背景技术
数字电视节目频道越来越多,例如 BTV (广播 /直播电视, Broadcast TV)、 ATV (音频电视, Audio TV) 、 NVOD (Near Video On Demand, 准视频点 播业务)等,用户可通过浏览电子节目指南(Electronic Program Guide, EPG) 的导视内容, 寻找感兴趣的内容进行观看, 还可以对某些当前没有播出的节 目进行预订, 在节目开始前自动提醒用户进入观看。
尽管存在提醒, 但用户在观看电视节目时, 还是经常由于各种原因造成 对节目的漏看, 尤其是在观看连续剧时更容易漏看掉其中的一集或几集。 这 些节目一般都可能会在本频道进行重播或其它频道进行播出。 例如, 用户可 浏览数字电视系统中提供的各个频道的 EPG, 并搜寻自己喜爱的节目进行观 看。 如果喜爱的节目播出时间未到, 可进行节目预订, 等该节目播出时, 系 统自动提醒用户观看。但这种方法需要用户记住节目播出时间或在大量 EPG 导视信息中查找后才能进行补看, 需要花费大量的时间和精力。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种电视节目的补看方法, 采用该电视节目的补看方 法能够自动统计收集用户漏看的节目信息, 当系统中存在用户漏看节目播出 时, 及时提醒用户进行观看, 从而使用户能够补看以往漏看的电视节目, 从 而免去用户通过 EPG搜寻漏看节目的麻烦。
本发明实施例还提供一种用户终端。
根据上述目的, 本发明实施例的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种电视节目的补看方法, 包括:
接收头端下发的电子节目指南 EPG信息, 获取本地漏看表和当前时间; 根据所述本地漏看表和所述当前时间, 确定所述用户终端处于非工作状 态时有漏看的节目,并根据所述 EPG信息更新所述本地漏看表中漏看的节目 ^ I 自、 .;
检测当前是否有漏看的节目播出, 如有所述漏看的节目播出, 则实施补

为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面结合附图对本发明 实施例作进一歩的详细描述。
本发明的实施例提供了一种电视节目的补看方法, 包括: 接收头端下发 的电子节目指南 EPG信息, 获取本地漏看表和当前时间; 根据本地漏看表和 当前时间, 确定用户终端处于非工作状态 (例如关机或休眠) 时有漏看的节 目, 并根据 EPG信息更新本地漏看表中漏看的节目信息; 检测当前是否有漏 看的节目播出, 如有漏看的节目播出, 则实施补看业务。 其中, 实施补看业 务包括提示用户是否选择补看漏看的节目, 以及当用户选择补看时, 切换到 目标频道播放并更新本地漏看表。 上述本地漏看表由用户设置, 且用户能通 过遥控器控制选择查看本地漏看表的详细信息。
采用上述实施例中的电视节目的补看方法, 能够通过用户对漏看信息的 一次选择, 自动搜索 EPG信息中的相关信息, 并在漏看节目出现的时候及时 提醒用户收看, 能够使得用户在错过某个节目后, 通过简便的操作即可获取 相应节目的收看情况并在节目播出的时候获得相应提示, 从而实现补看错过 的节目, 提升了用户观看节目的体验。
以下对电视节目的补看方法进行详细的介绍。
如图 1所示, 是本发明一个实施例中电视补看方法的用户终端开机处理 的流程图。
首先, 当用户终端开始工作(开机或者从休眠状态唤醒, 对应歩骤 101 ) 后, 会接收并进一歩保存头端下发的信息 (对应歩骤 103 ) , 具体为 EPG信 息, 其中包括节目的各种信息。
接着, 用户终端获取当前时间和从非易失性存储器中读取已经保存在用 户终端中的本地漏看表, 参见歩骤 105。
