随着移动通信技术的发展,支持移动通信的设备功能也越来越丰富, 并且伴随着这些丰富的功能, 相应通信业务也快速发展, 比如彩铃业务。 彩铃全称为 CRBT (Coloring Ring Back Tone), 是一种个性化、 多彩回铃 音业务, 简称彩铃, 该业务是由被叫用户为呼叫自己移动电话的其他主 叫用户设定特殊音效 (音乐、 歌曲、 故事情节、 人物对话) 的回铃音。 在一次电话呼叫过程中, 被叫用户摘机应答前, 主叫用户听到的将不再 是单调的"嘟…嘟…"的振铃提示音, 而是被叫用户已经定制好的个性化 的特殊音效回铃音。 目前的移动通信设备, 比如手机中都有一个不可缺 少的功能, 那就是通讯录, 通讯录就是方便用户与目标联系人通信时的 一种简单的、 实用的记事载体, 因为通讯录中存储有联系人的名称、 联 系电话 (即呼叫号码)、 联系地址、 邮箱等等信息, 所以用户在使用时可 以方便的通过查找联系人姓名找到目标联系人的电话号码, 从而通过拨 通该联系人的电话号码与目标联系人取得联系。
发明内容
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种获取通讯录中联系人的多媒体信 息的方法、 设备及系统, 通过本发明实施例可以在将通讯录导入具有上 网功能的终端后, 用户可以获取通讯录中联系人的多媒体信息, 如彩铃、 视频等, 增加了用户获取多媒体信息的方式, 大大方便了用户体验与联 系人相关的多媒体业务。 为实现上述目的, 本发明实施例提供一种获取通讯录中联系人的多 媒体信息的方法, 所述方法包括:
获取移动终端通讯录中的目标联系人信息;
根据获取到的所述目标联系人信息封装获取目标联系人多媒体信息 的请求消息, 所述请求消息包括目标联系人的呼叫号码;
向服务器发送获取目标联系人多媒体信息的请求消息;
当所述服务器根据所述请求消息获取到对应所述呼叫号码的多媒体 信息后, 接收所述服务器发送的对应所述呼叫号码的多媒体信息。
为实现上述目的, 本发明实施例还提供 -种终端, 所述终端包括: 获取单元, 用于获取移动终端通讯录中的目标联系人信息; 消息封装单元, 用于根据获取单元获取到的所述目标联系人信息封 装获取目标联系人多媒体信息的请求消息, 所述请求消息包括目标联系 人的呼叫号码;
发送单元, 用于向服务器发送消息封装单元封装的获取目标联系人 多媒体信息的请求消息;
接收单元, 用于当所述服务器根据所述请求消息获取到对应所述呼 叫号码的多媒体信息后, 接收所述服务器发送的对应所述呼叫号码的多 媒体信息。
为实现上述目的, 本发明实施例还提供一种服务器, 所述服务器包 括:
接收单元, 用于接收获取目标联系人多媒体信息的请求消息, 所述 请求消息中包括目标联系人的呼叫号码;
多媒体信息获取单元, 用于获取对应所述呼叫号码的多媒体信息; 多媒体信息发送单元, 用于在多媒体信息获取单元获取到对应所述 目标联系人的多媒体信息后, 发送所述目标联系人的多媒体信息, 以使 所述接收侧的终端在接收到所述多媒体信息后播放和 /或下载所述多媒 体。
为实现上述目的, 本发明实施例还提供一种通信系统, 所述通信系 统包括:
服务器, 用于接收终端发送的获取目标联系人多媒体信息的请求消 息, 所述请求消息包括目标联系人的呼叫号码, 获取对应所述呼叫号码 的多媒体信息, 向所述终端发送所述目标联系人的多媒体信息, 以使所 述接收侧的终端在接受到所述多媒体信息后播放和 /或下载所述多媒体信 息。
本发明实施例的有益效果在于, 通过本发明实施例可以在将通讯录 导入具有上网功能的终端后, 用户可以通过终端获取通讯录中联系人的 多媒体信息, 如彩铃、 视频等, 增加了用户获取多媒体信息的方式, 大 大方便了用户体验与联系人相关的多媒体信息, 从而提升用户对获取多 媒体信息的活跃度。

