经切料除尘净化、 预处理后的制浆原料, 通过输送设备送入多功能 高浓蒸煮漂白一体化制浆设备中, 由进料口 4进入, 进料口处设有耐压 阀门, 送料结束后关闭进料阀门, 启动多功能高浓蒸煮漂白一体化制浆 设备, 设备随之由动力支撑传动器 11带动旋转支撑环 1旋转; 通过热源 管口 8送入热源, 加热原料, 同时由药剂管口 9送入预浸药剂, 反应开 始。 根据不同原料种类, 预浸时间略有不同, 通过一定时间预浸, 浆料 同药液充分反应, 螯合浆料中的金属离子, 并且浆料得到了充分的润胀; 预浸时间为 30- 60min, 温度 50- 100°C, 预浸结束后通过药剂管口 9通入 蒸煮药剂, 同时通入氧气, 通过热源管口 8通入热源继续加热, 进行蒸 煮脱木素反应,反应时间 45- 90min,反应温度 60- 10CTC,氧压 0. 1-0. 3Mpa; 在整个反应过程中多功能高浓蒸煮漂白一体化制浆设备分正、 逆时针两 个方向交替旋转运行, 以保证浆料同药液充分混合和反应。 在氧脱木素 蒸煮结束后, 浆料中间不脱水、 不洗涤, 直接开始漂白, 通过药剂管口 9 通入漂白药剂, 同时继续通氧并保持氧压 0. 1 0. 3Mpa, 继续通入热源加 热, 漂白反应时间 45- 120min, 温度 60- 100°C, 漂白时可通过视窗口 3, 目测观察浆料的漂白全过程及浆料白度变化。 在整个蒸煮漂白反应过程 中温度、压力、 ra值变化由设定的范围来自动显示和控制。设备运行时, 针对不用原料, 设定不同的标准范围迸行自动控制, 并且根据情况热源 自动开启或关闭。 漂白终点桨料最后由排料口 5排出, 送入脱水系统, 脱出的漂后残液 COD在 2000- 3000mg/L左右, 通过物理过滤等水处理设 备后, 循环回用于系统中, 并且液体中不含二噁英等对环境有害的物质, 达到真正意义上的环保绿色制浆。