然后, 根据上述两歩获取的信息判断关机态或休眠态是否存在节目漏看 (对应歩骤 107 ) , 如果在关机态或休眠态时存在节目漏看, 则将漏看信息 更新到本地漏看表中 (对应歩骤 109) , 并更新与本地漏看表相应的漏看提 醒表 (对应歩骤 111 ) 。 如果不存在节目漏看则无需更新本地漏看表。 上述 的漏看提醒表和本地漏看表关联, 用户终端根据漏看提醒表和当前时间, 提 醒用户是否实施补看业务。 其中, 判断关机态或休眠态是否存在节目漏看具 体可以通过比较当前时间点和播出时间, 当前时间大于播出时间, 用户终端 将查找 EPG信息, 将 EPG信息中将要播出的集数和播出时间填写到当前进 度和播出时间。 并将此中间的所有集数均记为漏看。 以上举例是针对漏看节 目为电视剧的情况, 本地漏看表进一歩可以包括本地连续剧漏看表和本地普 通节目漏看表。 以下为存储在用户终端的非易失性存储器中的本地连续剧漏 看表的一个实例:

其中, 表 1中各字段含义如下:
序号: 表示每一条记录的唯一标识;
连续剧名称: 电视连续剧的名称;
连续剧别名: 同一连续剧节目可能存在不同的名称;
连续剧总集数: 记录本连续剧总集数;
语言种类: 记录本连续剧配音语言种类;
漏看: 记录本连续剧中漏看节目的序号, 如有多集漏看中间用逗号或其 它符号隔开; 主频道: 记录的漏看数据是以此频道为依据的。 如, 根据上表序号 1的 记录中漏看连续剧 1的第五集, 是由于主频道 CCTV1播出连续剧 1的第五 集时, 用户未观看造成的;
当前进度: 表示主频道将要播出的下一集的序号;
播出时间: 当前进度字段所表示的那集节目播出时间,此字段可包含年、 月、 日、 时、 分、 秒等信息;
不进行补看: 用户终端搜寻到用户漏看节目播出时, 提示用户是否进行 补看, 用户选择了不进行补看。 用户每选择一次不进行补看, 就记录一次该 节目的序号。 同一节目选择多次不进行补看, 就记录多次, 中间用逗号或其 它字符隔开。以便根据某种策略对用户多次选择不进行补看的节目不再提醒。
例如, 序号为 1的记录, 用户开机检测到当前的时间为 2008-08-10 18: 00: 00 , 当前时间和第 6集的播出时间比较, 发现播出时间已过。 随后将查 找 EPG信息, 检查到 2008-08-11 10: 30: 00播出第 9集, 随将此记录到当 前进度和播出时间字段, 并将此之间的第 6、 7、 8集均记录到漏看字段中。
如果用户终端处于开机的状态, 就会在 2008-08-08 10: 30: 00检测用户 终端是否处于 CCTV1频道中, 如果处于 CCTV1 , 就表示该节目用户已经观 看, 同时更新当前进度字段 (将此字段改为 7 ) , 并将播出时间修改为第 7 集播出时间。如果是最后一集也正常观看后,就将当前进度字段修改为 -1 (负 1 ) , 表示在主频道已播出完毕。
当在 EPG信息中找不到下一集的播出信息时,也将当前进度字段置为 -1, 以免用户长时间处于关机状态, 以后统计信息的时候就不用统计了。 最后, 根据 EPG信息, 依次检测所有频道的所有节目信息, 查找当前是 否有漏看的节目播出 (对应歩骤 113 ) , 如果有漏看节目播出则实施开展补 看业务 (对应歩骤 115 ) , 如果无漏看节目播出则继续当前的基本业务 (对 应歩骤 117 ) 。
本地漏看表还可以包括本地普通节目漏看表, 该表的基本格式如下:

下面阐述表 2中各字段含义:
序号: 是每一条节目记录的唯一标识;
节目名称: 电视节目的名称;
节目别名: 同一节目可能存在不同的名称;
语言种类: 记录本节目配音语言种类;
是否漏看: 记录本节目在主频道中是否漏看;
主频道: 记录的漏看数据以此主频道为依据。 如, 根据上表序号 2的记 录中漏看节目 2, 是由于主频道 XX卫视播放节目 2时, 用户未观看造成的; 是否播出过: 表示此节目在主频道中是否已播出; 播出时间: 主频道中播出此节目的时间, 此字段可包含年、 月、 日、 时、 分、 秒等信息;
不进行补看次数: 用户终端搜寻到用户漏看节目播出时, 提示用户是否 进行补看, 具体可以通过将提示信息播放在显示屏上或播放提示音等。 如果 用户选择不进行补看, 则用户每选择一次不进行补看, 该记录值就加一。 该 记录值初始值为 0。 以便根据某种策略对用户多次选择不进行补看的节目不 再提醒, 例如预先设置用户选择不进行补看的次数大于特定的数目, 用户终 端即认为不需再观看此节目, 可取消对于该节目的提醒。