本发明人在实现本发明的过程中发现现有技术中存在的缺陷在于: 目前移动通信终端中的通讯录只能通过上传或其他类似途径备份在个人 计算机上, 不能通过个人计算机或其他具有上网功能的设备实现与通讯 录相关的业务, 比如彩铃业务、 视频业务等。

本发明实施例为一种获取对应通讯录中联系人的多媒体信息的技 术, 用户将手机中的通讯录上传到个人计算机后, 通过预先安装的客户 端向网络侧发送获取所述通讯录中目标联系人多媒体信息的请求消息, 网络侧根据该消息获取对应所述目标联系人的多媒体信息。
在此, 本发明的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 但并不作 为对本发明的限定。
本发明实施例提供一种获取对应通讯录中联系人的多媒体信息的方 法, 如图 1所示, 图 1为本发明实施例的一种获取通讯录中联系人的多 媒体信息的方法的流程框图, 该流程包括如下步骤:
101.获取移动终端通讯录中的目标联系人信息; 102.根据获取到的所述目标联系人信息封装获取目标联系人多媒体 信息的请求消息, 所述请求消息包括目标联系人的呼叫号码;
103.向服务器发送获取目标联系人多媒体信息的请求消息;
104.当所述服务器根据所述请求消息获取到对应所述呼叫号码的多 媒体信息后, 接收所述服务器发送的对应所述呼叫号码的多媒体信息。
通过本发明实施例, 用户可以获取通讯录中联系人的多媒体信息, 如彩铃、 视频等, 使得用户获取多媒体信息的方式更加多样化, 而且方 便用户体验与联系人相关的多媒体业务。
本实施例中用户为了体验通讯录中某个联系人关联的多媒体业务, 如彩铃业务等, 根据步骤 101获取移动终端通讯录中的目标联系人信息, 比如用户先将移动通信终端中的通讯录上传至个人计算机中, 从而形成 一个预定格式的文件 (.txt文件等), 再通过预先安装的客户端软件读取 该格式的文件进而获取到通讯录中的联系人信息, 该联系人信息中包括 联系人姓名、 呼叫号码等信息, 获取到联系人信息后在客户端软件中显 示联系人信息。 从所述获取到的联系人信息中获取目标联系人信息, 步 骤 102根据获取到的所述目标联系人信息封装获取目标联系人多媒体信 息的请求消息, 所述请求消息包括目标联系人的呼叫号码; 用户通过客 户端查看联系人信息, 当需要获取目标联系人的多媒体信息时, 在客户 端上下达获取目标联系人的多媒体信息的指令, 个人计算机根据该指令 从所述获取到的联系人信息中获取目标联系人信息, 而客户端根据预先 设定的通信协议 (比如 http协议), 将服务器的 IP地址、 通信端口以及 目标联系人的呼叫号码等封装成请求消息, 该获取目标联系人的多媒体 信息的请求消息封装完毕后, 根据步骤 103 向服务器发送该获取目标联 系人多媒体信息的请求消息。 其中服务器的 IP地址是安装完客户端后, 客户端通过网络自动搜寻获得的, 而通信端口是预先定义好的, 如 http 端口。 当服务器根据所述请求消息获取到对应所述呼叫号码的多媒体信 息后, 所述服务器返回获取到的对应所述呼叫号码的多媒体信息, 此时 根据步骤 104接收所述服务器发送的对应所述呼叫号码的多媒体信息, 从而获取到通讯录中联系人的多媒体信息。 由于接收到的多媒体信息会 携带相应链接, 所以使得用户在接收到目标联系人的多媒体信息后可以 根据该链接播放或下载相应的多媒体信息。 通过本发明实施例, 在将通 讯录导入具有上网功能的终端后, 用户可以更加方便快捷的获取通讯录 中联系人的多媒体信息, 使得多媒体业务灵活的发展。
