Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil (10) pour déchiqueter un matériau, en particulier un matériau végétal, spécifiquement un matériau herbacé, comprenant un cadre (12) qui définit un compartiment (19) abritant un rouleau émietteur (20) monté avec son axe de rotation sensiblement transversal, et qui comporte au moins une ouverture (24, 26) pour le passage du matériau s'étendant longitudinalement dans l'appareil. L'appareil est muni de moyens, situés au niveau de l'ouverture longitudinale respective (24, 26), pour intercepter le matériau, et la forme des moyens d'interception respectifs les ajuste dans une direction sensiblement perpendiculaire au sol.
