广告投放方法、 系统和设备 技术领域
本发明涉及移动通信技术, 特别涉及一种向移动用户投放广告的技术。 背景技术
移动终端是随身携带的个性化通信设备, 因此合理的广告投放模式能比 互联网广告具有更好的效果。 源自互联网广告投放模式的移动搜索广告、 传 统的移动群发广告、 新型的 GPS移动位置广告等模式已经得到部署和应用。 支持广告需部署一套广告支持管理系统, 管理广告商、 广告活动、 渠道、 广 告位、 广告和移动用户, 同时广告支持管理系统具备广告的推送能力, 如果 是推送 SMS ( Short Message Service,短消息业务)、 MMS ( Multimedia Message Service , 多媒体消息业务)、 WAP ( Wireless Access Protocol , 无线访问协议 ) 推送(Push )类广告, 则事先需要获得服务号码(Short Code )。
现有广告投放模式主要包括:
移动搜索广告: 是指面向网页(Web )搜索移动用户的广告投放模式, 需 要移动用户开通手机数据业务, 并当移动用户在互联网上执行搜索操作时, 在搜索结果页面中显示相关广告, 广告与移动用户输入的关键词直接相关, 属于适时定向投放。 但是移动用户需要开通数据业务, 并在搜索时才能看到 广告, 广告定向不是针对移动用户, 而是针对移动用户输入的关键词。
非订阅或订阅群发模式: 非订阅群发模式是指群发广告服务器根据号段 定时给移动用户发送广告消息, 订阅群发模式需要移动用户主动订阅, 群发 广告服务器根据订阅记录定时给移动用户发送广告消息。 虽然订阅模式可以 根据移动用户提供的偏好设定来选择发送广告。 但这两种模式都是定时发送, 无法实现适时发送, 因此移动用户可能不会看到广告, 或者被移动用户当作 垃圾信息。
增值业务推送(Pull )模式: 该模式需要从广告控制设备请求获取广告,
将广告插入到手机新闻或天气预报等增值业务内容内下发给移动用户, 因此 需要移动用户主动订阅, 根据移动用户订阅的增值业务来实现广告定向, 并 且同样不能适时发送。
位置广告投放模式: 是指在 LBS ( Location Based Service, 位置业务)控 制设备中插入广告, 通过手机终端上的 GPS接收器获取移动用户位置, 或者 通过网络获取移动用户所在的小区标识(Cell-ID )来确定移动用户位置, LBS 控制设备在移动用户进入或者离开一个区域时发送广告, 这种模式可以实现 定向适时发送, 但是仍然需要移动用户主动订阅, 如果是通过 GPS获取移动 用户位置, 则需要特定的终端、 终端一直保持的数据连接和终端上设置的移 动广告客户端,这在很大程度上降低了位置广告的可用性。如果是通过 Cell-ID 定位, 则精度不高。 因此, 这种位置广告使用较为复杂, 一般只适用于追求 新鲜事物的年轻人和相关技术人员使用。
综上可见, 尽管现有上述各种广告投放模式可以在一定程度上实现广告 的投放, 但在用户易用性和适用性上仍然存在不足。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种移动通信网络中的广告投放方法和系统, 用以提 高在移动通信系统中进行广告投放时的用户易用性和适用性;
本发明实施例提供一种广告业务控制设备, 用以根据触发广告投放的移 动通信网络事件获得相匹配的广告, 并控制广告的投放;
本发明实施例提供一种转换设备, 用以接收移动通信网络事件发生时产 生的网络事件消息, 并根据该网络事件消息产生广告事件报告, 从而根据移 动通信网络事件触发广告投放。
一种移动通信网络中的广告投放方法, 包括:
接收移动通信网络事件发生时产生的广告事件报告;
根据所述广告事件报告获得所述移动通信网络事件的特征信息, 并从广 告数据库中获得与所述移动通信网络事件的特征信息相匹配的广告; 以及
将所述相匹配的广告投放给所述移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户。 一种移动通信网络中的广告投放系统, 包括:
移动通信设备, 用于在监测到移动通信网络事件发生时产生并发送网络 事件消息, 所述网络事件消息中包含网络事件指示信息和所述移动通信网络 事件涉及的移动用户的标识信息;

本发明实施例提供的广告投放技术提高了在移动通信系统中进行广告投 放的用户易用性和适用性。 具体表现在: 无需移动用户注册, 全网用户均可 以使用, 因而方便了移动用户的使用。 投放的广告和设定的移动通信网络事
件相关并适时发送, 因而实现更好的定向投放, 提高了用户对广告的关注度。 另外, 通过在移动通信网络中设置转换设备, 在尽量减少对现有移动通信设 备改造量的基础上, 由转换设备根据现有移动通信设备监测到移动通信网络 事件发生时产生的网络事件消息, 产生广告事件报告并发送给广告业务控制 设备, 由广告业务控制设备根据移动通信网络事件的特征信息匹配广告并进 行广告投放的控制, 从而提高了在移动通信系统中进行广告投放的用户易用 性和适用性, 并且对现有移动通信设备的改造量非常小。 附图说明

本发明实施例提供了一种由移动通信网络事件触发广告投放的模式, 首 先, 根据移动通信设备的网络事件触发能力和内容投放能力, 将移动通信设 备分为如表 1所示的四种类型:

根据表 1的分类, A类和 B类移动通信设备具备产生发送给广告业务控 制设备可识别的广告事件报告的能力, 而 C类和 D类移动通信设备不具备产 生发送给广告业务控制设备可识别的广告事件报告的能力, 下面将对这两种 情况分别进行说明。
( 1 ) A类和 B类移动通信设备
如图 la所示, 为本发明实施例提供的第一种广告投放系统结构原理示意 图, 主要包括: 广告业务控制设备 11和至少一个移动通信设备, 例如移动通 信设备 121和移动通信设备 122, 其中:
移动通信设备 121和移动通信设备 122为移动通信网络中的通信设备, 用于监测触发广告投放的移动通信网络事件是否发生, 移动通信设备 121 在 监测到移动通信网络事件发生后,向广告业务控制设备 11发送广告事件报告, 广告业务控制设备 11中设置有广告数据库, 根据接收到的广告事件报告, 在 广告数据库中查找与所发生的移动通信网络事件的特征信息相匹配的广告。 如果移动通信设备 121具备内容投放能力, 则广告业务控制设备 11可以将相 匹配的广告返回给移动通信设备 121 ,然后由移动通信设备 121将该广告携带 在网络事件通知消息中投放给移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户, 或者生成 携带该广告的广告投放消息并发送给移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户, 从 而实现广告投放。
此外, 广告业务控制设备 11本身具备广告推送接口, 比如 SMS、 MMS、 WapPush, IM等推送接口。 如果移动通信设备不具备内容投放能力, 例如移 动通信设备 122不具备内容投放能力, 则广告业务控制设备 11可以以 SMS、 MMS、 WapPush, IM等方式直接将相匹配的广告投放给移动通信网络事件涉 及的移动用户。
本发明实施例中, 根据广告投放量的需要, 广告业务控制设备 11可以分
级设置为多个。 根据设定的不同类型移动通信网络事件, 移动通信设备可以 是一个或者多个, 一种或者多种。 移动通信设备可能位于移动通信网络的各 个层次, 例如接入网通信设备、 核心网通信设备、 传输网通信设备、 业务网 通信设备或者支撑网通信设备, 例如 HLR ( Home Location Register, 归属位 置寄存器 X HSS( Home Subscriber Server,归属签约用户服务器))/VLR( Visitor Location Register, 访问位置寄存器)、 BSC ( Base Station Controller, 基站控制 器)、 MSC( Mobile Service Switch Center,移动业务交换中心)、 GGSN( Gateway GPRS Support Node , 网关 GPRS支持节点)、 DSMP ( Data Service Management Platform, 数据业务管理平台)、 BOSS ( Business Operation Support System, 业务运营支撑系统)等。 本发明实施例中, 触发广告投放的移动通信网络事 件一般和移动用户的状态、 级别、 属性变化相关。