需要说明的是本实施例所述的方法不仅适用于用户通过个人计算机 中安装客户端软件来实现, 而且也适用于用户通过个人计算机及网页浏 览器上传通讯录至服务器中来实现, 比如当所述服务器为多媒体服务器 时用户先通过个人计算机登陆网络侧的多媒体服务器页面, 再将通讯录 通过浏览器上传至多媒体服务器中, 多媒体服务器根据通讯录中的相关 信息 (比如呼叫号码等) 关联相应的多媒体信息, 然后向多媒体服务器 发送获取目标联系人多媒体信息的请求消息。 由于本实施例所述的方法 可通过多种不同的方式实现获取通讯录中联系人的多媒体信息, 具有较 好的灵活性, 本实施例在此的说明也仅仅是示例性的描述, 便于本领域 技术人员理解本实施例所述的方法, 所以不应将上述的示例性看成是对 本申请权利要求的限制。
通过本发明实施例可以在将通讯录导入个人计算机或多媒体服务器 后, 用户可以通过个人计算机与服务器交互以获取通讯录中联系人的多 媒体信息, 如彩铃、 视频等信息, 增加了用户获取多媒体信息的方式, 大大方便了用户体验与联系人相关的多媒体信息, 从而提升用户对获取 多媒体信息的活跃度。
本发明实施例提供另一种获取对应通讯录中联系人的多媒体信息的 方法, 如图 2所示, 图 2为本发明实施例另一种的获取通讯录中联系人 的多媒体信息的方法的流程框图, 该流程包括如下步骤:
201. 获取移动终端通讯录中的联系人信息。
如要获取通讯录中联系人的多媒体信息, 必须先获取移动终端通讯 录中的联系人信息。 而获取移动终端通讯录中的联系人信息可根据不同 的终端或方式进行获取, 比如当本地终端为个人计算机时, 用户通过数 据线将手机中的通讯录导入个人计算机中, 在个人计算机中形成一个预 定格式的文件, 比如 ".txt"文件或 ".xls"文件等, 再将该格式的文件导入 事先安装了客户端软件的个人计算机中, 通过客户端软件读取该格式的 文件, 并将读取的文件进行存储并显示在客户端界面中, 从而用户可以 根据客户端界面浏览读取的联系人信息, 如联系人姓名、 呼叫号码等。 倘若用户个人计算机中没有安装相应的客户端软件, 则可先通过个人计 算机与服务器建立连接, 比如通过网页登陆服务器, 将 ".txt"或". xls"格式 的通讯录文件通过网页浏览器向所述服务器发送, 以使所述服务器在接 收到所述通讯录文件后解析所述通讯录中的联系人信息并返回所述解析 出的联系人信息。 个人计算机接收服务器发送的联系人信息, 从而获得 移动终端通讯录中的联系人信息。 当本地终端为移动终端时, 由于通讯 录就存储在移动终端中, 所以当移动终端安装了客户端软件后, 即可通 过客户端软件读取移动终端中的通讯录, 从而获取通讯录中的联系人信 息。
202. 存储所述获取到的联系人信息。
此处可将步骤 201获取到的移动终端通讯录中的联系人信息进行存 储, 便于用户今后在个人计算机或移动终端中直接从个人计算机或移动 终端中应用存储的联系人信息, 不必再次通过上传、 导入等操作重复获 取联系人信息。 203. 从所述获取到的联系人信息中获取目标联系人信息, 并根据获 取到的所述目标联系人信息封装获取目标联系人多媒体信息的请求消 息, 所述请求消息包括目标联系人的呼叫号码。
当步骤 201获取到移动终端通讯录中联系人的信息后, 本步骤即要 向服务器发送获取目标联系人多媒体信息的请求消息。 用户根据客户端 或网页浏览器浏览联系人信息, 当需要获取其中某个联系人的多媒体信 息时, 即目标联系人的多媒体信息, 则从客户端上点击正在浏览的联系 人从而下达获取目标联系人的多媒体信息的指令, 个人计算机根据该指 令中的代码从所述浏览的联系人信息中获取目标联系人信息, 而客户端 根据预先设定的通信协议 (比如 http协议), 将服务器的 IP地址、 通信 端口以及目标联系人信息等封装成请求消息。 为了准确查找目标联系人 对应的多媒体信息, 在所述请求消息中包括目标联系人的呼叫号码, 因 为呼叫号码可以唯一对应各个联系人。
