本发明的目的在于提供一种具有感应探头(即超声波传感器)和摄像装置的倒车探测 装置, 以及采用该探测装置的倒车视像探测系统,其感应探头和摄像装置均可在一定范围 内调节探测角度和位置, 可适用于各种不同类型的交通工具。 本发明采用的技术方案
本发明所采用的技术方案: 一种倒车探测装置, 包括安装架、 感应探头和摄像装置, 所述安装架的两端设有安装孔,感应探头安装于该安装孔内,并在一定角度范围内活动转 动;所述安装架的中部设有一定长度的横向定位架,摄像装置通过定位支架安装于该横向 定位架上, 并在该横向定位架的长度范围内调节所处位置。
上述安装架的安装孔两侧设有定位螺钉,用于固定感应探头的转动角度。所述感应探 头的转动角度为竖直方向的斜向上或斜向下 30°。 所述感应探头包括探头主体, 以及安装 探头主体的外壳, 其外壳上设有定位螺孔。
上述安装架由上横梁、 下横梁和连接部形成 "工"字型结构, 其上横梁和下横梁的中 部设有横向定位架,所述横向定位架上设有若干个定位凸块,该定位凸块以均匀间隔并列 设置于横向定位架上。所述摄像装置的定位支架上设有若干个定位凹孔,该定位凹孔与所 述横向定位架上的定位凸块配合, 用于调节摄像装置在安装架上的位置。
上述摄像装置包括摄像头, 以及安装摄像头的外壳, 所述摄像头活动安装于外壳内, 并通过外壳两侧的螺钉固定摄像头的转动角度。
基于上述倒车探测装置,本发明同时提供了一种倒车视像探测系统,包括探测装置和 显示装置, 所述探测装置经信号传输线与显示装置连接, 所述探测装置包括安装架、感应 探头和摄像装置, 其中: 所述安装架的两端设有安装孔, 感应探头安装于该安装孔内, 并 在一定角度范围内活动转动;所述安装架的中部设有一定长度的横向定位架,摄像装置通 过定位支架安装于该横向定位架上, 并在该横向定位架的长度范围内调节所处位置。
上述显示装置包括液晶显示屏、控制按键、及其底座, 所述液晶显示屏通过转轴与底 座转动连接, 用于显示来自探测装置的图像信号。
上述显示装置显示的图像信号包括由探测装置的感应探头探测到的距离警示信号,以 及由探测装置的摄像装置拍摄到的图像信号。 本发明相对于现有技术具有如下的优点及有益效果:
( 1 ) 本发明的感应探头可以在一定角度范围内 (± 30°) 调节, 以便更准确地探测汽 车与障碍物之间的距离; 并且,该距离信号经过处理后以图像警示信号方式显示于显示装 置的屏幕上。
(2)本发明的摄像装置不仅可以自由转动, 而且还可以在安装架上横向移动, 可适用 于各种不同类型的交通工具。 与上述美国专利 US 7,245,207B1相比, 本发明无需配置位 置调节装置, 具有结构简单, 调节方便等特点; 与上述中国实用新型专利 CN 2486404Y 相比, 只需一个摄像装置即可代替其中的两个摄像机构, 简化了产品结构, 并且具有更大 的探测范围。
( 3 ) 本发明所述视像探测系统采用有线传输方式, 避免了公共频段内其它信号的干 扰, 具有传输可靠、 设计简单等特点。 附图说明 图 1是本发明所述倒车探测装置的整体结构示意图;

下面结合附图对本发明的具体结构作进一步的描述。
如图 1所示, 本发明所述倒车探测装置, 包括安装架 1、 感应探头 2和摄像装置 3, 感应探头 2安装于安装架 1的两端, 摄像装置 3安装于安装架 1的中部。使用时, 将车牌 6安装在安装架 1上,然后将该探测装置安装于交通工具(如汽车)尾部的车牌架处即可, 所述感应探头 2可以探测汽车与障碍物之间的距离,所述摄像装置 3可以拍摄汽车后方的 景物, 然后将探测获得的信号一起传递至汽车驾驶室内的显示装置(如后文所述)上, 供 驾驶员倒车时观察和操作。
