本发明涉及婴儿或幼龄儿童用座椅,更具体的说是一种使用灵活 方便的可调节婴儿高椅。
背景技术
婴儿高椅是一种能够支撑婴儿或幼龄儿童至成人座椅高度的椅 子, 主要是方便成人能够坐在座位上给婴儿喂食或交流,使婴儿无需 仰枧即可与成人互动,有利于促进婴儿对成人的亲切感。 不过现有的 高椅一般都是预制成固定的高度, 且为了保证椅子的稳定性, 制作成 无法旋转和调节的固定结构。 由于每个不同的成人的身高都不一样, 而且随着时间的发展, 儿童的体型也大小不一, 这样固定结构高度的 高椅就 使用多种不同的场合或不同的时间段,造成使用上的不方 便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足, 提供一种结构灵活方 便, 适用广泛的可调节婴儿高椅。
本产品采用下述技术方案实现上述目的。
本设计公开了一种可调节婴儿高椅, 包括支脚部分和座椅部分, 座椅部分主要由座位、 靠背和餐盘构成, 座位两側设有扶手, 所述座 椅部分通过高度调节机构和转向调节机构与支脚部分连接,所述靠背 通过倾斜调节机构与座位连接。本发明通过高度调节机构使婴儿坐在 高椅上能够与任何体型的成人平视,转向调节机构令高椅的摆放不受 空间角度的限制, 靠背通过倾斜调节机构可以适用不同体型婴儿。本 设计灵活多变, 能够自由调节合适的尺寸, 给生活带来 ^艮大的更利。
更进一步的本设计所述的餐盘可以通过前后调节机构安装在座 位前方。
上述调节机构的具体构造是:
高度调节机构包括分别与座椅部分和支脚部分连接的、相对嵌套 且可以相对滑动的内外套管以及穿过外套管的定位旋钮。
靠背下端通过转轴与座位转动连接,所述倾斜调节机构设置在靠 背背面可调节的连接座位两侧扶手。倾斜调节机构包括一门形靠背支 撑、 复位弹簧和按手, 靠背支撑的部分横梁、 复位弹簧和按手安装在 靠背背面的壳体中, 复位弹簧和按手相对分别位于横梁上下侧, 靠背 支撑可相对壳体上下滑动,靠背背面设有靠背支撑两側调节杆的定向 环, 座位两侧扶手上设有多个与调节杆配合的定位孔。
转向调节机构包括固定在座椅部分下部的转轴,依次嵌套在转轴 上的压缩弹簧和上齿轮以及固定在转轴下端、 与上齿轮配合的下齿 轮, 上述机构安装在座椅下侧的套管中。
前后调节机构包括安装在餐盘两内侧的调节按钮、调节扣和压迫 调节扣前端向内转动的扭簧, 调节按鈕的前端与调节扣的后端配合, 座位两侧扶手上设有多个与调节扣前端配合的卡座。
为节省材料及兼顾高椅的结构稳定性,本设计支脚部分包括 U形 底座, 安装在 U 形底座中部倾斜支撑杆和支撑杆上端的竖直套管构 成。并在 u形底座的两側末部设有滚轮, 中部设有防滑垫,便于移动。 综上所述,本发明具有多个人性化的设置, 能够更具实际使用情 况对高椅的结构进行调节,使用灵活方便。 结构设计兼顾安全性和成 本, 且外形美观。 相对于现有技术具有实质性特点和进步。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明做进一步的说明。
从图 1所示的可调节婴儿高椅的结构可以看出,高椅主要包括支 脚部分 2和座椅部分 1。 座椅部分 1 .由座位 11、 靠背 12、 餐盘 13、 盘子 14和玩具 15构成, 餐盘 13、 盘子 14和玩具 15安装在座位 11 的前方, 靠背 12下端通过转轴 16与座位 11连接, 与座位 11两側的 扶手 17形成包围式结构, 保证了婴儿坐在其中的安全性。 支脚部分 2包括 U形底座 21,安装在 U形底座 21中部倾斜支撑杆 22和支撑杆 22上端的竖直套管 23构成, 这种结构即节省材料又保证了结构的稳 定性。 且 U形底座 21的两侧末部设有滚轮 24, 中部设有防滑垫 25, 有利于高椅的移动和定位。 ― 上述餐盘 13通过前后调节机构 3安装在座位 11前方,座椅部分 1通过高度调节机构 5和转向调节机构 6与支脚部分 2连接,靠背 12 通过倾斜调节机构 4与座位 11连接。本发明设有多个可调节的机构, 使得高椅的尺寸和规格可以进行人性化的调节,适用不同人群和环境 使用, 具体的调节过程如下述。
