技术领域
本发明涉及一种带有可移动机构的球阀,所述可移动机构用于沿轴向方向保持所述阀的轴向密封件。
背景技术
众所周知在管内部流体输送的技术领域中存在着借助于阀来对管加以截止的需要,所述阀能够将两个管部分连接在一起并且允许流体流过它们和/或中断流过它们的流体。
在这方面特别相关的是球阀,其中流动的通流/中断通过容纳在阀体中并且带有通孔的球而得以实现,所述通孔具有基本等于所述管的直径,并且能够从打开位置旋转地运转到闭合位置,在所述打开位置所述孔与流动方向同轴,在所述闭合位置所述孔横向于流动方向,并且其中所述球和所述管之间的密封作用由布置在彼此接触的、相面对的各表面之间的环形密封件来提供。
在使用中的各种类型的球阀之中所谓的“耳轴”或“顶端插入”型阀(取决于使用的组装方法)也是已知的,这些阀具有在容纳密封部件的两个阀座之间的密封室;所述室也被称为“球室”,当在所述球的上游和/或下游存在压力时其也允许任何流体损耗的排出(drainage)。
为了获得球室的密封,这些阀设计了环,所述环同轴地布置在所述阀体和所述球之间,所述环通过弹性机构轴向地被推压在所述球上,以便在密封表面和所述球自身之间产生接触;所述密封表面通常由所述环的受到各种成形和/或处理的金属表面或者轴向压入到所述环的特定座中的适当配置的密封件所组成。
尽管完成了它们的功能,然而这些密封件具有限制其实际使用的缺陷,原因在于金属密封件成本非常高,这既是由于在所述球和充当座的环之间的接触表面需要硬化处理,也是由于需要有适配措施来保证所述球和两个密封环之间的接触表面的完美匹配;需要保证匹配的该处理意味着,即使这些部件中只有一个被损坏,所有三个部件(球和各密封环)必须被替换;另外必须要补充的是,能够悬浮在工艺流体中的固体颗粒的存在,非常容易损坏彼此接触的金属密封表面,擦伤它们并且缩短阀中完好密封件的总体寿命。
类似地借助于诸如石墨和玻璃纤维或塑料的混合物这样的材料制造的软密封件所提供的密封作用受到磨损削弱,所述磨损由流过的相同流体以及由从工作压力产生的推力施加在这些材料上的负荷产生。
这些缺陷在高温和/或高压应用的情况下变得更严重,所述条件也阻止使用由塑料制造的密封件,原因是所述材料与高温和/或特定高压不相容。
所以提出的技术问题是提供这样一种类型的球阀,其带有形成于球和阀体之间的密封室,该球阀不会由于受到由通过所述阀的流体中悬浮的颗粒的作用和/或在压力下由所述流体的推力施加的负荷而产生损坏,从而在密封表面磨损或损坏的情况下甚至允许更容易地只替换密封件中的一个。
与该问题相关,还需要该阀能够在高温和/或高工作压力下使用并且生产和组装容易和廉价。
发明内容
根据本发明通过一种球阀实现了上述结果,该球阀包括:
-阀体,其带有用于容纳球的阀座,所述球带有同轴贯通开口并且能够从闭合阀位置旋转地运转到打开阀位置,反之亦然;
-两个相对的端法兰,其被限制到在所述球的相对侧的所述阀体并且带有各自的、同轴的内孔,并且适合于连接到各自的管部分;
-密封机构,其布置在所述阀体和所述球之间并且包括环形元件,所述环形元件与纵轴(X-X)同轴并且携带容纳在相关轴向座内部的轴向密封件,它部分插入所述轴向座中以便与所述球的外表面干涉,包括同轴环,所述同轴环被轴向限制到所述带密封件的环形元件并且沿横向方向与所述密封件的前表面部分干涉以便沿轴向方向保持后者。

