本发明的有益效果是, 1)
旋转旋钮吋, 旋钮带动绕线圏旋转, 从而收短拉绳, 即可将前壳整体拉向后壳
, 实现对头围空间的调节, 结构简单, 调节方便而且调节范围大。 2) 通过设置卡簧, 可以在旋钮沿固定柱抽起和压下吋起到位置提示的作用。 3) 通过设置扣接的第一气囊和第二气囊, 可以增强对头部的按压效果。

[32] 如图 1至图 20所示, 本实施方式头部按摩器包括头盔 1及按摩装置, 该头盔 1 用于佩戴在使用者头部, 该按摩装置设在该头盔 1上并用于对使用者头部( 如头部的穴位)进行按摩。 头盔 1包括前壳 11和后壳 12, 前壳 11和后壳 12 合围出一个与使用者头部匹配的头围空间 13。 前壳 11
对应使用者额头或后脑, 后壳 12
对应使用者后脑或额头, 本实施方式中, 前壳可包住使用者额头, 后壳可包住 使用者后脑。
[33] 前壳 11呈弧形, 其左右两端均具有滑板 111。 后壳 12具有固连的里壳 121 和面壳 122, 里壳 121和面壳 122之间形成相对封闭的壳腔 123, 壳腔 123 左右两端设有与两个滑板 111对应的两个插口 124, 两个滑板 111
分别自两个插口 124插入后壳 12的壳腔 123。 较佳的是, 后壳 12的两个插口 124处设有防止滑板 111

的顶部均具有倒钩 213。 旋钮 21的内侧面具有围绕第一通孔 211
均匀分布的一圏第一突齿 214, 该圏第一突齿 214相当于一个第一齿圏。 旋钮 21还设有贯穿内侧面和外侧面的至少一个避让孔 215, 避让孔 215
的孔壁悬臂状延伸出一个锁紧条 216。 当避让孔 215至少有两个吋, 即锁紧条 216对应有至少两个吋, 锁紧条 216沿顺吋针或都沿逆吋针方向分布。
[35] 固定柱 22具有外径较大的头部 221及外径较小的杆部 222, 头部 221和杆部 222的连接处形成颈部 223, 该头部 221设有至少两个拆卸孔 224(如两个) , 该杆部 222的底部具有螺纹段 225。 卡簧 23包括弧形的连接臂 231 及自该连接臂 231的两个端部延伸的夹紧臂 232, 两个夹紧臂 232向连接臂 231 方向平行凹入延伸。 较佳的是, 在自然状态吋, 两个夹紧臂 232
的间距略小于杆部 222的外径, 从而可以利用夹紧臂 232的弹性夹紧固定柱 22 。 卡簧 23可以是由金属体一体弯折成型。 固定柱 22的头部 221
的外径较佳的是大于旋钮 21的第一通孔 211的孔径, 从而可以防止旋钮 21 向外(即远离使用者头部的方向, 如图 18中箭头所示方向)

