群组订购铃音、 设 置播放铃音的策略等权限, 其他用户经过群组彩铃管理员同意后加入 "群 组", 处于这个群组的成员共享群组的铃音及其群组的铃音设置。
本发明所说的用户与电话号码存在映射关系, 即绑定关系, 本发明所 说的群组彩铃管理员也是根据电话号码来识别其身份的。
本发明所说的群组在实际应用中可以是一个家庭, 一个单位或一个自 由组合的团体, 本发明对此并不进行限制。
以下对本发明的彩铃系统及彩铃业务的实现方法进行说明:

对于群组彩铃的开户来说, WEB方式是较为广大网民所接受的一种方 式, 用户通过电信运营商公开的特定网站开通群组彩铃; 短消息方式是向 电信运营商公开的特定的群组彩铃开通的接入号发送开通群组彩铃短信方 式实现;而 IVR方式则是用户通过拨打电信运营商公开的特定的接入电话, 用户按照电话语音提示进行操作而实现群组彩铃的开通。

每个群组彩铃必须一个群组彩铃管理员 , 群组彩铃管理员是群组彩铃 成员管理、 群组铃音订购、 群组铃音设置等重要角色的执行者。 只有群组 彩铃管理员开户成功, 其他用户才能通过群组彩铃成员管理模块加入到该 群组彩铃中。

群组彩铃成员管理包括成员新增和删除, 就成员新增来说有两种实现, 即提出新增请求的用户是群组彩铃管理员或非群组彩铃成员:
当所述用户是群组彩铃管理员时, 所述群组彩铃成员管理模块, 还用 于在彩铃数据库创建预加入成员记录, 以及向被邀请的用户发送确认请求, 待被邀请用户确认后, 所述群组彩铃成员管理模块再通知所述彩铃模式识 别模块进行彩铃模式识别, 以及在所述彩铃数据库的群组彩铃成员加入成 功后删除所述预加入成员记录。
当所述用户是非群组彩铃成员时, 所述群组彩铃成员管理模块, 还用 于在所述彩铃数据库创建预加入成员记录, 以及向群组彩铃管理员发送确 认请求, 待群组彩铃管理员确认后, 所述群组彩铃成员管理模块再通知所 述彩铃模式识别模块进行彩铃模式识别, 以及在所述彩铃数据库的群组彩 铃成员加入成功后删除所述预加入成员记录。
彩铃系统平台的群组彩铃成员管理模块在向被邀请用户及群组彩铃管 理员发送确认请求, 以及被邀请用户及群组彩铃管理员向彩铃系统平台反 馈确认结果时, 可以釆用短消息、 WEB界面或 IVR等能联系到被邀请用户 或群组彩铃管理员的任何方式, 本发明推荐釆用短消息方式。
需要特别说明的是在群组彩铃开户、 成员管理及彩铃管理的过程中, 如果通过短消息方式, 均通过群组彩铃系统设定的特殊的接入号码实现。
彩铃管理模块, 用于根据群组彩铃管理员的请求, 对群组彩铃进行设 置。
彩铃数据库, 用于记录普通彩铃及群组彩铃的开户信息、 成员信息及 彩铃信息。
系统彩铃签约单元, 在交换机或软交换系统实现, 与群组彩铃开户管 理模块、 群组彩铃成员管理模块及彩铃管理模块连接, 用于签约彩铃信息。
对于窄带彩铃而言, 系统彩铃签约单元在交换机上实现; 对于宽带彩 铃而言, 系统彩铃签约单元在软交换系统实现。
签约彩铃信息后, 用户拨打彩铃用户时才能听到彩色回铃音。 该模块 不是群组彩铃特有的, 普通用户成为普通彩铃用户时也必须经过该模块签 约才能听到彩铃音。
本发明彩铃系统, 对未开通普通彩铃的用户也能顺利方便地加入到群 组彩铃中, 有利于彩铃业务运营商拓展彩铃业务, 争取更多的客户。
综上可知, 本发明彩铃系统平台, 支持群组彩铃业务, 用于对用户发 送的群组彩铃信息进行处理, 包括根据开户请求进行群组彩铃开户, 并默 认请求开户的用户为群组彩铃管理员; 若请求成为群组彩铃成员的用户未 开通普通彩铃, 则直接开通普通彩铃及群组彩铃。
所述用户通过短消息方式 SMS、 WEB方式或 IVR方式与所述彩铃系 统平台交互。
下面结合附图对本发明的群组彩铃开户及群组彩铃成员新增的流程进 行具体说明。
