[46] 在优选的实施方案中, 帽塞 8上的插槽 801为十字形, 十字形的插槽 801可以与 各种形状的签子配合。 帽塞 8螺接在轮轴前端轴头 701的中心孔上, 从而与轮轴 7 连接成为一体。 请参照图 5,在帽塞 8的中心开有六边形的插孔 802, 插孔 802用于 与外六角头扳手配合, 通过外六角头扳手可以将帽塞 8旋拧在轮轴前端轴头 701 的中心孔上。
[47] 请参照图 3、 图 9、 图 10、 图 11、 图 17, 各轮轴 7上固接有一个传动链轮 9, 位于 最左端和最右端的轮轴 7上的两个传动链轮之间跨接有一个大链条 10, 该大链条 10与所有的传动链轮 9啮合。

[49] 请参照图 17, 本实施例中, 加热部件 22有三组, 每组加热部件 22由 U形盘绕的 电热管构成。 电热管弯头部分的位置与前架板 4上豁口 401的位置对应, 电热管 的管体部分的位置与前架板 4上豁口 401的位置交错, 其目的是避免食品烤出的 油滴落在管体部分上面形成油烟。 错开分布后, 食品烤出的油滴会直接落在电 热管下方的水槽 20内排出, 清洁、 卫生。
[50] 请参照图 19, 烤箱 2的前、 后、 左侧壁 201、 202、 203都是夹层壁, 各夹层壁内 填充有保温材料。
[51] 请参照图 12、 图 13、 图 14、 图 15, 前架板 4内壁的上部设置有多个辊子 17, 辊 子 17的外壳为圆套形状, 其内部设置有轴承, 轴承的内圏中安装有轴杆 171, 轴 杆 171的端头螺接在前架板 4内壁的螺孔 402上。

[54] 请参照图 8、 图 14、 图 16, 加热部件 22的两端分别设置有接线柱 221、 222,接线 柱 221、 222分别从烤箱后侧壁 202上穿出, 各接线柱 221、 222分别通过导线 26与 电器元件 23连接。
[55] 请参照图 10,电动机 11也安装在电气匣仓 21中, 在电动机 11的上面可以设置风扇 25, 风扇 25对电动机 11起到降温作用。
[56] 请参照图 18, 使用吋, 在签子 3上串上食品 27, 将签子 3的一端插入帽塞 8的十 字形插槽 801中, 另一端托在与插槽对应的豁口 401上, 将钢化玻璃盖板 16盖在 烤箱 2上, 然后开启电动机 11, 电动机 11通过减速箱带动主动链轮 12旋转, 主动 链轮 12经过小链条 14带动从动链轮 13旋转, 从动链轮 13带动最左端轮轴 7上的传 动链轮 9旋转, 于是大链条 10开始回转, 带动所有的传动链轮 9旋转。 传动链轮 9 通过锁紧螺钉与轮轴 7固接, 当传动链轮 9旋转吋, 轮轴 7也会转动自如, 所有的 帽塞 8都开始旋转, 食品签子 3也开始在原地周而复始地旋转。
[57] 本实施例中, 帽塞 8共有十八个, 加热部件 22共有三组, 三组加热部件可同吋 工作也可分别独立工作, 可以根据烧烤食品的数量自由组合, 如果烤制的食品 数量在六个以内, 则开启一组加热部件即可, 如果在十二个以内, 则开启两组 加热部件, 如果超过十二个, 则开启三组加热部件。 各组加热部件开启吋, 可 以根据烧烤食品的种类设定不同的加热温度, 节能、 方便, 温度的控制由分段 温控开关完成。
[58] 本实施例中, 钢化玻璃盖板 16有三块, 它们之间留有空隙, 钢化玻璃盖板 16可 沿辊子 17滑动, 通过滑动可以改变位置, 以便于取放食品。 钢化玻璃盖板 16可 将加热部件 22发出的热辐射反射回烤箱内部, 保温效果好, 而且美观, 卫生, 通过钢化玻璃盖板 16可以清楚地观察到烤箱内部食品的烤制程度, 由于每个签 子 3独立工作, 互不干扰, 插取自如, 当某一签子 3上的食品烤熟后, 可以单独 取出, 不影响其它食品的烤制, 所以可以同吋烤制不同种类的食品, 烤制过程 中, 食品中溢出的油、 水不会滴在加热部件 22上面, 而是直接落在水槽 20内, 不会产生油烟, 十分干净、 卫生、 环保。
[59] 本发明的自动旋转烧烤机, 其外壳板材可以由白钢板或不锈钢板构成, 连接处 由内六角螺丝固定。 前架板 4、 后架板 5可以由白钢板构成。

权利要求书
[1] 一种自动旋转烧烤机, 包括机架、 驱动机构、 电动机, 机架上设置有烤箱
, 烤箱为长方体形状, 烤箱内安装有加热部件, 其特征是: 烤箱前侧壁的顶部设置有前架板, 前架板上开有多个用于承托签子的豁口 , 烤箱后侧壁的顶部设置有后架板, 后架板上嵌装有多个轮轴, 这些轮轴 的位置与所述前架板上豁口的位置一一对应, 每个轮轴的前端轴头上安装 有帽塞, 该帽塞上设置有用于定位签子的插槽, 每个轮轴上固接有一个传 动链轮, 各轮轴上的传动链轮都通过一个大链条连接在一起, 其中的一个 传动链轮通过驱动机构与电动机连接。
[2] 如权利要求 1所述的自动旋转烧烤机, 其特征是: 所述前架板上各豁口等间 距分布, 所述后架板上开有多个轴孔, 这些轴孔的位置与所述前架板上豁 口的位置一一对应, 在后架板的后方平行地设置有支撑板, 支撑板上开有 多个圆孔, 这些圆孔的位置与后架板上轴孔的位置一一对应, 所述轮轴设 置在后架板与支撑板之间,各轮轴的前、 后两端轴头分别嵌入后架板的轴孔 和支撑板上对应的圆孔中, 轮轴的前端轴头与后架板上的轴孔间隙配合而 能灵活转动, 轮轴的后端轴头与支撑板上的圆孔间隙配合而能灵活转动。
[3] 如权利要求 1所述的自动旋转烧烤机, 其特征是: 所述帽塞上的插槽为十字 形, 该帽塞的中心开有六边形的插孔, 该帽塞螺接在轮轴前端轴头的中心 孔上。
[4] 如权利要求 1所述的自动旋转烧烤机, 其特征是: 所述加热部件由 U形盘绕 的电热管构成, 各电热管的位置与所述前架板上的豁口的位置交错。
[5] 如权利要求 1所述的自动旋转烧烤机, 其特征是: 所述烤箱的底部设置有推 拉式水槽, 烤箱的右侧壁的下部设置有供水槽进出的开口。
[6] 如权利要求 1所述的自动旋转烧烤机, 其特征是: 所述烤箱的前、 后、 左侧 壁为夹层壁, 其夹层内填充有保温材料。
[7] 如权利要求 1所述的自动旋转烧烤机, 其特征是: 所述烤箱的的顶部设置有 钢化玻璃盖板, 在前架板的内壁的上部设置有多个辊子, 所述钢化玻璃盖 板的前端搭接在辊子上, 钢化玻璃盖板的后端搭接在后架板上。