具体实施方式
如图1中所示并且仅仅为了描述方便而不是限制意义假设沿平行于流动方向的纵向方向X-X,和横向方向Y-Y的一对参考轴,根据本发明的球阀在图中作为例子被显示成由三个部分组成的耳轴型阀,其基本包括阀体10,所述阀体带有在其内部容纳球30的阀座11,所述球带有能够通过由100示意性指代的常规机构从闭合阀位置(图1)旋转地运转到打开阀位置(图3)的同轴圆柱形开口31。
所述阀还包括两个相对的端法兰20,其被限制到在所述球的相对侧的阀体10并且适合借助于各自的同轴内孔21连接到管(未显示)。
每个法兰20和球30具有布置在它们之间的密封机构40,所述密封机构包括环形元件41,所述环形元件与纵轴X-X同轴并且携带第一径向密封件41a,所述径向密封件能够与端法兰20干涉,或者通常与所述环形元件的外壳的表面干涉,还包括轴向密封件50,所述轴向密封件能够与它靠在上面形成密封的所述球的外表面30a干涉,从而形成密封球室12。
带密封件的环形元件41由弹性机构44朝着球30的外表面30a推动,所述弹性机构轴向插入端法兰20的相应座44a的内部,弹簧在该座上施加反作用。
在单件式或双件式阀中该座可以在阀自身的主体中形成。
根据本发明可以将所述轴向密封件50设计容纳在相关轴向座45中,它部分插入该轴向座内部并且它借助于同轴环42部分保持在该轴向座内部,所述同轴环沿横向方向Y-Y与密封件50的前表面部分干涉以便沿轴向方向保持它;所述保持环41借助于优选拧接在其中的螺钉43被轴向限制到带密封件的环形元件41。
根据优选实施方案,可以设计使所述带密封件的环形元件41具有直径大于与密封件50干涉的球30的外表面30a的直径的径向延伸部41b,用于固定轴向保持环42的螺钉43拧接在所述延伸部中,使得所述螺钉的头部定位在球室12内部和在球30的密封表面30a的尺寸外部。
以这种方式,密封件50能够借助于与所述球的外表面和与它所接触的环形元件41的座45的平行于横向方向Y-Y的端壁的接触沿轴向方向产生不透流体密封,并且沿着环形元件的所述座45的同轴环形表面形成圆柱形圆密封。
用于保持轴向密封件50的环42又具有环形主体42a和向外倾斜底切42b,所述底切布置为基本平行于与所述底切42b相对的球的外表面30a的切线。
根据一个优选实施方案,密封件50由一系列片层51形成,所述片层由用不锈钢带52增强的纯石墨制造,根据在所述密封件上产生的推力的不同,具有百分之几毫米至十分之几毫米的厚度。
密封件的每个不锈钢增强带可以由与工艺流体相容的镍或其他材料制造的带所替换。
使用根据本发明的阀,可以清楚如何有可能使用一种密封件获得密封室,所述密封件可以容易地被替换而不存在损坏各种部件的操作,并且因而可以在密封件磨损的情况下对阀执行容易而快速的维护,磨损件可以在不需要替换密封件和球二者的情况下被更换;另外,密封件的替换并不需要使用特定技术,所以也可以在终端用户处被执行而不必将阀送回厂家。
根据本发明的轴向保持阀也特别适合用于高温和/或高压,也可用于具有摩擦性质的流体,并且也可以应用于大直径阀,其中密封部件上的推压力由于推力表面的更大面积而极高。
使用根据本发明的阀也可以获得长的工作寿命,具有完美密封,在本领域的技术术语中被称为“不起泡”(bubble-tight)密封。

Claims (10)

1.球阀,其包括:
-阀体(10),其带有用于容纳球(30)的阀座(11),所述球带有同轴贯通开口(31)并且能够从闭合阀位置旋转地运转到打开阀位置,反之亦然;
-两个相对的端法兰(20),其被限制到在所述球的相对侧的所述阀体(10)并且带有各自的、同轴的内孔(21),并且适合于连接到各自的管部分;
-密封机构(40),其布置在所述阀体(10)和所述球(30)之间并且包括环形元件(41),所述环形元件与纵轴(X-X)同轴并且携带容纳在所述环形元件(41)的相关轴向座(45)内部的单个轴向密封件(50),所述轴向密封件部分插入所述轴向座中以便与所述球(30)的外表面(30a)干涉,
-同轴环(42),所述同轴环被轴向限制到所述环形元件(41)并且沿横向方向(Y-Y)与所述轴向密封件(50)的前表面部分干涉以便将所述轴向密封件(50)保持在轴向方向;
-弹簧(44),所述弹簧轴向插入端法兰(20)的相应座(44a)的内部,弹簧在该座上施加反作用,

所述轴向密封件(50)由用金属带(52)增强的纯石墨的多个片层(51)形成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的球阀,其特征在于所述同轴环(42)是可移动的。
3.根据权利要求2所述的球阀,其特征在于所述同轴环(42)借助于轴向拧接到所述环形元件(41)中的螺钉(43)被限制到所述环形元件(41)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的球阀,其特征在于所述环形元件(41)具有直径大于与轴向密封件(50)干涉的所述球(30)的外表面(30a)的直径的径向延伸部(41b)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的球阀,其特征在于所述螺钉(43)被拧接到所述径向延伸部(41b)中,所述螺钉(43)用于固定所述同轴环(42),所述同轴环(42)用于将所述轴向密封件(50)保持在轴向。
6.根据权利要求4所述的球阀,其特征在于用于保持所述轴向密封件(50)的所述同轴环(42)具有直径对应于所述环形元件(41)的径向延伸部的直径的环形主体(42a)和向外倾斜底切(42b),所述底切能够基本平行于与所述底切(42b)相对的所述球(30)的外表面(30a)的切线而布置。
7.根据权利要求1所述的球阀,其特征在于所述金属带由不锈钢制造。
8.根据权利要求1所述的球阀,其特征在于所述金属带具有在百分之几毫米至十分之几毫米的厚度。
9.根据权利要求1所述的球阀,其特征在于所述轴向密封件(50)能够借助于与所述球的外表面和与所述轴向密封件(50)所接触的环形元件(41)的所述轴向座(45)的平行于横向方向(Y-Y)的端壁的接触沿轴向方向产生不透流体密封,和沿着所述环形元件的所述轴向座(45)的同轴环形表面的圆柱形密封。
10.根据权利要求1所述的球阀,其特征在于能够与阀体(10)的法兰(20)干涉的径向密封件(41a)装设在所述环形元件(41)上。
