主副箱结构的变速箱在重型汽车上得到了广泛的应用, 在副箱设有同 步器, 同步器多釆用锁销式同步器, 它包括位于滑动齿套两侧的高档锥环 和低档锥环, 高档锥环的一侧固连有高档锁止销, 低档锥环的一侧固连有 低档锁止销,滑动齿套上分别设有与高档锁止销和低档锁止销对应的销孔。 目前, 现有的锁销式汽车同步器的高档侧与低档侧基本为等强度设计, 即 高档锁止销和低档锁止销数目相同、 工作直径相同或相近。 但由于副箱同 步器挂低档所需的同步时间长, 即受载时间长, 导致低档侧相关零部件工 作疲劳寿命相对高档侧而言较短, 从而容易发生低档侧锁止销过早断裂或 松脱, 导致整个同步器过早失效。 发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是对现有的锁销式汽车同步器加以改 进, 提供一种工作寿命较长的锁销式汽车同步器。
解决上述问题的技术方案是: 所提供的锁销式汽车同步器包括分别位 于滑动齿套两侧的高档锥环和低档锥环, 所述高档锥环固定连接有高档锁 止销, 所述低档锥环固定连接有低档锁止销, 所述滑动齿套分别设有与所 述高档锁止销、 低档锁止销对应的销孔, 所述低档锁止销的数目大于所述 高档锁止销的数目。
通常情况下,上述低档锁止销的数量最好为高档锁止销数量的整数倍。 为了不增加结构的复杂性, 降低加工成本, 所述低档锁止销包括至少 有三个伸入所述高档锥环的孔中的长低档锁止销, 所述长低档锁止销由压 缩弹簧压向所述高档锥环; 所述低档锁止销进一步包括短低档锁止销, 所 述短低档锁止销自侧面伸出所述低档锥环且其末端与所述高档锥环保持适 当的 巨离。
当同步器由高档向低档切换时, 所有低档锁止销参与锁止; 当同步器 由低档向高档切换时, 高档锁止销参与锁止。

图 1、 图 2和图 3给出了本实用新型的一个实施例。 本同步器由高档 锥环 1、 高档锁止销 2、 滑动齿套 3、 低档锥环 4、 低档锁止销 5、 6和压缩 弹簧 7组成。 高档锁止销 2有三个, 均布铆装在高档锥环 1上; 低档锁止 销有六个, 三长三短, 其中三个长锁止销 5为一组, 均布铆装在低档锥环 4 上, 它们的端部伸入高档锥环的孔中, 并被支撑在高档锥环上的压缩弹 簧 7上, 用于保证预锁(这部分结构与现有的同步器相同); 三个短锁止销 6为一组均布铆装在低档锥环 4上, 它们的端头不与高档锥环接触。 滑动 齿套 3设有九个销孔, 其中三个用于套装高档锁止销, 六个用于套装低档 锁止销。
如图 4所示: 从高档切换到低档时, 滑动齿套 3向右移动, 其上的高 档结合齿 31与高档齿轮 8脱开到达空档位置,在压缩弹簧 7的作用下,低 档锁止销 5、 6与滑动齿套 3销孔的圓锥面相贴, 呈锁止状态, 滑动齿套 3 推动低档锁止销 5、 6与低档锥环 4一起向右移动,低档锥环 4与低档齿轮 9的锥面 10贴紧并产生摩擦, 开始同步过程, 直至低档锥环与低档齿轮转 速差为零, 同步过程结束; 滑动齿套 3继续向右移动, 直至其低档结合齿 32与低档齿轮 9结合, 挂上低档。 由低档切换到高档与上述原理相同。
