Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de retrait des dépôts pour un appareil de friture et, plus particulièrement, un dispositif de retrait des dépôts conçu pour retirer aisément les dépôts d'une huile de friture fournie dans un appareil de friture de manière à éviter le gaspillage de l'huile de friture et la purifier. Les coûts en produits du dispositif de retrait des dépôts sont réduits, le dispositif de retrait des dépôts peut être associé à un aliment frit à chaud et le dispositif de retrait des dépôts est fourni indépendamment d'un appareil de friture, ce qui permet de gagner de la place.