204. 向服务器发送获取目标联系人多媒体信息的请求消息。
此处将封装好的请求消息向服务器发送。 本实施例中的服务器可以 是多媒体服务器, 也可以是与所述多媒体服务器连接的第三方服务器, 即用户可以直接通过网络将个人计算机与多媒体服务器相连, 也可以是 通过第三方服务器与多媒体服务器相连, 根据不同需要可进行不同的布 置。 比如当用户的个人计算机或移动终端中安装了客户端软件时, 用户 的个人计算机或移动终端可以是通过第三方服务器与多媒体服务器相 连, 此时本步骤发送的请求消息是向第三方服务器发送; 当用户的个人 计算机或移动终端中没有安装客户端软件时, 用户的个人计算机或移动 终端也可以是直接与多媒体服务器相连, 此时本步骤发送的请求消息是 向多媒体服务器发送。
205.当所述服务器根据所述请求消息获取到对应所述呼叫号码的多 媒体信息后, 接收所述服务器发送的对应所述呼叫号码的多媒体信息。 此处, 当所述服务器根据所述请求消息获取到对应所述呼叫号码的 多媒体信息后, 即表示服务器获取到目标联系人的多媒体信息, 根据请 求响应原则, 服务器将获取到的多媒体信息发送回来, 使得接收所述服 务器发送的对应所述呼叫号码的多媒体信息。
需要说明的是服务器获取目标联系人的多媒体信息必须符合条件, 比如目标联系人的个人多媒体信息必须是公开状态。 由于个人多媒体信 息是一种属于个人隐私性的信息, 这些多媒体信息不仅包括了相关的音 频信息 (比如彩铃)、 视频信息, 而且还包括个人的 ·些基本个人注册信 息, 比如姓名、 呼叫号码、 邮箱、 住址等, 所以出于个人安全考虑, 不 愿意公开自己的个人多媒体信息。 所以只有当目标联系人将自己的个人 多媒体信息设置为公开状态时, 服务器才具备获取目标联系人的多媒体 信息的条件。
而服务器查找目标联系人多媒体信息可以是根据请求消息中的呼叫 号码查找对应所述目标联系人的多媒体服务器, 比如服务器可以利用现 有技术从请求消息中解析出呼叫号码, 根据所述呼叫号码的号段查找号 段表中所述呼叫号码的号段对应的多媒体服务器地址, 从而确定目标联 系人的归属多媒体服务器。 其中所述号段表为地区号码号段的集合表, 每个地区都有属于自己的号码号段的集合表, 用户的呼叫号码在哪个地 区申请注册使用, 该呼叫号码中的特定号段就在该地区号码号段的集合 表中。 当服务器是第三方服务器时, 第三方服务器根据呼叫号码的号段 对应的多媒体服务器地址从该多媒体服务器中获取目标联系人的多媒体 信息, 比如向所述查找到的远端多媒体服务器发送查询对应所述呼叫号 码的个人多媒体信息, 该远端多媒体服务器在本地数据库中查找该对应 所述呼叫号码的个人多媒体信息, 当该个人多媒体信息为公开状态时, 获取到该个人多媒体信息并向第三方服务器发送, 第三方服务器再将个 人多媒体信息转发回来; 当服务器是多媒体服务器时, 多媒体服务器会 判断查找到的多媒体服务器地址是否为本地的地址, 若是本地的地址, 则从本地数据库中查找该对应所述呼叫号码的个人多媒体信息; 若不是 本地的地址, 则向所述查找到的远端多媒体服务器发送查询对应所述呼 叫号码的个人多媒体信息, 并通过该远端多媒体服务器获取目标联系人 的多媒体信息, 最后再将获取到的目标联系人的多媒体信息返回。 当然 该目标联系人的多媒体信息必须是公开状态。