可用于触发广告投放的移动通信设备最基本的特点就是具备产生网络事 件的能力, 这类网络事件是面向移动用户的网络事件, 而非面向系统管理员 的网络事件; 同时这类网络事件和移动用户在移动通信网络中的业务有密切 关系, 比如语音、 数据业务、 套餐业务、 资费功能; 而且此类网络事件是移 动用户关注度高的网络事件, 不是移动用户排斥或者反感的网络事件。 例如:
HLR/HSS: 可以在移动用户新增或者变更移动业务时发送广告事件报告, 从而触发与新增或者变更的移动业务相关的广告投放;
BOSS: 可以在移动用户的相关费用网络事件发生时发送广告事件报告, 从而触发与费用相关的广告投放, 与费用相关的网络事件包括预欠费、 将要 超过套餐额度、 充值成功等;
VLR: 可以在移动用户进入漫游状态或者结束漫游时发送广告事件报告, 从而触发与位置相关的广告投放, 投放的广告可以为用户进入的漫游区域的 关于住宿、 旅游等的广告;
BSC ( Base Station Controller, 基站控制器): 可以在移动用户进入或者离 开某个小区(Cell )时发送广告事件报告, 从而触发与所在小区相关的广告投 放;
DSMP: 可以在移动用户订购或者停止某项数据业务时发送广告事件报 告, 从而触发与数据业务相关的广告投放, 投放的广告例如包月资费等信息。
本发明实施例中, 广告业务控制设备 11可以根据不同的匹配策略查找与 所发生的移动通信网络事件的特征信息相匹配的广告, 例如类型匹配、 关键 词匹配、 属性信息匹配等匹配策略, 具体描述如下:
1、 移动通信网络事件的类型和广告指定类型相匹配;
为实现这种匹配策略, 移动通信网络事件的类型信息可以预先设置在移 动通信设备中, 并携带在广告事件报告中发送给广告业务控制设备。 也可以 在广告业务控制设备中设置事件数据库, 存储每一种移动通信网络事件的规 则标识信息和对应的移动通信网络事件的类型等, 这种情况下, 广告事件报 告中携带移动通信网络事件的规则标识信息, 由广告业务控制设备根据移动 通信网络事件的规则标识信息查询事件数据库获得对应的移动通信网络事件 的类型, 然后完成匹配。
2、 为移动通信网络事件定义的关键词和广告中的关键词相匹配; 为实现这种匹配策略, 为移动通信网络事件定义的关键词可以预先设置 在移动通信设备中, 并携带在广告事件报告中发送给广告业务控制设备。 也 可以在广告业务控制设备中设置事件数据库, 存储每一种移动通信网络事件 的规则标识信息和对应的移动通信网络事件的关键词等, 在这种情况下, 广 告事件报告中携带移动通信网络事件的规则标识信息, 由广告业务控制设备 根据移动通信网络事件的规则标识信息查询事件数据库获得对应的移动通信 网络事件的关键词, 然后完成匹配。
3、 广告关联的事件标识信息与移动通信网络事件的标识信息相匹配; 为实现这种匹配策略, 为每一种移动通信网络事件定义一个标识信息, 并根据广告的内容, 在广告的匹配信息中增加广告所关联的移动通信网络事 件的标识信息, 从而实现利用移动通信网络事件的标识信息查询相匹配的广 告的策略。
4、 为不同移动用户设定的用户属性信息和广告的属性信息或关键词相匹
配。
为实现这种匹配策略, 广告业务控制设备中需要设置用户数据库, 用于 对应存储移动用户的标识信息和用户属性信息。 广告事件报告中携带移动通 信网络事件涉及的移动用户的标识信息, 由广告业务控制设备根据移动通信 网络事件涉及的移动用户的标识信息查询用户数据库获得对应的用户属性信 息, 然后完成匹配。 用户属性信息和广告的属性信息可以包括用户的性别、 偏好、 所处年龄段等信息, 由于广告针对的人群不同, 所以根据用户属性信 息和广告的属性信息匹配出的广告具有极高的针对性。
上述四种匹配策略中的任意两种、 三种或全部四种可以组合使用, 例如, 既需要移动通信网络事件的类型和广告指定类型相匹配, 同时也需要为移动 通信网络事件定义的关键词和广告中的关键词相匹配; 或者, 既需要移动通 信网络事件的类型和广告指定类型相匹配, 同时也需要为不同移动用户设定 的用户属性信息和广告的属性信息或关键词相匹配。 当组合使用三种匹配策 略时, 可以在根据其中两种匹配策略得出的结果的交集中选择满足第三种匹 配策略的广告。
5、 〉'昆合匹配
混合匹配是同时利用类型匹配和关键词匹配的一种匹配策略, 具体地, 将移动通信网络事件粗分为多种大类型, 比如可以按照产生事件的移动通信 设备分类, 同时为每一种大类型包含的子类型定义关键词, 在釆用混合匹配 策略时, 在满足类型匹配的基础上, 进一步利用关键词筛选广告, 从而在匹 配效率和系统可扩展性方面获得改善。
广告的匹配策略还有很多, 这里不再——详细描述。 无论釆用哪一种匹 配策略, 每次匹配出的广告都可能包括一组满足匹配策略的广告, 最终需要 在其中选择至少一个广告投放。 选择的方式有多种, 例如: 随机选择、 最新 广告优先、 用户偏好优先、 关键词匹配结果优先、 被投放次数最少的广告优 先等。 具体投放数量可以根据携带广告内容的消息容量、 投放策略等确定, 可以是一个, 也可以是多个。
为了提高性能, 减少对广告数据库的访问次数, 可以保存前次的匹配结 果, 之后收到相同或类似的广告事件报告时, 则不需要再进行匹配, 而可以 根据所保存的匹配结果直接从广告数据库中获得相匹配的广告。
根据不同的具体实现, 广告事件报告中需要携带的参数信息不同, 一种 情况下, 如表 2所示, 广告事件报告中需要携带移动通信网络事件的类型、 为移动通信网络事件定义的关键词等信息:

其中事件参数为事件特定的参数, 可以为多项参数, 参数的具体含义和 作用预先定义, 例如用户的积分值、 欠费的具体数目、 用户的优先级等与投 放广告相关的参数信息。 移动通信网络事件的类型还可以被逐步细化, 并可 以为每一种细化后的移动通信网络事件的类型定义标识信息, 例如: event— d— 0001标识用户欠费、 event— d— 0002标识用户开户、 event— e— 0001标识 用户提升为高级用户、 event— e— 0002标识用户彩铃订购成功、 event— e— 0003标 识用户好友生日到达等。 为了简化移动通信网络事件的类型的维护工作, 可 以根据类型定义相关的关键词, 比如生日礼物、 欠费等。
如果在广告业务控制设备中设置事件数据库, 则可以为每一种移动通信 网络事件设置唯一的规则标识信息, 并在事件数据库中, 对应规则标识信息 存储移动通信网络事件的一些不易改变的属性信息, 该属性信息用于描述所 定义的某一种移动通信网络事件, 如果移动通信网络事件的类型是针对产生 移动通信网络事件的移动通信设备定义的, 则属性信息中可以包括产生移动 通信网络事件的移动通信设备 ID。 例如表 2中的匹配策略、 移动通信网络事 件的类型、 移动通信网络事件的关键字等信息, 可以用一个唯一的规则标识 来代表这些信息。 从而简化后的广告事件报告中除携带规则标识信息外, 只 需要携带例如描述网络事件发生的场景、 移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户 的 ID等可变信息, 例如表 3所示:

