铁路钢轨接头 技术领域:
本发明属于铁路运输技术领域, 特别涉及铁路建设中的钢轨接头技术, 即 一种新型的铁路钢轨接头。
技术背景:
目前, 在我国铁路建设中所使用的钢轨的切面一般都是 "工"字形, 分为 与车轮接触的轨头, 中间的轨腰及底部的轨底, 而一节钢轨与另一节钢轨的接 头, 都是一个齐头的平面, 在一节钢轨与另一节钢轨接头时, 都是两个齐头的 平面连接, 再用钢板和镙丝固定。 这种接头的技术缺陷是, 当火车轮子经过钢 轨时是同时经过钢轨的接头, 这样既增大了火车轮子与钢轨接头的磨擦力, 又 产生了很强的音响, 即燥音, 随着我国火车生产技术的不断提高, 火车的速度 也不断提高, 我国自行研制的 "和谐"号火车最高时速可达到每小时 250公里。 同时, 我国还正在研制时速达 350公里以上的高速火车, 随着人们生活水平的 不断提高, 乘座火车也要求更稳, 更舒适, 更安静。 尽管目前也有解决火车铁 轨铺设的技术方案, 如加长钢轨的长度, 但这又给铺设钢轨中带来新的技术难 题, 这是目前我国铁路运输中急需解决的问题。
发明内容:
针对目前我国铁路钢轨铺设中以上存在的问题, 本发明提供一种新的铁路 钢轨接头,本钢轨接头能够减少火车轮与钢轨接头的磨擦,提高火车行驶速度, 减少火车燥音等优点。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种新型的铁路钢轨接头, 它是把 "工"字形钢轨与车轮接触的轨头由平 面改为半边凸出, 半边凹进去的两个 "榫"状接头, 即 " ^ "形状, 钢轨中间 轨腰及底部不变, 凸凹的距离在 5-60mm之间。
也可将 "工"字形钢轨接触的轨头由平面改为 30 80。 的斜面接头, 斜 面的两端为直线, 直线与斜面的接头, 钢轨为直形状, 钢轨的中间轨腰及底部 不变。
本发明的另一技术方案为: 一种新型的铁路钢轨接头, 它是把 "工"字钢 轨与车轮接触的轨头由平面改为 " S "状接头, 即 " "形状, 钢轨中间轨腰 及底部不变, " S"形距离在 10-70mm之间。

本发明的技术进歩性是, 由于火车轮经过钢轨接头不是在一个平面上, 因 此他能够减少火车轮与钢轨接头的震动磨擦, 提高火车行驶速度, 减少火车燥 音等优点。

权利要求书
1、 一种新型的铁路钢轨接头, 其特征是: 把"工"字钢轨与车轮接触的部 分轨头 (1)由平面改为半边凸出、 半边凹进去的两个 "榫"形状接头, 即 " 形状, 中间轨腰 (2)及底部 (3)不变, 铺轨时, 将任意的两个接头对齐, 放入 钢板 (5), 用螺丝 (4)固定。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述, 一种新型的铁路钢轨轨头, 其特征是: 把权利要 求 1中所述的 " 4"形状可以改成 30° — 80° 的之间斜面接头, 斜面的两端 为直线, 直线与斜面的接头为直形状, 钢轨的中间轨腰 (2)及底部 (3)不变。
3、 一种新型的铁路钢轨接头, 其特征是: 把"工"字钢轨与车轮接触的部 分轨头 (1)由平面改为 "S"形状接头, 即 " "形状, 中间轨腰 (2)及底部 (3)不 变, 铺轨时, 将任意的两个接头对齐, 放入钢板 (5), 用螺丝 (4)固定。
4、 以设计图为基础, 根据需要可做适当的改动。
