Abstract

L'invention comprend un corps principal prévu sur la surface du sol et qui est formé de manière à comporter un espace de stockage intérieur, et sur la surface extérieure duquel est formée une fenêtre transparente permettant de voir clairement l'espace de stockage; une pluralité de plaques de base empilées de manière à pouvoir être réunies et séparées à l'intérieur de l'espace de stockage, et qui sont alimentées en énergie électrique depuis l'extérieur; des unités diodes électroluminescentes, dont une pluralité sont prévues sur les surfaces extérieures des plaques de base et qui, lorsqu'elles sont alimentées depuis l'extérieur, émettent de la lumière vers l'extérieur par la fenêtre transparente; une unité refroidissement pour refroidir l'unité diode électroluminescente; et une caméra prévue sur le corps principal. L'invention est avantageuse en ce qu'elle permet de prévenir des collisions impliquant des véhicules ou des piétons, car sa position peut être identifiée facilement, même de nuit, grâce aux diodes électroluminescentes éclairant la borne de l'intérieur. De plus, comme l'invention éclaire un passage à piétons, elle présente l'avantage de prévenir des incidents de sécurité, de nuit, sur des passages à piétons car elle permet de distinguer facilement les piétons traversant le passage, et, en cas d'incident, de clarifier facilement la cause de celui-ci grâce aux données d'image saisies par la caméra.
