Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de retournement de fromages qui permet d'obtenir une homogénéisation du procédé de séchage de tous les fromages qui se trouvent sur une palette, formant un empilement de boîtes de fromage. Par ailleurs, l'invention concerne aussi la machine de retournement de fromages, qui comporte les moyens adéquats pour permettre que les fromages situés à l'intérieur de l'empilement, soient aérés de manière homogène.
