Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de recyclage de récipients, lesquels récipients sont maintenus étanches au moyen d'un film thermorétractable qui en garnit superficiellement le pourtour. Le procédé de recyclage des récipients consiste à recueillir les récipients à recycler et à en retirer de façon sécurisée, dans des lignes automatisées, le film thermorétractable hermétiquement appliqué sur la surface du pourtour des récipients. Le procédé réunit les trois opérations (A), (B) et (C) suivantes. La première opération (A) consiste à recueillir en vue de leur recyclage les récipients hermétiquement fermés au moyen du film thermorétractable appliqué sur leur pourtour, et à transporter les récipients déposés sur une bande transporteuse (1) dont les deux bords sont équipés de guides (2). La deuxième opération (B) consiste à faire sur le film thermorétractable hermétiquement appliqué sur la surface du pourtour des récipients un trait de coupe d'une certaine largeur par la projection de rayons infrarouges produits par un appareil à laser (3) en direction de la surface du pourtour des récipients transportés provenant de l'opération précédente. Enfin, la troisième opération (C) consiste à transporter les récipients posés sur la bande transporteuse (1) en vue de recycler les récipients une fois que le film thermorétractable hermétiquement appliqué sur la surface du pourtour des récipients a été coupé lors de l'opération précédente.
