  • the computer program 106 communicates with a financial institution server 1 16 to facilitate the receipt of payment in relation to the transaction.
  • the computer program inserts details of the payment received into the database 102 and generates the unique release codes.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne, d'une part un procédé assisté par ordinateur pour la gestion par un dépositaire du paiement lié à une transaction entre un vendeur de biens ou de services et un client du vendeur, et d'autre part un système informatique (100) conçu pour aider à la mise en œuvre du procédé. Selon le procédé aidé par ordinateur, le dépositaire reçoit le règlement du client, garde en dépôt le montant du règlement du client, émet un code libératoire unique correspondant au règlement, code libératoire que le client pourra ultérieurement présenter au vendeur s'il est satisfait des biens ou services fournis par le vendeur, et libère le montant gardé en dépôt correspondant au code libératoire unique, sur présentation au dépositaire du code libératoire unique par le vendeur. Le système informatique (100) comprend une base de données (102), un logiciel (106) exécutable sur un processeur (107) et une interface utilisateur comprenant des pages web (108) et des messages de courrier électronique (110).
