[44] 如图 11所示, 卡扣的组装, 首先将旋转体 4从第一分体端面的通孔伸出, 旋转 体 4固定片与通孔卡接固定, 然后将旋转体 4的环形凹槽 43滑行于卡扣体端侧半 封闭式夹持槽 31的夹持路径 311内, 直至旋转体 4的旋转凸块 42碰触到卡擎块 323 的条形凸起 3231 (如图 11a所示) , 此吋, 只需稍用力继续推动旋转体 4, 卡擎块 323即压迫弹簧片 33且驱动卡擎块上的凸起 3231、 3232退出夹持槽 31, 则旋转体 4失去卡擎块 323的干涉作用可滑行到夹持路径的尽头, 此吋旋转凸块 42的固定 凹槽 421和定位缺口 422正好与卡擎块 323的条形凸起 3231和圆形凸起 3232的位置 对应 (如图 l ib所示) , 接着, 条形凸起 3231和圆形凸起 3232在弹簧片 33恢复力 作用重新伸出卡扣体 3, 并且分别卡入旋转凸块 4的固定凹槽和定位缺口内, 从 而锁定旋转体 4, 干涉旋转体 4脱离卡扣体 3 (如图 11c所示) 。
[45] 如图 12所示, 卡扣的拆卸分解和旋转定位, 只需按压弹性卡擎件的按压控制件 321, 按压控制件 321压缩复位弹簧 322, 同吋按压控制件 321的插入部 3212插入 卡擎块 323与卡扣体 3之间的间隙, 迫使卡擎块 323压缩弹簧片 33, 使得卡擎块 32 3的条形凸起和圆形凸起退出夹持槽 31, 此吋旋转体 4失去卡擎块 323的干涉作用 , 可顺利的滑出夹持槽 31 (如图 12a所示) , 从而达到拆卸分解目的, 进行下一 步的更换; 松开按压控制件 321, 按压控制件 321在复位弹簧 322恢复力作用下恢 复常态, 并带动插入部 3212退出卡擎块 323与卡扣体 3之间的间隙, 此吋卡擎块 3 23的条形凸起 3231和圆形凸起 3232在弹簧片 33恢复力作用下重新伸出卡扣体 3 ( 如图 12b所示) 。 而当需要调整保护套角度吋, 左右转动保护套, 带动旋转体左 右转动, 驱动旋转凸块其它缺口与卡擎块圆形凸起重新咬合定位即可, 从而调 节保护套角度、 适应使用者不同姿势的需求。
[46] 上述实施方式并不局限于手机保护套, 也可应用于电脑包、 相机套或化妆包等 保护套。

[48] 本实施例的实施方式与实施例 1基本相同, 不同之处仅在于该实施方式中连接 组件釆用卡扣结构, 该卡扣结构包括配合使用的卡入部和凹槽部, 卡入部设于 第一分体的连接位置上, 凹槽部设于第二分体的连接位置上。

[1] 一种电子产品保护套, 具有一套体, 其特征在于: 所述套体为拆卸式, 其 包括至少两个分体, 相邻分体于连接位置设有使分体形成套体的连接组件
[2] 根据权利要求 1所述的电子产品保护套, 其特征在于: 所述拆卸式套体包括 彼此分解的第一分体和第二分体, 第一、 第二分体于连接位置设有使分体 形成套体的连接组件。
[3] 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的电子产品保护套, 其特征在于: 所述连接组件为 拉链结构, 其中拉链结构的两条啮合链条分别设于相邻分体的连接位置上
[4] 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的电子产品保护套, 其特征在于: 所述连接组件为 卡扣结构, 其中卡扣结构包括配合使用的卡入部和凹槽部, 卡入部设于相 邻分体之一的连接位置上, 凹槽部设于相邻分体另一的连接位置上。
[5] 根据权利要求 1所述的电子产品保护套, 其特征在于: 还包括一装卸式卡扣
, 所述装卸式卡扣包括卡扣体和旋转体, 卡扣体一端侧通过弹簧片连接有 夹板, 相对于夹板端侧设有一与旋转体装卸配合连接的夹持结构, 及卡扣 体内设有锁定或释放旋转体的弹性卡擎件。
[6] 根据权利要求 5所述的电子产品保护套, 其特征在于: 所述夹持结构为半封 闭式夹持槽, 其一端设有开口, 从开口端向其相对端延伸形成一夹持路径 , 及所述旋转体设有与夹持路径滑行配合的环形凹槽。
[7] 根据权利要求 5所述的电子产品保护套, 其特征在于: 所述弹性卡擎件由弹 簧片压制组装于卡扣体内, 其包括: 一设于卡扣体内部且伸出卡扣体的按 压控制件、 一为按压控制件提供复位动作的复位弹簧、 及一与按压控制件 保持连动的卡擎块; 其中:
上述按压控制件一端为按压部, 相对按压部的另一端为带倾斜导入面的插 入部, 该插入部与卡擎块抵靠接触;
上述复位弹簧两端分别与按压控制件和卡扣体相顶抵;
上述卡擎块底部与弹簧片抵靠接触, 顶部设有伸出卡扣体且与旋转体相咬 合的的凸起, 凸起包括干涉旋转体脱离夹持结构的条形凸起及为旋转体提 供旋转定位的圆形凸起; 及
所述旋转体设有一旋转凸块, 该旋转凸块中部设有与上述条形凸起咬合连 接的固定凹槽, 周端设有若干个与上述圆形凸起咬合连接的定位缺口。
[8] 根据权利要求 1所述的电子产品保护套, 其特征在于: 所述套体内设有至少 一个防震气垫, 防震气垫设有由若干个气囊组成的气囊阵列, 且防震气垫 与套体缝接固定形成一体。
[9] 根据权利要求 8所述的电子产品保护套, 其特征在于: 所述套体内相对两端 面分别设有防震气垫, 每一防震气垫分别与套体内端面缝接固定。
[10] 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的电子产品保护套, 其特征在于: 所述防震气垫外 侧设有防护包覆面, 防护包覆面与防震气垫气囊阵列的形状相匹配。
[11] 根据权利要求 1所述的电子产品保护套, 其特征在于: 所述套体设有内衬, 内衬与套体适应配合且一体注塑成型。
[12] 根据权利要求 11所述的电子产品保护套, 其特征在于: 所述内衬设有与套 体配合使用的厚身段和薄身段, 厚身段和薄身段连续且一体成型。
[13] 根据权利要求 11所述的电子产品保护套, 其特征在于: 所述内衬设有与套 体配合使用的凹凸位和开孔, 凹凸位、 开孔分别与内衬一体成型。