在上述技术方案的基础上, 每一次接收到广告事件报告时, 还可以根据 设定的过滤规则对广告事件报告进行过滤, 当确定本次广告事件报告为有效 广告事件报告时, 再获得与所述移动通信网络事件的特征信息相匹配的广告。 过滤规则可以是固定的规则, 例如有效网络事件发生的时段、 有效网络事件 针对的用户号段等, 还可以是对同一用户的相同有效网络事件的间隔时长等, 以在间隔时长内不对同一用户根据相同有效网络事件重复投放广告, 以此提 高用户感受度, 这种过滤规则需要记录该用户的广告投放历史信息。 可以釆 用的具体过滤规则有很多, 本领域技术人员可以根据需要设定, 这里不再一 一详细说明。 过滤功能可以在广告业务控制设备 11上实现, 也可以利用独立 的移动网络事件管理设备实现, 例如图 lb所示, 为本发明实施例提供的第二 种广告投放系统结构原理示意图, 在移动通信设备和广告业务控制设备 11之 间,设置独立的移动网络事件管理设备 13 , 该移动网络事件管理设备 13对移 动通信网络中的移动通信网络事件进行管理, 其功能包括: 过滤无效广告事 件报告, 仅将有效的广告事件报告转发给广告业务控制设备 11。 如果是移动 通信设备执行广告投放, 则还负责将广告业务控制设备 11返回的相匹配的广 告转发给相关移动通信设备。 进一步, 还可以将事件数据库设置在该移动网
络事件管理设备 13上, 从而由该移动网络事件管理设备 13承担所有和事件 管理工作相关的功能, 这种实现方式中, 移动网络事件管理设备 13需要和广 告业务控制设备 11之间建立接口, 用于广告业务控制设备 11对事件数据库 的查询。
下面以图 l a所示系统结构为例, 结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行 详细说明。
实施例一
本实施例中, 移动通信设备具有内容投放能力, 匹配策略为类型匹配和 用户属性信息匹配, 如图 2所示, 本发明实施例提供的广告投放方法主要包 括如下步骤:
步骤 S201、 移动通信设备监测移动通信网络事件是否发生;
步骤 S202、 移动通信设备监测到移动通信网络事件发生时, 向广告业务 控制设备发送广告事件报告;
广告事件报告中携带的参数信息参见表 2所示, 其中至少需要携带移动 通信设备 ID、 移动通信网络事件的类型、 移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户 的 ID等信息。
步骤 S203、 广告业务控制设备接收广告事件报告, 从中获得移动通信设 备 ID、 移动通信网络事件的类型、 移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户的 ID; 这里, 广告业务控制设备接收广告事件报告后还可以向移动通信设备返 回事件已经接收的确认响应。
步骤 S204、 广告业务控制设备根据移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户的 ID, 查询用户数据库, 获得移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户的用户属性信 息;
步骤 S205、 广告业务控制设备根据移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户的 用户属性信息查询广告数据库, 获得与该用户属性信息相匹配的第一广告集 合;
步骤 S206、 广告业务控制设备根据移动通信网络事件的类型查询第一广
告集合, 获得同时满足类型匹配策略的广告;
步骤 S207、 广告业务控制设备将相匹配的广告返回给移动通信设备; 步骤 S208、 移动通信设备接收相匹配的广告, 向移动通信网络事件涉及 的移动用户发送网络事件通知消息, 网络事件通知消息中携带移动通信网络 事件的特征信息和相匹配的广告。
这里, 移动通信设备向移动用户发送网络事件通知消息后, 还可以向广 告业务控制设备返回广告内容已经投放的确认响应。
如果移动通信网络事件涉及多个移动用户, 则需要针对每一个移动用户 分别执行步骤 S204-S208。
实施例二
本实施例中, 移动通信设备不具备内容投放能力, 并釆用类型匹配策略 查找相匹配的广告, 如图 3 所示, 本发明实施例提供的广告投放方法主要包 括如下步骤:
步骤 S301、 移动通信设备监测移动通信网络事件是否发生;
步骤 S302、 移动通信设备监测到移动通信网络事件发生时, 向广告业务 控制设备发送广告事件报告;
广告事件报告中携带的参数信息参见表 2所示, 其中至少需要携带移动 通信设备 ID、 移动通信网络事件的类型、 移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户 的 ID等信息。
步骤 S303、 广告业务控制设备接收广告事件报告, 从中获得移动通信设 备 ID、 移动通信网络事件的类型、 移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户的 ID; 这里, 广告业务控制设备接收广告事件报告后还可以向移动通信设备返 回事件已经接收的确认响应。
步骤 S304、 广告业务控制设备根据移动通信网络事件的类型查询广告数 据库, 获得类型相匹配的广告;
步骤 S305、 广告业务控制设备根据移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户的 ID, 向对应的移动用户发送网络事件通知消息, 其中携带相匹配的广告和移
动通信网络事件的特征信息。 广告业务控制设备也可以向移动用户分别发送 网络事件通知消息和广告投放消息。
这里, 广告业务控制设备完成处理后, 还可以向移动通信设备返回事件 已经处理的确认响应。
同样, 如果移动通信网络事件涉及多个移动用户, 则需要针对每一个移 动用户分别执行步骤 S304-S305。
实施例三
本实施例中, 移动通信设备具有内容投放能力, 匹配策略为类型匹配和 用户属性信息匹配, 广告业务控制设备上存储有事件数据库, 如图 4所示, 本发明实施例提供的广告投放方法主要包括如下步骤:
步骤 S401、 移动通信设备监测移动通信网络事件是否发生;
步骤 S402、 移动通信设备监测到移动通信网络事件发生时, 向广告业务 控制设备发送广告事件报告;
广告事件报告中携带的参数信息参见表 3 所示, 其中至少需要携带移动 通信网络事件的规则标识信息、移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户的 ID等信 息。
步骤 S403、 广告业务控制设备接收广告事件报告, 从中获得移动通信网 络事件的规则标识信息、 移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户的 ID;
步骤 S404、 广告业务控制设备根据该规则标识信息, 查询事件数据库, 获得对应的移动通信网络事件的特征信息, 从而确定匹配策略为类型匹配以 及移动通信网络事件的类型;
步骤 S405、 广告业务控制设备根据移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户的 ID, 查询用户数据库, 获得移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户的用户属性信 息;
步骤 S406、 广告业务控制设备根据移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户的 用户属性信息查询广告数据库, 获得与用户属性信息相匹配的第一广告集合; 步骤 S407、 广告业务控制设备根据移动通信网络事件的类型查询第一广
告集合, 获得同时满足类型匹配策略的广告;
步骤 S408、 广告业务控制设备将相匹配的广告返回给移动通信设备; 步骤 S409、 移动通信设备接收相匹配的广告, 向移动通信网络事件涉及 的移动用户发送网络事件通知消息, 网络事件通知消息中携带移动通信网络 事件的特征信息和相匹配的广告。
如果移动通信网络事件涉及多个移动用户, 则需要针对每一个移动用户 分别执行步骤 S405-S409。
实施例四
本实施例中, 釆用了如下两个优化措施:
