Abstract

본 발명은 동축으로 배열되는 내통과 외통 사이에 길이방향으로 연속적으로 설치되어 열매체의 유로를 형성하는 스파이어럴이 설치되는 리액터의 스파이어럴 실링 메커니즘을 개선하여 스파이어럴과 외통 사이의 밀폐가 효과적으로 유지되도록 하고, 리액터의 제조를 용이하게 할 수 있도록 하는 스파이어럴 실링용 가스켓을 사용한 리액터와 그의 제조방법 및 그를 위한 가스켓을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 가스켓은 스파이어럴(3)에 끼워져 결합되는 구조를 가지므로, 가스켓(10)을 결합시키기 위한 별도의 2차 가공을 필요로 하지 않는다. 따라서, 가스켓(10)의 채널(21)에 스파이어럴(3)가 끼워지도록 누르는 작업을 통해 가스켓(10)을 스파이어럴(3)에 결합시킬 수 있으므로 조립작업을 편리하게 된다. 또한, 가스켓(10)이 스파이어럴(3)의 외측 둘레로 균일하게 결합되는 구조이고, 내측에 압축가능한 탄성체로서 쿠션 플레이트(40)가 설치되므로 외통(2)의 결합시 조립시 가스켓(10)의 파손을 효과적으로 방지하고, 외통(2)의 조립 후 스파이어럴(3)와 외통(2) 사이의 밀폐가 안정적으로 유지되도록 한다.