如图 2所示, 本发明群组彩铃开户流程包括以下步骤:
步骤 S201: 用户通过彩铃操作平台向彩铃系统平台申请群组彩铃; 开户接入模块有通过 WEB、 SMS、 IVR等方式开通, 通过 WEB申请 时, 用户在运营商提供的网站上申请群组彩铃; 通过 SMS方式申请, 则是 向运营商公开的申请群组彩铃的接入号发送短信, 申请开通群组彩铃; 通 过 IVR申请时, 则是用户直接拨打运营商公开的申请群组彩铃的接入号, 根据语音提示申请开通。
步骤 S202: 彩铃系统平台接收后, 其彩铃模式识别模块首先判断用户 是否是在网的彩铃用户, 判断方法很简单, 直接在彩铃数据库查询即可。 如果是彩铃用户, 则进入步骤 S2022, 否则进入步骤 S2021。
步骤 S2021 : 如果不是彩铃用户, 则群组彩铃开户管理模块先开通普通 彩铃, 因为普通彩铃已经开通是群组彩铃开通的前提, 在彩铃系统中开通 普通彩铃很简单, 直接在彩铃数据库中增加该用户的一些默认的普通彩铃 必须的默认数据即可; 只在彩铃数据库增加一些用户的默认数据, 用户号 码被拨打时, 主叫用户依然听不到彩铃音, 群组彩铃开户管理模块必须向 对应用户的交换机或者软交换系统 SS的彩铃系统签约单元发送消息,要求 在交换机或者 SS 的彩铃系统签约单元上增加该用户的签约信息, 转步骤 S2023;
步骤 S2023: 彩铃系统签约单元接收到用户加入被叫彩铃的消息后, 为 该用户签约彩铃信息, 转步骤 S203; 彩铃系统签约单元上一旦有了彩铃的签约信息, 用户号码被拨打时, 主叫用户就听到被叫为其设置的彩铃音了。
步骤 S2022: 如果用户已经是彩铃用户,彩铃模式识别模块需要判断用 户是否是群组彩铃用户, 如果已经是群组用户, 则本次群组彩铃开户失败, 否则进入步骤 S203;
步骤 S203 : 群组彩铃开户管理模块进行群组彩铃开户, 群组彩铃开户 很简单, 直接在彩铃数据库中产生一个群组, 并保存在数据库中;
在本步骤中, 彩铃数据库为该群组初始化一些数据, 如为群组赠送一 些群组铃音等等。
步骤 S204: 群组彩铃开户成功以后, 开通该群组彩铃的用户自动成为 该群组彩铃的管理员, 彩铃数据库中记录下该用户为该群组的群组管理员 , 当然该用户也是该群组的成员之一。
群组彩铃管理员开户成功以后, 如果是通过 WEB方式开通, 则在开通 群组管理员的 WEB 上显示提示信息群组管理员开户成功等。 如果是通过 IVR开通的,则语音提示群组管理员开户成功。无论通过 SMS,还是 WEB、 IVR开通群组管理员, 短信接口机系统都会给电话用户回复群组管理员开 户成功短信。
如图 3 所示, 本发明群组彩铃管理员邀请其他用户加入群组彩铃的流 程包括以下步骤:
步骤 S301 : 群组管理员通过 WEB、 IVR或者 SMS等方式向彩铃系统 平台的群组彩铃成员管理模块邀请其他用户加入自己设立的群组彩铃; 如果通过 WEB邀请, 进入群组彩铃成员管理的 WEB界面邀请用户加 入。 如果通过 IVR, 则拨打特定的接入号, 根据语音提示邀请用户加入。 如果通过短信, 则向特定的接入号发送短信, 邀请用户加入。 实现方式很 简单, 釆用群组彩铃成员预加入的方式, 将即将加入到群组的用户信息记 录在彩铃数据库中, 在彩铃数据库信息中必须记录用户号码、 群组编号等, 至于釆取那些 WEB、 IVR, SMS这些方式, 是为了用户方便, 只是形式上 不同而已, 而内部实现机制是相同的。
步骤 S302: 群组彩铃成员管理模块向被邀请的用户发送确认请求; 无论群组彩铃管理员釆取 WEB、 IVR, SMS那种方式发出邀请, 当釆 取 WEB、 IVR或者 SMS方式邀请用户加入的预加入成员数据记录到彩铃 数据库后, 本发明推荐釆用以下方式发送确认请求: 即触发短信接口机向 被邀请用户发送短信, 短信釆用特定的接入号发出。