1、 每一次接收到广告事件报告时, 根据设定的过滤规则对广告事件报告 进行过滤, 在确定本次广告事件报告为有效广告事件报告时, 再获得与所述 移动通信网络事件的特征信息相匹配的广告。 过滤规则可以是固定的规则, 例如有效网络事件发生的时段、 有效网络事件针对的用户号段等, 还可以是 对同一用户的相同有效网络事件的间隔时长等, 以在间隔时长内不对同一用 户根据相同网络事件重复投放广告, 以此提高用户感受度, 这种过滤规则需 要记录用户的广告投放历史信息。 可以釆用的具体过滤规则很多, 本领域技 术人员可以根据需要设定, 这里不再——详细说明。
2、 保存每一次查询的匹配结果, 包括匹配过程中的中间结果和匹配后的 最终结果, 在查询广告数据库之前, 先查询之前的匹配结果, 如果有类似事 件的广告匹配中间结果以及最终结果, 可以根据之前的匹配结果直接从广告 数据库中获得相匹配的广告, 从而可以减少对广告数据库的查询量, 提高广 告投放的处理效率。
如图 5所示, 本发明实施例提供的广告投放方法主要包括如下步骤: 步骤 S501、 移动通信设备监测移动通信网络事件是否发生;
步骤 S502、 移动通信设备监测到移动通信网络事件发生时, 向广告业务 控制设备发送广告事件报告;
广告事件报告中携带的参数信息参见表 3 所示, 其中至少需要携带移动
通信设备 ID、 移动通信网络事件的规则标识信息、 移动通信网络事件涉及的 移动用户的 ID等信息。
步骤 S503、 广告业务控制设备接收广告事件报告, 从中获得移动通信设 备 ID、 移动通信网络事件的规则标识信息、 移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用 户的 ID;
步骤 S504、 根据设定的过滤规则对从广告事件报告中获得的信息进行过 滤, 如果通过过滤则执行步骤 S505, 否则丟弃接收到的广告事件报告, 可以 进一步向移动通信设备返回报告发送失败通知;
过滤规则可以根据历史投放记录设定, 例如: BOSS定期检查欠费用户并 发送欠费通知, 则用户处于欠费状态时会定期产生欠费事件, 如果在本次广 告事件报告之前一定时间内已经根据欠费事件对某用户投放过相匹配的广 告, 则不再根据本次接收到的欠费事件报告再发送广告, 反之, 则确定可以 再次投放广告。
步骤 S505、 广告业务控制设备根据从广告事件报告中获得的信息查询广 告投放记录信息, 并判断是否可以获得之前的匹配结果, 如果是则转入步骤 S510, 反之则继续步骤 S506;
步骤 S506、 广告业务控制设备根据移动通信网络事件的规则标识信息, 查询事件数据库, 根据对应存储的移动通信网络事件的特征信息, 确定匹配 策略为类型匹配以及移动通信网络事件的类型;
步骤 S507、 广告业务控制设备根据移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户的 ID, 查询用户数据库, 获得移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户的用户属性信 息;
步骤 S508、 广告业务控制设备根据移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户的 用户属性信息查询广告数据库, 获得与用户属性信息相匹配的第一广告集合; 步骤 S509、 广告业务控制设备根据移动通信网络事件的类型查询第一广 告集合, 获得同时满足类型匹配策略的广告;
步骤 S510、 广告业务控制设备将相匹配的广告返回给移动通信设备;
步骤 S511、 移动通信设备接收相匹配的广告, 向移动通信网络事件涉及 的移动用户发送网络事件通知消息, 网络事件通知消息中携带移动通信网络 事件的特征信息和相匹配的广告。 高了广告投放的处理效率。 两个优化措施可以单独使用, 也可以组合使用。
根据上述四个具体实施例, 本领域技术人员可以根据移动通信设备的投 放能力、 以及选定的不同匹配策略获得其他详细的实现流程, 这里不再—— 详细描述。

适配器 613 , 用于根据移动通信设备对广告的呈现能力,根据移动通信设 备支持的格式, 对广告投放单元 605发送给移动通信设备的广告转换为移动 通信设备可以接收的格式, 适配的中间结果还可以保存在高速緩存器 614中, 以便直接调用。 具体适配方法为本领域技术人员所熟知, 这里不再详细描述。
高速緩存器 614是系统中的一个可选部件, 主要为了改善匹配和适配性 能。 高速緩存的原理是保存前次匹配和适配的中间结果, 緩存结果可以直接 用于下一次广告投放, 通过优化数据库访问和减少中间环节达到提高性能的 目的。 高速緩存器 614的一种具体结构如图 7所示, 其中: 写入控制器用于
数据的写入控制, 将中间结果写入高速緩存, 控制数据的并发操作; 更新控 制器用于将更新的数据同步到高速緩存中; 查询接口接收高速緩存数据的访 问; 查询接口根据选取结果通过写入控制更新高速緩存, 保存广告的选取历 史信息。
仍参阅图 6所示, 本发明实施例提供的移动网络事件管理设备可以包括: 才艮告接收单元 603、 过滤管理单元 610、 存储单元 611和过滤单元 612, 进一 步, 事件管理单元 606和事件数据库 607也可以设置在该移动网络事件管理 设备中, 该移动网络事件管理设备和广告业务控制设备中的匹配单元 604之 间具有查询接口 , 匹配单元 604可以通过该接口查询事件数据库 607。
如图 8所示, 本发明实施例还提供一种移动通信设备, 包括:

预付费用户即将用尽话费, 则计费系统发送广告事件报告给广告业务控 制设备, 网络事件参数中包括用户的标识信息, 例如手机号码; 广告业务控 制设备根据手机号码获得用户属性信息, 并选择广告定义的属性信息和用户 属性信息相匹配的广告, 比如优惠充值卡的销售点广告、 推荐相关新型移动 业务的广告等; 广告业务控制设备将广告植入欠费通知信息中下发给用户。 如果还知道当前用户的位置信息, 则广告中还可以包括用户附近的优惠充值 卡销售网点信息。
场景 2: 生日提醒业务
在生日提醒业务中, 增值业务控制设备监测到移动用户设定的好友生日 到达时, 向广告业务控制设备发送广告事件报告, 网络事件参数可以包括好 友的手机号码; 广告业务控制设备根据好友号码获得好友的用户属性信息, 进而根据好友的用户属性信息检索获取好友可能感兴趣的广告; 广告业务控 制设备将这些信息返回给增值业务控制设备, 增值业务控制设备将这些广告 植入生日提醒网络事件通知消息中推送给移动用户, 移动用户可以根据广告 选择好友礼物。 如果网络事件参数中包括移动用户的当前位置信息, 则广告 中还可以包括礼品店铺信息等。
考虑到用户感受, 还可以根据广告投放历史记录和过滤规则, 釆用对接 收的广告事件报告进行过滤的处理措施。
可以看到, 和现有的广告投放模式相比, 本发明实施例提供的广告投放 模式提高了用户易用性和适用性。 具体表现在: 无需移动用户注册, 全网用 户均可以使用, 因而方便了移动用户的使用。 投放的广告和设定的移动通信 网络事件相关并适时发送, 因而实现更好的定向投放, 提高了用户对广告的 关注度。
( 2 ) C类和 D类移动通信设备
如表 1所示, C类和 D类移动通信设备由于不具备产生发送给广告业务 控制设备可识别的广告事件报告的能力, 因此需要将其生成的网络事件消息 经过转换才能提供给广告业务控制设备, 其中, C 类移动通信设备具有内容 投放能力, D类移动通信设备不具有内容投放能力。 如图 9a所示, 为本发明 实施例提供的第三种广告投放系统结构原理示意图, 主要包括: 广告业务控 制设备 111、 至少一个移动通信设备 112、 转换设备 113和处理移动通信网络 事件的应用服务器 114, 移动通信设备 112为移动通信网络中的通信设备, 用 于监测移动通信网络事件是否发生, 在监测到移动通信网络事件发生后, 发 送网络事件消息, 网络事件消息中携带网络事件指示信息和移动通信网络事 件涉及的移动用户的标识信息。根据图 9a所示的系统结构,移动通信设备 112 将网络事件消息发送给转换设备 113 ,转换设备 113可以将网络事件消息复制
