Abstract
L'invention concerne la fabrication en particulier de prothèses dentaires entières ou de prothèses partielles. L'invention vise à cet égard à proposer un procédé qui peut être mis en oeuvre à une rapidité supérieure d'un ordre de grandeur, tout en économisant le matériau utilisé et en permettant un façonnage précis. Dans ce procédé, on applique avec rétreint une feuille thermoformée (5) sur un modèle de travail (1). La partie (3) du modèle de travail (1) qui correspond spatialement à la prothèse souhaitée est enlevée de la plaque de base (2) du modèle de travail (1) et la feuille thermoformée (5) façonnée est ensuite placée sur la plaque de base (2). On obtient ainsi un espace creux qui correspond spatialement à la prothèse souhaitée. Au lieu d'utilsier une feuille thermoformée, on peut utiliser d'autres matériaux moulables. Cet espace creux est rempli par électrophorèse, ce qui donne lieu à un corps cru qui, après frittage et le traitement habituel, produit la prothèse souhaitée. Le matériau approrié est en particulier l'alumine. Dans le dessin, la référence (4).se rapport à une structure d'implant.
