Abstract
Bei einer Anordnung zum Gießen von Folien tritt extrudiertes Kunststoff-Material aus einer Schlitzdüse (1) aus und wird auf der gekühlten Umfangsfläche (6) einer Gießwalze (2) abgeschreckt. Die entstehende Folienbahn (8) umschlingt die Gießwalze (2) auf einem großen Winkelbereich und wird mittels einer Abzugswalze (3) von der Gießwalze (2) abgehoben. Die Folienbahn (8) hat einen Abstand von den Gießwalzen-Seitenflächen (7). Dadurch werden seitliche Bereiche (25) auf der Gießwalzen-Umfangsfläche (6) gebildet, in denen sich Polymerstaub ansammelt. Zur Reinigung ist in dem frei bleibenden Bereich der Umfangsfläche (6) ein leistenartiges Führungsteil (10) mit einem flexiblen Linearglied (11) angeordnet. Das Linearglied (11) wird von einer Vorratsspule (13) über eine erste (14) und eine zweite Umlenkrolle (15) einer Aufwickelspule (17) zugeführt. Die rotierende Gießwalze (2) selbst zieht infolge ihrer Umfangs-Laufrichtung (4) das flexible Linearglied (11) gegen das Führungsteil (10). Dieses bewegt sich in seiner Längsrichtung (12) und reinigt die Gießwalzen-Umfangsfläche (6) von Polymerstaub, der sich besonders in den Randbereichen (25) der Gießwalze (2) ansammelt.