更进一歩, 也可以对本地漏看表的两种类型的表格一本地连续剧漏看 表和本地普通节目漏看表, 其中的某些字段适当调整合成一张不区分连续剧 和普通节目的表格。 上述本地漏看表保存在用户终端的非易失性存储器中, 保证本地漏看表在关机断电时信息不丢失。
与本地漏看表关联的还可以包括漏看提醒表, 图 1中歩骤 111需根据歩 骤 109的实施情况, 更新此漏看提醒表。 表 3是漏看提醒表的一个实例, 基 本格式如下:

表 3中各字段含义如下:
序号: 表示每一条记录的唯一标识; 漏看关联表: 值为 1时表示对应的本地连续剧漏看表, 值为 2时表示对 应的本地普通节目漏看表。 如果将本地连续剧漏看表和本地普通频道漏看表 合而为一, 则可将此字段省略;
漏看关联序号: 本地漏看表中的记录号 (序号) , 通过此字段将漏看提 醒表和本地漏看表进行关联;
节目序号: 当值为非零时表示为连续剧中的第几集, 当值为零时表示普 通节目;
播出时间: 相关节目的播出时间, 此字段可包含年、 月、 日、 时、 分、 秒等信息;
播出频道: 记录节目在那个频道上播出;
例如, 联合本地漏看表中的本地连续剧漏看表表 1和漏看提醒表表 3, 上述漏看提醒表中序号为 3的记录表示: 用户漏看的电视连续剧 3中的第 5 集将在 SZTV的 14: 30分播出。
漏看提醒表可保存在非易失性存储器中也可保存在用户终端的内存中。 获取本地漏看表之前还包括设置本地漏看表,可对应上述图 1歩骤 105, 如图 2所示, 是本发明实施例中设置跟踪漏看节目信息的流程图。
歩骤 201, 用户当前正在进行基本业务。
歩骤 203, 在进行基本业务时用户可触发并进入漏看节目管理页面, 根 据喜好从 EPG信息中选择节目进行跟踪即将此节目记录在本地漏看表中。
歩骤 205, 用户设置跟踪某节目后, 系统判断该节目是否为连续剧节目。 具体通过判断头端下发的 EPG信息的节目名称中是否包括括号 " () ", 以 及括号中是否为数字, 来确定跟踪的节目是否为连续剧节目。 因此, 头端对 应下发的 EPG消息的节目名称中电视机节目的命名方式, 需如: "电视连续 剧名称" + " ( " + "集数" + " ) " , 例如: 流金岁月 (11 ) 。
歩骤 207, 如果跟踪的节目为连续剧, 继续判断当前节目是否为连续剧 的第一集。 如果跟踪的节目不是连续剧的第一集, 则到歩骤 209, 否则, 进 入歩骤 213。
歩骤 209, 当跟踪的节目不是连续剧的第一集时, 询问用户从第一集到 当前集的观看情况。
歩骤 211, 根据用户回答的观看情况, 增加一条记录到本地漏看表, 填 写相应的漏看字段。 例如, 当前是第 5集, 用户也同样错过了前面的 4集, 即可在漏看字段填写 1, 2, 3, 4, 5。
歩骤 213, 当跟踪的节目是电视剧或跟踪的节目是连续剧的第一集时, 增加一条记录到本地漏看表。 例如, 当跟踪的节目是连续剧的第一集时, 可 增加一条记录到本地连续剧漏看表, 并在漏看字段填写 1 ; 当跟踪的节目不 是电视剧时, 可增加一条记录到本地普通节目漏看表。
歩骤 215, 根据本地漏看表和 EPG信息更新漏看提醒表。
歩骤 217, 在 EPG信息中依次检测所有频道的所有节目信息, 判断当前 是否有漏看的节目播出。 如果没有漏看的节目播出, 执行 219歩骤, 否则执 行 221歩骤。
歩骤 219, 在当前没有漏看的节目播出的情况下, 实施基本业务。
歩骤 221, 在当前有漏看的节目播出的情况下, 实施补看业务。
用户对于漏看节目的管理, 除了上述的设置跟踪漏看节目信息外, 还包 括对漏看节目信息的删除。 用户在进行基本业务时可触发 (具体可通过遥控器) 并进入漏看节目管 理页面, 在此管理页面中用户可查看系统中已跟踪的所有节目, 以及节目漏 看情况。 用户可在此页面上进行设置新节目的跟踪, 也可删除对于某节目的 跟踪。 在用户删除了对某节目的跟踪, 则用户终端会将相关记录在本地漏看 表中删除, 不再对此节目进行搜索和漏看提醒, 并同时删除漏看提醒表中的 相关记录。