所以不管是与第三方服务器连接还是与多媒体服务器连接, 本实施 例所述的方法都能通过服务器获取到目标联系人的多媒体信息。 其中该 多媒体信息不仅包括了相关的音频信息, 比如彩铃, 还可以包括视频信 息、 文字信息等。
206. 根据接收到的所述对应呼叫号码的多媒体信息播放和 /或下载 所述多媒体信息。
由于接收到的多媒体信息包含相应链接, 所以此处用户可根据链接 选择播放和 /或下载所述多媒体信息,所述多媒体信息中包括相应多媒体。
为了更详细的说明上述本实施例所述的方法, 使得本领域技术人员 充分理解本实施例提供的技术方案, 下面以用户获取手机通讯录中目标 联系人的彩铃进行举例说明:

301. 当所述移动终端中的通讯录上传至本地后, 读取所述通讯录中 的联系人信息;
302. 存储所述读取完毕的联系人信息。
303. 从所述获取到的联系人信息中获取目标联系人信息; 304. 根据获取到的所述目标联系人信息封装获取目标联系人多媒 体信息的请求消息, 所述请求消息包括目标联系人的呼叫号码;
305. 向服务器发送获取目标联系人多媒体信息的请求消息;
306. 接收所述第三方服务器发送的对应所述呼叫号码的彩铃信息;
307. 下载彩铃。
本示例中用户的个人计算机上预先安装了软件客户端, 软件客户端 安装完毕后根据 http协议搜寻网络中的第三方服务器地址。 用户然后将 其移动终端中的通讯录通过数据线上传至个人计算机中形成一个 " .txt" 格式的通讯录文件, 文件中的每行都相应记录着通讯录中的联系人姓名、 呼叫号码等信息。 用户根据步骤 301 通过客户端软件读取该通讯录文件 中的联系人信息, 并将读取完毕的联系人信息根据步骤 302存储, 从而 获取到。 用户通过客户端浏览联系人信息, 当想要获取某个联系人的彩 铃信息时, 点击客户端上的目标联系人, 从而下达获取目标联系人多媒 体信息的指令, 根据该指令个人计算机根据步骤 303获取联系人信息中 的目标联系人信息, 在步骤 304 中根据获取到的所述目标联系人信息封 装获取目标联系人多媒体信息的请求消息, 比如将目标联系人的呼叫号 码、 第三方服务器地址和传输消息的接口封装成消息。 根据步骤 305 向 第三方服务器发送获取目标联系人彩铃信息的请求消息, 第三方服务器 根据接收到的请求消息解析出呼叫号码后查找该呼叫号码所对应的彩铃 服务器的地址, 从而向该彩铃服务器发送查询呼叫号码所对应的彩铃信 息。 彩铃服务器在本数据库中查找到该彩铃信息(个人彩铃信息为公开) 后, 发送给第三方服务器, 第三方服务器再将其发送回个人计算机。 从 而使得在步骤 306接收所述第三方服务器发送的对应所述呼叫号码的彩 铃信息, 用户根据该彩铃信息中的链路下载该彩铃。
本示例中若第三方服务器定期从彩铃服务器中更新个人多媒体信 息, 则第三方服务器也可在其数据库中查找对应所述呼叫号码的彩铃信 息。 所以此处可以根据实际服务器资源配置进行灵活设置。
如图 4所示, 图 4为当与彩铃服务器连接时实现本实施例所述方法 的流程图:

本示例中用户的个人计算机上没有预先安装软件客户端, 所以用户 通过网页浏览器登陆彩铃业务网站, 从而登陆彩铃服务器。 用户将其移 动终端中的通讯录通过数据线上传至个人计算机中形成一个 " .txt"格式 的通讯录文件, 文件中的每行都相应记录着通讯录中的联系人姓名、 呼 叫号码等信息。 用户根据步骤 401 通过网页浏览器向所述彩铃服务器发 送所述上传的通讯录文件; 彩铃服务器根据现有技术解析该通讯录文件 中的联系人信息, 并将解析出的联系人信息发送至用户的个人计算机上; 步骤 402即接收彩铃服务器解析出的通讯录中的联系人信息; 为了便于 今后调用联系人信息个人计算机根据步骤 403将接收到的联系人信息存 储在本地, 比如存储在缓存中。 