- the upper blade roll 253 is provided with a plurality of blades 253A disposed on the outer periphery of the upper blade roll 253 at predetermined intervals and substantially parallel to the shaft core 252.
- the lower blade roll 255 has a suction hole 255A for sucking the flap 30 formed by cutting the flap continuum 130 and a receiving blade (not shown) for cutting the flap continuum 130 with the blade 253A. ) And are provided.
- the first zone Z1 for closely attaching the flap continuum 130 with a weak adhesion force and the flap 30 formed by cutting the flap continuum 130 from the first zone Z1. Is provided with a second zone Z2 that adheres with a strong adhesion.
- the flap continuum 130 passes through the first zone Z1
- the flap continuum 130 slips on the peripheral surface of the lower blade roll 255 by the suction hole 255A formed in the first zone Z1 while slipping the peripheral surface of the lower blade roll 255. Adsorb.
- the flap 30 is formed by cutting the flap continuum 130 between the blade 253A and the receiving blade.
- the flap 30 When the flap 30 passes through the second zone Z2, the flap 30 adheres to the peripheral surface of the lower blade roll 255 by the suction hole 255A formed in the second zone Z2 without slipping the peripheral surface of the lower blade roll 255. . And the flap 30 approaches the continuous body 120a of the rear waistline member by the lower blade roll 255, and is affixed on the continuous body 120a of the said rear waistline member.
