Abstract

본 발명은 지면에 설치되고 내부에 저장공간이 형성되며, 외면에는 상기 저장공간이 투시되는 투시창이 형성된 본체와; 상기 저장공간에 상호 결합분리 가능하게 적층되고, 외부 전원을 공급받는 다수의 기판과; 상기 기판의 외면에 다수 설치되고, 상기 외부 전원을 공급받아 발광하여 상기 투시창을 통해 외부로 빛을 조사하는 발광다이오드 유닛과, 상기 발광다이오드 유닛을 냉각하기 위한 냉각유닛과, 상기 본체에 설치된 카메라를 구비한다. 본 발명은 볼라드의 내부에 발광하는 발광다이오드에 의해 야간에도 위치확인이 용이하기 때문에, 차량이나 보행자의 충돌을 방지할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 횡단보도를 조명하기 때문에, 횡단보도를 통행하는 보행자의 식별이 용이하여 야간에 횡단보도에서의 안전사고를 방지할 수 있는 장점이 있으며, 사고발생 시 카메라에 의해 촬영된 정보를 이용하여 원인 규명이 용이하다.