用户通过网页浏览器浏览接收到的联系 人信息, 当想要获取某个联系人的彩铃信息时, 点击浏览器上的目标联 系人, 从而下达获取目标联系人彩铃信息的指令, 根据该指令个人计算 机根据步骤 404获取联系人信息中的目标联系人信息, 在步骤 405中根 据获取到的所述目标联系人信息封装获取目标联系人多媒体信息的请求 消息, 比如将目标联系人的呼叫号码、 第三方服务器地址和传输消息的 接口封装成消息。 根据步骤 406通过浏览器向彩铃服务器发送获取目标 联系人彩铃信息的请求消息, 彩铃服务器根据接收到的请求消息解析出 呼叫号码后查找该呼叫号码所对应的彩铃服务器的地址是否为本地彩铃 服务器的地址, 结果为是本地彩铃服务器的地址, 则从本地数据库中查 找该对应所述呼叫号码的个人彩铃信息。 由于该目标联系人的个人彩铃 信息设置为公开状态, 所以彩铃服务器将查找到的目标联系人的个人彩 铃信息发送给用户的个人计算机, 从而使得在步骤 407接收所述彩铃服 务器发送的对应所述呼叫号码的彩铃信息, 用户根据该彩铃信息中的链 路下载该彩铃。
由本发明实施例可以看出, 本发明实施例所述的获取通讯录中联系 人的多媒体信息的方法可以根据用户个人计算机的具体实际情况来实 现, 当用户 PC上安装了客户端软件时, 可以通过第三方服务器协助实现 本实施例所述的方法; 当用户 PC上没有安装了客户端软件时, 可以通过 网页浏览器协助实现本实施例所述的方法; 这种不同的实现方法基于用 户选择什么样的方式导入通讯录, 大大增加了本实施例提供获取通讯录 中联系人的多媒体信息的方法的灵活性, 也方便丫用户体验与联系人相 关的多媒体, 从而大大提升用户对获取多媒体信息的活跃度。
为了更好的实现上述实施例所述的方法, 本发明实施例提供一种终 端, 如图 5所示, 图 5为本实施例所述终端的功能结构框图, 所述终端 包括:
获取单元 501, 用于获取移动终端通讯录中的目标联系人信息; 存储单元 502, 用于在获取单元 501 获取到移动终端通讯录中的联 系人信息后, 存储所述获取到的联系人信息;
消息封装单元 503, 用于根据获取单元 501获取到的所述目标联系 人信息封装获取目标联系人多媒体信息的请求消息, 所述请求消息包括 目标联系人的呼叫号码;
发送单元 504, 用于向服务器发送消息封装单元 503封装的获取目 标联系人多媒体信息的请求消息;
接收单元 505, 用于当所述服务器根据所述请求消息获取到对应所 述呼叫号码的多媒体信息后, 接收所述服务器发送的对应所述呼叫号码 的多媒体信息;
播放下载单元 506, 用于根据所述接收单元 505接收到的对应所述 呼叫号码的多媒体信息播放和 /或下载所述多媒体信息。
本实施例所述的获取单元 501可以包括:
第一获取模块 51 1,用于获取移动终端通讯录中的联系人信息; 比如 对于个人计算机而言当所述移动终端中的通讯录上传至本地后, 读取所 述通讯录中的联系人信息; 或者当所述移动终端中的通讯录上传至本地 后, 向所述服务器发送所述上传的通讯录, 以使所述服务器在接收到所 述通讯录后解析所述通讯录中的联系人信息, 并接收服务器返回的所述 解析出的联系人信息。 对于移动终端而言可以读取存储在本地的通讯录 中的联系人信息;
第二获取模块 512,用于从所述第一获取模块 511获取到的联系人信 息中获取目标联系人信息。 比如根据输入的从联系人信息中获取目标联 系人多媒体信息的指令获取目标联系人信息。