餐盘 13的前后调节机构 3的具体结构结合图 1、 图 2所示, 包 括安装在餐盘 13两内侧的调节按钮 31、 调节扣 32和压迫调节扣 2 前端向内转动的扭簧 33。 调节按钮 31的前端与调节扣 32的后端配 合 ,座位 11两侧扶手 17上设有多个与调节扣 32前端配合的卡座 171。 在按下调节按钮 31时能够压迫调节扣 32的后端,使其前端赵起, 与 卡座 171脱离, 如图 2中箭头所示, 便可以前后滑动餐盘 13。 移动 至合适的位置上松开调节按钮 31 , 调节扣 32前端在扭簧 33的作用 下与卡座 171再次配合, 从而实现定位。 餐盘 13的前后调节可以调 节座位 11的空间大小, 以便于适用不同年龄的婴儿。
高椅的高度调节结合图 3和图 4所示,所述高度调节 勾 6包括 分别与座椅部分 1连接的内套管 61和与支脚部分连接外套管 62,内、 外套管 61、 62相对嵌套且可以相对滑动, 定位旋钮 63 穿过外套管 62与内套管 61配合定位。松开定位旋钮 63即可松开内、外套管 61、 62 , 使其可以相对滑动, 如图中箭头所示, 降低后的高度如图 4所。 倾斜调节机构 的具体结构如图 6所示, 包括一门形靠背支撑 42、 复位弹簧 43和按手 41。 靠背支撑 42的部分横梁、 复位弹簧 43 和按手 41安装在靠背 12背面的壳体中,复位弹簧 43和按手 41相对 分别位于横梁上下侧。 靠背支撑 42可相对壳体上下滑动, 靠背 12背 面设有靠背支撑 42两侧调节杆的定向环 121 , 座位 11两侧扶手 17 上设有多个与调节杆配合的定位孔 172。 为了婴儿坐得更舒服可以调 节靠背 . 12的倾斜度, 如图 5所示, 按下按手 41升高靠背支撑 42两 侧调节杆脱离定位孔 172, 即可松开靠背 12与座位 11的锁定。 使得 靠背 12绕转轴 16转动, 如图 7所示, 直至合适的位置。 松开按手 41 , 复位弹簧 43使调节杆再次插入定位孔 172 , 即可实现靠背 12与 座位 11的锁定。
座椅部分 1的转向调节如图 8中箭头所示,座椅 1可以来回转动 以适用不同摆放位置的需要,座椅部分 1在相对支脚部分 2转动过程 可以实现自锁定。转向调节机构 5如图 9所示, 包括固定在座椅部分 1下部的转轴 51 , 依次嵌套在转轴 51上的压缩弹簧 52和上齿轮 53 以及固定在转轴 51下端、 与上齿轮 53配合的下齿轮 54, 上述机构 安装在座椅部分 1下侧的套管中。 在本实施例中, 下齿轮 54通过六 角螺母 55固定在转轴 51的下端,在转轴 51的外侧压缩弹簧 52的上 端套接有胶套 56, 胶套 56与转轴 51之间设有轴承 57。 座椅部分 1 的转动带动转轴 51和其下端的下齿轮 54转动, 下齿轮 54的转动推 动上齿轮 53向上运动和压缩弹簧 52压缩, 每转过一个齿, 上、 下齿 轮 53、 54在压缩弹簧 52的推动下实现定位。这种自锁定机构在转动 的推力不大于压缩弹簧 52的弹力时能够实现锁定, 当大于压缩弹簧 52的弹力时解锁转动。 座椅部分 1相对于支脚部分 2转动后的结构 可以如图 10所示。
综上所述本发明设有多种人性化的调节机构,可以使得婴儿高椅 的具有符合人体工程学的使用结构,本发明的保护结构并不局限于上 述实施例的结构,任何采用与本方案类似的可调节婴儿高椅均为本专 利所要求保护的范围。

1. 一种可调节婴儿高椅, 包括支脚部分和座椅部分, 座椅部分主要 由座位、 靠背和餐盘构成, 座位两侧设有扶手, 其特征是所述座 椅部分通过高度调节机构和转向调节机构与支脚部分连接, 所述 靠背通过倾斜调节机构与座位连接。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的可调节婴儿高椅, 其特征是所述餐盘通过 前后调节机构安装在座位前方。
3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的可调节婴儿高椅, 其特征是所述高度调节 机构包括分别与座椅部分和支脚部分连接的、 相对嵌套且可以相 对滑动的内外套管以及穿过外套管的定位旋钮。
