Abstract

The present invention provides a game simulator booth system for virtual reality inside which a game simulator for various kinds of virtual reality simulations such as exploration and battle is installed. The game simulator booth system for virtual reality can be easily and conveniently installed in a certain space as a game simulator booth is formed as one independent structure. Therefore a user can experience various kinds of virtual reality simulations. In addition, the game simulator booth system for virtual reality controls the opening and closing of a booth door in linkage with the operation of the game simulator. Therefore, outsiders are prevented from entering the booth and accidents are prevented when the game simulator is in operation. The booth system comprises a booth, game simulator, main server, and control panel. The booth is formed by a plurality of walls for forming the inner space of a predetermined size. The booth door is formed at one side of the booth so that the user can enter into the inner space. The game simulator is installed in the inner space in order to provide physically realized virtual reality to the user. A riding unit for the user to ride is equipped in the game simulator in order to provide the user the sensation of motion. A screen and projector are also equipped in the game simulator in order to provide the user visual stimuli. The main server comprises a simulation-algorithm module and a control module. The simulation-algorithm module produces the data for physically realizing the virtual reality. The control module controls the operation of both the booth and game simulator. The control panel is installed on the external surface of the booth walls in order to receive an operating signal for the booth and game simulator from the user and is connected to the main server in order to transfer the inputted operating signal to the main server.
