Abstract

L'invention concerne une structure de câble de fonçage (100) qui comprend une couche de revêtement (1) et une âme (10) constituée d'une gaine tubulaire (2) étranglée transversalement par une pluralité de parties d'étranglement (3) dans le but de former des chambres remplies (4) agencées en série et séparées par les parties d'étranglement (3). De façon plus détaillée, les chambres remplies (4) sont remplies d'une matière de remplissage, de façon générique d'une matière en vrac sélectionnée dans le groupe comprenant: une matière en vrac solide ou liquide (5) qui présente un poids spécifique supérieur à un pour obtenir un câble de fonçage. En particulier, le procédé pour fabriquer le câble (10) du câble de fonçage assure en outre un coût de production nettement inférieur à celui des câbles de fonçage connus présents sur le marché et permet un réglage de la taille des chambres remplies (4) en déplaçant simplement la position de la soudure transversale (3) dans le but d'obtenir une âme de taille variable et ensuite des câbles plus ou moins flexibles correspondant à l'utilisation à laquelle ils sont destinés.