后转发给应用服务器 114,转换设备 113还需要根据网络事件消息生成相关的 广告事件报告, 并将该广告事件报告发送给广告业务控制设备 111 , 从而触发 广告投放。
根据投放广告的网络实体, 本实施例中的广告投放方法有以下四种: 一、 广告业务控制设备 111直接投放广告
转换设备 113 中对应存储有网络事件指示信息和移动通信网络事件的特 征信息, 当转换设备 113接收该网络事件消息时, 根据网络事件指示信息在 本地的存储信息中查找对应的移动通信网络事件的特征信息, 并生成携带移 动通信网络事件的特征信息和移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户的标识信息 的广告事件报告,转换设备 113将广告事件报告发送给广告业务控制设备 111 , 广告业务控制设备 111 根据其中的移动通信网络事件的特征信息, 在本地广 告数据库中查询相匹配的广告, 根据其中的移动用户的标识信息将相匹配的 广告投放给涉及的移动用户。
二、 转换设备 113直接投放广告
转换设备 113发送广告事件报告,广告业务控制设备 111中设置有广告数 据库, 根据收到的广告事件报告中携带的移动通信网络事件的特征信息, 在 广告数据库中查找与所发生的移动通信网络事件的特征信息相匹配的广告。 由于转换设备 113具备内容投放能力,所以广告业务控制设备 111可以将该相 匹配的广告返回给转换设备 113 ,转换设备 113根据移动用户的标识信息将相 匹配的广告投放给涉及的移动用户。
三、 应用服务器 114投放广告
转换设备 113 将相匹配的广告添加到网络事件消息中发送给应用服务器 114, 由应用服务器 114根据移动用户的标识信息将相匹配的广告投放给涉及 的移动用户。
四、 移动通信设备 112投放广告
转换设备 113将相匹配的广告转换为移动通信设备 112支持的格式, 并 将转换后的相匹配广告发送给移动通信设备 112, 由移动通信设备 112根据移
动用户的标识信息将相匹配的广告投放给涉及的移动用户。
为减少广告事件报告中的信息量, 转换设备 113 上可以对应存储网络事 件指示信息和移动通信网络事件的规则标识信息, 而广告业务控制设备 111 上对应存储有移动通信网络事件的规则标识信息和移动通信网络事件的特征 信息,这样转换设备 113发送给广告业务控制设备 111的广告事件报告中可以 只携带移动通信网络事件的规则标识信息, 广告业务控制设备 111 根据该移 动通信网络事件的规则标识信息查找移动通信网络事件的特征信息, 再进行 广告匹配。
如图 9b所示, 为本发明实施例提供的第四种广告投放系统结构原理示意 图, 主要包括: 广告业务控制设备 131、 至少一个移动通信设备 132、 转换设 备 133和处理网络事件的应用服务器 134。移动通信设备 132可以直接复制网 络事件消息并发送给应用服务器 134, 其它广告投放控制过程和图 9a所示系 统完全相同, 不再重复描述。
如果釆用广告业务控制设备 111直接投放广告, 则广告业务控制设备 111 本身具备广告推送接口, 比如 SMS、 MMS、 WapPush, IM等推送接口。 广告 业务控制设备 111可以以 SMS、 MMS、 WapPush、 IM等方式直接将相匹配的 广告投放给移动用户。
需要说明的是, 网络事件消息中的网络事件指示信息可以是不同网络事 件的编号信息, 或者是消息中携带的和网络事件相关的特定参数信息等。 具 体实现方式很多, 这里不再——详细说明。
本发明实施例中, 根据广告投放量的需要, 广告业务控制设备 111 可以 分级设置为多个。根据设定的不同类型移动通信网络事件, 移动通信设备 112 可以是一个或者多个, 一种或者多种。 移动通信设备 112 可能位于移动通信 网络的各个层次, 例如接入网通信设备、 核心网通信设备、 传输网通信设备、 业务网通信设备或者支撑网通信设备, 例如 HLR ( HSS ) /VLR、 BSC, MSC、 GGSN、 DSMP、 BOSS等。 本发明实施例中, 触发广告投放的移动通信网络 事件一般和移动用户的状态、 级别、 属性变化相关。
可用于触发广告投放的移动通信设备最基本的特点就是具备产生网络事 件的能力, 这种能力已在上述对 A类和 B类移动通信设备的具体实施例中进 行了详细描述, 此处不再赘述。
本发明实施例中, 转换设备 113 的作用是捕获网络事件消息, 并根据网 络事件消息产生广告事件报告, 从而触发广告投放。
本发明实施例中, 根据不同的移动通信网络事件, 处理移动通信网络事 件的应用服务器很多, 例如发送欠费短信的应用服务器、 发送每月话单邮件 的邮件服务器、 发送积分报告的应用服务器、 发送客服结果的应用服务器等 等。
本发明实施例中, 广告业务控制设备 111 可以根据不同的匹配策略查找 与所发生的移动通信网络事件的特征信息相匹配的广告, 具体的匹配策略已 在上述对 A类和 B类移动通信设备的具体实施例中进行了详细描述, 此处不 再赘述。
同样, 为了提高性能, 减少对广告数据库的访问次数, 可以保存前次的 匹配结果, 之后收到相同或类似移动的广告事件报告时, 则不需要再进行匹 配, 而可以根据所保存的匹配结果直接从广告数据库中获得相匹配的广告。
根据不同的具体实现, 广告事件报告中需要携带的参数信息不同, 例如 上述表 2所示, 广告事件报告中需要移动通信携带网络事件的类型、 为移动 通信网络事件定义的关键词等信息。 其中的事件参数为事件特定的参数, 可 以为多项参数, 参数的具体含义和作用预先定义, 具体参见前述实施例中的 描述。
另外, 在广告业务控制设备中设置事件数据库, 以及为每一种移动通信 网络事件设置唯一的规则标识信息的方法及参数设置, 与上述对 A类和 B类 移动通信设备的具体实施例中的描述相同, 此处不再赘述。
在上述技术方案的基础上, 每一次接收到网络事件消息时, 转换设备还 可以根据设定的移动通信网络事件的过滤规则对网络事件消息进行过滤, 可 以釆用的具体过滤规则很多, 可以参见上述对 A类和 B类移动通信设备的具
体实施例中的描述, 这里不再——详细说明。
下面以图 9a所示系统结构为例, 结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行 详细说明。
实施例五
本实施例中, 转换设备具有内容投放能力, 匹配策略为类型匹配和用户 属性信息匹配, 如图 10所示, 本发明实施例提供的广告投放方法主要包括如 下步骤:
步骤 S1000、 移动通信设备监测移动通信网络事件是否发生;
步骤 S1001、移动通信设备监测到移动通信网络事件发生时, 向转换设备 发送网络事件消息, 网络事件消息中携带网络事件指示信息和该移动通信网 络事件涉及的移动用户的标识信息;

实施例六
本实施例中, 转换设备不具备内容投放能力, 并釆用类型匹配策略查找 相匹配的广告, 如图 11所示, 本发明实施例提供的广告投放方法主要包括如 下步骤:
步骤 S1100、 移动通信设备监测移动通信网络事件是否发生;
步骤 S1101、移动通信设备在监测到移动通信网络事件发生时向转换设备 发送网络事件消息;
步骤 S1102、 转换设备向广告业务控制设备发送广告事件报告; 广告事件报告中携带的参数信息参见表 2所示, 其中至少需要携带移动 通信设备 ID、 移动通信网络事件的类型、 移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户 的 ID等信息。
步骤 S1103、广告业务控制设备接收广告事件报告,从中获得移动通信设 备 ID、 移动通信网络事件的类型、 移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户的 ID; 这里, 广告业务控制设备接收广告事件报告后还可以向转换设备返回事 件已经接收的确认响应。
步骤 S1104、广告业务控制设备根据移动通信网络事件的类型查询广告数 据库, 获得与类型相匹配的广告;