需要说明的是, 上述实施例的单元和模块在终端中的配置可根据实 际服务器的配置进行灵活设置, 本实施例及其附图在此仅是示例性说明, 但其中必须包括获取单元 501、 消息封装单元 503、 发送单元 504以及接 收单元 505。
本发明实施例还提供一种服务器, 如图 6所示, 图 6为本实施例所 述服务器的功能结构框图, 所述服务器包括:
接收单元 601, 用于接收获取目标联系人多媒体信息的请求消息, 所述请求消息中包括目标联系人的呼叫号码;
多媒体信息获取单元 602, 用于获取对应所述呼叫号码的多媒体信 息;
多媒体信息发送单元 603, 用于在多媒体信息获取单元获取到对应 所述目标联系人的多媒体信息后, 发送所述目标联系人的多媒体信息, 以使所述接收侧的终端在接收到所述多媒体信息后播放和 /或下载所述多 媒体信息。
该服务器可作为第三方服务器, 也可作为多媒体服务器。 该第三方 服务器通过网络与多媒体服务器、 个人通信终端 (个人计算机、 手机等) 连接, 用户只需在个人通信终端上安装相应客户端即可与第三方服务器 收发信息, 第三方服务器也可以定期从多媒体服务器中更新个人多媒体 信息, 从而满足用户最新的需求。 而多媒体服务器也可以通过网络与个 人通信终端 (个人计算机、 手机等) 直接连接, 用户只需通过网页浏览 器将通讯录上传到多媒体服务器中实现与多媒体服务器收发信息, 多媒 体服务器可以根据本地数据库或与其他多媒体服务器交互获得用户想要 得到的联系人的多媒体信息, 从而满足用户最新的需求。
通过本发明实施例提供的终端和服务器可以有效实施上述方法, 大 大增加了获取通讯录中联系人的多媒体信息的灵活性, 也方便了用户体 验与联系人相关的多媒体, 从而提升用户对获取多媒体信息的活跃度, 运营商也可以根据实际需要在网络中配置第三方服务器和多媒体服务 器, 达到理想的多媒体业务配置方案。
本发明实施例还提供一种通信系统, 如图 7所示, 图 7为本实施例 系统的功能结构框图, 所述系统包括:
服务器 701, 用于接收终端发送的获取目标联系人多媒体信息的请 求消息, 所述请求消息包括目标联系人的呼叫号码, 获取对应所述呼叫 号码的多媒体信息, 向所述终端发送所述目标联系人的多媒体信息。
通过本发明实施例提供了一种新的多媒体业务的实现实体, 使得将 多媒体业务与用户移动终端中的通讯录相关联, 大大增加了用户获取通 讯录中联系人的多媒体信息的体验, 从而提升用户对获取多媒体信息的 活跃度。
最后, 本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部 或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成, 所述的程序可以 存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 包括如下步骤: 获取移动终端通讯录中的目标联系人信息;
根据获取到的所述目标联系人信息封装获取目标联系人多媒体信息 的请求消息, 所述请求消息包括目标联系人的呼叫号码;
向服务器发送获取目标联系人多媒体信息的请求消息;
当所述服务器根据所述请求消息获取到对应所述呼叫号码的多媒体 信息后, 接收所述服务器发送的对应所述呼叫号码的多媒体信息。
所述的存储介质可以为, 如: ROM/RAM, 磁碟、 光盘等。

1. ·种获取通讯录中联系人的多媒体信息的方法, 其特征在于, 所 述方法包括:
获取移动终端通讯录中的目标联系人信息;
根据获取到的所述目标联系人信息封装获取目标联系人多媒体信息 的请求消息, 所述请求消息包括目标联系人的呼叫号码;
向服务器发送获取目标联系人多媒体信息的请求消息;