步骤 S303:被邀请用户在预定期限如 24小时内向该特定的接入号回复 短信, 如果没有回复, 视同被邀请用户不愿意成为该群组成员, 如果在 24 小时内回复了短信, 则进入步骤 S304;
步骤 S304: 如果被邀请用户在 24小时回复了短信,如果短信内容不同 意, 则邀请失败, 如果短信内容同意加入, 则进入步骤 S305;
实现短信内容同不同意也很简单, 可以由运营商设置, 如向接入号回 复短信内容是 1 , 表示同意加入, 否则表示不同意。
步骤 S305: 彩铃模式识别模块查询彩铃数据库判断被邀请用户是否是 普通彩铃用户, 如果是, 则进入步骤 S3052, 否则进入步骤 S3051 ;
步骤 S3051 : 群组彩铃成员管理模块在彩铃数据库中开通普通彩铃用 户, 直接在彩铃数据库中开通普通彩铃很简单, 直接在数据库中增加该用 户的一些默认的普通彩铃必须的默认数据即可, 只在彩铃数据库增加一些 用户的默认数据, 用户号码被拨打时, 主叫用户依然听不到彩铃音, 群组 彩铃成员管理模块必须向对应用户的交换机或者软交换系统 SS的彩铃系统 签约单元发送消息,要求在交换机或者 SS的彩铃系统签约单元上增加该用 户的签约信息, 转步骤 S2053。
步骤 S2053 : 彩铃系统签约单元接收到用户加入被叫彩铃的消息后, 为 该用户签约彩铃信息, 并转步骤 S306;
彩铃系统签约单元上一旦有了彩铃的签约信息, 用户号码被拨打时, 主叫用户就听到被叫为其设置的彩铃音了。
步骤 S3022: 如果用户已经是彩铃用户,彩铃模式识别模块需要判断用 户是否是群组彩铃用户, 如果已经是群组用户, 则本次邀请用户加入群组 彩铃失败, 否则进入步骤 S306;
步骤 S306: 群组彩铃成员管理模块根据预加入成员信息将被邀请用户 信息记录到该群组下, 并删除该用户的预加入成员信息, 这样该用户就可 以使用该群组的铃音以及该群组的铃音设置了; 加入成功后, 该群组彩铃 成员管理模块通过短信接口机向该用户和该群组管理员发送该用户成功加 入群组的短消息。
如图 4所示, 本发明非群组彩铃用户申请加入到群组彩的流程包括以 下步骤:
步骤 S401 : 非群组成员用户通过 WEB、 IVR或者 SMS等方式向彩铃 系统平台申请加入特定的群组彩铃;
如果通过 WEB申请, 进入群组彩铃成员管理的 WEB界面中选择群组 申请加入。 如果通过 IVR, 则拨打特定的接入号, 根据语音提示申请加入 到特定的群组。 如果通过短信, 则向特定的接入号发送短信, 申请加入到 特定的群组。 该特定的群组是由用户自己在系统中所有的群组中去选择。 实现方式很简单, 也是釆用群组彩铃成员预加入的方式, 将即将加入到群 组的用户信息记录在彩铃数据库中, 在彩铃数据库信息中必须记录用户号 码、 群组编号等, 至于釆用那些 WEB、 IVR, SMS这些方式, 是为了用户 方便, 只是形式上不同而已, 而内部实现机制是相同的。
步骤 S402: 群组彩铃成员管理模块向对应的群组彩铃管理员发送确认 请求; 无论非群组彩铃成员釆取 WEB、 IVR、 SMS哪种方式, 当用户申请加 入的预加入成员数据记录到数据库后, 触发短信接口机向该群组彩铃管理 员的电话发送短信, 发送短信也必须釆用特定的接入号。
步骤 S403:群组管理员在预定期限如 24小时内向该特定的接入号回复 短信, 如果没有回复, 视同用户申请成为该群组的成员失败, 如果群组管 理员在 24小时回复了短信, 如果短信内容表示不同意, 则用户申请加入该 群组失败, 如果短信内容同意加入, 则进入步骤 S404;
实现短信内容同不同意也很简单, 可以由运营商设置, 如向接入号回 复短信内容是 1 , 表示同意加入, 否则表示不同意。
