Abstract

La présente invention concerne généralement des procédés, des compositions, des systèmes et des utilisations pour permettre la bioproduction de ou l'augmentation de la bioproduction de molécules d'alcool par des micro-organismes. Certains modes de réalisation concernent des compositions et des procédés permettant ou augmentant la bioproduction de molécules d'alcool à 4 carbones par des bactéries. Dans certains modes de réalisation, des compositions et des procédés concernent l'ajout d'isobutyryl-CoA isomérase à une culture de micro-organismes pour permettre ou augmenter la bioproduction d'alcools à quatre carbones. La présente invention concerne en outre des variantes des voies de biosynthèse pour la bioproduction microbienne de butanol et/ou d'isobutanol.
