Abstract

Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Entzunderungsvorrichtung zu schaffen, die im Hinblick auf ihre Leistungsfähigkeit, die Entzunderungsqualität, den Energie- und Wasserverbrauch optimal betreibbar ist und die eine hohe Verfügbarkeit aufweist. Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass die die Entzunderung des Stahlmaterials (2) in der Entzunderungsvorrichtung (8) bewirkenden Spritzdüsen (12) als statische Düsen und als dynamische oder rotierende Düsen ausgebildet sind, wobei die statischen Düsen zusammen mit Spritzbalken Spritzbalken-Paare (13) und die dynamischen oder rotierenden Düsen zusammen mit Spritzeinheiten Spritzeinheiten-Reihenpaare (23) ausbilden.