步骤 S404: 彩铃模式识别模块查询彩铃数据库判断申请加入的用户是 否是普通彩铃用户, 如果是, 则进入步骤 S4043 , 否则进入步骤 S4041 ;
步骤 S4041 : 群组彩铃成员管理模块在彩铃数据库中开通普通彩铃用 户, 直接在彩铃数据库中开通普通彩铃很简单, 直接在数据库中增加该用 户的一些默认的普通彩铃必须的默认数据即可, 只在彩铃数据库增加一些 用户的默认数据, 用户号码被拨打时, 主叫用户依然听不到彩铃音, 群组 彩铃成员管理模块必须向对应用户的交换机或者软交换系统 SS的彩铃系统 签约单元发送消息,要求在交换机或者 SS的彩铃系统签约单元上增加该用 户的签约信息, 转步骤 S4042。
步骤 S4042: 彩铃系统签约单元接收到用户加入被叫彩铃的消息后, 为 该用户签约彩铃信息, 转步骤 405;
彩铃系统签约单元上一旦有了彩铃的签约信息, 用户号码被拨打时, 主叫用户就听到被叫为其设置的彩铃音了。
步骤 S4043 : 如果用户已经是彩铃用户,彩铃模式识别模块需要判断用 户是否是群组彩铃用户, 如果已经是群组用户, 则本次用户申请加入群组 开户失败, 否则进入步骤 S405; 步骤 S405 : 群组彩铃成员管理模块根据预加入成员信息将申请加入用 户信息记录到该群组下, 并删除该用户的预加入成员信息, 这样该用户就 可以使用该群组的铃音以及该群组的铃音设置了; 加入成功后, 该群组彩 铃成员管理模块通过短信接口机向该用户和该群组管理员发送该用户成功 加入群组的短消息。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于 本领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精 神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明 的保护范围之内。
与现有技术相比较, 本发明彩铃系统平台、 彩铃系统及彩铃业务实现 方法所实现的群组彩铃业务是现有彩铃业务的补充, 使彩铃系统更加方便 用户, 更加人性化。 釆用本发明所述群组彩铃开户技术, 无论是彩铃用户 还是非彩铃用户通过 SMS等多种方式都可以加入群组彩铃, 对非彩铃用户 来说, 彩铃开户和群组彩铃开户一气呵成, 大大方便了用户。 尤其是对于 儿童和老人来说, 可以艮方便地加入到群组彩铃中, 去体验群组彩铃优美 的旋律。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种彩铃系统, 其特征在于, 包括相互连接的彩铃操作平台及彩铃 系统平台, 其中,
所述彩铃操作平台, 用于实现用户与彩铃系统平台之间的群组彩铃信 息交互, 包括向彩铃系统平台发送群组彩铃开户请求;
所述彩铃系统平台, 用于对用户发送的群组彩铃信息进行处理, 包括 根据所述开户请求进行群组彩铃开户, 并默认请求开户的用户为群组彩铃 管理员; 请求成为群组彩铃成员的用户未开通普通彩铃时, 直接为用户开 通普通彩铃及群组彩铃。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于: 所述彩铃系统平台包括相 连接的收发单元及处理单元, 其中,
所述收发单元, 用于接收用户通过所述彩铃操作平台发送的群组彩铃 信息, 还用于向所述彩铃操作平台发送所述处理单元的处理结果信息; 所述处理单元, 还包括群组彩铃开户管理模块、 彩铃模式识别模块及 彩铃数据库, 其中,
