Abstract

본 발명은 제품이 적정 보존 온도 이상의 고온 환경에 노출된 상태로 유통되거나 사용되면 제품의 품질에 중대한 영향을 줄 수 있는 경우 소비자가 쉽게 품질 변화 가능성 여부를 확인할 수 있도록 제품 포장재에 부착할 수 있도록 고안된 고온 노출 이력 확인 표지물에 관한 발명이다. 본 발명의 고온 노출 이력 확인 표지물은 유색 또는 무색의 일정한 형태를 가진 물질(12)(이하 "내부 물질"이라 함)을 "내부 물질"과 다른 색상 또는 무색 물질(11)(이하 "외부 물질"이라 함)이 입체적으로 둘러 싸고 있는 형태로 구성되며 이를 다시 유출 방지를 위해 투명물질(13)로 밀봉한 형태로 구성된다. 따라서 본 발명의 온도 변화 이력 식별용 표지가 부착된 냉동 또는 냉장 제품이 보존 온도 이상의 고온 환경에 장시간 노출되면 일차적으로 "외부 물질"이 해동되어 액상으로 변하고 다음으로 "내부 물질"이 "외부 물질"과 자연적으로 혼합되게 되며, 이후 다시 보존 온도 이하의 환경에 도달하여도 "내부 물질"이 초기에 가지고 있던 형태가 훼손되어 소비자가 육안으로 쉽게 온도 변화 이력을 확인할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