其中, 如图 2、 3所示, 安装架 1包括上横梁 11、 下横梁 14和连接部 15, 形成 "工" 字型结构。 所述安装架的上横梁 11两端设有安装孔 12, 感应探头 2安装于该安装孔 12 内, 并可以在一定角度范围内活动转动; 安装孔 12的两侧设有定位螺钉 121, 用于固定 感应探头 2的转动角度。如图 4所示, 所述感应探头 2以定位螺钉 121为转动轴, 其转动 角度为竖直方向的斜向上或斜向下 30° (即图中标示的 ± 30°), 当感应探头 2转动至合适 的角度后, 锁紧定位螺钉 121即可固定该感应探头。 所述安装架 1的上横梁 11和下横梁 14中部还分别设有一定长度 (约为横梁长度的 1/2) 的横向定位架 13, 摄像装置 3通过 定位支架安装于该横向定位架 13上,并可以在该横向定位架的长度范围内调节所处位置; 横向定位架 13上设有若干个定位凸块 131, 该定位凸块以均匀间隔并列设置于横向定位 架 13上。所述安装架 1的连接部 15为中空结构,一方面用于连接上横梁 11和下横梁 14, 另一方面可以用来安装控制器 (包括电子控制单元 ECU) 等。
如图 5(a)、 5(b)所示, 所述感应探头 2包括探头主体 21, 以及安装探头主体的外壳 23, 在探头主体 21与外壳 23之间设有密封橡胶套 22, 其外壳 23上设有定位螺孔 24, 安 装时与上述安装架的安装孔 12两侧的定位螺钉 121对应, 用于锁定感应探头。
如图 6(a)、 6(b)及 6(c)所示, 所述摄像装置 3包括摄像头 33, 以及可容纳摄像头的外 壳 34。 摄像头 33活动安装于外壳 34内, 并可以在外壳 34内自由转动, 通过外壳两侧的 螺钉 35固定其转动角度。 摄像装置 3的外壳 34还连接有一定位支架 31, 该定位支架上 设有若干个定位凹孔 32, 该定位凹孔 32与上述横向定位架 13上的定位凸块 131配合, 用于调节摄像装置 3在安装架 1上的位置。安装时, 将摄像装置 3移动至合适的位置, 然 后将横向定位架 13上的定位凸块 131嵌入定位支架 31上的定位凹孔 32内; 再将车牌 6 装入安装架 1和摄像装置 3之间 (如图 1所示), 即可使摄像装置 3固定于安装架 1上。 其中, 所述摄像头 33包括镜头 301, 以及由前盖 302和后盖 303组成的壳体, 镜头 301 及其相关组件安装于该壳体内, 在壳体的后盖 303上设有线孔和密封件 304, 用于引入连 接线; 壳体两侧还设有一对凸块 305, 该凸块与外壳 34上的凹位和螺钉 35配合安装, 用 于调节摄像头的摄像角度。
本发明可适用于不同类型的交通工具, 例如: 当汽车尾部的车牌架位置较低时, 可采 用如图 1所示的结构安装, 即将摄像装置 3安装在安装架的上横梁 11上, 然后将该探测 装置安装于车尾的车牌架处即可。当汽车尾部的车牌架位置较高时,可以将图 1所示的安 装架上下颠倒 (旋转 180°) 后安装, 即将摄像装置 3安装在安装架的下横梁 14上 (图中 未显示), 此时感应探头 2和摄像装置 3分别安装在上横梁 11和下横梁 14上, 然后将该 探测装置安装于车尾的车牌架处即可。通过以上安装方式,可以避免因感应探头 2距离地 面太高而影响探测效果, 具有结构简单、 安装方便等特点。
基于上述倒车探测装置,本实用新型同时提供了一种倒车视像探测系统,如图 8所示, 该视像探测系统包括探测装置和显示装置 4, 所述探测装置经信号传输线与显示装置连 接。 所述探测装置包括如上所述的安装架 1、 感应探头 2和摄像装置 3, 其中: 所述安装 架 1的两端设有安装孔 12, 感应探头 2安装于该安装孔 12内, 并可在一定角度范围内活 动转动; 所述安装架 1的上横梁 11和下横梁 14中部设有一定长度的横向定位架 13, 摄 像装置 3通过定位支架 31安装于该横向定位架 13上, 并可在该横向定位架 13的长度范 围内调节所处位置。关于感应探头和摄像装置的具体结构,前面已有描述,在此不再赘述。 该视像探测系统中, 探测装置经信号传输线 51、 52、 54 (信号传输线之间采用标准 接口 55连接)与显示装置 4连接, 探测装置的电源线 53从倒车灯引入。所述探测装置的 感应探头 2探测到的距离信号和摄像装置 3拍摄到的图像信号经过电子控制单元 (ECU) 处理后, 通过信号传输线 51、 52、 54传送至显示装置 4, 供驾驶员倒车时观察和操作。
