本实用新型属于汽车主副箱结构的变速器领域,特别是一种锁销式汽车同步器。为了与低挡同步时间较长的情况相适应,提高同步器的工作寿命,本实用新型所提供的锁销式汽车同步器包括位于滑动齿套两侧的高挡锥环和低挡锥环,高挡锥环的一侧固连有高挡锁止销,低挡锥环的一侧固连有低挡锁止销,滑动齿套上分别设有与高挡锁止销和低挡锁止销对应的销孔,其中低挡锁止销的数量大于高挡锁止销的数量。

技术领域
本实用新型属于汽车主副箱结构的变速器领域,特别是一种锁销式汽车同步器。
背景技术
主副箱结构的变速箱在重型汽车上得到了广泛的应用,在副箱设有同步器,同步器多采用锁销式同步器,它包括位于滑动齿套两侧的高挡锥环和低挡锥环,高挡锥环的一侧固连有高挡锁止销,低挡锥环的一侧固连有低挡锁止销,滑动齿套上分别设有与高挡锁止销和低挡锁止销对应的销孔。目前,现有的锁销式汽车同步器的高挡侧与低挡侧基本为等强度设计,即高挡锁止销和低挡锁止销数目相同、工作直径相同或相近。但由于副箱同步器挂低挡所需的同步时间长,即受载时间长,导致低挡侧相关零部件工作疲劳寿命相对高挡侧而言较短,从而容易发生低挡侧锁止销过早断裂或松脱,导致整个同步器过早失效。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是对现有的锁销式汽车同步器加以改进,提供一种工作寿命较长的锁销式汽车同步器。
解决上述问题的技术方案是:所提供的锁销式汽车同步器包括位于滑动齿套两侧的高挡锥环和低挡锥环,高挡锥环的一侧固连有高挡锁止销,低挡锥环的一侧固连有低挡锁止销,滑动齿套上分别设有与高挡锁止销和低挡锁止销对应的销孔;本实用新型的改进之处在于所说的低挡锁止销的数量大于高挡锁止销的数量。
通常情况下,上述低挡锁止销的数量最好为高挡锁止销数量的整数倍。
为了不增加结构的复杂性,降低加工成本,上述低挡锁止销中至少有三个低挡锁止销伸入到高挡锥环的定位孔中,并被支撑在高挡锥环上的压缩弹簧上,其余的低挡锁止销在低挡锥环一侧伸出的长度小于高挡锥环和低挡锥环侧面间的距离。本申请将伸入到高挡锥环定位孔中的低挡锁止销称为长锁止销,其余的低挡锁止销称为短锁止销。
当同步器由高挡向低挡切换时,所有低挡锁止销参与锁止;当同步器由低挡向高挡切换时,高挡锁止销参与锁止。
和现有技术相比,本实用新型由于增加了低挡锁止销的数量,所以单个低挡锁止销受力小,延长了其在使用中的疲劳寿命,与实际使用中低挡同步时间较长的情况相适应,寿命设计更为合理,其可靠性更高。本实用新型将部分低挡锁止销设计成短锁止销,它们与高挡锥环无关,因而无需改变原有高挡锥环的结构,从而降低了加工成本。

具体实施方式
图1、图2和图3给出了本实用新型的一个实施例。本同步器由高挡锥环1、高挡锁止销2、滑动齿套3、低挡锥环4、低挡锁止销5、6和压缩弹簧7组成。高挡锁止销2有三个,均布铆装在高挡锥环1上;低挡锁止销有六个,三长三短,其中三个长锁止销5为一组,均布铆装在低挡锥环4上,它们的端部伸入高挡锥环的定位孔中,并被支撑在高挡锥环上的压缩弹簧7上,用于保证预锁(这部分结构与现有的同步器相同);三个短锁止销6为一组,均布铆装在低挡锥环4上,它们的端头不与高挡锥环接触。滑动齿套3设有九个销孔,其中三个用于套装高挡锁止销,六个用于套装低挡锁止销。
如图4所示:从高挡切换到低挡时,滑动齿套3向右移动,其上的高挡结合齿31与高挡齿轮8脱开到达空挡位置,在压缩弹簧7的作用下,低挡锁止销5、6与滑动齿套3销孔的圆锥面相贴,呈锁止状态,滑动齿套3推动低挡锁止销5、6与低挡锥环4一起向右移动,低挡锥环4与低挡齿轮9的锥面10贴紧并产生摩擦,开始同步过程,直至低挡锥环与低挡齿轮转速差为零,同步过程结束;滑动齿套3继续向右移动,直至其低挡结合齿32与低挡齿轮9结合,挂上低挡。由低挡切换到高挡与上述原理相同。

Claims (3)

1、一种锁销式汽车同步器,包括位于滑动齿套(3)两侧的高挡锥环(1)和低挡锥环(4),高挡锥环的一侧固连有高挡锁止销(2),低挡锥环的一侧固连有低挡锁止销(5、6),滑动齿套(3)上分别设有与高挡锁止销和低挡锁止销对应的销孔,其特征在于所说的低挡锁止销(5、6)的数量大于高挡锁止销(2)的数量。
2、根据权利要求1所述的汽车同步器,其特征在于所说的低挡锁止销中至少有三个低挡锁止销(5)伸入到高挡锥环(1)的定位孔中,并被支撑在高挡锥环上的压缩弹簧(7)上,其余的低挡锁止销(6)在低挡锥环一侧伸出的长度小于高挡锥环(1)和低挡锥环(4)侧面间的距离。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的汽车同步器,其特征在于所说的低挡锁止销(5、6)的数量为高挡锁止销(2)数量的整数倍。