当所述服务器根据所述请求消息获取到对应所述呼叫号码的多媒体 信息后, 接收所述服务器发送的对应所述呼叫号码的多媒体信息。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在接收所述服务器发 送的对应所述呼叫号码的多媒体信息之后, 所述方法还包括: 根据接收 到的所述对应呼叫号码的多媒体信息播放和 /或下载所述多媒体信息。
3.根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取移动终端通 讯录中的目标联系人信息包括:
获取移动终端通讯录中的联系人信息;
从所述获取到的联系人信息中获取目标联系人信息;
其中所述获取移动终端通讯录中的联系人信息包括: 当所述移动终 端中的通讯录上传至本地后, 读取所述通讯录中的联系人信息; 或者 读取存储在本地的通讯录中的联系人信息; 或者
当所述移动终端中的通讯录上传至本地后, 向所述服务器发送所述 上传的通讯录, 以使所述服务器在接收到所述通讯录后解析所述通讯录 中的联系人信息并返回所述解析出的联系人信息。
4.根据权利要求 3 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在获取移动终端通讯 录中的联系人信息后, 所述方法还包括: 存储所述获取到的联系人信息。
5.—种终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端包括:
获取单元, 用于获取移动终端通讯录中的目标联系人信息; 消息封装单元, 用于根据获取单元获取到的所述目标联系人信息封 装获取目标联系人多媒体信息的请求消息, 所述请求消息包括目标联系 人的呼叫号码;
发送单元, 用于向服务器发送消息封装单元封装的获取目标联系人 多媒体信息的请求消息;
接收单元, 用于当所述服务器根据所述请求消息获取到对应所述呼 叫号码的多媒体信息后, 接收所述服务器发送的对应所述呼叫号码的多 媒体信息。
6.根据权利要求 5所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端还包括: 播放下载单元, 用于根据所述接收单元接收到的对应所述呼叫号码 的多媒体信息播放和 /或下载所述多媒体信息。
7.根据权利要求 5或 6所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述获取单元具 体包括:
第一获取模块, 用于获取移动终端通讯录中的联系人信息; 第二获取模块, 用于从所述第一获取模块获取到的联系人信息中获 取目标联系人信息。
8.根据任一权利要求 5-7所述的终端,其特征在于,所述第一获取模 块在用于获取移动终端通讯录中的联系人信息时,
当所述移动终端中的通讯录上传至本地后, 读取所述通讯录中的联 系人信息; 或者
读取存储在本地的通讯录中的联系人信息; 或者
当所述移动终端中的通讯录上传至本地后, 向所述服务器发送所述 上传的通讯录, 以使所述服务器在接收到所述通讯录后解析所述通讯录 中的联系人信息, 并接收服务器返回的所述解析出的联系人信息。
9.一种服务器, 其特征在于, 所述服务器包括:
接收单元, 用于接收获取目标联系人多媒体信息的请求消息, 所述 请求消息中包括目标联系人的呼叫号码;
多媒体信息获取单元, 用于获取对应所述呼叫号码的多媒体信息; 多媒体信息发送单元, 用于在多媒体信息获取单元获取到对应所述 目标联系人的多媒体信息后, 发送所述目标联系人的多媒体信息, 以使 所述接收侧的终端在接收到所述多媒体信息后播放和 /或下载所述多媒体
