发明内容
本发明的目的就是为适应野外作业的需要, 通过对现有抽拉式集装箱 的改进设计, 提供一种实用于野外办公、 生活使用的, 便于扩展增大空间 的, 方便收縮运输的抽拉式集装箱。

具体实施方式

当主、 副箱合起时, 主箱轨道底板 10 不在主箱的轨道槽上面, 避免 因副箱合起时副箱轨道与其干涉。 副箱地板 11 翻转竖立并通过沉头螺栓 13固定于副箱侧板上。 箱体合起时, 副箱轨道 16放置于主箱轨道储存盒 8中, 主箱轨道地板侧面由轨道槽盖板 7密封。 每个副箱上端 (副箱上侧 梁) 设置装饰条 15 与主箱两侧贴合连接, 确保箱体扩展后主、 副箱接合 平整、 美观、 密封。 主箱、 副箱可根据需要设置门和窗户, 主、 副箱设置 独立的电网线、 照明系统。
抽拉式集装箱扩展方式为: 拆开轨道槽盖板 7, 将副箱轨道 16从主箱 的轨道储存盒 8中拿出并将一端与主箱下侧梁固定,调节副箱轨道 16上 T 型螺纹支撑座 19, 直到水平仪 18水平, 将主、 副箱之间的固定螺栓 9旋 开, 抓住副箱把手 6向外拉动副箱至副箱上端的装饰条 15与主箱贴合, 通过固定螺栓将主箱角柱与副箱连接。 松开固定于副箱侧板上的沉头螺栓 13,将副箱地板 11沿翻转铰链 14旋转放置水平,将地板捆扎环 12与主箱 下侧梁固定, 安装主箱轨道地板 10, 连接主副箱电源即可。 扩展后的箱体 最大使用面积为原箱体的 2.5倍, 形成较大的使用空间。 反之, 将副箱推 入主箱内合起成 40英尺的标准集装箱。
如图 8所示, 为单侧抽拉式集装箱, 副箱向主箱一侧抽拉, 由一个主 箱和两个副箱组成, 两个副箱设置在主箱内。 盥洗室 20 设置在主箱中间 或一端, 盥洗室 20 内设有坐便器、 水池、 淋浴间等, 盥洗室与主、 副箱 相通。