用户终端对用户设置的漏看信息的管理, 包括对漏看信息的更新, 具体 可以是图 1中歩骤 109中的更新本地漏看表。 如图 3所示, 是本发明一个实 施例中更新漏看节目信息的流程图。
歩骤 301, 当前用户终端正开展基本业务。
歩骤 303, 当接收到头端下发的 EPG信息后, 检测并判断此 EPG信息 是否存在更新信息, 如有更新进入 305歩骤, 否则进入 313歩骤。
歩骤 305, 用户终端接收头端下发的 EPG信息, 并将上述信息保存到用 户终端中。
歩骤 307, 根据上述的 EPG信息更新漏看提醒表。
歩骤 309, 判断此时是否有漏看的节目播出, 如果有漏看节目播出则进 入歩骤 311, 否则进入歩骤 313。
歩骤 311, 当有漏看节目播出时, 实施补看业务。
歩骤 313, 当头端下发的信息没有更新, 或当前没有漏看的节目播出时, 进一歩判断用户设置的跟踪节目播出时段用户是否在该频道观看, 如果用户 观看了设置的跟踪节目, 则进入歩骤 315, 否则进入歩骤 317。上述判断具体 可以是在该节目的播出时间判断用户终端是否在本地漏看表的指定频道中, 如果处于指定频道中, 用户终端则可确定用户观看了设置的跟踪节目。
歩骤 315, 当用户观看了设置的跟踪节目, 进一歩判断上述节目是否是 电视剧。 如果是, 进入歩骤 319, 否则进入歩骤 321。
歩骤 317,如果用户在播出时段用户没有在设定的频道观看漏看的节目, 则更新本地漏看表中的当前进度和漏看字段信息并继续当前的基本业务。 例 如参考表 1, 如果用户错过了电视剧 2的第 10集, 则将表 1的漏看字段增加 10, 当前进度字段更改为 11。 表示漏看了第 10集, 将要播出的是第 11集。
歩骤 319, 当用户观看了设置的跟踪节目, 且跟踪节目为电视剧时, 则 更新本地连续剧漏看表中当前进度字段并继续当前的基本业务。 例如参考表 1, 如果用户观看了电视剧 2的第 10集, 则将当前进度字段更改为 11, 表示 将要播出的是第 11集。
歩骤 321, 当用户观看了设置的跟踪节目, 且跟踪节目为非连续剧的普 通节目时, 则删除本地普通节目漏看表中相关记录并继续当前的基本业务。
歩骤 323, 当完成了歩骤 317或歩骤 319或歩骤 321中的更新过程后, 用户终端继续实施基本业务。
与上述漏看信息的更新对应的, 当完成本地漏看表的更新后, 还需更新 漏看提醒表。 当头端信息更新或新设置跟踪节目时用户终端进行漏看节目搜 索, 并将搜索结果保存到漏看提醒表。 当删除跟踪节目时, 需更新漏看提醒 表, 将相关的记录删除。 在提醒用户是否开展补看业务后, 将相应的提醒记 录从漏看提醒表中删除。 下面具体介绍如何实施补看业务, 补看业务的实施具体可对应图 1中歩 骤 115。 如图 4所示, 是本发明实施例中实施补看业务的流程图。
歩骤 401, 补看业务开始。
歩骤 403, 在实施基本业务时, 如果用户终端判断用户漏看节目播出时, 弹出提示信息让用户选择是否进行补看, 如果用户选择是则进行歩骤 407, 否则进入歩骤 405。 其中, 当判断用户漏看节目播出时, 可以根据某种策略 对用户进行提醒。 例如, 可以在漏看节目播出前, 提前一段时间进行一次提 醒; 可以在漏看节目播出前, 提前一段时间提醒后, 并在漏看节目播出时之 前, 提示信息持续显示在显示屏上或进行短时间间隔的闪烁显示; 可以使用 声音或语音进行提醒; 也可以将语音和显示屏提醒相结合。
歩骤 405, 当用户选择不补看时, 更新本地漏看表, 记录和统计用户对 于此节目选择不补看的次数, 以及用户累计选择不补看的次数。 以便根据某 种策略对用户多次选择不进行补看的节目不再提醒, 例如预先设置用户选择 不进行补看的次数大于特定的数目, 用户终端即认为不需再观看此节目, 可 取消对于该节目的提醒。
歩骤 407, 切换到本地漏看表中对应的目标频道。
歩骤 409, 判断漏看的节目是不是电视剧节目。 如果是转到 411歩骤, 否则转到 413歩骤。
歩骤 411, 如果漏看的节目是电视剧, 则在本地连续剧漏看表中删除本 集漏看标记。