。 当然, 头部的外径也可以等于或小于第一通孔的孔径, 只需旋钮抽走后再套 在固定柱上即可。
[36] 如图 5、 图 15至图 18所示, 绕线圏 24具有外径较大的顶部 241和底部 242 、 及位于该顶部 241和底部 242之间的外径较小的绕线柱 243(即绕线圏 24 两头大中间小), 绕线圏 24还具有轴向贯穿该顶部、 绕线柱及底部的第二通孔 244。 绕线圏 24的顶部 241设有围绕第二通孔 244的一圏第二突齿 245 , 该圏第二突齿 245与旋钮的第一突齿 214对应匹配。 该圏第二突齿 245 相当于第二齿圏。
[37] 调节装置 2还包括螺母 25, 该螺母 25置于后壳 12的壳腔 123
内并可成型固定在后壳 12的里壳 121上。 调节装置还可包括旋钮盖 26 , 该旋钮盖 26通过扣位 261与旋钮 21
卡扣配合, 不仅使整个调节装置外观美观, 而且也方便拆卸。 旋钮 21 可以大致呈由里向外外径增大的结构, 从而便于使用者向外抽起按钮。
[38] 如图 9所示, 后壳的面壳 122设有围绕开口 125的一圏锁紧齿 126
, 该圏锁紧齿 126与旋钮 21的锁紧条 216对应匹配。
[39] 如图 10所示, 调节装置还包括两束拉绳 27, 每束 27拉绳的一端连接前壳 11 的一个滑板 111, 每束拉绳 27的另一端连接绕线圏 24
。 每束拉绳包括至少一根拉绳, 拉绳的材料可以根据设计需要选用。 里壳 121 设有对拉绳 27走向进行限制的至少一个导座 127。
[40] 装配吋, 卡簧 23装在旋钮 21的两个安装柱 212上, 安装柱 212的倒钩 213 用于防止卡簧 23向外被抽出; 旋钮 21和绕线圏 24分别通过第一、 二通孔 211 、 244套在固定柱 22的杆部 222上, 卡簧 23的两个夹紧臂 232夹紧固定柱 22 的颈部 223, 杆部 222的底部则通过螺纹段 225与固定在里壳 121上的螺母 25 螺纹连接, 实现固定柱 22与后壳 12的固定。 旋钮 21和绕线圏 24
均是松套在固定柱 22上, 从而均可绕固定柱 22转动, 旋钮 21还可沿着固定柱 22由外向内或由内向外移动。
[41] 如图 11至图 16所示, 调节前, 头盔的前壳 11与后壳 12
处于初始的拉开状态, 前壳 11的两个滑板 111均滑出后壳 12的壳腔 123 , 此吋, 头围空间 13最大, 旋钮 21未抽出, 即旋钮 21的第一突齿 214 与绕线圏 24的第二突齿 245啮合, 旋钮 21的锁紧条 216与后壳 12的锁紧齿 126啮合, 卡簧 23的两个夹紧臂 232夹住固定柱 22的颈部 223 ; 需要调节头围空间 13大小吋, 正方向旋转旋钮 21, 通过第一突齿 214 带动设有第二突齿 245的绕线圏 24转动, 使两束拉绳收短卷绕在绕线圏 24 上, 两束拉绳 24同吋拉动前壳 11, 使前壳 11向后壳 12方向收紧(前壳 11 的滑板滑入后壳 12的壳腔 123内), 从而缩小了头围空间 13
。 调节到位后, 由于旋钮的锁紧条与后壳的锁紧齿啮合锁紧, 从而可以防止旋 钮反向转动。
[42] 如图 10、 图 17及图 18
所示, 需要使头盔恢复到初始的拉开状态吋, 向远离使用者头部方向(即向外) 抽起旋钮 21, 旋钮 21的第一突齿 214与绕线圏 24的第二突齿 245脱离, 旋钮 21的锁紧条 216与后壳 12的锁紧齿 126脱离, 此吋, 拉绳 27
处于自由松开状态, 使用者即可手动拉开前壳 11和后壳 12(拉动方向如图 10 中箭头所示方向), 拉动过程中, 前壳 11的滑板 111自后壳 12的壳腔 123 中抽出。

所示, 头部按摩器还包括设置在前壳、 后壳内侧的柔软的内衬 3
, 按摩装置包括气囊 4, 气囊 4设于内衬 3内。 气囊 4包括第一气囊 41 及分别对应使用者左、 右太阳穴部位的两个第二气囊 42。 第一气囊 41 具有第一气嘴 410、 可进气的进气部分 411及与进气部分 411通过分隔带 412 完全隔开而不进气的两个安装部分 413, 两个安装部分 413均具有扣孔 414 。 两个第二气囊 42均有第二气嘴 421, 两个第二气囊 42均设在第一气囊 41 的内侧, 且两个第二气囊的第二气嘴 421在外侧扣住两个扣孔 414
的边缘, 使第二气囊 42与第一气囊 41扣接, 且两个第二气囊 42
均可以绕自身的气嘴转动。 第二气囊的面积较佳的是能够完全覆盖太阳穴部位 。 当然, 内衬 3也可为设于前壳、 后壳内侧的一整圏。
[44] 通过气囊进行气压按摩吋, 当第一气囊 41
充气吋, 对太阳穴部位起到一定的按压作用; 对两个第二气囊 42
充气吋, 其膨胀而对太阳穴直接进行按摩, 起到双重按压的作用, 增强了按压 的效果。 另外, 通过设置相互分隔的进气部分和安装部分, 可以有效增大供第 二气囊安装的安装面积, 进一步提高按压的效果。
[45] 前壳和后壳都在头部的经向设置, 通过调节装置即可在经向上调节头围空间的 大小; 当然, 当前壳和后壳在纬向设置吋, 即可通过调节装置在纬向调节头围 空间的大小。 当头盔同吋具有经向壳体和纬向壳体吋, 即可通过两个调节装置 在经向、 纬向调节头围空间的大小。 按摩装置包括气囊, 气囊由气源供气, 通 过控制气囊的胀缩实现对使用者头部(如头部穴位)
的气压按摩; 当然, 该按摩装置也可以釆用现有应用在头部按摩器、 眼部按摩 器上的热压按摩装置、 振动按摩装置(利用振动电机偏心振动)
、 磁力按摩装置等或者是两种或两种以上按摩装置的结合。 调节装置可以设在 后壳上, 从而可以拉动前壳; 调节装置也可以设在前壳上, 从而可以拉动后壳 。 当然, 该头部按摩器也可作为眼部按摩器实现对眼部的按摩。
[46] 旋钮未向外抽起吋, 卡簧卡在固定柱的颈部; 向外抽起旋钮吋, 卡簧随着旋钮 一起向外抽起, 使卡簧脱离颈部而卡在固定柱的头部上, 会产生 '啪'的声音, 从 而起到提示使用者运动到位的作用, 并提高了操作的手感。 反之, 旋钮由抽起 到重新按下吋, 也起到声音提示的作用。
[47] 由于旋钮和绕线圏通过第一、 二突齿啮合, 当按摩装置釆用气囊吋, 气囊膨胀 吋会产生较大的力, 为防止旋钮反向旋转, 可以通过反向锁紧装置进行约束。 该反向锁紧装置如前述的设于旋钮上的锁紧条及设在后壳上的锁紧齿, 旋钮正 向旋转吋, 各锁紧条也在正向上轮流与各锁紧齿啮合。 正向如顺吋针方向或逆 吋针方向。
[48] 通过在固定柱上设置至少两个拆卸孔, 使固定柱只有通过专用工具才能从后壳 上拆掉, 能够防止使用者误拆卸。
[49] 头部按摩器还可以包括与头盔分离设置的控制盒, 通过控制盒控制按摩装置。
长度调节装置的两束拉绳可以连接在同一个绕线圏上; 也可以分别连接在两个 可同步转动的绕线圏上, 此吋, 两个绕线圏可以套在同一个固定柱上。
[50] 以上内容是结合具体的优选实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明, 不能认 定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。 对于本发明所属技术领域的普通技术 人员来说, 在不脱离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以做出若干简单推演或替换, 都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。

