Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur aktiven Unterdrückung von Druckschwingungen oder Druckpulsationen in einem Hydrauliksystem (10) einer Kalt- oder Warmwalzstraße oder einer Bandbehandlungsanlage für Eisen-, Stahl- oder Aluminiumwerkstoffe. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur aktiven Unterdrückung von Druckschwingungen oder Druckpulsationen in einem Hydrauliksystem einer Kalt- oder Warmwalzstraße bzw. einer Bandbehandlungsanlage zu schaffen, mit denen auftretende Druckschwingungen bzw. -pulsationen mittels einer einfachen und kostengünstigen Vorrichtung besonders effektiv unterdrückt werden können. Diese Aufgabe wird durch ein Verfahren gelöst, bei dem folgende Verfahrensschritte durchgeführt werden: a) Erfassung eines Drucksignals (2) mittels eines Druckaufnehmers (1) durch permanentes Messen eines Drucks im Hydrauliksystem; b) Ermittlung eines Wechselanteils des Drucksignals (2); c) Ermittlung zumindest einer zeitlich veränderlichen Stellgröße (6) in Echtzeit mit Hilfe eines Reglers (4) unter Berücksichtigung wenigstens eines Sollwerts und des Wechselanteils; d) Beaufschlagung mindestens eines Aktuators (9) mit der Stellgröße (6), wobei der Aktuator (9) ein mit der Stellgröße (6) korrespondierendes und mit dem Hydrauliksystem in Verbindung stehendes Volumen verändert, wodurch die Druckschwingungen im Hydrauliksystem (10) unterdrückt werden.
