Claims (12)
- 전면에 복수의 LED들로부터 빛이 발산되도록 개구부가 형성되고, 내부에 상기 LED들을 점등시키는 회로기판이 설치되는 LED 신호등에 있어서:상기 LED들은 상기 회로기판의 전면에 배치되고, 각각의 LED들의 외주면에는 상기 각각의 LED들의 불빛의 확산각을 제한하는 비저가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 신호등.
- 청구항 1에서, 상기 비저는 지면으로 향하는 부분이 개구되고, 상기 각각의 LED의 직경보다 큰 원통형상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 신호등.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에서, 상기 비저가 상기 회로기판의 전면으로부터 돌출되는 길이는 상기 LED가 상기 회로기판의 전면으로부터 돌출되는 길이보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 신호등.
- 전면에 복수의 LED들로부터 빛이 발산되도록 개구부가 형성되고, 내부에 상기 LED들을 점등시키는 회로기판이 설치되는 LED 신호등에 있어서:상기 회로기판의 전면에는 상기 LED들 각각이 내부에 배치되며 상기 LED들 불빛의 확산각을 제한하도록 하는 비저 홀(visor hole)이 상기 LED들과 동수로 형성된 비저 플레이트가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 신호등.
- 청구항 4에서, 상기 비저 홀은 상기 LED의 외경보다 큰 직경을 갖는 원통부와 상기 원통부의 하부에서 지면방향으로 연장된 각형부로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 신호등.
- 청구항 4에서, 상기 비저 홀은 지면을 기준으로 상부에서 하부로 점차 간격이 커지는 곡선 형상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 LED 신호등.
- 청구항 4 내지 청구항 6 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 비저 플레이트가 상기 회로기판의 전면으로부터 돌출되는 길이는 상기 LED가 상기 회로기판의 전면으로부터 돌출되는 길이보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 신호등.
- 전면에 복수의 LED들로부터 빛이 발산되도록 개구부가 형성되고, 내부에 상기 LED들을 점등시키는 회로기판이 설치되는 LED 장치에 있어서:상기 LED 장치는 LED 전광판, LED 간판, LED 표지판 중의 하나이며,상기 LED들은 상기 회로기판의 전면에 배치되고, 각각의 LED들의 외주면에는 상기 각각의 LED들의 불빛의 확산각을 제한하는 비저가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 장치.
- 전면에 다수개의 LED들이 설치된 회로기판;상기 LED들 중 동일색상의 빛을 발하는 LED들의 빛의 확산을 제한하도록 상기 회로기판에 설치되는 다수개의 비저들을 포함하되,상기 비저 내부에 적어도 하나 이상의 LED가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 신호등.
- 청구항 9에서, 상기 비저는 하부가 개구된 원통형상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 신호등.
- 청구항 9에서, 상기 비저는 연속되는 다각형의 격자망상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 신호등.
- 다수개의 LED가 설치된 회로기판;상기 회로기판의 전면에 설치되되 내부에 적어도 하나 이상의 LED가 배치되고 상기 적어도 하나 이상의 LED들로부터 발산되는 빛의 확산각을 제한하는 비저홀이 다수개 형성된 비저 플레이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 신호등.