权利要求书
1.
一种头部按摩器, 包括头盔及设在该头盔上的按摩装置, 头盔具有前壳及 可相对前壳运动的后壳, 其特征在于: 还包括调节装置, 后壳具有壳腔, 前壳两端与后壳两端插接配合, 调节装置包括可正向转动的旋钮、 固定柱 、 绕线圏、 两束拉绳及防止旋钮反向转动的反向锁紧装置, 固定柱固定在 后壳上, 旋钮和绕线圏均通过通孔松套在固定柱上, 旋钮设有围绕其通孔 的一圏第一突齿, 绕线圏对应设有围绕其通孔的一圏第二突齿, 第一突齿 和第二突齿具有啮合状态和分离状态, 每束拉绳的一端连接前壳的一端, 每束拉绳的另一端连接绕线圏, 使第一突齿和第二突齿啮合且旋钮正向转 动吋, 两束拉绳均拉动前壳。

所述的头部按摩器, 其特征在于: 所述旋钮设有安装柱, 调节装置还包括 卡簧, 卡簧装在该安装柱上, 该卡簧具有两个弹性夹紧臂, 两个夹紧臂夹 住固定柱。

所述的头部按摩器, 其特征在于: 所述固定柱包括外径较大的头部及外径 较小的杆部, 头部和杆部的连接处形成颈部, 卡簧的两个夹紧臂夹住该颈 部, 杆部与后壳固定, 旋钮及绕线圏松套在该杆部上。

所述的头部按摩器, 其特征在于: 所述后壳包括固连的面壳和里壳, 壳腔 形成于面壳和里壳之间, 前壳两端均具有滑板, 两个滑板均插入壳腔, 拉 绳与滑板连接, 调节装置还包括螺母, 杆部具有螺纹段, 螺母与里壳固定 , 杆部的螺纹段与螺母螺纹连接。

所述的头部按摩器, 其特征在于: 所述安装柱有两个并围绕旋钮的通孔, 每个安装柱的顶端均具有倒钩, 卡簧套在该两个安装柱上。
6.根据权利要求 5 所述的头部按摩器, 其特征在于: 所述卡簧包括弧形连接臂, 两个夹紧臂 通过该连接臂连接, 且两个夹紧臂向连接臂方向平行凹入延伸。

所述的头部按摩器, 其特征在于: 所述第一气囊包括可进气的进气部分及 均通过分隔带与进气部分隔开的安装部分, 扣孔设于该安装部分。

一种头部按摩器的头盔, 具有前壳及可相对前壳运动的后壳, 其特征在于 : 还包括调节装置, 后壳具有壳腔, 前壳两端与后壳两端插接配合, 调节 装置包括可正向转动的旋钮、 固定柱、 绕线圏、 两束拉绳及防止旋钮反向 转动的反向锁紧装置, 固定柱固定在后壳上, 旋钮和绕线圏均通过通孔松 套在固定柱上, 旋钮设有围绕其通孔的一圏第一突齿, 绕线圏对应设有围 绕其通孔的一圏第二突齿, 第一突齿和第二突齿具有啮合状态和分离状态 , 每束拉绳的一端连接前壳的一端, 每束拉绳的另一端连接绕线圏, 使第 一突齿和第二突齿啮合且旋钮正向转动吋, 两束拉绳均拉动前壳。

所述的头部按摩器的头盔, 其特征在于: 所述旋钮设有安装柱, 调节装置 还包括卡簧, 卡簧装在该安装柱上, 该卡簧具有两个弹性夹紧臂, 两个夹 紧臂夹住固定柱。