歩骤 413, 如果漏看的节目是普通节目, 则在本地普通节目漏看表中删 除关于本节目的记录。 歩骤 415, 在本地连续剧漏看表中删除本集漏看标记后, 还要进一歩判 断用户是否已观看本连续剧的每一集, 即该电视剧对应的所有节目。 如果已 经看完, 进入 417歩骤, 否则进入 419歩骤。
歩骤 417, 提示用户连续剧已观看完毕并删除本地漏看表中的关于本连 续剧的跟踪记录。
歩骤 419, 补看业务结束。
上述实施例中的用户终端,可以包括数字电视机顶盒、数字电视一体机、 个人电脑和手持终端等设备。
综上所述, 采用本发明实施例的电视节目的补看方法, 能够通过用户对 漏看信息的一次选择, 自动搜索 EPG信息中的相关信息并返回搜索结果, 使 得用户在有限和少量的结果中查找, 提高了搜索结果的针对性。 并在漏看节 目出现的时候及时提醒用户收看, 能够使得用户在错过某个节目后, 通过简 便的操作即可获取相应节目的收看情况并在节目播出的时候获得相应提示, 以免再次错过,从而实现补充观看错过的节目,提升了用户观看节目的体验。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种用户终端, 如图 5所示, 是本发明实施例 中用户终端的模块结构示意图。 用户终端包括接收模块、 判断模块、 更新模 块和补看模块, 其中, 接收模块用于在用户终端开始工作后, 接收头端下发 的电子节目指南 EPG信息, 获取本地漏看表和当前时间; 判断模块, 与接收 模块相连, 用于根据本地漏看表和当前时间, 判断在用户终端处于非工作状 态时有漏看的节目; 更新模块, 与接收模块相连, 用于根据 EPG信息更新本 地漏看表中漏看的节目信息; 补看模块, 与判断模块相连, 用于按照规则依 次检测当前是否有漏看的节目播出,如有漏看的节目播出,则实施补看业务。 上述的本地漏看表包括本地连续剧漏看表和本地普通节目漏看表。 用户 终端还可以包括储存模块, 用于储存本地连续剧漏看表和本地普通节目漏看 表, 以及与本地连续剧漏看表和本地普通节目漏看表关联的漏看提醒表。
用户终端还可以包括提醒模块, 用于根据漏看提醒表中的漏看的节目播 出的时间, 提醒用户是否实施补看业务。
其中, 本地连续剧漏看表、 本地普通节目漏看表和漏看提醒表可具体参 考方法实施例中的表 1、 表 2和表 3中的示例, 此处不再赘述。
上述实施例中的用户终端,可以包括数字电视机顶盒、数字电视一体机、 个人电脑和手持终端等设备。
综上所述, 采用本发明实施例的用户终端, 能够通过用户对漏看信息的 一次选择, 自动搜索 EPG信息中的相关信息, 并在漏看节目出现的时候及时 提醒用户收看, 能够使得用户在错过某个节目后, 通过简便的操作即可获取 相应节目的收看情况并在节目播出的时候获得相应提示, 从而实现补看错过 的节目, 提升了用户观看节目的体验。
结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的方法或算法的歩骤可以直接用硬件、 处理器执行的软件模块, 或者二者的结合来实施。 软件模块可以置于随机存 储器 (RAM) 、 内存、 只读存储器 (ROM) 、 电可编程 ROM、 电可擦除可 编程 ROM、 寄存器、 硬盘、 可移动磁盘、 CD-ROM、 或技术领域内所公知 的任意其它形式的存储介质中。

1、 一种电视节目的补看方法, 其特征在于, 所述的方法包括: 接收头端下发的电子节目指南 EPG信息, 获取本地漏看表和当前时间; 根据所述本地漏看表和所述当前时间, 确定用户终端处于非工作状态时 有漏看的节目, 并根据所述 EPG信息更新所述本地漏看表中漏看的节目信 息;
检测当前是否有漏看的节目播出, 如有所述漏看的节目播出, 则实施补
2、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述本地漏看表包括本地连 续剧漏看表和本地普通节目漏看表。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述实施补看业务包括: 提示用户是否选择补看所述漏看的节目;
