Abstract
본 발명은 다공성 인산삼칼슘계 과립의 제조방법, 및 이에 의해 제조된 다공성 인산삼칼슘계 과립을 이용한 골이식재의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 다공성 인산삼칼슘계 과립의 제조방법은 기공 전구체, 분산매, 유기용매를 사용하지 않고, 칼날을 가진 믹서를 회전시키면서 인산삼칼슘계 슬러리에 인산삼칼슘계 분말을 첨가하는 단계를 반복하여 인산삼칼슘계 과립을 형성시키고, 인산삼칼슘계 과립의 크기를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 골이식재의 제조방법은 상기 방법으로 제조된 다공성 인산삼칼슘계 과립을 골형성 단백질 용액에 침지하여 골형성 단백질을 다공성 인산삼칼슘계 과립의 기공에 결합시키고 이를 동결건조시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