步骤 S1105、广告业务控制设备根据移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户的 ID, 向移动用户发送网络事件通知消息, 其中携带相匹配的广告和移动通信 网络事件的特征信息。 广告业务控制设备也可以向移动用户分别发送网络事

这里, 广告业务控制设备完成处理后, 还可以向转换设备返回事件已经 处理的确认响应。
同样, 如果移动通信网络事件涉及多个用户, 则需要针对每一个用户分 别执行步骤 S1104-S1105。
实施例七
本实施例中, 移动通信设备具有内容投放能力, 匹配策略为类型匹配和 用户属性信息匹配, 广告业务控制设备上存储有事件数据库, 如图 12所示, 本发明实施例提供的广告投放方法主要包括如下步骤:
步骤 S1200、 移动通信设备监测移动通信网络事件是否发生;
步骤 S1201、移动通信设备在监测到移动通信网络事件发生时向转换设备 发送网络事件消息;
步骤 S1202、 转换设备向广告业务控制设备发送广告事件报告; 广告事件报告中携带的参数信息参见表 3 所示, 其中至少需要携带移动 通信网络事件的规则标识信息、移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户的 ID等信 息。
步骤 S1203、广告业务控制设备接收广告事件报告,从中获得规则标识信 息、 移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户的 ID;

实施例八
本实施例中, 釆用了如下两个优化措施:
1、 转换设备每一次接收到网络事件消息时, 根据设定的移动通信网络事 件的过滤规则对网络事件消息进行过滤, 如果确定本次网络事件消息为有效 网络事件消息, 再生成广告事件报告发送给广告业务控制设备。 移动通信网 络事件的过滤规则可以是来自广告业务控制设备的固定规则, 例如有效网络 事件发生的时段、 有效网络事件针对的用户号段等, 还可以是对同一用户的 相同有效网络事件的间隔时长等, 以在间隔时长内不对同一用户根据相同网 络事件重复投放广告, 以此提高用户感受度, 这种移动通信网络事件的过滤 规则需要记录用户的广告投放历史信息。 可以釆用的具体过滤规则很多, 本 领域技术人员可以根据需要设定, 这里不再——详细说明。
2、 广告业务控制设备保存每一次查询的匹配结果, 包括匹配过程中的中 间结果和匹配后的最终结果, 在查询广告数据库之前, 先查询之前的匹配结 果, 如果有类似事件的广告匹配中间结果以及最终结果, 可以根据之前的匹 配结果直接从广告数据库中获得相匹配的广告, 从而可以减少对广告数据库 的查询量, 提高广告投放的处理效率。
如图 13所示, 本发明实施例提供的广告投放方法主要包括如下步骤: 步骤 S1300、 移动通信设备监测移动通信网络事件是否发生;
步骤 S1301、移动通信设备监测到移动通信网络事件发生时, 向转换设备 发送网络事件消息;
步骤 S1302、 转换设备根据过滤规则过滤网络事件消息;
步骤 S1303、转换设备根据通过过滤的有效网络事件消息, 向广告业务控 制设备发送广告事件报告; 否则丟弃接收到的网络事件消息, 可以进一步向 移动通信设备返回内容投送失败通知;
广告事件报告中携带的参数信息参见表 3 所示, 其中至少需要携带移动 通信设备 ID、 移动通信网络事件的规则标识信息、 移动通信网络事件涉及的 移动用户的 ID等信息。
移动通信网络事件的过滤规则可以根据历史投放记录设定, 例如: BOSS 定期检查欠费用户并发送欠费通知, 则用户处于欠费状态时会定期产生欠费 事件, 如果在本次广告事件报告之前一定时间内已经根据欠费事件对某用户 投放过相匹配的广告, 则不再根据本次接收的欠费事件通知再发送广告, 反 之, 则确定可以再次投放广告。
步骤 S1304、广告业务控制设备接收广告事件报告,从中获得移动通信设 备 ID、 移动通信网络事件的规则标识信息、 移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用 户的 ID;
步骤 S1305、广告业务控制设备根据从广告事件报告中获得的信息查询广 告投放记录信息, 并判断是否可以获得之前的匹配结果, 如果是则转入步骤 S1310, 反之, 则继续步骤 S1306;
步骤 S1306、 广告业务控制设备根据移动通信网络事件的规则标识信息, 查询事件数据库, 根据对应存储的移动通信网络事件的特征信息, 确定匹配 策略为类型匹配以及移动通信网络事件的类型;

步骤 S1312、应用服务器向移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户发送网络事 件通知消息, 网络事件通知消息中携带移动通信网络事件的特征信息和相匹 配的广告。 高了广告投放的处理效率。 两个优化措施可以单独使用, 也可以组合使用。
进一步, 转换设备还可以根据设定的汇聚规则, 根据设定时段的同一类 网络事件消息生成一个广告事件报告, 从而减少消息交互, 达到节约网络带 宽资源的目的。
根据上述四个具体实施例, 本领域技术人员可以根据移动通信设备的投 放能力、 以及选定的不同匹配策略获得其他详细的实现流程, 这里不再—— 详细描述。

高速緩存器 1410, 用于存储匹配单元 1404的每一个匹配结果, 匹配单元 1404查询该高速緩存器 1410获得与在先发生的移动通信网络事件的特征信息 相匹配的广告。
高速緩存器 1410是系统中的一个可选部件, 主要为了改善匹配性能。 高 速緩存的原理是保存前次匹配的中间结果, 緩存结果可以直接用于下一次广 告投放, 通过优化数据库访问和减少中间环节达到提高性能的目的。 高速緩 存器 1410的一种具体结构如图 7所示, 其中: 写入控制器用于数据的写入控 制, 将中间结果写入高速緩存, 控制数据的并发操作; 更新控制器用于将更 新的数据同步到高速緩存中; 查询接口接收高速緩存数据的访问; 查询接口 根据选取结果通过写入控制更新高速緩存, 保存广告的选取历史信息。
如图 15所示, 本发明实施例还提供一种移动通信设备, 包括:
监测单元 1501 , 用于监测触发广告投放的移动通信网络事件;

如图 16所示, 本发明实施例还提供一种转换设备, 包括:
存储单元 1601 , 用于存储移动通信网络事件指示信息和相对应的该移动 通信网络事件的特征信息; 或用于存储移动通信网络事件指示信息和相对应 的该移动通信网络事件的规则标识信息;
网络事件消息接收单元 1602, 用于接收移动通信设备监测到移动通信网 络事件发生时发送的网络事件消息, 网络事件消息中包含网络事件指示信息
和该移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户的标识信息;
网络事件管理单元 1603 ,用于根据网络事件消息中的网络事件指示信息, 从存储单元 1601中获得该移动通信网络事件的特征信息或规则标识信息; 根 据协议规定的消息格式, 网络事件管理单元 1603还可能先将网络事件消息转 换为广告事件报告, 然后将该移动通信网络事件的特征信息或规则标识信息 添加到广告事件报告中后, 将广告事件报告发送给广告事件报告发送单元 1604;
广告事件报告发送单元 1604, 用于向广告业务控制设备发送携带网络事 件的特征信息或规则标识信息的广告事件报告。
进一步, 转换设备还包括:
广告内容接收单元 1605 , 用于接收广告业务控制设备返回的与移动通信 网络事件的特征信息相匹配的广告。
进一步, 转换设备还包括投放单元 1606 , 根据不同的广告投放方式: 投放单元可以用于根据该广告事件报告中的移动用户的标识信息, 将相 匹配的广告投放给该移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户; 或者
投放单元可以用于将相匹配的广告添加到网络事件消息中并转发给处理 移动通信网络事件的应用服务器, 由该应用服务器携带在网络事件通知消息 中发送给该移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户; 或者
