Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil de recyclage d’emballages présentant des circonférences extérieures scellées avec des films thermorétractables, l’appareil de recyclage d’emballages recueillant des emballages pour leur recyclage, et éliminant, sur une ligne automatisée, des films thermorétractables depuis les circonférences extérieures des emballages de manière sécurisée en vue du recyclage des emballages. L’appareil de recyclage d’emballages comporte un corps principal (100); une paire de bandes transporteuses (200) disposées sur un côté du corps principal pour le transport séquentiel d’emballages (1) déposés sur les bandes transporteuses pour recyclage; un rouleau brosses (300) qui est transporté par les bandes transporteuses latérales pour enlever des matières étrangères depuis les films thermorétractables scellés sur les emballages; un dispositif d’irradiation laser (400) qui est transporté par les bandes transporteuses latérales pour découper les films thermorétractables scellés sur les circonférences extérieures des emballages en des largeurs prédéterminées; et une pluralité de dispositifs de pulvérisation d’air (500) et des rouleaux à brosses (600) pour ouvrir et nettoyer les ouvertures des films thermorétractables découpés par l’irradiateur laser pour séparer les films thermorétractables des emballages.