如图 7(a)、 7(b)所示, 所述显示装置 4包括液晶显示屏 41、 控制按键 42、 及其底座 44,所述液晶显示屏 41通过转轴 43与底座 44转动连接,可用于调节显示屏的倾斜角度。 安装时, 该显示装置 4 置于交通工具 (如汽车) 的驾驶室内, 供驾驶员观看。 其中底座 44 也可以做成吸盘, 以便通过吸合方式将显示装置安装在担风玻璃等方便驾驶员观看的 地方。
显示装置 4所显示的图像信号包括由探测装置的感应探头 2探测到的距离警示信号, 以及由探测装置的摄像装置 3拍摄到的图像信号。其中, 当感应探头 2探测到汽车与障碍 物之间的距离达到一定数值时,距离警示信号将显示出对应的图像信号(由若干种彩色图 标组合而成的信号), 并发出相应的音频信号; 摄像装置 3拍摄的图像信号将全部显示于 显示装置 4上。如下表所示为感应探头 2的距离警示信号与警示距离的对应图表(其中图 像信号的彩色图标组合和声音信号可根据实际情况修改):

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种倒车探测装置, 包括安装架、 感应探头和摄像装置, 其特征在于:
所述安装架的两端设有安装孔, 感应探头安装于该安装孔内, 并在一定角度范围内 活动转动;
所述安装架的中部设有 定长度的横向定位架, 摄像装置通过定位支架安装 Τ·该横 向定位架上, 并在该横向定位架的长度范围内调节所处位置。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的倒车探测装置, 其特征在于, 所述安装架的安装孔两侧设有定 位螺钉, 用于固定感应探头的转动角度。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的倒车探测装置, 其特征在于, 所述感应探头的转动角度为 竖直方向的斜向上或斜向下 30°。
4. 根据权利要求 2所述的倒车探测装置, 其特征在于, 所述感应探头包括探头主体, 以 及安装探头主体的外壳, 其外壳上设有定位螺孔。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的倒车探测装置, 其特征在于, 所述安装架由上横梁、 下横梁和 连接部形成 "工"字型结构, 其上横梁和下横梁的中部设有横向定位架, 所述横向定 位架上设有若干个定位凸块, 该定位凸块以均匀间隔并列设置于横向定位架上。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的倒车探测装置, 其特征在于, 所述摄像装置的定位支架上设有 若干个定位凹孔, 该定位凹孔与横向定位架上的定位凸块配合, 用于调节摄像装置在 安装架上的位置。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的倒车探测装置, 其特征在于, 所述摄像装置包括摄像头, 以及 安装摄像头的外壳, 所述摄像头活动安装于外壳内, 并通过外壳两侧的螺钉固定摄像 头的转动角度。
8. 一种倒车视像探测系统, 包括探测装置和显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述探测装置经信 号传输线与显示装置连接, 所述探测装置包括安装架、 感应探头和摄像装置, 其中: 所述安装架的两端设有安装孔, 感应探头安装于该安装孔内, 并在一定角度范围内 活动转动;
所述安装架的中部设有一定长度的横向定位架, 摄像装置通过定位支架安装于该横 向定位架上, 并在该横向定位架的长度范围内调节所处位置。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的倒车视像探测系统, 其特征在于, 所述显示装置包括液晶显示 屏、 控制按键、 及其底座, 所述液晶显示屏通过转轴与底座转动连接, 用于显示来自 探测装置的图像信号。
10.根据权利要求 9所述的倒车视像探测系统, 其特征在于, 所述显示装置显示的图像信 号包括由探测装置的感应探头探测到的距离警示信号, 以及由探测装置的摄像装置拍 摄到的图像信号。