投放单元可以用于将相匹配的广告发送给移动通信设备, 由移动通信设 备携带在网络事件通知消息或广告投放消息中发送给该移动通信网络事件涉 及的移动用户。
为实现和不同通信协议的移动通信设备之间的通信, 转换设备还可以包 括:
协议转换单元 1607 ,用于将广告内容接收单元 1605接收的相匹配广告转 换为移动通信设备支持的格式。
为实现网络事件消息的过滤, 转换设备还可以包括:
规则管理单元 1608, 用于接收移动通信网络事件的过滤规则;
过滤规则库 1609, 用于存储移动通信网络事件的过滤规则; 网络事件过滤单元 1610, 用于根据过滤规则过滤网络事件消息接收单元
1602接收的网络事件消息, 并将通过过滤的有效网络事件消息发送给广告事 件管理单元 1603。
如果需要转换设备复制网络事件消息并转发给处理该移动通信网络事件 的相关应用服务器, 则转换设备还可以包括:
网络事件消息转发单元 1611 ,用于将网络事件消息接收单元 1602接收的 网络事件消息转发给处理移动通信网络事件的应用服务器;
应答消息接收单元 1612, 用于接收应用服务器接收到网络事件消息后返 回的应答消息;
应答消息发送单元 1613 , 用于将应答消息转发给移动通信设备。
进一步, 转换设备还可以包括:
记录单元 1614, 连接其它单元, 用于记录网络事件消息处理信息和 /或广 告投放处理信息, 并将记录的信息反馈给广告业务控制设备, 广告业务控制 设备进一步根据记录单元 1614反馈的信息分析测量网络事件收发和广告内容 收发情况。
或者, 还可以包括:
汇聚规则库 1615 , 用于存储广告事件报告汇聚规则;
消息汇聚单元 1616 , 用于根据广告事件报告汇聚规则, 对网络事件管理 单元 1603 输出的广告事件报告进行汇聚后转发给广告事件报告发送单元 1604。
为更好的理解本发明实施例, 具体例如如下场景:
场景 1 : 欠费网络事件
预付费用户即将用尽话费, 则计费系统发送网络事件消息, 转换设备根 据网络事件消息向广告业务控制设备发送广告事件报告, 广告事件报告中包 括用户的标识信息, 例如手机号码; 广告业务控制设备根据手机号码获得用 户属性信息, 并选择广告定义的属性信息和用户属性信息相匹配的广告, 比
如优惠充值卡的销售点广告、 推荐相关新型移动业务的广告等; 广告业务控 制设备将广告植入欠费通知信息中下发给用户。 如果还知道当前用户的位置 信息, 则广告中还可以包括用户附近的优惠充值卡销售网点信息。
场景 2: 生日提醒业务
在生日提醒业务中, 增值业务控制设备监测到移动用户设定的好友生日 到达时发送网络事件消息, 转换设备根据网络事件消息向广告业务控制设备 发送广告事件报告, 广告事件报告可以包括好友的手机号码; 广告业务控制 设备根据好友号码获得好友的用户属性信息, 进而根据好友的用户属性信息 检索获取好友可能感兴趣的广告; 广告业务控制设备将这些信息返回给增值 业务控制设备, 增值业务控制设备将这些广告植入生日提醒网络事件通知消 息中推送给移动用户, 移动用户可以根据广告选择好友礼物。 如果网络事件 参数中包括移动用户的当前位置信息, 则广告中还可以包括礼品店铺信息等。
本发明实施例提供的广告投放技术提高了在移动通信系统中进行广告投 放的用户易用性和适用性。 具体表现在: 无需移动用户注册, 全网用户均可 以使用, 因而方便了移动用户的使用。 投放的广告和设定的移动通信网络事 件相关并适时发送, 因而实现更好的定向投放, 提高了用户对广告的关注度。 脱离本发明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明 权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在 内。
Claims
1、 一种移动通信网络中的广告投放方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 接收移动通信网络事件发生时产生的广告事件报告;
根据所述广告事件报告获得所述移动通信网络事件的特征信息, 并从广 告数据库中获得与所述移动通信网络事件的特征信息相匹配的广告; 以及 将所述相匹配的广告投放给所述移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述广告事件报告由移动通 信设备在监测到移动通信网络事件发生时产生。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当确认所述移动通信设备具 备内容投放能力时, 所述将相匹配的广告投放给所述移动通信网络事件涉及 的移动用户, 包括:
将所述相匹配的广告返回给所述移动通信设备;
所述移动通信设备将所述相匹配的广告投放给所述移动通信网络事件涉 及的移动用户。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述广告事件报告由转换设 备根据接收到的网络事件消息产生, 所述网络事件消息由移动通信设备在监 测到移动通信网络事件发生时发送给所述转换设备。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述网络事件消息中包含网 络事件指示信息和所述移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户的标识信息;
所述转换设备根据接收到的网络事件消息中包含的网络事件指示信息获 得所述移动通信网络事件的特征信息, 并产生包含所述移动通信网络事件的 特征信息和所述移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户的标识信息的广告事件报 告。
6、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述网络事件消息中包含网 络事件指示信息和所述移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户的标识信息;
所述转换设备根据接收到的网络事件消息中包含的网络事件指示信息获
得所述移动通信网络事件的特征信息, 并产生包含所述移动通信网络事件的 特征信息的广告事件报告;
所述将相匹配的广告投放给所述移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户, 包 括:
将所述相匹配的广告返回给所述转换设备;
所述转换设备将接收到的所述相匹配的广告投放给所述移动通信网络事 件涉及的移动用户。
7、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述网络事件消息中包含网 络事件指示信息和所述移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户的标识信息;
所述转换设备根据接收到的网络事件消息中包含的网络事件指示信息获 得所述移动通信网络事件的规则标识信息, 并产生包含所述移动通信网络事 件的规则标识信息和所述移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户的标识信息的广 告事件报告;
所述根据广告事件报告获得所述移动通信网络事件的特征信息, 包括: 根据所述广告事件报告中包含的所述移动通信网络事件的规则标识信 息, 从事件数据库中获得对应的移动通信网络事件的特征信息。
8、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述网络事件消息中包含网 络事件指示信息和所述移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户的标识信息;
所述转换设备根据接收到的网络事件消息中包含的网络事件指示信息获 得所述移动通信网络事件的规则标识信息, 并产生包含所述移动通信网络事 件的规则标识信息的广告事件报告;