所述群组彩铃开户管理模块, 用于对群组彩铃开户请求进行处理, 包 括通知所述彩铃模式识别模块对待处理用户的彩铃模式进行识别, 并根据 所述彩铃模式识别模块的识别结果进行群组彩铃开户处理: 若所述用户未 开通彩铃, 则开通普通彩铃, 在彩铃数据库创建群组彩铃初始化记录, 并 默认请求开户的用户为群组彩铃管理员; 若所述用户已开通普通彩铃, 则 直接在彩铃数据库创建所述群组彩铃初始化记录, 并默认请求开户的用户 为群组彩铃管理员; 若已开通群组彩铃, 则确认群组彩铃开户失败;
所述彩铃模式识别模块, 用于查询所述彩铃数据库, 识别待处理用户 的彩铃模式, 并通知所述群组彩铃开户模块。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于: 所述处理单元还包括群组 彩铃成员管理模块, 用于对用户提出的群组彩铃成员新增或删除请求进行 处理, 新增成员时, 通知所述彩铃模式识别模块对待处理用户的彩铃模式 进行识别, 并根据所述彩铃模式识别模块的识别结果进行群组彩铃成员新 增处理: 若所述用户未开通彩铃, 则开通普通彩铃, 并在所述彩铃数据库 的所述群组彩铃记录中增加成员记录; 若所述用户已开通普通彩铃, 则直 接在所述彩铃数据库的所述群组彩铃记录中增加所述成员记录; 若已开通 群组彩铃, 则确认群组彩铃成员管理失败;
所述用户是群组彩铃管理员时, 所述群组彩铃成员管理模块, 还用于 向被邀请的用户发送确认请求, 待被邀请用户确认后, 所述群组彩铃成员 管理模块再通知所述彩铃模式识别模块进行彩铃模式识别;
所述用户是非群组彩铃成员时, 所述群组彩铃成员管理模块, 还用于 向群组彩铃管理员发送确认请求, 待群组彩铃管理员确认后, 所述群组彩 铃成员管理模块再通知所述彩铃模式识别模块进行彩铃模式识别。
4、 如权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的系统, 其特征在于: 所述彩铃操 作平台由移动终端、 WEB界面或互动式语音应答系统 IVR组成, 并通过短 消息 SMS方式、 WEB方式或 IVR方式与所述彩铃系统平台进行信息交互。
5、 一种彩铃业务实现方法, 其特征在于: 该方法基于彩铃系统实现, 群组彩铃开户的流程包括:
用户通过彩铃操作平台发送群组彩铃开户申请;
彩铃系统平台接收所述申请, 判断所述用户是否已开通普通彩铃, 未 开通时, 开通普通彩铃, 创建群组彩铃初始化记录, 并默认请求开户的用 户为群组彩铃管理员;
彩铃系统平台通过彩铃操作平台通知用户群组彩铃开户成功。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 群组彩铃管理员通过所述彩铃操作平台向所述彩铃系统平台发送请 求, 邀请其他用户加入已开户的群组彩铃;
所述彩铃系统平台接收所述请求, 向所述用户发送加入群组彩铃确认 请求, 待所述用户确认加入后, 判断所述用户是否已开通普通彩铃, 未开 通时, 为所述用户开通普通彩铃, 并在所述群组彩铃记录中增加所述用户 为群组彩铃成员。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 非群组彩铃成员用户通过彩铃操作平台向所述彩铃系统平台申请加入 所述群组彩铃;
所述彩铃系统平台向所述群组彩铃管理员发送确认请求;
所述群组彩铃管理员向所述彩铃系统平台发送确认信息;
所述彩铃系统平台接收所述确认信息并判断所述用户是否已开通普通 彩铃, 若没有, 则开通普通彩铃, 并在所述群组彩铃记录中增加所述用户 为群组彩铃成员。
8、 如权利要求 5至 7任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于: 所述彩铃操作 平台通过 SMS、 WEB界面或 IVR方式与所述彩铃系统平台进行交互, 所 述彩铃操作平台在移动终端或 WEB上实现。