当用户选择补看时, 切换到目标频道播放并更新所述本地漏看表。
4、如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述切换到目标频道播放并 更新所述本地漏看表具体包括:
切换到目标频道;
判断所述漏看的节目是否为连续剧节目;
如果所述漏看的节目是连续剧节目, 则删除在所述本地连续剧漏看表中 当前集的漏看标记, 并判断所述连续剧节目是否已经观看完毕, 如果已经观 看完毕, 则提示用户所述连续剧节目已经观看完毕并删除所述本地漏看表中 的关于所述连续剧的跟踪记录;
如果所述漏看的节目不是连续剧节目, 则在所述本地普通节目漏看表中 删除关于所述漏看的节目的跟踪记录。
5、如权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述按照规则依 次检测当前是否有漏看的节目播出为:在所述 EPG信息中依次检测所有频道 的所有节目信息, 查找当前是否有漏看的节目播出。
6、如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取本地漏看表之前还 包括设置本地漏看表;
所述设置本地漏看表包括:
根据所述 EPG信息选择所述漏看的节目进行跟踪,并将所述漏看的节目 信息记录在本地漏看表中;
判断所述漏看的节目是否为电视剧节目;
如果所述漏看的节目是连续剧节目, 确定所述漏看的节目对应的电视剧 节目的集数大于一, 则根据用户输入的所述电视剧节目的从第一集到当前集 的收看情况, 在所述本地连续剧漏看表中增加一条记录;
如果所述漏看的节目不是连续剧节目, 则在所述本地普通节目漏看表中 增加一条记录。
7、如权利要求 6所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述设置本地漏看表之后, 还包括设置漏看提醒表, 所述漏看提醒表与所述本地连续剧漏看表和所述本 地普通节目漏看表关联;
在所述本地漏看表中增加一条记录后, 还包括根据所述本地漏看表和 EPG信息更新所述漏看提醒表。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 取消对所 述漏看的节目的跟踪, 并将所述漏看的节目信息从所述本地漏看表和所述漏 看提醒表中删除。
9、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述 EPG信息更 新所述本地漏看表中漏看的节目信息为:
判断所述漏看的节目是否在播出时段处于相应的频道播放;
如果是, 当所述漏看的节目为电视剧节目时, 更新所述本地连续剧漏看 表中的当前进度; 当所述漏看的节目不是电视剧节目时, 删除所述本地普通 节目漏看表中所述漏看的节目的相关记录。
10、 一种用户终端, 其特征在于, 所述的用户终端包括接收模块、 判断 模块、 更新模块和补看模块, 其中,
所述接收模块用于在用户终端开始工作后, 接收头端下发的电子节目指 南 EPG信息, 获取本地漏看表和当前时间;
所述判断模块, 与所述接收模块相连, 用于根据所述本地漏看表和所述 当前时间, 判断在所述用户终端处于非工作状态时有漏看的节目;
所述更新模块, 与所述接收模块相连,用于根据所述 EPG信息更新所述 本地漏看表中漏看的节目信息;
所述补看模块, 与所述判断模块相连, 用于按照规则依次检测当前是否 有漏看的节目播出, 如有所述漏看的节目播出, 则实施补看业务。
11、如权利要求 10所述的用户终端, 其特征在于, 所述本地漏看表包括 本地连续剧漏看表和本地普通节目漏看表;
所述用户终端还包括:
储存模块,用于储存所述本地连续剧漏看表和所述本地普通节目漏看表, 以及与所述本地连续剧漏看表和所述本地普通节目漏看表关联的漏看提醒 表;
提醒模块, 用于根据所述漏看提醒表中的所述漏看的节目播出的时间, 提醒用户是否实施补看业务。
12、 如权利要求 10或 11所述的用户终端, 其特征在于, 所述用户终端 是数字电视机顶盒、 数字电视一体机、 个人电脑或手持终端。