所述根据广告事件报告获得所述移动通信网络事件的特征信息, 包括: 根据所述广告事件报告中包含的所述移动通信网络事件的规则标识信 息, 从事件数据库中获得对应的移动通信网络事件的特征信息;
所述将相匹配的广告投放给所述移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户, 包 括:
将所述相匹配的广告返回给所述转换设备;
所述转换设备将接收到的所述相匹配的广告投放给所述移动通信网络事 件涉及的移动用户。
9、 如权利要求 6或 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述转换设备将接收到 的所述相匹配的广告投放给所述移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户, 包括: 所述转换设备根据所述网络事件消息中包含的移动通信网络事件涉及的 移动用户的标识信息, 将所述相匹配的广告投放给所述移动通信网络事件涉 及的移动用户; 或者
所述转换设备将所述相匹配的广告添加到所述网络事件消息中, 并转发 给处理所述移动通信网络事件的应用服务器, 由该应用服务器根据所述网络 事件消息中包含的移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户的标识信息, 将所述相 匹配的广告投放给所述移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户; 或者
所述转换设备将所述相匹配的广告转换为移动通信设备支持的格式, 并 将转换后的相匹配的广告发送给移动通信设备, 由所述移动通信设备根据所 述网络事件消息中包含的移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户的标识信息, 将 所述相匹配的广告投放给所述移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户。
10、 一种移动通信网络中的广告投放系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 移动通信设备, 用于在监测到移动通信网络事件发生时产生并发送网络 事件消息, 所述网络事件消息中包含网络事件指示信息和所述移动通信网络 事件涉及的移动用户的标识信息;
转换设备, 用于接收所述移动通信设备发送的网络事件消息, 根据所述 网络事件消息中包含的网络事件指示信息, 获得所述移动通信网络事件的特 征信息或所述移动通信网络事件的规则标识信息, 产生并发送包含所述移动 通信网络事件的特征信息或所述移动通信网络事件的规则标识信息的广告事 件报告; 以及, 接收返回的相匹配的广告, 并将所述相匹配的广告投放给所 述移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户;
广告业务控制设备, 用于接收所述转换设备发送的所述广告事件报告, 根据所述广告事件报告获得所述移动通信网络事件的特征信息, 从广告数据
库中获得与所述移动通信网络事件的特征信息相匹配的广告, 并将所述相匹 配的广告返回给所述转换设备。
11、 一种移动通信网络中的广告投放系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 移动通信设备, 用于在监测到移动通信网络事件发生时产生并发送网络 事件消息, 所述网络事件消息中包含网络事件指示信息和所述移动通信网络 事件涉及的移动用户的标识信息;
转换设备, 用于接收所述移动通信设备发送的网络事件消息, 根据所述 网络事件消息中包含的网络事件指示信息, 获得所述移动通信网络事件的特 征信息或所述移动通信网络事件的规则标识信息, 产生并发送包含所述移动 通信网络事件的特征信息或所述移动通信网络事件的规则标识信息、 以及所 述移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户的标识信息的广告事件报告;
广告业务控制设备, 用于接收所述转换设备发送的所述广告事件报告, 根据所述广告事件报告获得所述移动通信网络事件的特征信息, 从广告数据 库中获得与所述移动通信网络事件的特征信息相匹配的广告, 并根据所述广 告事件报告中包含的所述移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户的标识信息, 将 所述相匹配的广告投放给所述移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户。
12、 一种广告业务控制设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
广告管理单元, 用于获得广告信息;
广告数据库, 用于存储所述广告管理单元获得的广告信息;
报告接收单元, 用于接收移动通信网络事件发生时产生的广告事件报告; 匹配单元, 用于根据所述报告接收单元接收的广告事件报告获得所述移 动通信网络事件的特征信息, 并从所述广告数据库中获得与所述移动通信网 络事件的特征信息相匹配的广告;
广告投放单元, 用于将所述匹配单元匹配出的广告投放给所述移动通信 网络事件涉及的移动用户; 或者将所述匹配单元匹配出的广告返回给对应的 移动通信设备或转换设备。
13、 一种转换设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
存储单元, 用于存储网络事件指示信息和对应的移动通信网络事件的特 征信息; 或用于存储网络事件指示信息和对应的移动通信网络事件的规则标 识信息;
网络事件消息接收单元, 用于接收移动通信设备在监测到移动通信网络 事件发生时发送的网络事件消息, 所述网络事件消息中包含网络事件指示信 息和所述移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户的标识信息;
网络事件管理单元, 用于根据所述网络事件消息中包含的网络事件指示 信息, 从所述存储单元中获得对应的移动通信网络事件的特征信息或移动通 信网络事件的规则标识信息;
广告事件报告发送单元, 用于向广告业务控制设备发送包含移动通信网 络事件的特征信息或移动通信网络事件的规则标识信息的广告事件报告。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的转换设备, 其特征在于, 还包括:
广告内容接收单元, 用于接收所述广告业务控制设备返回的与移动通信 网络事件的特征信息相匹配的广告。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的转换设备, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第一投放单元, 用于根据所述网络事件消息中包含的移动通信网络事件 涉及的移动用户的标识信息, 将所述相匹配的广告投放给所述移动通信网络 事件涉及的移动用户; 或者
第二投放单元, 用于将所述相匹配的广告添加到所述网络事件消息中, 并转发给处理所述移动通信网络事件的应用服务器, 由该应用服务器根据所 述网络事件消息中包含的移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户的标识信息, 将 所述相匹配的广告投放给所述移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户; 或者
第三投放单元, 用于将所述相匹配的广告转换为移动通信设备支持的格 式, 并将转换后的相匹配的广告发送给移动通信设备, 由所述移动通信设备 根据所述网络事件消息中包含的移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户的标识信 息, 将所述相匹配的广告投放给所述移动通信网络事件涉及的移动用户。
